Time had been going by rather slowly, day after day, week after week, Toshiyuki wasn't a fan of repetition and yet the school life was crawling on by with the most mundane subjects and lessons to keep him company, he still was putting in work both academically and socially but there was a certain kick that was lacking, there was no big test or exam in sight, no big event or party to prepare for, it was all just a regular school month as far as he was aware and that bored him. It was that boredom that lead him to walking down the streets of the Tokyo at night with Shinto by his side, the offer to see what the night life could be like had been done on impulse, a sudden and random desire to just do something lead him to asking his roommates if they'd like to tag along and Shinto, the ever dependable giant, had agreed to tag along while Keibo, the quiet recluse, had predictably declined, probably to train or study or a mixture of the two. It was her loss, Toshiyuki and Shinto could probably find something interesting to do, maybe they'd hit a club or maybe just go get some drinks, even if the man rarely indulged in the substance, he may be a smoker but that was mostly to help maintain his bad boy image, getting piss drunk and losing control however wouldn't quite help in that regard so Toshiyuki usually kept himself confined to a nice light buzz with some fancy scotch or whiskey he could sip on.
"So what's the plan, big man? In the mood for anything specific?" He'd probe his friend as he walked by the taller man's side while being careful to adjust his purple suit vest ever so slightly and allowing the collar of his white dress shirt to pop a bit more, his attire probably wasn't going to be ideal for a night club but he'd still stick out and not in a particularly bad way, the purple dress pants and black shoes gave his almost iconic business casual appearance, while his hair being carefully styled into an appealing mess, combined with his dress shirt having the top buttons undone with a popped collar had played into the bad boy image he had built for himself.

Toshiyuki could only roll his eyes at Keibo's comment, the catty little thing always had some witty remark at the ready despite appearing to be such a reserved and isolated person, it at least broke up the monotony from the Sunday afternoon. "Sorry baby doll, you'll have to take me on a dinner and a movie first if you're trying to watch." He'd shoot back as he continued to lounge from the comfort of his chair, not really paying much attention to the girl as she worked out. Her working out even into the afternoon wasn't a surprise in the slightest, the girl's quirk was pretty useful in that regard although he didn't think he would trade his own if it was possible, regenerating energy was all well and good, hell it would probably make for some good PR to go heal everyone, apparently her mother had a similar quirk if he recalled correctly and that alone allowed her to rise into her fame, but it simply wasn't flashy enough. Everyone thanks a healer, but nobody points at a healer and goes "I wanna be them!", no, it's always the ones with a more combat focused quirk that got the attention, something like Shinto's quirk was better suited, nothing caught the eye of the people like a man throwing a bus like one would throw a snowball.
Of course, none of that compared to his own quirk, bull fighting had became popular for a reason, training to dodge and weave between danger, close call after close call and wearing someone down, humiliating them as you slowly crushed their will to continue the battle, now that was something Toshiyuki could truly enjoy. "Now this is how you treat a gentleman, thank you Shinto. Keibo, you should take lessons from him." Toshiyuki spoke as he took the freshly squeezed lemonade, taking a small refreshing sip with a content sigh, the fact that the big man was wearing that ridiculous thing he called an apron wasn't too surprising, he personally wouldn't be caught dead in something that atrocious but Shinto was not a man who seemed to care too much about the thoughts of others and Toshiyuki doubted anyone would dare comment on the taller man's choice of attire. Far too friendly for anyone to want to bully him and nobody wanted to find out how it felt to be struck with a bus or whatever large object was nearby the big man.
"Smells like someone's been hard at work. Curry?" Toshiyuki would comment as he smelled the familiar scent of curry wafting through the apartment and seeping into the balcony, the man was an excellent cook and generally the one who took care of the apartment, something that Toshiyuki could appreciate, not having to cook or clean often was something he was already used to and honestly he'd probably hire a maid or something to tend to his house whenever he moved out, he just needed to hit the big leagues first.

