In the middle of Yusuke's pundemic, he would be interrupted by Raiden appearing and blurting out how his puns were getting out of hand. "Aaaaaah," MØNSTERBAT hummed out while shooting a finger gun towards Nobu.
After having helped Rem out, it seemed that the guy he helped out needed a bat. "Ah, you need the much inferior version of a Bat then," MØNSTERBAT Teased, before relenting, "Nah, I get it for real. It's the same with me and this helmet of mine. Get what's important to you guy, see ya soon as well!"
Yusuke as MØNSTERBAT would wave off the stranger, before turning towards Nobu once again who thanked the Bat Vigilante for the assist. "We're all on the same team, whatever is happening deep here is bigger than any of us. Heroes gotta save the day, after all!" Yusuke smiled quite largely underneath that helmet of his, only soon noticing that the color of the green Noumu had faded.
"Eh?" MØNSTERBAT Chirped out, only to soon noitce that there was an orb of light compounding and refracting the middle of the room, soon bursting out in a black hole of sorts. Furrowing his own brow, Yusuke bemoaned, "Maaaan, I thought I'd get at least a minute of a breather. A hero's work is never done!"

After laying the bad employee flat on the floor, his ear twitched upon hearing Vanessa call out to him in regards to his act of chivalry. Turning around, the mop top punk only shrugged his shoulders at the idea behind the Vanessa's claim. "Maybe, but that ain't the kind of guy I am. How 'bout this, I let you take the shot next time then?" Yusuke admitted and offered with a cocked smile of his own, internally regretting using a little too much force in taking this meathead down. He was supposed to be less active while in civilian duty, yet his body had moved before Yusuke's mind fully caught up.
Yusuke also offered her both the idiot's A-Hole tax, and a bite to eat since he enjoyed the company of this fellow punk. She took him up on his offer and let him lead the way, in which Yusuke would definitely head towards a place nearby. "Pleasure meetin' ya Miss Power," Yusuke would reply back kindly, "But f'real 'nessa, I know a place nearby. Poki Bowl Ramen and Sushi, been there plenty of times. Best ingredients for the best price."
Once again his ear twitched upon hearing the odd sound of crinkling papery-plastic, which caused him to have his head turn and watch her light a cig. "Hmmm?" He hummed while watching her use her quirk, finding it rather interesting as it sounded a bit musical before it let off a pop. She commented about how it was a nasty habit but it was what it was, offering him a light.
"A decade too late offering me, friend," Yusuke would hum out, turning his face forward as he wasn't going to judge her vice, "I quit after I was done with 'em." He could still recall being convinced to try some to take the edge off of when it came to processing his brother's death. Yusuke would soon turn the corner and start crossing the street as the crossing-counter dropped was in the single digits.
In the midst of the crossing he was able to hear her asking about him. "Oh, me?" He spun around and started walking backwards, facing her the entire time as he would use his echolocation to avoid walking into people, "I'm just your local every man. Born in Osaka and moved to Tokyo a little over a decade ago, managed to make ends meet by doing bullshit jobs here and there. Got lucky and I get to be a part of some music gigs in the area so I have a stable enough job."
"How 'bout you, you're not a local 'round here. Plus you look a bit worse for wear now that I take a third and fourth look at you," The way he addressed it was a little blunt, but Yusuke was wanting to learn quite a bit more about Vanessa's situation. Her dirty attire plus the mention of the streets being nasty, just something about that rang some bells in the back of the Bat-man's head. If there was an injustice or a person in need in front of him, Yusuke couldn't help himself.
It's what Makoto would've done, anyways.

