Whether by text through the ENKI app, or a mysterious letter that somehow made it to the person in question, many villains and criminals in Tokyo received a formal invitation from Mummy. She was a villain who had been busy growing her own reputation in the last few months, killing pro heroes and generally causing mayhem. The message was sent out by her personally and it read the following:

''CONGRATULATIONS, YOU'RE NOTEWORTHY!!

You have been invited to the most super amazingest party in all of Tokyo hosted by yours truly!!! That's me Mummy btw!

I've been out here on the streets committing all sorts of horrible crime, you know, villain life 5ever!! I've run into a bunch of new besties along the way, but barely gotten to know them! Some of you I haven't even met in person, just heard about. ~

So I thought what better way to get to know everyone than host a party? So that's exactly what I'm doing, a party for villains and criminals only! Some of you are probably thinking this could be some kind of trap. Get over yourselves. You think I'd betray my besties? You're hurting my feelings, you know. ~ You don't even have to bring anything, just yourself! Everything is provided for from drinks, to food, to music! I happened to pull off an exciting heist recently, lemme tell you all about it in person! <3

Tucked away down a side alley in a rather big basement, Rui had gotten some help getting everything set up for the party. There was tables, chairs, a banquet, copious amounts of drinks and the kind of sparkly decor that would get anyone in the party mood. Already dressed for the occasion, Rui was greeting people by the door as they arrived with a drink in hand.

When the invite had come it hadn't taken Retsu long to decide to attend. Getting to the place had been a whole other matter given that she'd recently crashed her bike again. Given that public transportation followed routes far too predictable for her to feel safe taking them she'd gone for an even less prestigious option. Walking. By the time she was halfway there she'd been deep in thought considering the merits of miniaturizing more of her heavy explosives or perhaps even leaving without them entirely. 

"Yo, ah'm naht late am ah?" Retsu asked while walking in. The ambiance was very much to her taste even if there was a bit too much glitter involved for her liking. "What's in the punch bowl?"

Creativity and inventiveness let to a great many things, some good and some bad. When it came to the contents of punch she'd seen some more than decent varieties. Unfortunately the company she kept also included some people that did so much out of the box thinking that they could no longer think in the box. The incident of 2097 wasn't one she wanted a repeat of. That one was best served forever being lost to history.

A brief shudder ran down her spine as she downed a shot. No, she'd make sure she was fully aware of the contents before partaking in this one.

Lylyana had received a weird letter from an unknown source and began to question its origins. Who knew she was out there? Was it a trap? Who would it be from? She set aside her restraints and opened the letter. As she began reading it, she sighed in relief. It was from Rui. Inviting her to a party of some kind. She shook her head. It was just like Rui to send a random letter to her. She looked over the date and time. It would take her about a day to get there if she walked. It would also be easier to hide her presence. It wouldn't be too difficult to get ready. She didn't need to grab anything to bring with her. It wouldn't be too long before she left.

Lylyana's trip went without incident. She found her way into Shibuya but got lost quickly. After about an hour of wandering around lost, she found herself at the alleyway that she needed to be at. She had slowly made her way down the alley. She would be ready for anything. As she got to the door, Rui was ready for her. This was probably just the way Rui was. "Hello Rui. Thank you for the invite." She slowly made her way inside, keeping her wings from hitting the doorway. She took a look around and found Retsu over by the punch bowl. "Hello there." She said, her voice staying relatively quiet just due to her natural personality. She wasn't sure who else would show up.

''Bomb Bestie!! You're never late!'' Rui beamed as she greeted Retsu, a mischievous grin spreading on her face as Retsu asked about the punch bowl. ''Only one way to find out. ~ The hospital isn't far if you drink too much!'' By hospital she meant herself of course. Focusing her healing curing drunk states or even hangovers was nothing to her. Well, so long as she didn't have to heal every patron here...

