Tsukiko used to be completely normal, but ever since her defining moment she has gained three separate faces. The first face, the one she shows the world, is one of grace, organization, and cleanliness. Seen by many as the perfect spouse or host, she is industrious at home, performing household duties without a single complaint, and even would go out of her way to cook your favorite meal so you can dine in a spotless environment. The second face, the one she only shows family and close friends, is absolutely chaotic. This is the face she wore when she was younger and had naught a care in the world. An irrepressible flirt, bouncing from one man to the other as they energetically attended clubs and other social situations; the kind that could be caught completely inebriated out in public if she hadn't sworn off alcohol years ago.

Now, her final face, the third face, is her most terrifying visage. This face is what you never show anyone, it is her truest essence. When being true to herself she can seem like a completely maddened hag. Death, destruction, blood, and gore, all of these cease to phase her; in fact, she begins to seek these things out. Her demeanor is callous, her words lie, and her behavior is downright aggressive. When performing her role as villain in society, this is the mask she dons under alternate personas; something that permanently leaves scars on her social appearance to those who see it. After dark Tsukiko is a huntress, a cat that hunts it's prey and plays with it until it dies, or plays dead, and then proceeds to play, even though she has work to do.

Tsukiko can often be seen wearing a full-blown maid outfit. Not one of those designed to emphasize a woman’s appearance, no, the kind you’d see real maids actually wear. Long black dress, white apron, and a headband to help hold back her hair. Add in long white socks and black dress loafers and you have the entire attire completed. If she is not actively working however, she can be found wearing black dress pants, a long-sleeve white-collared button-down dress shirt with a black jacket slung over her shoulders. When wearing this outfit she tends to carry a suitcase or a long odachi; however, neither carries a gun or a blade. The suitcase holds various cleaning supplies, as well as a small container of makeup that holds only ash while the odachi scabbard comes with a hilt, but is filled to the brim with ashes.

When performing villainous work as Satsu, she wears a long, red and black coat, black trousers, steel adorned boots, and black gloves. Villain Outfit Link

Tsukiko, the youngest of her generation in the Hada family. She wasn't the expected child, and her older brother did his best to take care of her in the moments the parents couldn't; after all, kids will be kids. Sometimes, it even felt like she helped take care of Nao, but that was simply the early past. Growing up further, the two would seem to separate even further, in behavior that is. Being the youngest, she had plenty of attention on her, and she would eventually find ways to abuse this.

Her early life was nothing impressive. Normal school, normal life at home, even her quirk showed up in a normal way; nothing grandiose happened, at least, until she turned 14. That was the day she became an aunt. Her brother, Nao, had their first child, Ryota, and the little baby was absolutely adorable. By the time she was 18, she was already doing her best to dote on the little guy. Working as a waitress wasn't an impressive job that paid a ton of money, but she was able to use her looks to squeeze a little bit more cash out so she could get the little guy action figures of heroes and stuff like that. But when Nao and his wife had another kid, she was old enough to realize that was the kind of life she wanted.

Tsukiko wanted a calm, easy life. Something with a family. Toshiko was a great woman, and she might be a bit biased, but her brother was a right great father. All she needed was to find a man like that, someone who despite all of the adversity in the world, could still do what he loves best while caring for a family. Where else would you find such reputable men except in seedy dive bars?

Turns out, that's exactly where to look. One of the bars she ended up at turned out to have been a secret vigilante meet-up spot, and she ended up dating one of the regulars. Every few weeks, Tsukiko would start dating a new man, met at the same seedy dive bar. Each one was physically strong, independent, a vigilante in secret. Eventually, she would join them on their 'anti-villain' expeditions out in the middle of the night. It was a life she needed to keep secret from her brother, and eventually, when the question arose on if she would ever settle down... she said yeah.

Or at least, she would try. After another five to six years of the same routine; she finally got bored of fighting for justice and started trying to find a way out. Maid by day, vigilante at night, until finally, she broke up with her last boyfriend. She thought that last one was the one; they had been dating for the longest of all of them, a total whopping six months! But she caught him skimming money from the guys they were fighting, and she knew he was going to be the last. Now, at the age of 25, she settled down in a small apartment and just... lived. Tsukiko grew more reclusive, even though Nao and Ryota would refuse to let her fully vanish into reclusivity.

