On a certain island in the waters surrounding Japan, all hell has broken loose.

People hardly had any time to react when the floating eyeballs descended from the sky. Attacks had been happening around the island as members of the Ragnarockers had started rampaging, but no one expected them to reach this town so quickly. What was odd about the eyeballs was that they were indistinguishable from each other, but all asked whoever they came across the same question.

''Have you seen my sister, Takako?''

Following the question, no matter what answer the person gave, flames would start spewing forth from the eyes, igniting a fire throughout the town in a matter of minutes. Amy, a woman with long hair ran away from the flames, tears in her eyes as she finally dove for cover behind an abandoned car. ''I can't take it anymore. One of these days I'm gonna die working for this psychopath! Who sends their employee into a war zone like this?'' She looked down at the bag she was carrying and opened it to look inside, tearing up as she did. ''All for some candy?'' She had either been struck with the worst luck, or her boss actively wanted to harm her. Either way, she heavily regretted coming out here. While people were running from the fires, one man emerged completely unphased. In fact, the eyeballs were swirling around him, as if he was the one controlling them. ''Leave me alone! I don't know about your sister!!'' Amy pleaded, before turning to see what looked to be a hero together with some other people. ''Okay Amy, you're just a civilian, they don't know you're a villain, just get them to fight him so you can get out of here!'' She muttered to herself before sprinting towards Stellar, Kenta and Naomi, although her appeal was entirely to Stellar.

''H-Hero please help me! He's crazy, Heimdall has completely lost the plot! Please I-'' She thought about making up a lie for sympathy and without missing a beat she blurted out: ''He burned my house down.''

Heimdall, the man behind the town-wide arson continued his dramatic slow walk, but finally spoke up. ''And so what if I did? It's my right. I can do whatever the hell I want to this stupid town. I just asked you one simple question. Have you ever lost someone close to you?'' He stopped and looked up at the sky. ''It's ironic! I have the power to see everything, and yet I still lost her...'' He looked back down at the trio and pointed at them. ''She's out there somewhere! I know she is, she has to be! If you tell me where you saw her, I'll let you live!'' He clicked his tongue and buried his face in his palms. ''Wait, no I can't that totally goes against our plan to kill everyone and destroy the island.'' He gave an exasperated sigh as he sent the floating eyeballs forward. ''Okay, but like at least tell me before I kill you, that's the nice thing to do.'' Something about Heimdall's mannerisms seemed off somehow, as if he wasn't entirely in control of his own actions, or he was under some kind of trance. Making a finger gun and pointing it at the trio he unleashed a wave of flames, trying to scorch all of them by using the eyeballs as flamethrowers. ''Bye, bye now!''

The Fall

TL;DR:
- Floating eyeballs descend on the town, they ask everyone the same question before attempting to burn them alive, regardless of what they answer
- Amy is running from the eyes and pleads with the pro hero Stellar to save her
- Heimdall, the man who is controlling the eyeballs unleashes them on our trio, attempting to flamethrower burn everyone in one fell swoop

[attr="class","kiminoright"] Maxima was on the job! She had originally been paired up with Ryo- Vox to investigate some oddities out on the islands near Tokyo. Getting a boat was the easier part, but driving the boat was something neither her nor Ryota could do. So with a driver they would make their way to the island which had a bunch of people suddenly disappear as if they never existed. Stellar would never see this island as the flames caused by Heimdall caught her eye from a distance and with a quick strategy meeting Ryota would take a jet ski (Thank you Maxima) over to their original destination while she would continue on towards the island.[break][break] Arriving shortly after, she realized she wasn't alone. Someway and somehow two 'children' had managed to get here and while she didn't know them it was her duty to protect them! "Okay, I've got a boat by the shore, and you two should go evacuate! Maxima is on the job!!" She then turned her attention to Heimdall "Hey! I'm Stellar, a Pro Hero. Why don't you just turn off your quirk, and I'll help you find your sister? Family is super important!!" The eyeballs floating around them didn't bode well, and shortly after, Heimdall made it clear what his intentions were - a fight.[break][break] As a response to the incoming fire, she would summon yellow tendrils from her body and lash out at the fire. Assuming it wasn't as potent as her own energy, it would hopefully cancel it out at the expense of her own whips. She could worry about going on the offensive later; it was more important to protect those behind her.[break][break]

