Her strong belief in her ability to take matters into her own hands means she will stand up for what she believes is right no matter what kind of trouble it could get her into.
As a bit of a thrill seeker Tamaya tends to act first and think second, often resulting in her coming off as brash, loud and arrogant. Tamaya usually wears her hair into a messy ponytail and has a preference for clothes that let her feel the sun on her skin. She usually wears something along the lines of a crop top and short shorts supplemented with a red leather jacket -because leather jackets are the exception to her rule- and black walking boots. Additionally she rarely leaves home without at least one of her guitars, a case slung over her shoulder wherever she goes.
Tamaya's quirk causes her arms to transform into large watery appendages that she can control. For reasons she isn't aware of the transformation affects any fabrics she is wearing on her arms as well but has no effect on anything else she is holding or wearing. Due to the fabrics she is wearing on her arms while using her quirk somehow remaining wet when her arms transform back Tamaya prefers not to wear anything with sleeves other than her signature red leather jacket.
When operating as a vigilante Tamaya either wears an outfit that isn't too dissimilar to her normal one albeit with more reds and blacks or a stylized red and black sleeveless martial artist's outfit adorned with golden dragons (see image above 'Overview'). Her transformation rings also store a full set of metal armor with red accents and a removable helmet.

Eventually she moved away from even the Shirayuki martial art styles and adopted more foreign ones such as Capoeira and even branched out far past it with other hobbies such as parkour. It is in one such hobby that she eventually found her passion.

Just her and her guitar. The statement became her purpose and her way of life. Whether it be through indie rock concerts, underground fighting rings or challenging dojos Tamaya was determined to prove herself and make her mark upon the world.

Additionally she can freeze parts of said limbs to use as sharp points or fire off as projectiles. Should they be damaged when transformed Tamaya's appendages slowly replenish themselves by absorbing moisture from the air.
QUIRK DRAWBACKS: While Tamaya has partial control over the watery limbs manifested by her quirk this control ironically isn't nearly as fluid as using her normal limbs. As a result Tamaya has to put her entire body behind her movements in order to properly use her Twin Water Dragons, telegraphing her moves to skilled opponents. Additionally should there not be enough water remaining in her quirk Tamaya cannot transform her arms back until she has reabsorbed enough moisture to fully reform the limbs in question.
