At first, Fuyuko thought that all she needs is to wait for everything goes as her plan. Yet, the situation calls otherwise where the movement of the tide suddenly gone haphazard after it got shattered from being iced and the appearance of another smaller entity that ready to bring more trouble. Fuyuko have no time to give much thought on the well being of Sasaki and the dragon as they were doused by a boiling water as her attention drifts into rain of compressed water that is targeted toward the civilian. Fuyuko rush forwards and controls all of her drone from her glasses and create a makeshift rooftop. The intensity of the pressure force her to make a rather small umbrella to actually full block the water but it is better than nothing. Focus on the water lady, leave the citizen to me Fuyuko calls out to Dauntless as she grabs the nearest civilian and push them into under the umbrella.

Stay calm, I need all of your cooperation and make sure that you are under the umbrella. I will move it slowly so please stay focus for the safety of others! Fuyuko shouts at the civilian, begging for them to follow her instruction. She saw Noa is currently helping the civilian too so she decides to call out to her Noa! Is it possible for you to take control over the pressurized water? If so, try your best to decrease the pressure Fuyuko shouts. If she can do that, Fuyuko can spread her drone a bit thinner which should make her be able to protect more people.

Numerous attempts upon blocking the raging path of the golem has been proven useless. Even the best attempt from both Dauntless and the giant dragon, they could only slow it down for a moment. Dauntless lands next to her with a relief expression painted on his face as he shoved two civilians that he saves onto her. Demura, open your communication channel Fuyuko without sparing any times swiftly makes a call to Demura and hands him a TWS so she can relay any sort of information to each other when necessary. While we can't destroy the golem from the looks of it, find a way to slow it down alongside with that giant dragon. Fuyuko shares a simple plan to Demura. I will relay more plan as we wings it as clearly time is not on our side Fuyuko nods at Dauntless as she rushes toward the crowd.

As she advanced, she noticed two students from UA trying to contribute on slowing down the waves. She felt conflicted, while they are studying to be a hero as their future - but it is not the time for them to be one yet. However, at current condition; she needs every manpower that she could gather until reinforcement come.

At best scenario, it will dried it out but at the very least it should be slowing them down Fuyuko quickly tells her about what she is going to do. While also relaying the same plan to Demura.

Go to the home depot now, I will follow you from behind. Put any tabs to UA Fuyuko order Noa as she calls out her spectres and adjust the nightmare that is produced from the Spectres before making the nearby civilian scrambles in fear upon eye contact with the spectres away from the waves path.

tl;dr: Open a direct communication with Demura, approaches Noa and orders her to buy some cements, tells Demura about her plan, clear up the path from civilians.

Rain graces its presence to the citizen of Koto-ku, unbeknownst to them the tragedy that is brought by the rain itself. Fuyuko is not spared to the ignorance to said development as rain is not the strangest thing one would experience especially from a hero like Fuyuko. As she unfurl her umbrella in leisure, a jolt to her brain made her aware the fact that the intensity of the rain increase in an abnormal rate and no sign of stopping. Shriek of panic starting to echo throughout the street. Fuyuko sprang in action at incredible speed; unleashing the swarm of drone from her hair ornament and order them to create a canopy right on the top of them. While it is not big enough to cover everyone, it gives a good coverage for people to dash under it and go to the nearest rooftop.

Fortunately, the abnormal rain suddenly stops abruptly. As if time is being halt for the droplets, yet no sign of a person that could be the actors behind all of this yet. The droplets starts to move and pooled up on the ground followed a tremor as the pool takes form into a giant humanoid creature that is fully made out of water. Without wasting any time, Fuyuko summons three spectres and line them up high to the nearest rooftop. Everyone! Run away from the direction that being goes Fuyuko yells as she display her hero license and stares at the nearest police to take over that responsibility. Fuyuko suddenly vanish from her spot and can be seen in multiple instance near where the spectres were supposed to be one at a time and now she find herself on the top of the roof with a clear picture of everything. She summons a spectre once again and let it rise as high as possible then she shares her vision with it.

Fuyuko now able to get the full picture of what is happening and a probability of what is going to happen. The direction of the water being is towards the bay. While Fuyuko can't tell on why but there is one thing that she knows and that is a collateral damage that it would bring with their movement. Fuyuko able to see that Dauntless is already on the scene trying to smash the golem's head alongside with someone that Fuyuko has no idea on who he is but she can see that they are trying to help so Fuyuko decides to turn blind eye on them for now. Fuyuko attention is now move to the other way and rush to the path area that is going to be crossed by the golem.