So… Naomi was in waaay over her head. She’d heard that after that big crises with monsters from the sea, a researcher had claimed there was a lot of valuable research in several pieces out in the islands off Japan’s coast. This sparked a huge wave of people to go out and search for it. You’d either have to be super confident or desperate to go out like this. And Naomi was the latter, and needed something really substantial to improve her situation. Besides, this was the LEAST bad thing she could even do right? AND so many other people were already setting sail to explore that she was just going with the flow of things. [break][break]

Here she was now, on one of the various islands, getting her land legs back after the voyage. She'd been wandering the docks for a small while just before hell broke loose all over the place. A couple of the other passengers either on the same boat as her or other boats had conveniently arrived at a time where this island was being attacked by… fire spewing flying eyeballs?! A woman clutching a bag like her life depended on it came up to and began pleading with the other woman, who was apparently a Pro Hero. Heimdall, the man controlling said eyes, came threateningly towards them. [break][break]

“Umm I uhh. What? Why? Hey wait- “ She stammered out in a panic. This man was speaking so weirdly! He was asking about his sister, and even offered to let them live if they did, but in the same breath said he couldn’t because the vague plan was to kill everyone and destroy the island.The pro hero told them to get to her ship, and while she would like to… she already sort of spent money she’d been able to scrounge together to get here so she kinda can’t leave empty handed. [break][break]

“H-his eyes fly he’ll j-just burn the boat if we run to it!” she’d say, trying to give any excuse not to run. She was looking for a good way to somehow exit the situation while still being on the island but it dawned on her. She wouldn’t be able to really break away from this little group for the same reason. He could just burn them each without issue if they separated and ran away. [break][break]

He set forth jets of flames at the lot of them from his multiple floating eyes! Maxima, no wait she said her name was Stellar, sent forth her own glowing whip of power. But knowing there were multiple eyes doing things, Naomi needed to protect herself. And in her good natured instincts, Naomi pulled the panicking woman behind her and brought her arms up. They started expanding and shifting at grotesque angles of dark flesh covered in eyes, mouths, and bones growing just large enough to try and shield herself and the woman with the bag. “Ow ow ow OW OWW Why did this have to happen today?!!” she’d complain and bleat out in pain. With the amount of fire this guy was potentially capable of, she couldn’t just trust one person to protect her when she knew at least you could use your quirk in a defensive manner. Of course with the size of the meat shield, it could probably protect another person at this moment if need be. With the multiple eyes on these transformed and combined limbs, she could also keep an eye or two on what Heimdall is doing.

[Muruyama Kenta]

Just the hero’s summer Kenta always wanted… ell, it was a bit weird to begin with, all with the whole craze about sailing out to find lost research going on, and apparently, some more jacked-up villains appearing. Kenta and some of his friends were also partaking in the search, though at the moment Kenta was actually alone. They called a day to chill and relax before heading out further, and being on a lovely island It was to good of a spot to not do some filming after all, and he didn’t want to drag his companions to much into his side stuff. He was meant to meet the later in the day…and of course, stuff happened.

This time, it happened after he finished a stream…though he imagined viewers could have caught a glimpse of the flying eyeballs appearing as he went offline. One of the eyes approached him and asked its question to which he said “Erm, I don’t think so, but why are you…” before seeing the sparks of flames start appearing, quickly dodging to the side to avoid being burned. Great…another villain attack. Just how he liked them.

It didn’t take long for the culprit to up, hearing a girl cry out for help. He found the guy with his flamethrower talking jibbers, as well as some other people. There was even a pro hero around, Stella! Kenta couldn’t help but stare for a brief second as she spoke before saying “I don’t think this guy is interested in talking…” And seemingly to prove his point, the guy sent a wave of flames towards them.

While Stella and Naomi were defending themselves, Kenta was getting ready to move as he spoke himself. With a gel assisted jump he bound forward, over the flames and towards the dude calling out “Thanks for proving my point! DynaGel Strike!” waving his arm towards him in the air, his gel forming into a fist as large as his toros at it went flying right at the flame throwing man.

''I know who you are, Stellar!'' He shouted back, take a moment to pause and point at her, his lips curling up into a mischievous smile. ''But more importantly, I know what you are. You think a mere pro hero can help me? Hm? If that were the case I'd simply turn myself in, but I can't do that. You know why? Because you're not ready.'' He pointed at the three of them. ''None of you. If you were to survive my quirk and see another day you would realize that there are fates far worse than death coming to Japan.''

