[Tanaka Shikyo]

Dusk 

    Shikyo had actually never been to Tokyo before moving to the city to attend UA. She had been close before, staying in Chiba for awhile after the incident in grade school. Now wasn't the time to dwell on the past actions of her life however, it was to move forward, to grow and become the hero she knew she could be. While UA was great for that, and gave her more than her fair share of opportunities to learn the business and skills it took to be a hero, it seemed like there was something more she needed. A hero cared about more than just fighting and getting their image out, they had to care for something.

    Shikyo had something she cared a lot about at the end of the day, the very thing she couldn't help but harm. And to any who didn't know the whole of her situation, she must have looked absolutely unhinged at the moment. She had heard of a wonderful opportunity to get involved in community activism for better care of Japan's natural ecosystem. The problem with getting involved with something like this was that first, many wanted it to be held in a park, to show off that natural beauty. That wouldn't be the worst. She'd just stick to the walking paths. 

    Certain people bringing their own plants either carried in their arms or pinned to their back, was a scarier prospect for Shikyo. Wether they be flower crowns or someone simply carrying a beautiful piece of flora in their arms, Shikyo must have seemed odd constantly scanning the crowd to see who was carrying what with them, while religiously refusing to leave the dead center of the barely wide enough concrete paths.

One of the activity that is usually funded by ADA group is a peaceful rally like this one, the one that follow the rule and no sign of anarchism to it. Working together with the local PD, Mikoto and her group extends their force to make sure that the rally run as it should be and no participants are thinking of any funny businesses by using their names. With that goal in mind, Mikoto's attention goes straight to a single individual who moves suspiciously. Her eyes wander to the people around her yet no sign of her actually try to approach anyone instead she is making a distance between them. Mikoto did not rush in to intercept yet but decide to keep an eye on her. From a further inspection, from the looks of it that she is not avoiding people but avoiding those who hold plants on their possession. With a sigh, Mikoto approaches the girl.

Having an allergy situation here, little lady? Mikoto calls out to the girl while looking down to her due to the sheer height difference between them. Her tone is not warmth nor cold, it is similar to a customer service inquiring for more information from you.

    The skull-faced girl had been giving her best attempt at remaining inconspicuous, but it seemed all for naught as a massive woman approached her out of the blue to ask her questions. Shikyo was normally a pretty unnerved individual but this woman dwarfed her, it was kind of intimidating. Not to mention the multiple arms sticking out from all angles around her. Shikyo looked up at her and tried to figure out how best to answer the question.

    "I wouldn't exactly call it an allergy," the girl paused for a moment as she thought through the words. "I ummm... I kind of kill plants if I get to close." her eyes drifted around for a second as she once again ensured she was far enough away from the grass. "N-not on purpose or anything! I really wish I could turn it off. It's just my quirk sort of... absorbs their energy. So if I get to close they'll wilt and die. I really wanna support the cause though. I love plants... even if I can't really show it off much." 

    She pointed to a small patch of a daisy sewn into part of her denim jacket. If she couldn't have actual flowers she could at least have their designs on her somewhere. "I just didn't wanna ruin anyones time by killing their plants. Some people aren't really that forgiving even after I explain the situation.

Mikoto lost in thought ponders regarding the revelation that has been laid upon to her from a young woman. It clearly that the girl is here without any bad intentions but comes from a good heart yet the unlucky circumstances that surrounds her stops her from embracing the warmth of mother of earth. An idea sprout from her mind but she doesn't want to be careless suggesting it to the girl yet as there are also some trial and error for this idea to be finalize. Shifting back her focus to the girl, she gently tap the girl's shoulder.

What's your name, little girl? Mikoto asks with a soothing tone with a smile planted on her face. while her other hands are busy creating a small boundaries around them. My name is Mikoto, one of the coordinator of this event. I would be more than happy to accompany you through this parade. The love of mother of Earth is vast and they won't hate you upon the uncontrollable situation Mikoto pats her shoulder gently.
