When the sun had set and villainy came out to play... Teji was busy drinking coffee. Black, of course, given that she had already downed two entire mugs of the stuff and lacing it with sugar would be a one way ticket to the doctor's office—assuming the copious caffeine wasn't. A quick four hour nap after work was all the rest she'd get for now, lured to action as whispered stirring in the underground had tipped the secret villain off to something interesting.
The woman sighed, stretching a bit before slipping into her costume with some difficulty. "I really need to buy better shit." The sorry state of her gear. Rookie equipment in the hands of a seasoned pro! Her manager's salary wasn't quite enough to cover for a one bedroom apartment and cushy civilian life ALONGSIDE funding an entire illegal moonlighting trade, and Limbo often saw stolen wealth distributed to those in need, but Sanzo was seriously considering getting an upgrade.

By the time the mighty magician had taken to the darkened rooftops and streets of Tokyo the night was in full swing. The low light would be perfect smokescreen for his activities today. Word along the grapevine pointed toward some sort of smuggling operation bringing in valuable cargo this very night—and relieving dirty criminals of their hard earned cargo was always such a delight.
As Limbo slipped through the docks things became much more complicated. Undercover police presence—unmarked cars with bright, alert men dressed too well and cleanly for the area parked just out of reasonable sight from the shipping area. It seemed the authorities had caught wind of what was going just as easily as he had.
Skilled as he may be, Limbo was not arrogant. Stealing from wary and armed thugs was one thing. Stealing from wary and armed thugs while a large police presence was setting up jaws for a trap was another. The magician considering pulling out, leaning over the edge of a dockside warehouse and staring at the boat contemplatively.
A flitting shadow caught his eye—Limbo swiveling his head up and straining to pick out anything against the black sky among the light pollution. A thought crossed the villain's mind. "Bonjour." Spoken in a soft but clear whisper, distorted by his suit's mask to sound almost robotic yet masculine. Limbo waited, seeing if anything would respond.

Teji has been forged by a lifetime of mediocrity and unsatisfying civilian life. While using her skills to execute justice upon villains she deems as purely acting evilly—and extending that justice to corrupt organizations and businesses—her judge, jury, executioner attitude is undoubtedly self righteous and ignorant. She does what she believes is right for the innocent and common man at the expense of anyone labeled as an enemy, and while Teji has no direct qualms with Heroes, she's immensely jealous of their success and fame. Limbo is a boisterous showman when 'he' reveals himself—a stark clash with the otherwise long ranged stealth approach Teji sticks to with Limbo acting as her loud, justice driven magician persona. A bit short, with, with messy, frazzled, brown hair pulled into a partial pony tail, black eyes with thick-rimmed reading glasses, and an overall unremarkable look. Limbo is dressed in a two layered costume—a full body under suit including face mask and hair ties, and an oversuit with purposefully flowy, bulky design motifs, a connected mask/helmet, and detachable top hat. The oversuits design and voice modulator are purposely crafted to give the illusion that Limbo is a decently tall man. [attr="class","body"] [attr="class","header2"]HISTORY Teji grew up as a child of Villains—master thieves who fell in genuine love. She grew up as most kids did, loving Heroes and excitedly waiting for her Quirk. A bribed, corrupt doctor courtesy of her parents 'misdiagnosed' Teji as Quirkless as they were disappointed by her apparently 'weak' Quirk, smaller in scope than her father's Telekinesis. Taught in secret and told to never ever show her Quirk in public unless her life was in danger, Teji grew up as an easy bullying target thanks to her apparent Quirkless status. It wasn't until deep into middle school when both her parents were arrested during a sting operation that she realized they were Villains—now left to the foster system as a Quirkless child. Teji was tempted to reveal her Quirk to Garner favor from potential families and to finally escape the bullying, but her fear of potential retaliation from the government for hiding it—drilled into the young girl's head by her parents—meant she spent the rest of her childhood as an unremarkable nobody. Later attempts to enroll in prestigious General Education programs, including U.A., failed remarkably and led to Teji resigning herself to a life of mediocrity. A job at a supermarket and part time hobbies learning magic tricks trickled as the years passed, leading to her becoming a store manager and eventually snapping—she has a Quirk. She has skills. She has savings. If Teji couldn't become a Hero she'd become the next best thing—a Vigilante! With her Quirk not registered and magician skills mastered, Limbo was born. While initially classified as a pure Vigilante, Limbo went the extra mile in 'his' fight against crime. Brazenly stealing from hidden criminals and corrupt businesses changed the label to 'Villain', as Limbo disregarded common law and even worked with less violent villains to further his own ends. Affected objects are shrouded in a purplish energy, and can be moved with force relative to the Quirk rank, with the shroud also temporarily heightening the durability of whatever is manipulated as well. Applied force can be from or in up to two simultaneous directions, allowing for the Quirk to apply compressive and tensile forces to anything affected. QUIRK DRAWBACKS: (1) The Quirk can only affect an area as large as the user's closed fist, and only one area at a time. (2) The Quirk loses potency as distance increases, being at it's strongest within ten meters (roughly) and falling off slowly afterward. (3) Partial focus is required to maintain the telekinetic shroud. Effects that greatly disorient the user will make it impossible to use the Quirk.