With Yusuke whipping his body around, chasing the Green Noumu's teleportation over and over, he could feel the strain on his body. The G-forces felt like his wings were about to pop off of his body as he kept picking up speed, using the momentum of each curving flight to give more chase after the Meanie Greenie. Continuous Pops indicating the creature's teleportation, which helped the MØNSTERBAT follow its location. There even seemed to be a pattern being built up.
That was when he could hear the footsteps of one of the others in the area approached. Definitely winding up for a punch towards the Green Menace, and Yusuke would help oblige by trying to corral the Teleporting Terror to Rem.
Anticipating yet another teleport, Yusuke would swing around for yet another punch with full force yet again... But would shockingly find it landing, as it didn't even attempt to teleport at this time. Or rather, it couldn't thanks to Rem's quirk disabling that capability.
The Strength and Momentum of Yusuke's punch would knock the Green Noumu towards Rem. "To you!" Yusuke called out and, with a sickening crunch, the other guy had the strength to blow a hole straight through this creature's chest. "Hole-yyyy," Yusuke would utter whilst widening his wings, letting the wind catching his wings push him to a halt. Like a parachute of sorts as she would slow to a halt, shoes skidding along the bridge as he stopped right by Rem.
"Yo! Nice punch man!" MØNSTERBAT would acknowledge Rem, who would immediately respond saying that he was stuck. Both of MØNSTERBAT's hands went to his cheeks in an act of shock, blurting out, "Alright, lemme give you a hand." He had the cheekiest grin under that mask of his as he trotted over to Rem, putting one hand on the chest of the Noumu and the other on Rem's arm. "Gotta hand it to you, you strong armed that monster!"
Yusuke was on a roll with these puns as he pushed against the chest, helping Rem pull his arm out of the Noumu. All the while Jun's voice was carrying through this area, calling out towards Raiden and MØNSTERBAT as she talked about this Elementalist dude. "Yeah, We'll be catching up in a bit, as this is an all Hands on deck situation. The Green Monster forced this dude's hand."
FINALLY Yusuke would put an end to the puns as Rem's hand would finally be freed from the monster's chest. "Sorry, looks like you got blood on your hands-" GOD DAMN IT YUSUKE "- But super serious, nice punch man. Hi-Fiiii-" Yusuke held his hand up instinctively for a High Five, only to pull it back upon realizing he would've hi-fived a bloody hand. "Errr, maybe not. Say, someone of your strength is pretty handy here against creepy crawlies like them. Wanna stick with us as we go further in?"
Yusuke saw no need to antagonized someone who helped them. Even if they were of irreputable morals, everyone deserved a shot at proving themselves to be better than who they were yesterday. So he'd offer this to Rem with a smile on his face, cheer infecting his voice from behind his helmet's visor.

Having grown weak and cold, Yusuke would remain in a rather catatonic state. He would have only moments more of consciousness as he continued feeling more and more of his blood seeping out of his shoulder. There was an odd shifting of his body, only opening his eyes to notice that he was now looking up at Church.
An eyebrow raised within his helm, wondering what was happening before everything seemed to fade to black. Mind going quite blurry as time seemed irrelevant, though in reality Church would find some success in stifling the wound. Ensuring that Yusuke's blood flow would slow down and also disinfect thanks to the alcohol disinfectant he manufactured.
His eyes soon drooped open, finding the pain in his shoulder gone. Voices sounded rather fuzzy and head was light, unable to focus on anything in his tired, blood-loss state. "Mrhmph..." He grunted, body still rather limp, "I... Sorry... 'Koto..." Delirious, he couldn't help but feel like he was disappointing his brother. Giving his apologies towards his brother in the afterlife, he continued, "Couldn't save... One person..."
Both Rui and Church would very much be aware that their vigilante pal was still in a groggy state of mind, as Yusuke had to rest off the rest of the fatigue and wake up in due time. In the mean time, however......

MØNSTERBAT had successfully cushioned Church's landing at the cost of further straining his body. Something definitely didn't feel right with his own body, as his full body took the brunt of both their injuries. Probably some bruised or dislocated bones from the crash alone, along with the slice wound in his shoulder pissing blood at this point. No matter how much pressure Yusuke put on that wound, something bad had been cut. Probably didn't even have a minute before weakness overcame him, as even now his wings felt sluggish and legs felt like lead.
Church from his position on the ground would listen to Yusuke's proclamation of wanting to help him out, though Yusuke couldn't help but use some witty banter to hopefully disarm the situation a little bit. That seemed to have done the opposite as the tonality of Church had shifted quite a bit, as it seems this was just an act that this white haired gentleman had put on. Glad to have helped out with this weird awakening, and saying that whoever was under the helmet was probably cute.
"Would prefer handsome, but compliments arrre compliments," Yusuke retorted with his MØNSTERBAT persona, unable to turn off the witty banter. He couldn't afford to as it was getting harder and harder to focus, and everything he could do to keep himself active of mind and body would be helpful. Though under his own pain and injury, Church was also wounded as Yusuke could see the blade stuck in his thigh.
And if the words Church shared didn't tip off his villainous intentions, the fact that he pulled out his blade with a bit of a disconnected state of mind would let on that there was more to this suicidal stranger than meets the eye. Church talked about giving another love bite, to which Yusuke would immediately shut down with a, "Stop that, that stopped being fun the moment you stabbed me."
Worry filled his voice as Church would make mention of how the bat was supposed to be the one in need of help. "Heh, maybe you're right... But you also need hel-" Yusuke would attempt to take a step forward, only to find himself stumbling forward and face planting in the alleyway.
His fingers started to grow cold despite the damp warmth of his blood. "Damn it... You must've nicked a vein... or something. At least you're safe..." Gripping his shoulder intensely, his vision was fading quite fast.
Probably remaining conscious only for several moments more before falling into shock, leaving himself completely at Church's mercy.