She was almost about to follow Retsu, but then she heard another familiar voice join the fray. One she wasn't sure was going to show up, but she was overjoyed to see. ''Queen Bestie! Totes stoked you could come!! How was the trip?'' She bounced over to Lylyana's side, ready to hear all about it. Then her Queen Bestie went to say hello to Retsu, perfect!! Besties meeting besties and it was all happening naturally! Downing her own drink she gave herself a reason to join them for drinks. ''Bomb Bestie, meet Queen Bestie. Queen Bestie, Bomb Bestie.'' She inserted herself into the conversation with what she personally saw as flawless ease. Two of her best besties were meeting and she couldn't just pretend like she wasn't super excited to see them talk with each other.

Despite her being aware that Rui and Lylyana knew each other Retsu was still surprised to see her walk in through the door. She supposed it made sense though. Offering the winged woman a friendly nod she picked up another shot and downed it. No point in wasting free liquor after all. Who knew? If she got drunk enough she might have an excuse to stay away from the punch bowl.

"Uh huh," Retsu replied to Rui's explanation, her voice simultaneously flatter than a pancake and more skeptical than an economist at a multi-level marketing demonstration. She most definitely wasn't going to fall for that. 

"Sup, how ya been?" Retsu cordially replied to Lylyana. "'Ave ya tried the punch yet? Ah 'eard it's special."

That didn't mean she wasn't curious to find out about its contents however. Besides, with Rui around what was the worst that could happen?"

"We've met," she replied to Rui's enthusiastic introduction while sharing a glance with Lylyana. "So, what's this heist ah've been hearin' about?"

She smiled. It was always good to hear her voice and excitement. Lyly had only two current friends and they were both in the room. It was good to have them both. She was quick to answer Rui. "It was good. Thank you. I was able to get here fairly quickly." She was happy that she was able to get here. It thankfully just took some manipulation.

Turning to Retsu, she replied softly. "I have been well. Most living quietly." She didn't really get out a lot. She was concerned about being spotted by the police. "The less of a change that I'm spotted, the better." She said, not really understanding she probably isn't wanted. "The punch? I have not." She looked at it curiously. She wondered what could be special about it. She grabbed a cup and poured some into it. She took a small sip and spit it out. "What is this? It tastes like a salamander nose cavity drenched in deer eye juice." She grabbed a napkin and rubbed the liquid off her mouth. Did people like this stuff? What was wrong with them?

She then heard Rui's introductions and softly giggled as Retsu mentioned that the two had already met. She then heard Retsu mention a heist. She had never participated in a heist. While killing people became second nature to her, stealing from them had never felt quite right. That may have been due to her grandmother's words. Who knew for certain? She also would rather stay hidden from any police contact.

Got a bullet in the chamber, and this is gonna hurt!

He has seen the invite on Enki app and shrugged, and thought why not the girl intrigued him as both have a big hatred for fake heroes. She went too far and even killed hero's he thought should not be killed, but he was not going to get involved in it. He would get a cab and stop at the entrance and lean against the wall near the door and smoked before going in. He had heard of the host that called her self mommy and was aware of her reputation that seems to be growing in the villain criminal society.  He was not a member, but he had done a few dirty jobs for the Enki villains and cause of this he got access to their app.  He would open the door and walk into the party and seen he and fact she greeted him as he entered it.  He hoped if needed he packed enough mags for his gun and continued in and nodded to her, “thank you for the invite.” He would state to her, a little surprised he was invited to this. Yes, he was a villain, but the villainy was doing various crimes, but his real house was Assassinations.

Body movement and evidence tempering, and leaving false trails, so villains can escape pursuit of hero's.  He would move in and look about as he had noticed the other two he had not ever meet them, or maybe it was more like he does not remember ever meeting them as it was an issue he had.  He would make his way towards them so he can get something to drink and still unsure if this was a trap.  It did not look like it, so he would relax, but he would still be prepared in case. But till he had a reason, he would enjoy the party, wondering if they were only going to be people to attend this.
