''You guessed right! I think that pretty much thinks we're besties now!'' She smiled warmly, but her gaze remained intense and piercing as she looked over Raven and tried to figure out what use her new bestie would be to her. When Raven freaked out and started saying she didn't want to rob the store Rui frowned. ''This is not a social experiment, bestie. You don't get to turn down my offer, haven't anyone taught you how rude it is to say no to a cute girl?'' She pointed a finger at Raven's chest. ''You rob the store...'' She looked around, scanning for any people that might be listening in. ''...Or I kill you.'' Why didn't she want to do it?! She already said she was here for a shelf, if she robbed the store she would just have more money to buy more shelves with.

She was about to turn on Raven completely when she mentioned something about UA. The mention made her pause for a moment as the cogs in her brain turned. ''H u h.'' She blinked her eyes and snapped back to reality as Raven stabbed herself. Then she started screaming, which made Rui look back up again. Shit, she was drawing too much attention to herself right now! ''Hey, no, no, shhh bestie, hey I was just joking about the killing you thing, it's just a little joke between besties!'' How could she calm Raven down and stop the screaming? ''You really are a coward, bestie...'' She sat down next to Raven and bit into her own hand, unwrapping the bandaging skin around one of her arms to wrap around Raven's forehead, channeling her regenerative quirk properties through her, sending a warm, pulsating sensation through Raven's body as the small stab wound closed up again, and stopped hurting altogether. ''Okay, listen here, coward bestie.'' She tried grabbing Raven by the collar so she could pull her in close. ''No screaming, no calling the cops, no making a scene, or I'll kill your family and friends, okay? All of them. I'm not bluffing, I'm a villain, my name is Mummy, not because I have children but because I kill people.'' She said the whole spiel like she had introduced herself that way a thousand times before. ''No screaming.'' She held up a finger just in case Raven was about to freak out again, then pointed a sharp nail at her throat. ''You said UA. You go to the hero school, don't you? Do you know, Jun?'' She finally gave Raven some room to talk and waited for her to answer.

''Here's what we're gonna do.'' She let go of Raven and picked the knife back up. ''You either rob the store with this knife.'' She held the knife up while staring back at Raven. ''Or...'' She spun the knife around to hand it to her, holding it on the blade side so that she could offer Raven the handle. Despite her fingers being wrapped around the blade however, Rui wasn't bleeding. ''Or you go to UA, you find Jun, you bring her to me, and I'll bring you a boyfriend.''

''So which is it gonna be?''

Raven Jakobs

As Raven tripped backwards she couldn't help but burst out laughing at her expense. ''You're funny!'' Her eyes lit up even more seeing her up close, bestie material for sure! ''That's right! I mean... There's no way for you to know unless you check, is there?'' She teased, caressing the pillow as she stared back at Raven. What was the girl going to guess? For her sake it was hopefully an amusing answer.

She absentmindedly glanced at the sweat bullets as they hit the tile floor, but didn't think anything of it. ''That's so true, bestie!'' She beamed, brandishing a kitchen knife from her pocket to hold up in front of the pillow. ''That's a good guess, let's find out!'' She took the pillow and tossed it down on the ground before going to town, cutting it open after repeatedly stabbing it like she was murdering a real person, only this dramatic reenactment was a lot less messy. Sticking her hand in Rui took out a handful of feathers and held them out to Raven. ''No bones!'' She chuckled, kicking the pillow over to Raven's feet. ''See? It's just a soft pillow, nothing more!'' She let go of the feathers whether Raven took them or not. ''Hey bestie, I have an idea.'' She beckoned for the student to come closer, but walked up into her space regardless. Then she tried to put the knife in Raven's hands.

''How about you threaten to do what I just did to this pillow, to the person up at the cash register, unless they hand over all their money?'' She whispered, trying to put a hand on Raven's shoulder. ''I don't even need any, you can keep it all to yourself! I just want to see how my bestie fights.''

Raven Jakobs

Rui woke up with a yawn and looked around with a confused look on her face. ''What happened?'' She sat up, stretching her arms above her head before jumping to her feet. ''That was a great nap! I feel much better now, but I already felt great!'' She chuckled, adding a light skip to her step as she followed Olivia and Retsu. She was all smiles and happiness until she spotted the three heroes. The student was unknown to her, she had seen Iphi's face before, but the third one... ''You!'' She pointed a finger at Hebiru, gasping. ''You're the one who tried to murder me in cold blood at the police station! I was even being nice and cooperating but you wouldn't listen!'' She accused Hebiru with bold-faced lies before turning to Olivia and Retsu. ''Besties, she's evil and tries to trick you, don't listen to a word she says!'' She then pointed at Iphi. ''And you have weird eyes!''