Yusuke could definitely feel the struggle from Church after having gone in for the save, especially as they grappled over the knife. Even if he couldn't immediately disarm him without potentially risking their safety in the airborne space above Tokyo, MØNSTERBAT could quite easily keep hold of the wrist to avoid it being used for any kind of harm. Locking it in place in the midst of his flight on the way to the Psychiatric Hospital, as he was ready to do another drop off.
Though in the midst of flight, he wouldn't be able to anticipate Church's next actions with both the slight struggle and the almost despondent tone the white haired gent used on the rooftop. The swoon of 'My Hero~' followed by the rather sudden and warm feeling of lips pressed against Yusuke's bare neck caused the Vigilante's brain to fry up for but a moment. Having a double, triple, quadruple take within his mask as to what just happened.
"Wh-... H... Wh wh... Huh!?" Heart skipping a beat at the display of affection, from another dude no less as that wasn't even on Yusuke's radar of attraction until this moment as it didn't feel bad. Internally Yusuke dealt with the bicurious, confused panic that this rather devious villain instilled into the bat hero. Externally, Church caught the bat vigilante slacking as he managed to jimmy the knife out of Yusuke's frozen grasp and slash at the bat's shoulder.
"YEOWWCH!" MØNSTERBAT Screeched in agony, feeling that blade have run deep in cutting his shoulder. One arm would immediately run slack in holding church, causing the White Haired villain to lose his back support and only be held upside down from the tight grip around the back of Church's leg.
"Ah, Ahh, Ahhh," Yusuke stammered out, sharply darting down toward the ground. Even as he was crashing out, Yusuke would spin his body around to absorb the blunt of the crash. Hitting the ground back first, Yusuke finally lost grasp of Church as the young man would've first used the vigilante as a cushion before probably rolling off.
"I... Appreciate you probably awakening something new in me," MØNSTERBAT would find himself admitting in a pained, bewildered exasperation, "However a love bite isn't supposed to use knives. Now p-put it down so we can get you some help."
Pushing himself up off of the ground, Yusuke would have right hand press hard against the slice wound that was currently dying his puffy coat a shade of crimson. Doing his best to stifle the pain and push through it, as he was here to help Church first and foremost. After all, this young man must have been unwell to have such mood-based whiplashes like this.
Though with this wound, Yusuke would probably be the one needing medical attention sooner than later as he was leaking a bit too much. Probably cut deeper than either maybe had anticipated...

