Rhea let out a small hum, shrugging a little as she looked at the group as they started to process what the bandaged man had said, trying to determine a plot to course. One of them began to irritate Rhea with her words, and it was becoming more and more clear that everyone in this room had different ideas and goals for what needed to be done. To make matters worse the one that had any kind of idea was now gone. "To be honest, darling, the criminal work I'm exposed to on a daily has a lot of class. However, seeing that the dress code for this is much more lax than I was anticipating I've missed the opportunity to wear my favorite skirt." She gave Kioko a glance, keeping her smile. "I was expecting an actual evil scheme with plans and goals and people looking for specific roles, a manifesto and code that all were to abide, and a list of demands to the government. I suppose that is the optimist in me speaking.~"

She let out a light laugh, relaxing ever so slightly. Despite this she'd keep an eye on Kioko; the cold shoulder was much too obvious, and there was no telling what exactly this lady was capable of doing. For all Rhea knew, she'd slip a knife between the vertebra of her neck and severe here spinal cord before she could bat an eye, which would not only be hazardous to her health but also potentially ruin her dress. She couldn't has such a nice thing be ruined by something such as blood! "The way that man spoke, he seemed like he knew you. Have you had business with him in the past, or do you just have a reputation that is well known?"

"Excuse me!" The clerk had left her post, beginning to approach the huddle. "There's going to be an evacuation, so I need you all to form an orderly line and-"

Right away the panic that Lilith had gently massaged to the surface began to seep out into a flood. Each and every one of the shoppers began to bombard the woman with questions, one even going so far as to run out into the ongoing stream of people outside. The clerk did her absolute best, but she was struggling to maintain order; it was only a matter of time before things exploded.

Rhea, meanwhile, sauntered towards the back of the store, humming a tune as she let her eyes wander over some of the merchandise available. She knew she shouldn't be picky, but she couldn't help being selective. Opening up her bag, she'd pick out an item or two to deposit into her goods, including one sundress she thought might look good on Lilith. Speaking of, she started to make her way towards her 'girlfriend', eyes scanning around as pandemonium started to break out. "You know, I don't think I've seen a real chicken before until today," she says, making a joke as she makes a gesture towards the window. "Find anything you like?"

The bandadged stranger who was center stage sent a shiver down Rhea's spin, even if it was unintended. She didn't directly challenge him, but if the whole 'war' discussion was taking place right before she got there and those three were stupidly advocating for it, then she was glad she wasn't able to chime in. While she never wanted a war, she did want to see all of hero society burn, and while she disagreed with the idea of building an empire she could see merit in amassing and pulling in power...

She'd begin to move through the crowd, staying out of the spotlight as she followed the man's nod towards the silver-haired woman. Out of everyone else in the room, she seemed to be the only person person worth talking to, and she couldn't help but wonder if she knew the bandaged man...at least she hoped. Humming a tune to herself, she'd slip through until finally appearing next to Kioko, setting her hands behind her back. "Not what I was expecting to hear tonight," she says, glancing over to give her a smile. She wasn't going to come right out with what she wanted, not yet. She'd go after the man herself, but with how quickly he disappeared she figured he was done with this meeting.

The clerk gave Rhea a thoughtful expression as he started to look over the bag. "Ah, the tag seems to be missing on this! Let me go over and check on the price," he says, turning to go look at the spot where Lilith and Rhea originally got the bags.

Except as he started his way over he saw the sudden expansion of one of the guests, picking up a table and spilling merchandise everywhere with the intent of smashing through one of his precious cases. "Wh- Sir! Sir, stop, I'm going to have to ask you to put that down! Sir- I will call security in here if you don't cease this at once!" This was a good distraction, and let Rhea slip back to where the materials were. She had no use for much in this store, but the domino masks could prove handy. Putting the back around her, she'd grab a stack and slip them in; she could potentially modify them later in the event she wanted or needed to do something much more fanciful. And while she was here, she'd grab a small amount of the material Lilith was looking at; she was normally accustomed to stealing small things, and normally in small bundles at a time, but considering she was working together with someone she might as well assist in some way. Besides, there were other stores.

She'd slip around and identifying another one of Lilith's marked targets she put on a face, reaching out and adjusting her pitch to say, "Help! Go get help! It's a villain attack!" Hopefully this person, in conjuction with the pheromons, would help start a controlled panic that would let her and Lilith slip out the door to their next target.

Rhea thought she saw a bit of lavender on the girl's hands but couldn't tell for sure. It was only when Lilith told her that she had marked a few on their way over that it clicked that it could be selective. "I supposed it would be easier to blanket an area...but then again there's no telling I might do." A slight blush crossed her face as she gave Lilith a knowing smirk. "Regardless, are you ready to get started?"

The blanket statement did have her a little concerned, but there was an idea starting to rattle around in her head. Unfortunately, it would be something she wouldn't be able to implement until after this current job. Get through this one first, then move on to the second. She reached for one of the bags, picking up the red one and dropping her domino mask in it. In one swift motion she'd rip the tag off and let it flutter under a shelf, turning to talk with the marked clerk from earlier. "Excuse me, sir?" She was slowly getting into the proper pitch, indicating the bag as she held it up. "This doesn't seem to have a tag, could you be a dear and tell me how much it is?~"

Rhea would think for a second as she walked out the door, swirling her cup of tea. "I guess it depends! Are you on the menu?" She gave Lilith a smirk, squeezing her arm a little. "Or should we explore a little and see what we can eat together?~" She couldn't help it, it was right there. And she didn't mind a night on the town with her new bestie ending with an interesting evening. It wouldn't be the first time, and she was sure it wouldn't be the last.

It would be a fifteen minute walk from the mall, and once inside she'd start to look around. There were some toy shops, lot of souvenir stores, and plenty of clothing outlets. Each one Rhea would size each and every one of them up, her thoughts wandering into how they were going to pull this off. They'd stop right in front of a hero store, pausing as she'd look in. "Well, this is one of those stores. Should we start here and continue on from here, or did you want to start elsewhere?" She felt confident she had a good layout of the place. At least, well enough. It wasn't linear in layout, but there were definite wings and themes in certain areas that would make for navigation a lot easier.

It also didn't help too much that Rhea didn't have a definite plan. She could start up an impromptu concert, but there was no telling what would happen there. She was better off using her semblance in more direct ways.