Amy looked at Naomi and shook her head. ''No no no she's right, we have to get to the boat, right?'' She was still in denial, knowing deep down that Naomi was right, but desperately wanting to not burn to death. Amy flinched when Stellar brought out her tendrils, but when Naomi shielded her and transformed, she let out a high pitched shriek and fell on her rear. ''Y-Y-You.. What are you?!'' She stammered, slowly backing away from the villain despite her clearly protecting her. ''I get it now...'' Heimdall scoffed. ''None of you are normal. Quirks that can stand up to mine, you're not mere civilians.'' He turned his attention to Kenta and Naomi. ''Are you?'' The fire from the eyeballs would hurt Naomi, and possibly leave her with burns tomorrow, but it was nothing her quirk couldn't handle. Similarly, Stellar's tendrils were nothing if not putting on a stellar performance, keeping her safe from the fire for now.

Suddenly Heimdall froze up, before clutching his eyes and screaming, even his floating eyeballs shut their eyes in a panic. ''You witch! What have you done?!'' He fell to his knees heaving, as if someone had just thrown sand in his eyes. With fear and paranoia taking hold upon gazing at the eldritch creature for too long, he slowly started to piece together a new narrative in his mind. One befitting of his unfortunate situation. ''It was you!!'' He pointed an accusatory finger at Naomi. ''You took my sister! Where is sh-'' Kenta's DynaGel Strike smacked into his face before he could finish his sentence, sending him tumbling backwards over himself as he took the blow without defending himself. ''That does it..'' He wiped a strand of blood from his nose with his knuckle as he commanded the eyes to take a different formation, this time circling Stellar and Naomi. ''Fire will consume you!!'' Rather than spew flames like a flamethrower, the eyeballs concentrated the flames into a ball of fire, before shooting them forward. While his quirk kept the other two occupied, Heimdall closed the gap between him and as he tried to catch him with a quick jab to his ribs. ''No one gets in my way. Do you stand with that useless hero? With that horrid monster?!''

The Fall

TL;DR:
- Heimdall warns them that none of them are ready for what's coming, says there's a fate worse than death
- Both Heimdall and Amy freak out when Naomi starts transforming, Heimdall in his fear and madness induced state now thinks that Naomi took his sister
- Distracted by Naomi, Kenta's DynaGel Strike lands on Heimdall
- Heimdall switches up his tactics, surrounding Naomi and Stellar with eyeballs before shooting fireballs at them, while he engages Kenta in close quarters combat and tries to punch him in the ribs

[attr="class","kiminoright"] With her quirk active, Stellar's expression was a mix of joy and confusion at what Heimdall was saying. "Oh, you know me? Then you know Maxima! We're always ready to help anyone who needs it and if you drop the fire and-" She didn't get a chance to finish what she was saying as Heimdall went on the offense again. It seemed...odd. She had been a Pro Hero for many years, and this was the first time she had run into someone who had a goal that could be solved by others, and yet he fought as if he was one of those villains that wanted just to cause chaos. [break][break] His reaction to Naomi made Stellar turn and look at her herself. If it wasn't for the effects of her own quirk pumping her with dopamine and joy she was sure she would have felt the same horrified reaction. She was just a kid, but didn't look like anything from this world. Still if she intended to fight she would do her best to take point and make sure she didn't get hurt. "Hey you two! We're going up!" As they were circled by flame, Stellar would raise her arms and flex all ten fingers before shooting out tendrils of energy into the ground, pushing her up and above the flaming circle. More whips would extend from her back to wrap Naomi and Amy up, with Amy moving closer to the boat and Naomi with her back to the fight. Leaving Kenta by himself was unacceptable! As she landed, she would attempt to capture Heimdall with her whips and then throw him into a nearby building, assuming he wasn't quick enough to avoid her or had any other tricks! [break][break] tl;dr Stellar uses her quirk to pull herself, Amy, and Naomi outside of the flaming circle. Puts Amy down on the other side and drops Naomi near Kenta. She then attempts to use her quirk to capture Heimdall and throw him into a building to put some distance between him and the group.

