Like electricity running through a circuit, Nobu watched Kysaly's hands tighten and channel the nerves as far away from their frame as they possibly could. It made him a bit smug, but he was careful not to show it openly. It was clear that compliments made them tremble, but it was unclear if it was in a good or bad way. Based on the fact that the conversation seemed to flow well enough, he could only assume it was a good tremble. They liked when a person worked for themselves? The way the cafe owner said it seemed like that's what they look for in someone. "Mmm...and I like when someone likes taking matters into their own hands. A true self-starter, not the corporate jargon kind." Nobu really thought he was provocative at times, but not in the way that one thinks when their ego is larger. His pessimism has encourage a provocative way of communication, sometimes that worked in his favor for the sake of charisma. For the sake of watching Kysaly squirm. They seemed to reel themselves in and even struck at Nobu's nerve by their comment on his honest review. "We don't actually become good at what we do until we do it for long. Sometimes you can't work for someone at the same time that you're new at it, that's where you make your own path, Kysaly." Gesturing around the room, it lead to a grand proclamation of the person's success. "Kyss Cafe stands for a reason. That takes courage for it to exist in the first place." Drinking the rest of his coffee, he wouldn't say anything about it as he'd rather spend time with Kysaly than leave out of the obligations of a capitalist courtesy. "How do you feel about Japan's heroes?" It was a bold question because of the loyalty that the average populace had shown heroes, but there's been an equal layer of critique. The world was a melting pot of morals. Where did Kysaly stand? Kysaly

The best part of being someone who really paid attention to what the city had to offer had to be moments like the one between Kysaly and Nobu. It tickled a part of Nobu's brain that made it worth the time spent and the coffee and cookies purchased. As Kysaly sat across from him, he noticed the split color of their eyes. Purple and Magenta, like two different shades of amethysts nestled together. "I must say, your eyes are very striking and beautiful." It was almost blurted out, but he didn't show any sign of regret or backing down. He listened to what Kysaly had to say and ask before doing so, taking another sip of his coffee and savoring its bitterness. "Well, I work for myself. A freelancer of sorts, I do a variety of jobs for people. It has the great benefit of really seeing the sights of Japan at times and I do it while taking care of other's needs."The vagueness of his supposed career could be interpreted in many ways, maybe even one particular way considering his boldness. He wouldn't offer anymore insight into what he does, but would flip it onto Kysaly. Hands in his lap, he would lean back in his chair and roll his shoulders, showing his strong frame. Tilting his head, the light would hit his chin and accent its sharpness, even glistening along his pink-tone lips. "What kind of person runs Kyss Cafe, Kysaly?" Leaning forward and resting his jaw into his hand, Nobu swished his coffee inside of his cup and admired the craft. Kysaly

Kysaly was asking for Nobu's cheek at this point. Pressing his tongue against it, he swished his coffee and gestured with it smoothly as part of his speech. "Well, it is Japan. There are maid cafes, but those aren't exemplary to the fashion business." Chuckling a bit, he realized that he might come off as a sleazy person if he didn't quickly tell Kysaly it wasn't a move like shady businessman have tried on people so many times before. "Don't worry, I love attending fashion shows so I mean it." As Kysaly asked if Nobu's honesty was a good thing, he nodded. If there was anything he could promise people, it was being upfront about how he felt about something or someone. For better or worse, this was true. If someone annoyed him, he wouldn't play around and suffer longer than he had to. That was equally true if he felt someone was attractive, like Kysaly. As the shop owner would freeze up on introductions, Nobu felt like he had the momentum with the conversation. "Nice to make your acquaintance, Kysaly Sato. I'm Nobu Igarashi." He wouldn't dare try to overstep by pressuring them to shake his hand, but he would look at the empty cafe and gestured towards the seat opposite of him. "Your décor has a nice touch. The cookies might be burnt, but they're homemade. The sweetness is balanced with the coffee, which is what shortbread's for in my opinion."He hadn't even asked Kysaly to sit down immediately, just gave his honest review of the cookie as he licked the remains from his teeth and gums. "Please, sit with me. I'd love some conversation before I get back to work." He would try the ginger snap cookie next, a bit less impressed than the shortbread. It was pleasant enough with the coffee, but too strong on ginger. "This one has too much of its namesake, I'd be careful. I'm sure not every batch is like this, so I imagine you just need to make it more often."Trying to captivate with his hazel eyes, vibrant and varied in their color, he would set his coffee down and lean against his hand and look at Kysaly if they joined him. "I have all the time in the world, but I promise not to take much of yours." Kysaly