Please run straight and not make a detour Fuyuko wishes to no one as she made an impromptu bridge with her swarms to the place and then start to conduct clearing the road up from any kind of civilian. As she goes; she needs to think a way to establish a communication link from her to Dauntless.

tl;dr: After noticing that Dauntless is attacking the golem. Fuyuko decide to evacuate any civilians that is within the path of the golem.

Demura Kano, king, Sasaki Sento, Arataki Noa

Fuyuko, who has been witnessing the exchange between the 'man' nad Freja, smiles approvingly as Freja manages to keep up with her wits albeit her initial approaches was a little rough. While Fuyuko subtract her point because of the initial exchange, it got overshadowed by her further performance. Letting the robot to act pretend any further won't do any good so Fuyuko decide to go to the next step.

On the corner of alleyway, the 'man' take a sharp turn and make himself disappear from Freja's vision momentarily. Within the span of that time, the 'man' melt her disguise away revealing a woman android wielding two giant knives on both of her hands. The alleyway is quite tight with a construction platform on the top of them with several heavy objects on the platform. The Android will launch an attack right toward Freja once she make a turn to that said alleyway.

The ring has fallen and effectively erasing the immediate danger. Fuyuko, who witness everything through the screen, nods in approval while jotting down some personal notes. Moving to the next stage Fuyuko informs her team as to carry on the exam to the next stage.

With fallen of the ring, the evacuation runs smoother despite the monkey still run amok around. While there are some injuries varies on the intensity, none of them are found dead. As Freja is busy guiding the evacuation, suddenly a man approaches her frantically. If they have high awareness, they would aware a faint noise of gear from within the body of the man. However there is one thing that is easy to determine is that how his skin felt elastic enough but Freja can felt some kind of hardness feel to it.

"Hero! I am thankful that you are here! Please help my daughter. She is all I have" The man said frantically and forcefully pull Freja wanting to show the place where he needs some help.

Complete with full of attire that display any relations to Star Wars; Fuyuko sets her foot on one of the local Star Wars convention. Fuyuko purposefuly wear a hoodie and a hat in an attempt to hide her face from the public.

Other would though that she was there for some kind of infiltration mission as Fuyuko would be the last person that people would expect to be found in this kind of place. However, her reason wasn't that complex - She is just a fan of Star Wars due to the influence of her late husband. However, once Hiyori was born and her husband passed away; She has no time to enjoy her hobby. To the point that her own daughter didn't aware that Fuyuko is a fan of Star Wars. This is her first convention for a long time now.

Her current goal is to procure a limited merchandise complete with the signature of the original cast. With the current state, the merchandise is one of its kind and impossible to get reproduce anymore. This merchandise auction lure many fans in making the venue is crowded. But Fuyuko won't give up as she is ready to face on this battlefield.

Not noticing that she will encounter her old acquaintance here on accident in the near future.

Sora Nakoma

As the light bleeds out through the darkness followed by a violent gust of wind that swepts the guards within to the designated place, without missing a single beat Fuyuko swap places with one of the spectral that positioned itself on the top of the beam as she recall the swarm of nanobot towards her. Shaping the dark cloud into a blade, with a single swing it cuts the suspension cable that hold the beam on the ceiling and strategically crush the guards underneath. While they don't pertain any life threatening injuries, but it is enough to incapacitated.

As for Fuyuko, when the ground where she stood fall down - She quickly swap place with her last spectres that has been strategically positioned near the hostage while the commotion happened earlier. Fuyuko never stops thinking and moving within the short span of time - The Watcher controls the area.

Everything would be okay, we are here to save you Fuyuko tries to assure the captive that has been scared out of their mind while the said student that was her reason to be here is found unconscious but alive. Fuyuko examine the condition of the captive and her expression soured as she noticed their ankle They cut their tendon to not let them run away Fuyuko informs Sora with a grim tone. This mission becomes harder than before she thought it would be.

The commotion that happened within the building starts to reel the outside guards in. Sign of movement can be heard and suddenly the door is blasted open followed by a sonic wave oscilsting through the air moving at great speed toward where the hostages are. Fortunately, Fuyuko is prepared enough as she already deployed her nanobots before the door blasted open and form an impromptu shields. The nano shields scatters upon impact with the wave and no one got hurt from the sudden attack. Its not good, we need to subdue them before they do something to the captive Fuyuko inform the change of plan and with a smoot movement parry and slam a monkey man that suddenly lungs forward at her using the dust flying around as distraction.