Every. Time. It was always like this. Her quirk was generally creepy. And every time she’s judged for it is like another piercing stab in her heart. But she also understood. Especially when she has to fully transform, she can’t stop the spores herself. Yet all of this fire was, ironically, perfect for stopping the spores from spreading to anyone. The woman she was protecting, Amy, backed away from her in fear. Naomi gave her a very pained expression as she choked out words to her; “I-I’m just a girl trying to help!” [break][break]

Heimdall’s mental was worsening from the looks of it, though he did realize she wasn’t just some average citizen with how strong she was comparatively. But now he was accusing her of kidnapping his sister! “I-i didn’t do that! I j-just got here a-and you started attacking! Y-you’re the m-m-monster here! I c-couldn’t have done it I swear!” She’d say, trying to refute the man’s crazed ramblings. As the fires began to intensify, Naomi was about to do something when she found herself wrapped up in Stellar’s weird wires. [break][break]

For a brief moment she panicked that this hero was taking her out first, or was going to use her as a shield or something. But her fears were unfounded as she and Amy were placed out of harms way and closer to Kenta. He unleashed some weird looking fist shaped attack at Heimdall earlier. SHe needed to start doing something more than just panic. So taking advantage of the flames, Naomi decided to fully transform. Her body melted into an amorphous dark pile of flesh and bones that started twisting and shaping itself into a tripod figure with several tentacles coming out the top covered in sharp and protruding bones. The flames began burning away the spores that were coming off of her body, leaving everyone around them safe from their infection for now. “I’ll get these f-floating eyes!” She’d say, as her mass of tentacles spread out and began trying to catch and wrap around Heimdall’s current set of floating fire spewing eyes. Hopefully doing this, she could also help by pinning them down and keeping these eyes away from Heimdall. While wrapping them up she made sure at least one of them, pointing upwards, could still spew out flames that she would need to keep the spores in check. She would release her various disgusting fluids from her tentacles and apply pressure on the rest of the eyes to keep them from moving and spewing more fire. [break][break]

“I-if the fires go away, p-please hold your b-breath around me until I t-transform back, i-its very dangerous if you breathe around this!” She’d say quickly, hoping they were in a position to listen to that warning, Guilt ran through her that she didn’t think she could explain it quickly enough in this high stakes situation, especially when it could lead to some very dangerous misunderstandings if either of them took it the wrong way. This whole thing was giving him a bad sense of Dejavu…some weird guy with elemental powers spouting nonsensical bullshit while threatening others…fighting alongside people he didn’t meet before…only difference was this time he was alone. Sure there was an official pro hero, but there was no Farrin, none of his friends…He couldn’t fail. Not like last time.

At least he didn’t have to worry about the other two girls being completely defenseless, one of them forming her own shield from the guys flames. The transformation did look pretty freaking spooky…kind of reminded him of Leo but even more grotesque. Though with already being on the move with his attack he didn’t have to much time to get freaked out.

While the Heroin with them made sure to keep the other two girls safe Kenta managed to land a good hit in, sending the offending party toppling backward mid one of his mad speeches. His gel hand move to the ground and he used it to pull himself down, almost like a makeshift zipline as he said “Look man, just stand down and we can help! At this rate, you might end up hurting your sister with all the fire before you find her!” he called out, trying to reason with the man…perhaps hoping getting hurt a bit would snap him out of the madness. But the movement of the eyeballs made it clear that wouldn’t be the case.

He tried to consider doing something about the eyeballs but he saw the criminal move in against him. The guy wasn’t all about his quirk. Kenta moved his hands defending his ribs and pushing the man's arm away, trying to deflect the blow as he moved aside. Before he could think of his next move, Stellar came in and used her quirk trying to swing the madman away from them. Moving closer to her he asked “How long can you keep him in place? I can prepare something to trap him for a longer time but Id need a moment to build it up!” trying to form a plan while the villain was distracted.

OOC - Trying to stay focused and not think about past events, Kenta defflects the incoming punch and lets Stella make her move while asking how long she can keep the villain at bay.

''I do! And Maxima needs to die too!!'' Heimdall was slinging fire attacks like he wanted to monologue and didn't want anyone to come at him with actual logic and well-reasoned arguments. None of them knew, none of them knew what he had seen...

But seriously, what a pain this trio was. That pro hero had a versatile quirk and had gotten her allies out of harm's way more than once now. All he could do was watch his fireballs miss. Then there was that creature, she completely countered his quirk. He was able to surveil the entire city with his quirk active and yet none of that mattered when her quirk was taking root in his mind, plaguing it with fear and madness. Just when he thought he could get a breather, that jerk with the gel quirk dared to close the distance and punch him. He was getting no respect here, no respect...