Studying their expression, Nobu wanted to know anybody he came across. There were certain things he gauged, certain mannerisms he looked for. It was for simple reasons, like if this would be a place worthy of continue patronage. Other reasons that were a result of his profession had made him wonder if everyone had something more going on. Everyone had their secrets, but what made him want to uncover them? Seeing Kysaly smile and play with their hair, he knew that there was a sort of in with talking. Removing his glasses and casually folding them before sliding one arm into the pocket of his shirt, he smiled back. "Good genes. It's hard to replicate, surprised you don't work in fashion." Taking the coffee and taking a moment to appreciate its aroma before sipping it, he lifted and sent a cheers towards Kysaly's way. "Ah, that's why. Now that's a lovely cup." Watching them retrieve their goods and ask about his own, he sighed at the thought of being accused of dying his hair more times than one could imagine. "Well, it's a natural phenomena. Like lightning bleaching flowers, my genes gave me blonde hair." A casual, dry 'ha' followed as he would finish paying for the goods. "I'll be an honest critic, that's a Nobu guarantee."Casually introducing himself, he decided to be even bolder. The cute coffee shop owner had an energy that was drawing Nobu in. Who knew? Maybe this would create proper patronage between the two. Taking a seat, he would give a verbal approval and waited for the baked goods. Looking out of the window, he saw all the passing people as he sipped his coffee. When Kysaly would eventually bring his cookies, he would look up and make confident eye contact while sipping his coffee. "So, may I ask the owner's name? I need to know who to compliment and leave a review for." Taking the cookies politely and dipping the shortbread first, he made a happy face and covered his mouth. "That is delicious!" He would take his time enjoying it without rushing to the next to really appreciate its flavor. The talkative forwardness of his was in hopes of digging deeper into this purple-haired anomaly. Why did they only run a coffee shop? Kysaly

Was Raiden a villain? No, he felt like a necessary evil, but he wasn't one. His intent was to strike fear into the hearts of villains that committed crimes and atrocities for their self-interest. Vengeance was what separated him and taking another shot at hero work. That and ideology, as he didn't have faith in their system and wanted to be direct and unrestrained. With heroism, there were laws and a level of false piety that pulled him from the reproach. Standing before the smoking, trembling Rui, Nobu would let the lightning course as adrenaline filled his body and his heart began pumping faster. This was a feeling he missed, a feeling of raw and unbridled energy that he couldn't help himself. Intensifying, the lightning would brighten from red to yellow as he brought up its potency a notch. Staring Rui down, his grim expression hidden by his visor, it was like a nightmarish knight staring down a lowly goblin. "We are not friends, Mummy." The yellow would radiate before shifting into the bridge between the spectrum of colors that was Green. Clenching his fingers like he was holding an invisible ball, miniature bolts danced along the air between each digit. "You want to threaten the people for fun. I could never be friends with a cretin like you." The anger boiled and simmered on top of the adrenaline heating him from within. The lightning became blue. He kept his distance to not suffer the catastrophic recoil that came from his blue lightning. True to his moniker, Nobu was ready to unleash the might of his quirk after so long without fully engaging it. There weren't many opportunities to do so. Where he stood and she lied was at the entrance of a narrow allow, open street aligned perpendicular to it. Whatever feelings he had coursing through him didn't feel knew, just acknowledged for the first time. Every night that he prepared to be Raiden was another night of reminding himself how bad he was. The internal monologue kept it going after his ritual before the mirror. There was acceptance and disgust, but no denial to the call to action he felt. "You're a disgusting piece of shit." A line he told himself so many times, maybe even presently as well, but it was swiftly followed up by a terrifying display of energy. Bringing both hands together while thrusting forward with a spear motion, he used them to brace his body as pure energy emerged once more. This time with so much heat, so much intensity that it singed the area around him. Nearby glass shattered from the thunderous explosion and the buildings shook at their core from the vibrations rippling throughout. Was this against Mummy? Or was Raiden really rotten? Rui Matsui

