Michael appears mostly normal except that his head is a bright red balloon. Even though he has no mouth, eyes or ear holes he does have a mouth, eyes and ears they are just hidden within the semipermeable latex of his balloon head. He can even eat non-solid foods and drinks through the latex. He can even manipulate the pores of latex enough to stretch to get thicker food stuffs to his mouth. The rest of his body is a tall toned male figure.
Michael dresses rather casually, going by comfort and accessibility. Because of his ability to inflate and deflate himself, he does try to often wear more stretchy clothing.

- If skin punctured, the quirk is difficult to use until patched.
- Extreme temperatures such as heat and cold can make controlling the gas within difficult as well as affect his rubbery skin to be too pliable or condensed and brittle respectively.