Rui laughed maniacally as Retsu started tossing out bombs. ''That's right, bestie, blow them all away!'' She shouted while keeping her hands over her ears, not even able to hear her own voice in the ensuing chaos. She only barely registered Hemogoblin escaping and didn't really pay attention until she called out to her. ''Huh? Hey, Helios!! Get back here!'' She shouted, her want to chase after Hemogoblin only slightly lower than her want to kill heroes. ''Which one are we killing first, besties?'' She grinned wickedly as she looked back over her shoulder. However, before she could act, the hero student made her move.

Hemogoblin, Bakiri Retsu, Olivia Liang

She furrowed her brow at her fellow Project as she introduced herself properly. ''Heliosgoblin...'' She repeated back, holding her knife up and tensing her body as if she was ready to stab at a moment's notice, like a wild animal preparing for a fight. ''Amy is mine! Find your own minion!''

''Since when have I been demoted to-''

''And I commit crimes because I wanna! I'm Rui, I kill people!'' She retorted, shouting over Amy. Eloise was very effective at taunting her, to the point that she was practically seething by the time she was pointing at her and mocking her for fighting air heroes. ''I fight real heroes!'' She stomped her foot, just about ready to take her first swipe at this little shit. ''You... You don't know them because I murderized them so you can't talk to them!''

She took a step back when Eloise... Bit into her own hand? ''Bleeder!'' She pointed a finger at her. ''You're weird! Swords are made of metal, not blood!'' She twirled her knife around. It was a cool ability, but since when had she been scared of bleeders? ''Yeah, I'm ready to confess. That you're a dumb knight of stupid blood, and I'm gonna kill you dead!'' She hissed as she suddenly charged forward, knife raised as she would try to stab Eloise in the face.

Meanwhile Amy was completely unphased and typed in a phone number on her phone, waiting for a moment before someone finally picked up.

''Yeah, can I get three number 5's? Yeah and three sodas, that would be great.'' She stood up and walked to the nearest street sign and said it out loud before hanging up.

Hemogoblin

As if this place couldn't get any weirder, the first sight they were met by once the doors sealed behind them was... More clones? ''What the hell is going on here? There's three Bomb Besties!'' When Nia drew her blade Rui responded in kind by taking out her knife. While the sight of multiple Retsus was kind of crazy, it wasn't all that weird compared to what she saw in Takamagahara West earlier. What really broke Rui was seeing another version of herself. ''That's...'' She pointed a finger at her clone, her whole body shaking as her pale face was stricken with fear, sweating bullets as she remembered one of the worst days in her life. ''Th-There's only one me! Who are you?! You're not my besties, and I'm not joining you!'' She retorted, assuming that the reason they needed her was because they wanted to hire Rui, not kidnap or take her hostage.

''Cotton?'' She frowned, she knew exactly what was going on and she was going to blow this whole clone thing wide open. ''Replicrap is that you?! You're such a stealer and liar you even stole my face! Hippo! Stupid!'' She was raring to go, she needed to stab her clone to death, kill any trace of other Ruis, or Replicute in case she was right. She was ready to fight until the moment Cotton revealed her ability.

As multiple other Ruis started to spring up from the marbles, real Rui dropped her knife and collapsed into a panicked mess, screaming as she backed up against the sealed door. She raised her arms as if to shield herself from Gnist's bow, bracing herself to get blasted by some quirk ability. When she didn't she carefully looked back at Gnist. ''...Eir? Are you with Koi?'' She wasn't scared of her blade, in fact, maybe Gnist would lose morale upon seeing her regeneration in action and realize just how weak her little weapon was. She cried out in agony as she was cut, but just like she expected she could already feel the healing effect taking root in her body. ''I'm not going back! Never ever!'' She stood up and frantically began running alongside the wall, hoping to outrun Gnist and find a way out of here, abandoning her besties to die.

However, before she could get that far she slowed down, clutching the area where she was cut as she let out a series of coughs before falling to her knees confused. ''My healing...'' She glared back at Gnist. ''Cheater! What did you do?!''

TL;DR:
- Rui freaks out upon seeing 3 Retsus
- Freaks out some more seeing a clone of herself
- Gets cut by Gnist, tries to run away after only to realize something has happened to her quirk to slow down her regeneration