Another day, another new experience for Nobu. He loved trying places he hadn't had before, a pass-time that would never end in a city like Tokyo. He had to pace himself between jobs, as he was paid very minimally for vigilante work. It was like tips for a delivery driver. The former businessman didn't want to dip into his savings by eating out all the time, but tonight was one of those nights. He hadn't been to the Stingray before, inviting along a few friends. Standing outside of the bar and having a smoke, he waited for the others to arrive while inspecting the outside. If he had to guess, this block was surveyed by Yakuza. The overly dressed street walkers who had a specific look were one sign. The other was just how quiet and loud the street was at the same time. The Stingray wasn't exactly the shiniest of bars, but the ugliest of dives sometimes had the best to give. That wasn't the real reason Nobu came here tonight. No, it was to bring his friends together and get familiar with this corner of Tokyo in preparation of an upcoming job. There was reportedly a problem brewing nearby and this was the best excuse to appear as a civilian. His friends didn't need to know that, this was going to be a fun night. Stepping inside and taking in the music and the vibes, he smiled slightly. Oh yeah, this was a dive bar. Coming up to the bartender, he would remove his jacket use one of the chairs as a holder while it was empty. "Hello there. Pile driver, please." As a courtesy for meeting the bartender, he figured he'd make small talk while waiting for the others. It was boring, but he'd rather be friendly to the person pouring his drinks than anyone else. "Hope your night is going well." With a smirk and a nod that faded almost as soon as they came, he would lower his designer glasses and pinch the bridge of his nose. Hoshi Makise

Nobu did not expect to see someone so elegant for a coffee shop clerk. He was ignorant to the fact that they owned the place, but he couldn't help but marvel at the gradient of dark and light purples in their hair. A palette that likely took care and consideration. As someone who appreciated fashion, he felt envious of whoever did their color. In the world of quirks, it was possible that it was natural. Pulling down his sunglasses and meeting their eyes, he smirked. "Ah, hell, it's my cheat day. Sure, I'll try it." Nodding, he would slide out his mechanical wallet and hit a lever, his card sliding out. When prompted, he would use it to finalize the transaction. "I must ask, is your hair natural or do you have it professionally done?" Leaning back and rolling his shoulders along with the motion, he would brush his hair back with his hand. "The recipe? Oh, are you the owner or just in charge of the baking?" While Nobu normally abhorred small talk, there was something that drew him in to ask out of genuine curiosity. If this was the owner and he liked the coffee at least, he would surely be back. Good coffee was always a reason to revisit a cafe, baked goods he could take or leave. Kysaly

Mummy was certainly unhinged, which was going to make the answer he desired even richer to respond to. Raiden wasn't perfect by any means, there was an evil that has been cultivated by his life experiences. The world wasn't what he wished it to be, and he willingly tossed aside laws and morals to pursue his own form of punishment for those he deems truly evil. A fight fire-with-with type of mentality. To the good, he would not blame them for executing him before he would attain his goals, but he wouldn't go down easily. This person took it a step further than him. They deemed everyone as absolutely guilty. He couldn't do that to someone who was just living without trying to harm others. It's one thing to have the responsibility of firing another, but that doesn't even scratch the evil that is introducing drugs and violence into the streets. She enjoyed him obliterating another, but it was clear that it wasn't because the target of his lightning was bad. Mummy was demented. Evil. She had to be eradicated, just like the other cretins. Raiden was flawed, demented in his own way. As static scintillated across his dark armor, a red bolt would burst from his chest. "Mummy, I hereby declare you an enemy of the people. My thunder sounds my decree, my lightning hammering as my gavel." It was so serious, so official, but the killer intent burned brightly behind it. "I will execute you."The bolt was fast. While he could control the power, lightning was lightning. It vaporized the air around it, the explosion causing deafening thunder with a flash unraveling from its crimson appearance. This bolt was not a warning shot, it was a shot to kill. Rui Matsui

