Huge letters proclaiming NAKAHARA DEVELOPMENT DIVISION were sprawled in perfect corporate font over the sides of the trailers on the front end of the work site eating away at the edge of the forest where a certain beast made his home. The site had, previously, been home to a campground that had clearly delineated paths for vehicles and campsites, and aside from one inoccuous hiking trail, hadn't led to much if any encroachment on the territory or hunting grounds of the resident kaiju.
The new owners were nowhere near as willing to live and let live.
A full acre had already been clearcut, with the property's legal edges delineated with stakes and plastic ribbon, eating half a kilometer into the edges of the local hunting grounds. The owners had been forced out by sabotage, crushed and discarded to make way for some pointless development or another.
The owners had also been friends of a certain skate freak, and seeing the elderly couple come home, beaten into submission by corporate nonsense, had put the development on Junko's radar in the worst way.
"MOOOOOOTHEEEEEEER FUCKERS!" The chain-wrapped form of Junko exploded into one end of one of the trailers and out the other moments later, pivoting to shove a hand wrapped in howling, grinding chains and drag it along the thin metal siding, slicing one side of it slowly in half, leaving it to crumple and bend inwards as the supports were chewed to pieces.
"NOBODY WANTS YOUR SHITTY CAR DEALERSHIP, ASSHOLES! I KNOW YOU GOT CAMERAS! VACATE THE FUCKING PREMISES AND RETURN IT TO THE PREVIOUS OWNERS OR NEXT STOP IS NAKAHARA CORPORATE!" She howled, grabbing the heavy CRT monitor out of the wreckage and hurling it into a security camera. "NOBODY WANTS YOU HERE! FUCK OFF!"

The city goers always seemed to be encroaching on his territory one way or another. From trips out into his turf to slowly claiming mile after mile of home he could use to hunt or rest. It was a frustrating slow death of his home that he could do very little about on his own. His presence often not beggetted caution by those that liked to encroach. From fleeing to outright deciding never to come back. But this time? Metal fences, warding tape, guards and quite a heavy city presence was enough to make him reconsider.
Baleful green eyes watched the destruction of one of his favored hunting grounds. The utter hatred of the people beyond made it easy for him to consider attacking as he was clearly in the wrong. But the weakest chain in the link was hard to find here; everything was going smoothly and he was keeping an eye on it from beyond the metal fencing.
However one such evening made itself known to him, his ears perked during his lamenting as a human, no a quirker of sorts that seemed to be wrapped in chains. Something he could get behind even if it wasn’t a natural formation. They were tearing into trailers and breaking up the pace. His face split into a devilish grin and the enourmous beast could see himself moving forward without a second thought.
Attacking a place on your own took guts and you’d quickly find yourself under the wrath of the guards. But two? Oh that made it much more difficult. While he was as close as you could get to a dumb beast there was a fierce and unrelenting intelligence underneath that didn’t match up with his size. Crashing through the underbrush and slamming himself against both the warding tape and metal fencing the unholy screeching followed by the support poles ripping out of the dirt made his presence properly known.
The vocal cords he possessed let loose a roar of anger, following suit of the first beings cry. Though hers was much more intelligible. While he wasn’t fast his mere weight and strength collapsed against a different trailer, smashing into the side of it with both strength and weight.
His baleful eyes were the next thing that slowly rose out of the wreckage, he was a good story taller than the trailer, even if it was lofted off the ground a bit. Shaking his head to toss the roofing away he’d growl marvelously and shoot a respectful glance at Junko. Probably one of the most evil grins you could get from a beast of his size followed suit. A low rumbling chuckle came out of it and he’d point with one of his foreclaws at her.
”I like you human.”
