For another time!!! Lylyana was a certified bestie now! She couldn't wait to come back and hear more stories from her. Rui was totes bringing gifts the next time she came out here too, something her queen bestie would really love! She would have to think about it, maybe ask some of her siblings for advice...

''Whaat?'' She was surprised by this next revelation about Lylyana. ''Cursed? Did you make a witch angry or something? That's okay, bestie, I'm really super tough actually! So nothing will happen to me.'' She smiled reassuringly. She hadn't made the full extend of her quirk be known, but Rui had a crazy strong healing quirk. Sure, she could lose a fight or get arrested or whatever, but losing a hand? An arm? Being caught in an explosion? She could recover from taking a lot more damage than most, which was why she didn't even flinch when Lylyana warned her, though she did appreciate it. ''You will?'' She looked prouder than ever before. If someone as strong as her queen bestie could defend her, then Rui really had nothing to be afraid of! Between her healing powers and Lylyana's fighting prowess, they might even be able to rule the world!!!

''The wings are big..'' She agreed, peeking at them. That was something she hadn't considered since her own demonic features only prevented her from wearing hats. ''Towels? I can get some easy peasy!'' She gave a thumbs up. ''Your sister? Does she live in the city?''

When Rui wasn't talking her head off, she was taking long sips of her drink, looking around at all her new besties with big, curious eyes. If Sho could see her now, he would be so impressed at how good she was at making friends! ''You save the world for a living? It's from the birds, isn't it? They're totes planning something, I'm telling you!'' She nodded insistently.

''My secret?'' She grinned wildly. ''It's a secret! Just kidding I'll tell you! It has to do with my super amazing cool quirk, it's actually really awesome btw!! I can show you if you get hurt.'' She liked Sonya, especially because she was complimenting her so much, Elias too! She had an angel face and she could be a model, wow! What a confidence boost! ''I like that!'' She giggled. ''I'll become a model and make lots of money!'' She grinned back.

She frowned when she wasn't allowed to touch Sonya's eyes, but she didn't say anything as she was being promised something fun in exchange. ''You're very tall.'' She noted as the woman knelt down to her level. Seeing them up close just made her want to touch her eyes more. Rui gasped and clapped her hands together. Mesmerized by the light show and completely buying into the fact that Sonya was changing her eye colors through an app. ''Can I do that?'' She looked around frantically before pointing at Retsu. ''Bestie! You'll have to help me lose my eyes! -Wait, how did you lose them?'' She whipped her head back to Sonya. ''If I was there you might not have lost them.''

She grinned up at Retsu as she held her glass up. ''I'm totes getting wasted! Bottoms up!'' She chugged the rest of her drink, only looking at Elias out of the corner of her eye when he was addressed from below. Being so used to being the instigator of trouble, especially among her much more responsible siblings, Rui simply held her hands up as she looked at the others. ''That's not me.'' She didn't even know any Kamiyas. She blinked her eyes as Elias excused himself. ''With more drinks?'' She couldn't help but get curious and scurry her way over to the railing too, peeking out from behind Elias as he spoke to the angry plebeians below them. She was engrossed in the drama of their back and forth, but couldn't help but chime in briefly to defend Elias, struggling to climb on top of the railing as she shouted back. ''HE SAID IT WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING, BUZZ OFF LOSERS!'' With all the explosive anger and intimidating aura of a chihuahua picking a fight. By the time that Elias made his move, Rui was sitting on top of the railing, a bit off to the side, laughing and applauding his magic trick. As Tamotsu was being held in place, she made sure to stick her tongue out at him.

''Do we fight them now? Someone gimme a knife!'' She was by no means a fighter, but that didn't stop Rui from wanting front row seats to this hot mess. Pushing herself off the railing, Rui landed with a thud, her body unmoving for a brief second as her quirk caught up to the relatively light injuries. Once it did, she stood up and dusted herself off like nothing happened. ''Give us all your money! Or Timtim here gets it!'' She looked at Tamotsu's henchmen while pointing up at their supposed boss.

''Are you flirting with me?'' She grinned wickedly, leaning in closer as she took Grinta's hand. ''You know there's this handsome guy who says I have an angel face. I think so too. What is your name? I'm Rui, but my professional name is Mummy!'' She chuckled, muted by the sounds of the helicopter. Yes, she was shouting at the top of her lungs the entire time. ''What's your name? You look like you could become one of my future customers!! Just so you know, my besties totes get a discount, so you're already eligible! One of my brothers has a sword.'' She looked Grinta up and down. ''Do you have one? Are you hiding it? Lemme guess, lemme guess! Under your hat, right? Can I have your hat?'' She reached a hand up for it, clearly not anywhere near tall enough to actually touch it. ''I want it!''