Amy let out a scream as she was lifted by Stellar's quirk, but quickly caught onto what she was doing as she stammered out a thank you that was too quiet to hear before turning to run towards the boat. However, before she could take off she stopped and turned to face Naomi again, this time putting a hand over her own eyes to prevent herself from looking at her monstrous form. ''S-Sorry!'' She called out. ''Sorry 'just a girl trying to help!'... Sorry!'' She finished before turning to complete her escape.

''LIAR!'' Heimdall yelled at Naomi, staring daggers at her through bloodshot eyes. ''It's YOU! It has to be!'' Once more he watched helplessly as Naomi countered his quirk with her tentacles, batting his eyes away and pointing them in directions where his flames couldn't hurt anyone. ''Stop that! Stop it!!''

While Kenta was trying to talk him down, the mention of Heimdall's sister caused his attention to snap back to him. ''Hurt her? Do you know something? Did you take Takako?'' His lower lip quivered as the madness gave way to sadness. ''She's the only family I have left...'' He hung his head dejectedly, dropping his guard completely just in time to get snatched up by Stellar's whips. ''You scum!'' The anger returned to his eyes as he struggled to no avail before getting tossed into a nearby building.

While recovering from the blow it all became clear to him. He knew exactly what he needed to do.

Suddenly, all the eyeballs that had been swarming the trio and shooting fire at them would dissipate. For a moment everything was quiet.

''Thank you. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.'' Heimdall emerged once more, one of his arms twisted and broken from getting thrown into the building. ''I didn't want to do it, but you gave me the courage.'' He sniffled, tears streaming down his face. His sad features slowly twisted into a pained grin. ''I'll kill us all... Everyone. You, me, anyone caught in my blast.'' Turning his palms to the sky a legion of eyes manifested from them and flew upwards, gathering into a giant mess of flesh as they took shape and created a giant eye, roughly 60 feet tall and wide that blocked out the Sun momentarily. ''I'll turn you all to ashes with my ultimate technique! It's too late to run, you'll have to kill me to stop me!'' Charging forward Heimdall laughed maniacally as he tried to close the gap between him and the trio.

''FINAL IMPACT!''

The giant eye opened its eye lid, staring blankly down on everyone below as it began charging up a gargantuan fireball, residual fire raining from the sky in the process, threatening to scorch Naomi, Stellar and Kenta if they didn't keep an eye on the sky.

The Fall

TL;DR:
- Heimdall refuses to believe Naomi, Kenta and Stellar is hellbent on killing them all
- After getting tossed into the building Heimdall breaks one of his arms and initiates his ultimate move, Final Impact
- All the small eyes disappear to make way for one giant eye in the sky as Heimdall plans to essentially nuke the entire city, himself included
- Smaller fireballs are raining down like hellfire while the ultimate attack charges up
- Amy escapes getting burnt thanks to Naomi and Stellar. She apologizes to Naomi for being scared of her before running towards the boat

Heimdall's emotional state was all over the place, and from the briefing she had on the Ragnarockers, this wasn't like them. They were good people who helped when they could! From her perspective it had to be whatever happened to his sister that caused this breakdown. After getting some distance between him and the civilians, she would finally plead, "Heimdall, listen to me! No one needs to die if you just put down your arms and come quietly. We have a boat. I can take you back to Tokyo, and we can figure out everything!" [break][break] Stellar was entirely on the defensive using her whips as weapons to swat the eyes out of the air where she could and block the fire aimed at her companions. It was exhausting and something she couldn't keep up for too long when it all suddenly stopped. Had he gotten a grip, finally? His words surely sounded like he was ready to give up until...oh no [break][break] "I need you two to find cover! I'm going to stop this no matter what!" Stellar would call out to Kenta and Naomi before taking a deep breath and focusing all her energy on her hands. Unleashing a mass of energy towards the eye, the best she could do at the moment was try to shield the rest of them[break][break] The problem was that she was wide open to anything Heimdall would throw at her. [break][break] tl;dr Stellar tries to reason with Heimdall more. She puts all her might into her quirk to send all her energy to block the crazy fireball coming at them.

