Okay, Let's Take This One More Time From The Top...

Michael’s father was pro hero for England but after meeting Michael’s mother retired to be with her in Japan. Michael’s mother was from a relatively high class aristocratic family. Michael’s father had a rubber-like mutation quirk and his mother had a gas manipulation emission quirk and their union resulted in Michael having a balloon mutation quirk. Michael grew up very privileged but he always was very caring and helpful for the less fortunate. He would use his power, influence and talents to help anyone that needed it. Fueling his passion for altruism, his parents sought to put him on track to be a hero, though Michael requested that he earn all of it himself, so that is what he sets out to do. Michael now attends UA University in hopes of become a professional hero.