Sunday. Toshiyuki wasn't the biggest fan of Sundays, it was often times far too boring and peaceful for his tastes, the weekends in general were the bane of his existence since most of his classmates were off staring at paint dry or whatever it was that those people did on their off times, leaving him with much less people to lavish him with attention and praise. Two such people were Keibo and Shinto, the former was more of a rivalry than a friendship with the two butting heads over the smallest things, mostly about who was taller and try as she might, he still had that inch over her but with how often he lorded it over the smaller girl, it might as well been a full foot. Shinto on the other hand was a more simple and easier man to understand, he wore his heart on his sleeves and was as friendly and charismatic as Toshiyuki could portray himself to be, the only problem came when it was a matter of pride, often times mistakenly calling himself the strongest of the trio and while he was physically stronger, Toshiyuki was quite clearly the strongest of the three despite being younger and coming from a less privilege household than the two rich kids, a feat he wore as a badge of honour.
For all their many, many, many flaws, they were still two of the closest friends he had managed to snag for himself, Shinto was a calculated choice on his end, Shinto was easily the biggest and physically strongest kid growing up and while the man probably could've used that strength to become a bully, he had instead became a relatively popular kid so it really was just a two for one deal when it came time to befriend the man, Toshiyuki could climb the social ladder due to the connections of being friends with Shinto while also ensuring the bigger kid didn't decide to turn his sights onto him. Keibo on the other hand however was one that been initiated by the shorter girl of all things, she had taken it upon herself to begin to challenge herself against the bigger Shinto and with the two of them being friendly and welcoming they had just sort of absorbed her into the friend group, it didn't hurt that Keibo was both rich and had a relatively famous parent.
Nowadays, the trio had grown closer and continued to push each other, the other two were prideful but manageable and it helped Toshiyuki focus on improving himself as well, lest the other two catch up and even the gap between them. It was a welcome surprise that the two would invite him to live with them in some fancy high end joint down in Tokyo, the penthouse apartment was close enough to U.A. that they could walk if needed and had more than enough room for the three to live comfortably, Keibo had paid for most of the things with Shinto taking care of other needs while Toshiyuki could only chip in a modest sum every now and then, his family wasn't exactly as rich as the other two but he had his own job, a small end job that probably could've gotten him a nice cube in some run down building if he was lucky.
"I'm bored...." Toshiyuki would drawl as he idly watched the clouds floating on by from the comfort his chair out on the balcony, the warm sunny day leaving him in a simple shorts and button up white shirt that had the top two buttons undone to reveal some of his toned chest sticking out, a choice he made to both keep himself cooled from the summer heat but also to maintain his attractive appearance. He may not have been sexually or romantically attracted to the two of them and he doubted either of them were to him, Toshiyuki preferred to look his best at all times, it was a matter of principle, he'd be damned if someone were to find him looking like a slob, he was always dressed to impress.

