Rui stuck her tongue out at Mira in response, as she would much rather drink these delicious shots that were in front of her than fire back one of the amazing comebacks she definitely had ready. ''That's right, Debauchery Tea Party.'' She turned to face Church and Elias, nodding her head intently. When Megumi called her Horn Bestie, her whole face lit up with joy. ''Always always, bestie!! Drink as much as you want, I'm rich and a premium member here!'' She smiled proudly, being neither rich, nor sure that premium membership even existed for this establishment. Although, the more she heard Megumi talk, the more she was starting to wonder whether there would be a better name for her than Amnesia Bestie, seeing as Rui was only understanding about twenty percent of what she was saying about fundamentals, death and kindness. She wasn't going to say anything though, she just kept smiling and nodding to look smart.

When Mira expressed interest in joining the Tea Party, Rui sent a silent glare her way. ''Too bad you're too ugly to join. Silver Bestie actually told me he thinks pink is super lame!'' She scoffed, before quickly seeking approval from Church. ''Isn't that right?'' When Elias set the stage for Church to explain a bit more about the group, Rui notably remained quiet and found herself content to just watch and listen rather than disrupt the conversation. Elias, or Miracle Bestie as she called him, was one of the few people Rui willingly chose to listen to without much of a fuss.

Church twirled a shot glass in his hand absently as people talked and bickered around the table. Although his gaze was on the glass, his mind was on the words exchanged around him as he filed away anything that caught his attention. The table was shaping up to be quite the haphazard group, but each person drew his curiosity in one way or another so he wasn't bothered in the least with the way things were turning out.

"Pink is a very hard color to pull off~" He grinned in response to Rui with a nod, agreeing somewhat while also avoiding picking sides in the spat. Although of those at the table he liked the Lil'Devil the most, he didn't rule out potential amusement either and for now decided to remain neutral. So far, the little empress seemed interesting enough.

He nipped his thumb with his teeth somewhat discreetly and licked it with a smirk before he picked up Elias mentioning DTP, casually dropping his hand and returning his attention to the others as he picked up on the other man's cue. Shooting Elias an amused look, doubting he brought it up for Megumi's sake, he looked to the women and smiled.

"Debauchery Tea Party is simply a group of comrades that support each other's goal to live how we each desire, regardless of rules and laws.~" As he continued, he flashed Rui a smile before looking back to the group. "You don't have to be friends, rivals make you stronger anyway, It's only rule is that you follow a single code, respect the debauchery. In short, don't kill those in the group or get in the way to ruin their enjoyment. It's more of a network than an organization."

"Debauchery Tea Party has no boss per say. Although in the case of a spat between comrades I would cast the deciding vote as founder, even I don't call the shots. There are simply Debauchees who have proven themselves useful, and the Charlatans yet to prove themselves." He added, glancing to the little empress this time as he spoke before turning back to the shots and picking up one. "Since DTP is just beginning, you need only bring something useful to the network and get my stamp of approval to join as a full Debauchee, rather than a Charlatan."