Naomi, having been grappling the eyes with her weird eldritch tendrils, would witness what was happening around her. Heimdall was still going off the deep end in his insanity, he was truly a danger to himself and everyone around him. But because of her own quirk she was basically poison for his broken mind at this point even without breathing in the spores.She’d need to transform back to her regular form as soon as he was dealt with. But he was still saying it was her.[break][break]

“I-if I say I didn’t do something, I didn’t! I-if I was the m-monster that took her then wouldn’t I be taunting you with her?!” She’d say, but clearly no amount of words were going to get through his head at this stage. The man was thrown into a nearby building. The eyes dissipated, leaving her tendrils freed up. Taking this chance she would quickly transform back to her regular human form. There was a strong part of her that really hoped this meant that he’d been knocked out or weakened enough that he couldn’t even use his quirk anymore. [break][break]

But it appeared that she was so, so wrong. [break][break]

One of his arms was clearly broken, as he started rambling again. It appeared he finally gave up on life and was going to take everyone out with him with his ultimate technique. Fire raining from above as a giant eyeball formed and started gathering power. Bits of flame were raining down as well. She’d never personally seen anyone capable of such an incredible display of quirk power like this. [break][break]

Stellar was doing what she could, and told them to get to cover. But if they did that, who’d cover the pro hero as she did what she could. And if what she could do alone wasn’t enough to save everyone from the massive fireball. Naomi also didn’t want to get in anyone's way. It was quite the conundrum. So she did the only thing she thought she could do. [break][break]

Naomi’s arms split apart, forming into several dark tendrils, as she went right for Heimdall. If she could restrain him, maybe he’d struggle too much to focus on this Final Impact of his. They'd slink forward and quickly make their attempts at engulfing his body. With the control she had over her quirk, she was quite gentle with his broken arm, attempting to wrap and support it so it wouldn’t get worse, though she wasn’t a medical professional so it obviously wouldn’t be perfect. Coupled with how crazy he was there was no telling what he would do with her trying to do this.[break][break]

“Y-you can’t do this! I-if I don’t have your sister th-that means she’s somewhere else on the island r-right? You’ll e-end up killing her t-too if you do this! And i-if she’s not here she’ll be so s-sad that you killed yourself l-like this! She wouldn’t want any of th-this at all!” She knows it was probably a waste of breath with how far gone he was, but she couldn’t just leave it like this. She wasn’t a hero by any means, but she could empathize with at least some of what this man was seemingly going through. She herself has had moments where she’d reach the precipice of sanity. The incoherent whispering in her ears that came to her, even now, was hard to ignore. But she’s been strong enough to resist it. [break][break]

They all tried to reason with the man, but he seemed too far gone, whatever may have happened to him. It never really cleared up what caused the outburst of the elemental guys…most of them seemed to clam up after they got caught. Was this even related in any way? It was hard to say, but they’d need to wait till the guy was apprehended.

At least it seemed they were doing well to get there. His and Maxima's combined attack was having an effect, and the other girl's quirk was sturdy enough to defend the Civilian and herself…even if looking at her gave him the creeps. Still, the fire dude wasn’t planning to give up without a fight.

He seemed to not be planning to blow everyone up rather than harass the village with his fiery eyeballs, forming one massive fiery orb and moving it towards them, many fiery projectiles launching themselves from the large orb everywhere around them. Both girls moved before him, Maxima using her energy to counter the orb, the gloomy girl seemingly using a mass of tentacles to restrain the enemy, which left both wide open.

He could do something about that, even if his gel didn’t like fire. Focusing as much on it as he could, he let it all out in front of himself, from his hands and back, all the gel solidifying into a half dome, trying to cover the heroes he was fighting with, and any other civilians behind him from the stray fireballs. With how big it was and the fact it was constantly being peppered by fire, the strain left Kenta immobilized and clearly in pain, but as long as he focused he couldn’t keep the makeshift shield up. He just hoped the other two were able to stop the dude.

OOC - Seeing the other two move in to stop the villain, Kenta uses as much gel as he can to make a half dome, to try and cover up the crew from the stray smaller fireballs while still letting them access Heimdall so they can subdue him.

He looked at Stellar as she pleaded with him and for a second, it seemed like it was working, but then he shouted back, angrier than before. ''NO!! That is why they all have to die! ALL OF THEM, ALL OF YOU!'' His shouting wasn't just angry and cruel, it was vulnerable. It was the sound of someone who felt cornered, someone who was surrounded on all sides and had no choice left but to commit to the most desperate path.