Yusuke wasn't going to get in the middle of the argument itself, because the clerk may very well be right. However, he seemed to not know the true adage behind the phrase 'The Customer is Always Right.' Many seem to just focus on that first half of the full phrase for bad customer service teachings, but the reality was that 'The Customer is always Right in Matters of Taste,' Effectively if the customer wanted to buy music from what he considered posers, then fuckin' let them. Picking fights with customers over taste or what he believes is right is stupid unless he has the proof to back it up.
In essence, the worker was very much unqualified to remain in customer service. The Store Owner was actually a very good guy, Yusuke worked for him short of a year to make ends meet after all. He didn't deserve some pinhead driving away customers. Yusuke continued to try and work on the fuse box mess, hearing that the woman was approaching.
She apologized for interrupting the work, mentioning how the place couldn't handle even electric jazz without him. "Think nothing of it, I just like doing right by people. You're welcome and take care!" Waving her off, he would continue to fiddle with the fuse box as he heard the the lady go out the door. Though, from around his corner, he could also hear the Clerk move with a heavy purpose in his step.
"Damn it Tanaka, hire better people," Yusuke mumbled under his breath as he got up and moved through the store. He would watch the clerk wind up a grubby fist for a punch, and reached out to the arm to swing him up and over onto the music store floor. "Striking a leaving woman from behind? That's like, three layers of shitbaggery you're under doing that?"
Groaning to himself, he would already see and hear people dialing for 911 for an assault that had occurred. Yeah, this was gonna ruin Tanaka's weekend, but this was his responsibility as a store owner. "I ain't got no more business here today," Yusuke would chime out as he pulled out his phone, texting Tanaka that he's bouncing on the job due to his clerk being extra aggressive and that he'll continue fixing the fuse box at standard pricing.
"Name's Yusuke. Working works up an appetite... Wanna grab a bite?" Yusuke offered as he flashed a wallet in his hand, having swiped it from the wannabe thug that was currently seeing stars on the ground. A smirk on his face grew as he fished out a couple 10,000 yen notes before tossing the wallet over his shoulder and onto the guy's chest. Even going as far as pushing the notes onto Vanessa while saying, "The food's my treat, the A-hole tax is his treat."

Yusuke kept blabbering on and on, trying to buy time to hopefully get more heroic attention on this situation or find an opening in which Church didn't have a knife pressed up against some poor person uninvolved in his throes of despair. Though in the middle of all his talking, Yusuke could feel the air shift. Like the body language of Church just shift for just a moment, but it was hard to place what exactly felt off. A dread held in the air as the MØNSTERBAT finished his spiel and waited to hear Church's response.
A response that was sorely grave, as Church admitted that legalities wouldn't help him. Yusuke would've begged to differ, but the words had disarmed Church enough to take the blade away from the man's chest. But then a swift shift of momentum would pull the office-worker away from the edge, whilst using the forward momentum to swing around and let himself drop towards the ground.
"I SAID ANYTHING YOU WANT, BUT OBVIOUSLY NOT THIS!" Yusuke blathered as he darted into actions, a hefty beat of his wings would propel him forward and downward. Arms outstretched as he would catch Church as gently as possible, cushioning him from the three to five feet he had begun falling. Held up by his leg and back, MØNSTERBAT managed to catch Church in a Bridal Carry.
"Okaaay," Yusuke would calm himself down as he shouted up towards the office worker. "I hear some other heroes on the way, so if you're also gonna jump please wait for them to catch you." Yusuke already knew the flying hero inbound would've closed the distance by the time the Office Worker spurred to action, so he began his flight towards the nearest psychiatric hospital.
"Cmon man, lets get you some help. I've helped two others this month taking them to this hospital, they have the BEST Chicken Friend Steak dinners during their Friday Night meals," Yusuke idly commented as he couldn't help but remark on helping their kitchens out every other Friday. Though, the small talk was to disguise his actions as he would attempt to take hold of the switch-blade in Church's grasp, attempting to either disarm him gently or keep a firm grasp on his wrist to avoid him doing anything harmful with it.

Having effectively dunked and roasted the Yellow Noumu until it was nothing more than its arms, Yusuke would start to allow himself to have awareness of the other situations. He overheard the chain girl he assisted earlier offering to toss a Noumu towards 'Yellow's way,' though it probably was that she was too busy dealing with it than actually paying attention to MØNSTERBAT's dance flight.
"BETTER IDEA," He would shout out towards the girly, "Just send it into the acid, it took out two of the others! I have Yellow's arms to prove it!" A rather macabre way to prove his point, but he wasn't waving them around. Unless provoked that was, but he would spiral around the oddly tipsy-turny hallway of this Southern section.
Having flown back towards the heroes he teamed up a little, he overheard Raiden call out that he had 'One more' left in him. "Alright, I'll help!" MØNSTERBAT called out as he aimed to continue chasing Green, just going around to where the Noumu was in order to continuously force the Green one to teleport. Performing continuous aileron rolls and curves, in order to keep the pressure on the teleports.
Even finding his fists landing a couple times when he caught the slowing Noumu in a straggle or stammer, his own deft fist landing cracking punches which definitely felt not too good on Yusuke's own fists. "HA, I knew that I can outspeed teleportation!" Yusuke cheered out, laughing quite out loud at his speed against this overly exhausted creature. Though he would be the last to admit that his own wings were starting to feel strained from the consistent amount of flight, the tendons and muscles aching with each G-Force intense turn and curve he took. But this was the last one he could help take down, he HAD to help out...
Each strike helped work towards overwhelming the monstrosity, hopefully enough to the point where the guards were dropped down allowing the others a Kill Shot.