Toshiyuki is a flamboyant man, always craving attention and willing to do nearly anything to receive said attention, he tends to use his empathy, cleverness and perception to work his way up the social ladder, this has lead to him some times appearing shallow and untrustworthy as he has a habit of feigning interest with other people. His overconfidence often has him appearing far too prideful of himself and his abilities, regularly boasting about himself and in combat he tends to act more like it's a show rather than a fight, indulgencing himself in ways that he thinks would make for a more interesting fight for an audience rather than ending the fight right away. Perhaps the biggest flaw of his own is his surprisingly nihilistic outlook on life, more specifically existential nihilism as he finds that life holds no meaning, no greater purpose and that is why he tends to do what he wants when he wants. However, this doesn't mean he's suicidal by any means, his desire to do good and help others still shines brightly, he may not believe his actions serve no greater purpose but he doesn't need a greater purpose, he just wants to make his mom proud. [attr="class","body"] [attr="class","header2"]APPEARANCE » HEIGHT: 5'6"/168 cm » WEIGHT: 140 lbs/64 kg » EYE COLOR: Silver » HAIR COLOR: Black » SKIN COLOR: Tan » FACE CLAIM NAME: OC » FACE CLAIM SERIES: OC Toshiyuki has always considered himself good looking, his sharp silver eyes always seem focused and his black hair carefully styled to look both unkempt yet stylish to play into a handsome bad boy persona, a image that he maintains by styling himself as much as he can even in classes, often times keeping his jacket open and sleeves rolled up, even popping the collar of the white shirt. Whenever he's out of classes he wears a more laid back attire not too dissimilar to how he fashions himself in class, wearing dress pants, a short sleeved dress jacket with either just a dress shirt or a vest and dress shirt combo depending on how he feels. He has quite the lean build, preferring to keep his muscles toned and his body slim as a result of his quirk and fighting style, although he would be lying if he didn't like to show off his hard work whenever possible.  Toshiyuki's hero costume is more colourful than anything you'd ever see him usually wearing, yet it still maintains a sense of class and sophistication as he wears a dark green short sleeved suit, a brown vest and a purple undershirt with a high collar, and a white shirt with a smaller but still high collar. On top of all that, he wears a blue cape with a small circular piece of rounded metal keeping it pinned to himself, this attaching point just needs to be squeezed together to take off his cape and rests directly on his shoulders. His cape also features yet another high collar, the reasoning behind the triple layer of high collars is to frame his face like a peacock to really draw the eye to himself. Another smaller detail is the slight change in belt buckle, this one being far larger and easier to read, obviously for the cameras. [attr="class","body"] [attr="class","header2"]HISTORY Born to Kenji and Kana Hayato, Toshiyuki's very conception was deemed nearly impossible by doctor's due to Kana's fertility issues, a source of great despair for the couple who had wanted to raise a family, so naturally when Kana learnt she was with child, she immediately retired from her work as a small time hero to spend most of her time preparing for the arrival of her little miracle. As the only child that many didn't think was possible, Toshiyuki was practically spoiled rotten and lavished with attention from his parents, especially his mother who had spent a majority of her time taking care of him as a child until the day he unlocked his quirk, Snap. Idolizing his mother and other heroes, Toshiyuki was thrilled to begin to learn and train with her mother who had been more than willing to train him as best she could, with the ability to teleport in a short range burst, this had lead her to focus on training his senses with the logic being that he could only teleport away from an attack if he had seen that attack coming. While he had spent time training at home, he did attend school as most kids his age did and he was fairly popular, Toshiyuki was always confident and sociable, alongside his natural empathy and cleverness he found making friends very easy. Although he did manage to befriend some of the biggest kids in school, Shinto Takedo and Ningyo Nanpa for protection initially, he did enjoy spending time with the two and eventually grew close with them, the fact that they also wanted to be heroes had lead to the trio vowing to become heroes together. Since those days, Toshiyuki has only grown more confident, becoming outright cocky and egoistical as he followed in his mother's footsteps by making it into U.A with his two best friends. Entering his second year, Toshiyuki may still be the smallest, youngest and arguably weakest of the trio, that hasn't stopped him in his dreams of becoming the best hero in all of Japan as the hero known as Miracle, a name he had chosen because of the nickname his mother called him, her little miracle. On occasion, you can spot Toshiyuki smoking some cigarettes yet regardless if he has cigarettes on hand, he often carries a silver zippo around with him. Due to the nature of the shift, Toshiyuki's body essentially phases through any material that would prevent him from transporting his body entirely, meaning if he could get his hand through a hole in the wall, his body would phase through the wall and reform where his hand once was. Should he try to teleport somewhere and find his body caught in something that would prevent a majority of his body from forming away from any solid objects, his body will effectively be spit back out from where he had tried to teleport from as his atoms are pushed away from the solid material. QUIRK DRAWBACKS: Snapping can prove disorienting if used in rapid succession and overusing the quirk can eat up Toshiyuki's energy, eventually leaving him sleepy or if he continues to push himself, it can cause him to pass out from exhaustion.