Hyperventilating, his eyes shifted to Naomi who had seemingly transformed back again. This caused him to ruminate on her words. ''You really... Didn't take her?'' He looked around confused, where was he? What was he doing? ''But then... No, it has to be you.'' Otherwise what was all this for? Why try to kill so many people if it wasn't to save them all from the impending doom that would descent on Japan? He watched as the stray fire from his giant eyeball rained down, only to be stopped by that gel boy again. Gritting his teeth, he charged towards Stellar and raised his one good fist. ''I won't let you do that, Stellar!'' He roared as he got ready to attack the vulnerable hero, only to find himself getting wrapped up in Naomi's tendrils. ''No!-'' He protested, batting at and clawing at her tendrils but it was no use. He had put all his power into his ultimate attack. Speaking of which...

The giant eyeball was already shrinking before it could fire off a sea of flames. ''No!!'' He yelled again, writhing helplessly before looking back down at Naomi, staring into her eyes with his angry, confused and hurt own. Naomi would be able to see shreds of humanity in them. Bits of the person that used to be Heimdall, but something wasn't right. He wasn't a person, he was a puppet being controlled by something.

Kenta was stopping his fire rain.

Stellar was halting his ultimate.

Naomi was restraining him.

These complete strangers had come together to oppose him so deftly. He wanted to stop fighting, he didn't want any of this anymore. Tears rolled down his cheeks as he tried to fight it, his body trembling as he uttered a weak, wordless. ''Help... Me...'' before the something that was controlling him took hold again. There was only one way left for him to win this fight.

''ARE YOU LOOKING?'' He raised his voice again, sounding just as fanatic and insane as before as he turned his gaze to the skies. ''WITNESS MY SACRIFICE AND LOOK FOR HER IN MY STEAD, FIND HER, SAVE TAKAKO! I OFFER YOU MY LIFE IN RETURN!'' The giant fiery eyeball began to burn brighter. Even though it wasn't nearly as big as when he had first formed it, it was still rearing to fire. ''MY LIFE BELONGS TO YOU, PSYCHONAUT!'' He was panting, looking back down at the ragtag trio. ''Let this be a lesson to you.'' The fire in the sky roared as it grew blindingly bright.

''No one can stop Ragnarök.''

Slamming down onto the ground, fire consumed and engulfed everyone that got caught in the blast radius. This was Heimdall's Final Impact. However, the fire wasn't as strong as it could have been and while it hurt, it was clearly also weak, much weaker than any individual fireball he had launched at them. Its strength came from the fact that it was all encompassing, meaning their entire bodies were getting hit by the flames rather than just one spot. However, the fire soon passed, almost so fast that if you blinked you might have missed it. Weak and out of power, Heimdall would remain in Naomi's clutches unless she let go.

''You...''

He looked up at Stellar, Naomi and Kenta.

''...Why do you fight?''

Does Heimdall get to live or die?

The Fall

TL;DR:
- Heimdall continues to protest Stellar and Naomi's attempts to reach him, but grows confused for a moment when they manage to break through whatever is controlling him
- Kenta successfully blocks the fiery rain, and thanks to both Stellar's power output and Naomi restraining Heimdall, his ultimate grows weaker before it can hit the ground, making it much more survivable
- For a moment the control over Heimdall breaks completely, he begs Naomi for help, but gets taken over again and dedicates his life and this sacrifice to someone named Psychonaut
- In the aftermath, beaten and exhausted, Heimdall asks why the three fight
- Does Heimdall get to live or die? It is up to you and your choices!