Having arrived in time to this hostage situation, the MØNSTERBAT took plenty of measures to have a good amount of distance between himself and the hostage with enough distance to hopefully leave Mr. White not feeling threatened by his own presence. Trying to get the guy talking in order to buy time and see if there's any openings he could take advantage of.
And so Church got to talking, talking about his rather dreadful situation of his betrothed cheating on him. "Ooh, that's uh... That's quite the gut punch right there," Yusuke commented through his own mask, "I don't condone taking your own life, but I can see how you got to that point..." Sighing with a weight in his chest, he would continue to hold his hands up in a submissive fashion. Just waiting for an opportunity to show itself.
Soon he continued on about how he found a likened soul who was about to jump himself, and in Mr. White's own delusion sought to 'assist' the stranger in taking their own life. "Woah woah," Yusuke called out as a blade was brought out and placed against the man's body, "We don't need to do this, there's more to life than this. If there's anything you want or need, I can help you out."
Snapping his own fingers, a stray thought entered his own mind as he reached into his puffy coat to pull out his 'vigilante burner phone.' "I got a number to a lawyer, he does a lot of good work. First case always Pro Bono for the ones I recommend that he likes. He definitely has a couple feelers out to be able to secure a proper divorce settlement between you and the ex-missus. So then you can have, at the very least, partial custody of the kids. Could also stick it to your old boss with a civil suit, as this has to be some sort of HR Violation in your boss abusing his power. My guy also knows how to get in touch with stock-holders in order to threaten his company if he's that far up the corporate chain..."
"Of course if there's something else you'd want, I'm more than happy to help. After all, you're as much a victim in this. I want everyone to get their happily ever after, after all." With the blade held at such a close quarters, there was very little wiggle room for mistakes. Yusuke wanted everyone to come out of this looking better than where they started, and without any injuries or trauma inflicted upon them. And the best way forward was to see what Church wanted out of this.

With some free time on his hands, the local vigilante of Tokyo would take the time to go out on patrol. Donning his MØNSTERBAT costume and helmet, the Bat-man of a hero would take to the skies. Thankfully he blended in with other heroes to the point where, if he doesn't attract official attention, he could pass off as a licensed hero. Just give the actual professionals he flies by a nod or a wave, and they won't ask for a license. "Just smiiiile and waaaave," He muttered to himself as he flew and waved over to one of those kinds of heroes, who was waving to him from the streets below.
Plus he could outfly the majority of any heroes that may or may not get a little bit curious.
During his flight, however, his ears would twitch with the sudden scream of someone. Probably hearing this much further away than a normal person thanks to his Bat Quirk qualities, the Winged Hero would pick up speed in the direction of this cry of surprise.
Yusuke wasn't prepared to see the scene before him...
Going around a tall building he would find himself reaching a rooftop area where a man was dangling off the ledge. Helplessly held there by a white haired man that Yusuke didn't recognize. (Don't know if this is before or after the Event thread, so playing this as Yusuke not remembering Church either way. Your choice!)
The vibrant looking Bat Man would find himself stopping his flight a good ten meters away from the dangling scene. Leaving enough space to hopefully make this hostage taker think that there was enough space to act, while MØNSTERBAT himself knew his own speeds could close this distance in a second easy. Thankfully his helmet kept the facade of always smiling ever present even in the most dire of situations like this one. The Blue and Violet Vigilante held his hands up, showing that he meant no harm and currently had no actual tricks up his puffy coat sleeves.
"Easy there Mister White," MØNSTERBAT tried to de-escalate the situation with a calm and even tone, "I'm sure whatever problems your having can be resolved without turning people into pancakes. We can talk it over, what's troubling you to do this right now Mr. White?"

"Are you even serious? I'll give up all drinks except for water. Almost all drinks are a form of water, like tea is sweet water, coffee is bitter water, and beer is spicy water. Even without that loophole, I'd be restricting myself to not eating a lot of foods since I'd die trying to eat those uncooked foods."
