WC:287 Looking out into the Beta training grounds Braska made note of several quirks that looked particularly interesting but what he really paid attention to was those who seemed to be moving beyond normal capabilities or with great skill despite what might be categorized as a weaker quirk. He actually couldn’t remember a time he personally thought a quirk was weak now that he thought about it! Different? Yeah that seemed right for it. Ears twitching Braska turned around as the door opened, turning he would see the arrival of a dragon appearing as a quirk user, the horns, the tail and wings, the whole nine yards! Before he even said a word Braska could not help but make a confident smile as his pupils dilated onto Jack, despite not crossing fists yet he got the feeling sparing would be no walk in the park, he looked that strong or atleast felt that way. Vision focused on the note he waited for Jack to finish his question as to why specifically he wanted to spar him, “A good question deserves a good answer. But first introductions~! My name is Braska Floods, second year of the heroics department! As for your question, I wanted to test my martial arts abilities with a style I created based on several others and only a real dragon would do if that answers it for ya. Oh I guess I also wanted to make my first friend, I’m kind of a loner so I guess this is what you call extreme measures! Now a question of my own, why did you accept the challenge? |

WC:280 Baska first year of U.A College was probably what he would call a moderate success, he could say from his days of high school he was definitely stronger but just how strong was he? “Hymdal..how could you..” He felt his thoughts drift as he verbally said it outloud as he dropped his head slightly his eyes shrinking into a fierce look as he touched the side of his face where his brother had burned him leaving a mark after their battle. He needed to get stronger, much stronger. He was sure Hymdal was going to get strong as well, he needed to be ready. Taking a deep breath while holding his scar his exhaled slowly allowing the cold flames of his quirk to spark around his body in a low spark as he came down from the emotional high giving way to a smile. Today wasn’t a day to be moody but to be excited and pumped! If its one thing that made him happy was getting stronger and today his partner was someone a lot of people talked about in high regard, so much in fact that a loner like him was even getting excited as the prospect of training with them. “Jack Orion..Can’t wait to see how strong he really is and to compare myself, I can almost feel my blood warming up just thinking about it~!” Issuing a deal to the other Sophomore Braska made it so that their training would take place in Grounds Beta, Braska already in the room waited on top of a seven foot story building roof top where he would meet up with Jack to train. |

WC: 355 Braska heard of the orientation prior to the date and even put it on his phone as an alarm five hours ahead so he would be aware of it, unfortunately for him he was bad at technology even though he loved it so much! Ugh! It was a real struggle to be so inept about something you loved!! Anyway so because his alarm actually never went off to give him a heads up and it had been days already and life for him was particularly busy with training and doing…other stuff. So after he had finished training a bit in the gamma room he walked past the large auditorium of sorts the orientation had been at and realized that today was that day. “Fucks sake Braska..” He said to himself realizing he totally forgot on top of the fact he put his phone on silent somehow and the alarm had actually been going off for five hours since he had started his training the morning of! Rushing to his dorm room, Braska took a nice hot ass shower yet the cold of his skin made it steam up even more and he didn’t stay in for too long as he rushed to put on his student uniform forgoing the top hat he usually liked to wear. Despite that he couldn’t help but look at the pipe that had been in the corner of his room, taking it with him and holding it slung across his shoulders as he ran back to the auditorium breath slightly ragged by all the rushing he did in the last hour. A loner by choice primarily he had wanted to be a bit more friendly so he had decided to go but now that he was late he think he had preferred not to be noticed in this way..so like many of the others he decided to slide towards the back of the room a bit towards the right blending in with people that seemed disinterested since he was the same not to long ago. “Damn, just how late am I..?” Braska wondered out loud as he took a seat. |

Upon initial introductions with Braska one would think warm happy young man with a bright future, well for Braska the reality couldn’t be anymore diffrent. Although outwardly he is happy and a jokester inside he uses his jokes as a defense mechanism to keep people he doesn’t trust or is attempting to learn to trust at bay, despite his trust issues he is overall still a kind soul to most people because he believes in spreading good will do the world justice. A smart kid Braska always had a thing for war games and movies so growing up to be a hero he often recorded or wrote down different strategies he would use to save, later using his mental training to aid him in heroism and the prepared nature making him usually more confident than he might have been. Sometimes he is seen wearing a long gentlemen top hat but most times isn’t, upon the left side of his face is a burn mark around his eye. As they got older though life got in the way and they had separate goals, Braska himself wanting to become a hero, one of his brothers wanted to travel the world, another one wanted to rule it, and one wanted to become a major political power, each goal as ambitious as the other and in a way they knew they were competing against each other. After two years they each returned home, Braska about to turn a new page as a rookie hero at U.A uni, and with his three other brothers success times were continued in bliss, that was until one of them had a major blowout with one another. That got him involved as well, his brother Hymdal that wanted to rule everything had been frustrated by attempts and in his rage killed the youngest of them, York who had turned 18 when he got in his way during his last attempt and attempted to call authorities as a threat to stop him. The loss of York took its tool on his family and while Braska still went to school he was still heartbroken about his little brother and full with rage about Hymdal so much that he used his quirk to find him and confront him. That day was a day he never forgot as Braska fought his fellow brother almost to the point of death and despite it ending in a deadlock they swore next time there was going to be only one victor. Returning to U.A uni after his injuries healed Braska is ready to face his second year and continue his path of a hero with the immediate goal to stop his brother before he hurts more people. The user is able to willingly ignite the liquid helium inside to boiling point creating the illusion of burning fire that emits no heat but causes freezing burns the user can manipulate., the user has a secondary ability to change the consist of the liquid helium to a solid state and vibrate it to a high intensity allowing them the ability to phase through objects temporarily. QUIRK DRAWBACKS: the user appears to have no body heat and is almost always cold unless it's particularly hot in the area. The user's ice-like fire can be countered by regular fire easily and while they are phasing through objects if they are distracted they can become potentially stuck between them. Although the user's quirk has granted them some superhuman strength, endurance and speed. The user can still be killed by most normal means.