Shortly after however, a man visited the cafe she worked at, specifically requesting Tsukiko. It had never happened; most of the men who visited often avoided her if they had her previously. Many even referred to her as the crimson witch; mostly due to her ability to enchant them into spending extra. She was just too good, and the smarter men avoided her. This man that visited was... wealthy, extremely wealthy. In fact, he wasn't even there to eat or enjoy the commodities.

No, he was after her.

It was a job offer, and when she saw his name her eyes sparkled. ***** Orion. He was an inventor with many creations under his belt; literally, that is even one of them. He was wearing it, right then and there. You could tell by the giant O in the middle with several small pouches along the ends. Supposedly, nothing could break it; a few heroes used it, but mostly, it was an accessory people would just buy just for the name alone. He offered quite a lot of money just for her, and then... she refused.

Each day after, the man came back asking for her. Each week, on Friday, he would repeat that same question, with every time the money would increase. Instead of simply letting her host him, he would talk to her about his day; as if they had always been friends. With a few flirts here and there, eventually, she began feeling something for him until one day, she wanted to work for him. Without even waiting for the next Friday, she asked what his offer this week was, and offered to take it.

Taking the job wasn't exactly what she was aiming for; no, she wanted to date the man and see if he could be the perfect one for her. A year would pass, and she still hadn't pulled forth the courage to ask. It was as if she was afraid he would say no; that fear never stopped her before, but something changed in her. As head maid of the house, she would cook, clean, and do everything that the Orion needed before he could even say he needed it. She memorized his patterns throughout the day, and after that first year, had gotten so good at it that even he noticed her diligence.

After many more weeks of being afraid of the answer, she finally broke down and asked. He said yes, but they couldn't formally announce it. He was somewhat of a celebrity, and if word got out that his maid was his significant other... things would go south. That was fine, but she wanted to introduce him to Nao and the rest of her family; after all, this time she nailed a perfect man! Tsukiko was no longer going to turn into some sour hag that lived alone most of her life!

Years passed; nothing changed. She was now 32, Ryota had ran off to hero school, Nao had lost his hearing in an accident, and she was living happily with the Orion. By now he had started having her file everything for his work as well; anything for the love of her life. However... things were wrong at home. Orion started becoming more and more erratic, and depressive. She couldn't figure out why, and did her best to comfort him but was pushed aside. Her life was now his, at least, that was the way she saw it, and if he was miserable, than it must have been her fault.

Time passed once more, and each time she tried to comfort him, he got more and more violent, until eventually, he actively hurt her. It only escalated from there. First, a rarity; it would be months between verbal abuse, then weeks, then days. Once it became daily, alcohol came into the equation. Once every month he would hurt her; never to the point where she couldn't work, but it was bad enough then. This continued, for years, only becoming more common. Tsukiko stopped seeing her family as the bruises and scars were getting too hard to hide, using the excuse of being 'too busy' to get out of family reunions. Still, the man had her handle everything from finances to cleaning and cooking; all he did was yell, have mental breakdowns, and lock himself away in the basement.

Eventually, the love she had for him began to shatter. It was still there, but glowing dimly, trying its hardest to grasp onto whatever was left. Suddenly, one final day, Orion left his study and for the first time in 6 years, he looked happy. Overjoyed, Tsukiko aimed to prepare a celebration for the return of the man she loved. It was the perfect day, no yelling, no abuse, and she was finally able to embrace him. Unfortunately, this story doesn't end on a happy note. As if Tsukiko was cursed by fate, Orion went right back to the abuse; no, that isn't the right term. He doubled down on it. The damage he was dealing was worse, and worse, until finally, fearing for her own life, Tsukiko plunged a knife into his chest during the scuffle. Like a tree being chopped, Orion fell, with Tsukiko atop him, knife in hand. One, two, no, twenty-eight stab wounds later, his body stopped moving.