It was what she signed up for when receiving her hero license and representing Maxima on the front lines. No matter what Heimdall threw at her it was more important to protect those behind her...or so she thought.[break][break] Turns out both Kenta and Naomi were more than willing to throw themselves into the heat of things shown clearly by their willingness to help Stellar even though she had wanted to protect them. Still, the pressure was on and even at Stellar's maximum output, from this distance, she was being worn down. When Heimdall faltered, so did the force of the flames, but Stellar wouldn't get a chance to speak up. She had to move quickly as he was clearly unstable and pushing himself to the limit, she needed to defend. "You two!" Whips would snap out from her sides and pull the two of them close to her. She would pull her energy back instead choosing to wrap it around the group in a dense circle and she positioned herself in a way that if the flames were to get through it would be her taking the brunt of it. The smoke and flames singed her hair and she could feel herself getting slightly burnt. As she held on the flames eventually faded and she was left with a smoldering battlefield and part of her hair had been charred. A necessary sacrifice to ensure these two were fine.[break][break] "By my authority as a Pro Hero, I'm going to need to take you in Heimdall." She would wrap an energy whip around him as restraints, not that she thought he would try anything funny and then she would turn around and pull both Kenta and Naomi in for a hug (assuming they didn't resist). "You two did absolutely amazing!" even after a crisis, she was still as cheery as ever. "Please consider becoming heroes if you haven't already! You both did such a wonderful job, and I would personally love to work with you!" She took out a card with her contact information. "I don't need an answer now, just think about it, okay? The door will ALWAYS be open. Now unless you two have somewhere else to be we should get back to the mainland and get some treatment going, yeah?"[break][break] tl;dr Stellar collapses the energy she's creating into a dome around the trio to keep them safe, gets some slight burns in the process, wants to spare Heimdall and take him in for questioning. Wants Naomi and Kenta to become heroes and work with her![break][break]

[attr="class","sixShpost"] Naomi was doing her very best to keep this man wrapped up. It would also seem through her, Kenta, and Stellar’s efforts they were weakening Hiemdall to the point his powers were starting to fail. Kenta used his gel quirk to stop the firing raining down on them, while Stellar was focusing her odd whip-like quirk to attack the giant eyeball in the sky. Heimdall himself was starting to come around as well. He was seeming to finally start breaking free of whatever was holding him,[break][break]

And then that puppet master seemed to take hold once more. He started shouting about sacrificing his very life, all for finding his sister Takako. All of this, all for one person to take. Psychonaut. No one could stop Ragnarok, whatever the hell that was. And fire came raining down upon them all, as he was reinvigorated to try once more to kill them. It was getting hotter, and Naomi truly was at a loss for what to do. Suddenly she felt a tendril around herself as she was pulled closer to Stellar, Heimdall being dragged closely behind by Naomi’s tentacles.[break][break]

Stellar was doing her best to cover herself and Kenta if he hadn’t resisted the pull. Naomi reflexively wrapped her tentacles tighter around Heimball, squeezing him a little bit but covering him up from his own flames. This wasn’t something she did on purpose, she was just clenching and trying to tighten into a ball to keep the flames away from herself as much as possible.The flames passed quickly, as the final burst from Heimdall had been so weak it was rather shocking with the display he put on. He was done, and weakly Heimdall would ask the three of them a simple single question: Why do you fight? Stellar didn’t quite give an answer to him, but she could infer that her reason to fight is because she’s a hero. Its what she does. But Naomi… she didn’t really consider what she did as fighting. “I wasn’t really… f-fighting. I just… wanted to live a-and stop someone from a b-bad day like I-” [break][break]

-wish someone had for me, she’d finish the thought in her head. She shut her mouth, unable to bring herself to say it aloud. Even though she wasn’t a hero-alligned person, she could still tell this person was not in control, and she knew a thing or two of losing control of her own quirk. But for him, his mind was being activating fucked with by someone else, making him go absolutely insane. Naomi could only hope that his sister was okay. [break][break]

Stellar, having taken over and apprehended Heimdall with her energy whip thingy, was very bubbly so suddenly that it threw Naomi off a bit. Gushing and saying saying that if either of them wasn’t that they both should become heroes. As much as that sounded nice, Naomi knew she couldn’t be one of those. She definitely had a warrant or two out for her arrest already and even after how wel they all worked together, a nagging feeling at the back of her mind told her she couldn’t trust anyone. The adrenaline of it all catching up to her as she shied away from both Stellar and Kenta. [break][break]

“Th-thank you M-miss Stellar you were incredible today. B-b-but I just d-d-don’t have it in- in me to be one. I-i’ll g-get back to the m-mainland s-s-soon. I need a breather.” She thought about quickly slinking off and hiding away from everyone. Then when the coast was clear searching the island a bit to try and see if in the chaos any of that research material was revealed. [break][break]

“Th-thank you as well s-sir. I d-don’t think we could’ve st-stopped him without your quick thinking.” Naomi would look to the boy that had played an equally large role in all of this. If it hadn’t been for him stepping up and taking the fight to Heimdall to start and using his gel to protect them from the raining fire, Naomi doubted she could’ve continued going. Hell she might’ve fled with the woman they were protecting if it had just been herself and Stellar.[break][break]