Every time the helicopter shook and every time the hero threw another sewer lid from below, the little villain would laugh like she had just been told the best ur mom joke! She was going to tell Sho all about this night later. He was such a good listener too! He never said much, but he always sat there while she talked and talked. All sibling dynamics should be like that! One listens, one talks! Perfectly balanced! ''I like your accent btDUBS! Are you from Kansai? Wait!! You can totes be my Kansai Bestie!!'' Her eyes lit up with joy.

''Let's go get 'em, bestie! If you kill them in a funny way the heals are on me!!'' She brandished a knife she had been carrying in her free hand as she was eager to join the fray. Whether that was by leaping out of the helicopter with Jackie, or just rushing out once it landed, Rui would stay back and wait to see what her mysterious new bestie was up to and follow her lead!

With a sickening thud and the sound of multiple bones cracking, Rui landed on the hard ground next to Sebastian. Her body, a twisted, contorted mess of what was once a living, breathing woman. Her eyes were staring up at the sky she had fallen from, distant and soulless. Curiously, there was no blood leaking out of her body, and before long Rui regained her consciousness with the sound of her bones cracking and snapping into place. Her quirk rebooting like an old computer from the 90s. As it gradually healed her the girl sat up and let out a yawn. “What the heck?” She looked up, then around to see where she even was. She paused when she turned to see Sebastian and just looked at him for a good few seconds. “Oh hi bestie.” She smiled.

“Are you sleeping?” She pointed at the couch. “You know it can get really cold out here at night, it’s better to sleep inside.” She nodded sagely, giving out her rare wisdom for free. She was just benevolent like that. She was known as the benevolent villain after all. Except not really, but she totes could be in the future!! She was shaping her path and all that. Standing up, she stretched her arms above her head. 4’9 and scariest woman in town, she began sauntering over to Sebastian’s couch and climbing up to have a seat. She didn’t care if he was still laying down either, she would just sit on his legs or feet. “I sometimes crash on couches like this when I get drunk, they’re a super good find!!” She grinned over at him.

Rui clearly wasn’t like many other people. Among sad events in her traumatic past, they had helped shape who she was today. Only Rui wasn’t broken because of them, she had been broken from the very beginning. Her quirk had an unnaturally strong healing factor, which in turn made her more fearless as a result. There was no doubt Lylyana could make herself scary to Rui if she wanted to, but so far they were just bonding and the little demon had time to gush over her Queen Bestie and how super cool she was. “I just thought it might get lonely out here…” no arcades, no cafes, no shopping malls. Lylyana had to be some kind of zen master who had mastered the art of living alone. Just the thought was almost worse than dying. Living alone like this…

“Bye bye!” She whispered, waving casually to the man as the life faded from his eyes. “Right?!” Her eyes lit up when Lylyana expressed interest in meeting her siblings. “I’ll tell them all about you! And if you ever do come to the city I have money, so I can totes buy food for you bestie! Or maybe we can just rob a store together!” She giggled, who didn’t like a little bit of chaos in Tokyo every now and then? “And if everyone says something to you? Me and my siblings got your back! Demons are strong together bestie!” She held up a fist expecting a fist bump. “I could bring you something too next time I come and visit. Snacks? Towels? Maybe a trendy jacket?” She grinned.

There was nothing like McDonalds to really bring the day together. Rui knew it wasn’t healthy food, but she didn’t really care because of her strong healing factor. McDonalds was tasty food and that was all that mattered. The only thing that could make the restaurant better as a whole was if she could order beer with her burger and fries, but not every place could be perfect. Not until Rui seized the throne and became Prime Minister of Japan so that she could mandate that all McDonalds establishments were to start selling alcohol.

A plan for another day. For now, the short villain would settle for queuing up as she thought about what being the leader of a cult might be like. She didn’t even need to think about her order, she already knew it by heart.

“Happy Meal!” She commanded, throwing a handful of yen on the counter for the employee to manually count.

“Miss you don’t have enough for the fries, but we can make it a meal without fries-”

“With fries!” She huffed, putting her hands on her hips. “It’s not a meal without fries!”

“..You don’t have enough, do you have more money on you?”

Suddenly, Rui pulled out a gun and pointed it at him. An obviously fake toy gun and anyone could tell at a glance. “Fries now!” She shouted, insisting on getting louder and causing a scene. “Little Miss.” The man chuckled awkwardly. They were at a standstill.