"I am a person. You may call me Raiden." His reputation wasn't very widespread yet, but he was brutal in the villains that he has left in the wake of his introduction. Vaporized, burnt, fried internally; it was not clean what he did in order to clean up the streets. Nobu adopted the Raiden person as a judge of great aggression in the field. The beating this girl could take was extraordinary. Nobu looked in disgust, but as he entered the ring, he knew that something was wrong beyond that. Quirks could do a great number of things, but he knew better than to think she was okay in the head with how her body spoke. No, it wasn't the illusion of something breaking internally every time she took a hit. It was much worse. When she clarified that she was simply paid to take out the goons, it felt very rich. Two birds, one stone. It wasn't the fact that someone hired her to kill them for money and she simply focused on that, assassins were a very useful euthanizer for villains. It wasn't the fact that she needed to be the one to finish the job on all of the goons. It was the fact that she simply said it's her thing to kill people. Not criminals, people. With crackling lightning building up across the surface of his armor, he kept it at its red level for now as there was a number of gangsters. As a goon recklessly swung at him, he ducked it easily and clenched their head. "Mummy, do you prey on the innocent?" As rings of red lightning trickled up his wrist into his finger tips like a singing pylon, Nobu awaited her answer as the disoriented man's head began burning from the heat. As spots of energy began to glow, he tossed the man who went cradling into a brick wall. With his arm extended, the bulbs of energy formed a corona that swallowed itself. Bursting, he made sure the goon was far enough to avoid his recoil as a the thunder and flash accompanied the bolt of lightning that shattered the wall. Collapsing that part of the building, Nobu stared down Mummy. He was the merciless Raiden tonight. This fight wasn't going to be easy, but he uncovered a potential problem and it would be wrong of him not to solve it then and there if necessary. "If you only hunt cretins like this, then we'll have no problem."Rui Matsui

Surfing the cityscape of Tokyo, Nobu always liked finding new places that came from unfolding the depth of the dense concrete jungle. With all the buildings, floors, tight-woven streets, Tokyo had so much to discover. Even permanent residency didn't guarantee a mastering of what was contained within without reaching an elderly age. By then, most people kept to themselves enough that they couldn't discover what was new and contemporary. Nobu enjoyed doing just that. There was a cafe he scoped out that wasn't exactly next to his home, but was a perfect place to have a new experience. Wearing a sky blue button-up with rolled sleeves, cleaning folded to his elbows, he matched with deeply dark-toned blue slacks and high-polish shoes. Hanging in a casually knotted, leopard-print tie that was intended for a nonchalant, youthful look, he topped his outfit off with caramel-framed glasses that had dark-tinted lenses. Removing them to reveal his hazel eyes, the firm look of his face would indicate he wasn't someone who was happy-go-lucky. Approaching the counter, he began his order and mingling. "I'd like a coffee with three sugars, no cream. What sweet little treat do you recommend with your house blend today?" Leaning against the counter with one hand, he tugged his tie with the other. He hadn't fully registered what the person at the counter looked like as he scanned the windows as a typical safety precaution. In a new place, always inspect your surroundings. That's when he saw them. Kysaly

It wasn't earned yet, but Nobu read a weather forecast indicating storms later in the week and knew that someday the lightning of such storms would terrify those aware of the merciless Raiden. Remembering the way he fought with electricity clutched in his hands, he pondered if he'd reach the potential he displayed before his mentor struck him down. It took years to recover, and now there was a newfound determination when Raiden appeared. Spite and hatred filled his heart, having little faith in the system and wanting to eradicate the most rotten as a way to make the system question itself. He wasn't good, a shimmer of that light trapped in a dark cage. As he armored himself for the night, he reminded himself in the mirror of this while hands-free smoking his cigarette. He had everything on, his visor was open, and he just stared into the mirror with his hazel eyes. "You're a disgusting piece of shit." Securing the last few bits and bobs of the Hoshiguard, he finished his cigarette by pinching off the ashes and tossing it in the trash and triggered the visor to close. Some time later, he was atop the roofs of Shinjuku. The chaotic heart of Tokyo. As his suit hummed in response to his quirk, the crystal in the center as well as the light of his visor would light-up red. The job was simple: take out the bad guys, avenge someone taken by their recklessness. He dipped and dived through the tight spaces that made up Shinjuku's shadows, the alleys. Eventually, he would come upon a gruesome fight. The person taking on his very same targets had a level of brutality to her, which piqued his interest. Making his way back down to street level, he walked in on the little demon as the gangsters readied to fight back. Their hesitation was palpable, so Nobu acted. Or rather, Raiden. One guy turned his head once the armor-clad vigilante was noticed. Side-swiping the criminal's head, a cherry-red flash of light and a deafening roar of thunder filled the streets and rattled the nearby glass. In that flash, the criminal went cradling into a nearby light pole and felt it shape his contorted body. Staring at Rui, features hidden under his visor, he scoffed. "This is awkward, job overlap? Are you hear about the boy that died because of these guys?" Acting casual, the criminals around them yelled as if they couldn't hear due to, quite literally, point-blank thunder that would normally come from lightning. Rui Matsui