Once the deed was done, her mind shattered. The man she loved now lay upon the ground, lifeless. The room was painted bright red with his blood and... she felt thrilled! Despair merged with ecstasy as her mind twisted, and warped; she had never felt more free! It was the first time she had killed, and killing one so close to her just felt... PERFECT! As the elation subsided, however, she realized this could not stay forever. No, she needed to hide this deed; and to do that, she began to seek out her old... contacts. Little did she know that a new group of not-so-savory individuals had taken over the nearest vigilante get-together.

Who knew the Chiyoda district would begin to see some new... management.

Tephrakinesis
Emitter - B

Tephrakinesis allows the user to manipulate burned or incinerated material in its various forms psychically. This includes but is not limited to cinders of an actively burning object, ashes of something that has already been burned, and smoke produced by incineration of another object. When focusing the user can convert solid burned matter into smoke or collect and solidify it, gaining the physical properties of another object with many limitations. When creating a set object out of ashes or cinders, the object must have a chain of direct contact to her hands; this can be through another object, or through many objects, as long as it has some form of indirect, but direct contact. After creation, the object will collapse back into ash if it leaves direct contact with Tsukiko for longer than 10 seconds.

• Tephrakinesis involves the manipulation of pre-existing burned matter and cannot generate new matter on its own.
• Overusing Tephrakinesis can cause the user's body to dry up and crack. Continued use beyond this point may lead to gradual disintegration of the user's body. Injuries caused by this ability can be healed over time by reforming the affected body part using Tephrakinesis and resting for an extended period.
• Smoke cannot revert to solid matter; therefore, if the user is forced to destroy their limited ash or cinders, they risk becoming quirkless until more ash is generated.
• Their limitations on using smoke are purely to condense, or spread the smoke; other quirks involving smoke can easily overpower this quirks control.

Marked Odachi - A massive sword scabbard, and a bladeless hilt. Is filled with the cremated ashes of her former lover, Valerio Orion.

Smartphone - A smartphone. Contains a list of all of her daily routines. Also has access to some internet locations that the police should never get their hands on.

Chiyoda Legion Mask - A signifier that one is a part of the Chiyoda District's Legion. Mono-black, featureless except for the eyes.

Traveling Maid Case - Large, wooden toolcase with a single shoulder strap. Holds everything a maid needs to perform her duties, like a small vacuum, a bucket, rags, dish soap, sponges, microfiber cloths, cleaning chemicals, baking soda, vinegar, brushes, lint rollers, extendable dusters, a mop and various small pouches of ashes. The ashes are so she can reapply her makeup.

Hidden Pouches - Small cloth containers that contain enough ash to create small objects. These can be found located anywhere on her body where one could hide a knife.

Wallet - Keeps her identity in it. Has many cards for money, one of which is linked to Valerio Orion and another is her proof of labor underneath Valerio Orion.

Backup Phone - An old style phone. Can only send SMS messages, and store information. Stores excessive amounts of information regarding her former lovers, with a few marked as PRIORITY. At the end of the list is a section labeled HADA that stores up to date information on her close family, all of which is pulled from newspapers and articles regarding them. Ryota seems to have the most.

One Cleaning Cut - C-
Blades are a beautiful thing. The lines, the geometry, the balance...something that <insert name here> knows and understands all too well during many hours of food prep. Any blade master will tell you how important edge alignment is in a duel, and <name> understands that alignment to a T. This allows them to, every cut and slash, create an effective cross section, whether it be slicing and dicing vegetables in the kitchen or achieving those extra three millimeters to secure a kill.

Breaking and Entering - C-
Just what it says on the tin. Few barriers will stop Tsukiko from entering, be they locks, doors, windows; even height won't stop her. She is on her way to mastering the art of getting around anything designed to stop her from progressing.

Bodging - D+
Tsukiko was never an engineer, but gaining access to Valerio's lab has allowed her to experiment in more ways than one. Bodging is the art of creating, fixing, or improving a device temporarily through quick fixes, shortcut hacks, or other means.

Breaking and Entering - C-
Her years as a vigilante left her with some useful skills involving medicine. While she would is almost useless at treating things like diseases, she has journeyman levels of knowledge involving setting broken bones, suturing deep cuts, and extracting bullets.