Ever since his retirement, Nobu hadn't had much to do. It really wasn't a retirement, more so a "corporations are awful, why do I work here?" type of exit. Abrupt, necessary, and ultimately leading to a lack of money and a struggle for fulfillment. Thankfully, parties where he could observe others were his ideal. Maybe he could make a few connections for his business as a villain-hating vigilante, maybe he could simply use it as an excuse to dress up. Nobu wasn't shy on his style. When it came to a costume party, he was ready to show out. That's why he came dressed in his best Dracula impression as he could without resorting to cheap makeup. It was contemporary, it was sharp, it gave dracula 2100. Waltzing in, masked and strutting with flare, he snapped his fingers with a slight discharge so that the noise would get the attention of the fellow vigilantes. Looking around, he wanted to be seen and realized he might have come overdressed... "I see the party has already started." Moving over to Weaver, the person who must have invited him, he nodded with a smirk and reached out his hand. "Raiden. Nice to meet you all. Do we have soju on hand?" Offering for a handshake, he kept his pleasantries short and sweet. He'd prefer to be eye-candy, for observational purposes of course. The more people who looked at him, the more he could look back. The costume party was hopefully a refreshing change of pace. Life was hard. Yugure Saori Kokoro Shizukana Yoru Kawahara Ruri

Nobu is a rather matter-of-fact person. Social, but quiet. Direct, brutally honest at times where others may not enjoy it. He doesn't do well in modern work environments that require his manners to hide his true feelings and niceties that feel like poison. Nobu knows when to be kind for the sake of a deal, but his morals will always take the lead. As an experienced businessman, he isn't unaware of what it's like to put on a smile, he just prefers to play it straight. While he does enjoy city life and the amenities that come from urban living, he is an observer and prefers when he can control the noise he has to deal with. It isn't the bumping nature of clubs that attracts him, it's the watching of people bustling along at all hours. Nobu has his own vices, that being smoking out of stress and an addiction to caffeine for energy. Naturally as a vigilante, he is not a fan of how heroes handle villains. The morals Nobu lives by are harsher and without remorse. As a pessimist, he has little faith in the legal system and would rather takes jobs to clean up the criminals himself. He would never intentionally work for someone he deems evil, nor would he engage in a conflict that was for show unless there was a purpose like intimidating someone he needed to keep in check. Nobu doesn't mind getting messy as he feels like with every criticism his vigilante identity receives, that's also a criticism for the problems in the system. Nobu is open to being friendly, but he isn't an initiator with strangers. He prefers to let people come to him and he won't pretend to like them. If he does, he won't be shy on what he does like about them. [attr="class","body"] [attr="class","header2"]APPEARANCE » HEIGHT: 6'1" » WEIGHT: 200 lbs » EYE COLOR: Hazel » HAIR COLOR: Blonde » SKIN COLOR: Light Tan » FACE CLAIM NAME: Kento Nanami » FACE CLAIM SERIES: Jujutsu Kaisen Nobu is a fairly tall individual with an athletic build. For his age he has a rather aged complexion, often being mistake for being a few years older than he actually is (which means people mistake him for 40 but say 35). Nobu tans pretty well, with the only area not holding color being a scar on his chest. Appearing like a spot that would appear from an explosion of intense heat is a star spreading across the center of his back. Otherwise, Nobu typically keeps himself well-dressed with a sharp style. Not so much so that he shows up in a suit, but he does pair his colors and different styles of clothes well. He is big on keeping his clothes simple while wearing ties with personality. A favorite of his is a leopard-print tie that is paired with a sky blue button-up and some dark blue slacks. His shoes he prefers to keep sleek, clean and polished. Nobu is known to wear a variety of designer glasses, but wears goggles when in the field that don't equal the cost of a down payment on a car. Don't break his designer glasses. For his hair, he almost always uses product and slicks it back. [attr="class","body"] [attr="class","header2"]HISTORY Nobu was a failed U.A.U. student, but not for dishonorable reasons. While he would eventually take a path that was deemed less honorable as he didn't follow the systems in place, he did try at first. He had always been known for his powerful quirk, so he was encourage to enter the Department of Heroes at U.A.U. Never the most physically capable but far from incapable, he was doing well and coasted off the might of his lightning. The boy even had the perfect marketing line when it came to his approach to heroism, "Ride the lightning!". As a budding hero with some style, he quickly drew attention through his first two years. Upon reaching the third year, he was struggling to handle the fame at the time, having many accomplishments working with a plasma-firing hero, "Iwasaku", he adopted the name "Nessaku" as they honored ancient Japanese mythology. Some thought it pretentious, which Nobu quietly agreed with. Eventually, Nobu would stumble upon the corruption of Iwasaku, who attempted to ascertain Nobu's allegiance and when it wasn't clear if he was successful, he shot Nobu in the back and left a heavy scar that took several years to heal. Subsequently, Nobu had to change courses and used the University to assist with his pivot to business. Ashamed of his damaged state, Nobu began to have his emotions and ideals twist as his greatest mentor had turned villain publicly shortly after the betrayal. Nobu was even hospitalized and in heavy physical therapy and due to his descent from fame and questioning from the public, he decided to find new identity in being a shrewd businessman. The spite that fueled him throughout his 20's would eventually come to a head and he would leave it behind. Disillusioned, Nobu would fall victim to depression that would prevent motivation from being found. While his quirk remained ferocious as ever, his body couldn't handle or utilize it like it once could. When rumors swirled around about a plasma-firing villain by the name of "Red Giant", it lit a fire under him and convinced him that if anybody was going to face his old mentor, it would be him. Nobu knew that he wasn't strong anymore, so he began with freelance work and scouring the streets and left his corporate life behind. He was good with money, so he knew not to overcharge for those that hired him and that he would be fine. While he wasn't ready, he would channel his anger and spite into striking fear into those he could. One day, he was going to face off with Red Giant and see who is stronger. Limit Breakers: 6 Available | 0/45 Used [attr="class","body"] [attr="class","header2"]EQUIPMENT EQUIPMENT NAME: Hoshiguard, Prototype EQUIPMENT RANK: B- EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER: N/A EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: Ref - Nobu's full-body armor when he is doing vigilante work. It is an exosuit that while thin and light, is very strong. The crystal in the center as well as the visor are reactive to his quirk and change color according to the color of his lightning. The visor actually is see-through, but gives the appearance of having eye slits. The visor of the armor helps provide sensory reprieve from his own quirk, even if slight. While wearing the armor, it resonates with his Quirk and replaces his Durability with the armor's rank. [attr="class","body"] [attr="class","header2"]QUIRK QUIRK NAME: Raijin QUIRK RANK: A- QUIRK TYPE: Emitter QUIRK DESCRIPTION: Nobu possesses the power to produce raw, thunderous lightning from his body. This can either be used to fire lightning bolts or create explosive impact when enhancing his attacks. Regardless, his quirk is not quiet and will produce its own thunder like a real storm. This naturally makes him resistant to heat and electricity, with electricity allowing him to charge like a battery, but not harmlessly. If he uses his quirk point-blank, it can be quite destructive but not without risk. Regardless, point-blank strikes release the same thunder and flashes that his lightning bolts produce, but in more explosive fashion. Nobu can strictly regulate the strength of his lightning according to color. In order from weakest to strongest at this rank, he can produce Red, Yellow, Green, Blue. Red is the weakest and coolest, while Blue is his quirk as maximum strength. QUIRK DRAWBACKS: -Nobu is not immune to the effects of heat and electricity by any means, he's simply able to handle it better than others as a natural by-product of his quirk. If he channels electricity not from his own body without an apparatus to assist safely, he will simply take damage from it in pursuit of an outside source of energy. -In close quarters, using his quirk can have harmful recoil, especially at point-blank when augmenting his physical attacks. -When using his quirk, his body and his lightning produces such heat that he can eventually overheat himself and can even risk setting things on fire or harming them if he's not careful. This can include but is not limited to his: clothes, designer glasses (melting), people hugging him. If he sustains the emission of lightning, this accelerates the process. -The thunder and flash of his quirk can be disorienting to him with prolonged and severe usage. SKILL NAME: Parkour SKILL RANK: C- SKILL DESCRIPTION: After years out of practice, Nobu has been able to recover to the point where he can navigate complex areas with relative ease, even if it isn't too amazing.
