CURRENT DESCRIPTION: hronokinesis is a time manipulation quirk that allows Farrin to summon temporal fields which alter the flow of time. Additionally, Chronokinesis provides him with a bit of danger sense via small warnings from the future. While Farrin is always in touch with time via the mutation facet of his quirk, it's only when he enters his "temporal state" and exudes small wisps of white flame and emerald lightning that his quirk's true strength is revealed. Essentially Chronokinesis is divided into two domains: Flow and Resonance:

Flow: This includes Farrin's ability to summon Temporal Fields within which he may alter the flow of time. These fields have a nearly translucent, emerald hue. Within them, he can alter the speed at which a person or object moves through time, either speeding it up or slowing it down. Once a field is set, it is locked in place for a predetermined amount of time. The type of field is similarly locked in. The major exception to this is Farrin's personal field which is anchored to and moves with him. Additionally, the effects of these temporal fields remain applicable even after a target passes through them, though the duration of the effect varies once outside the field. This domain modifies Farrin's speed attribute.

Strictly Narrative:

Resonance: It's an itch at the back of time turner's brain, one that warns him of incoming danger. Sometimes these warnings are clear. Sometimes they aren't. It's not perfect, but when combined with Farrin's accelerated mind, this domain makes it fairly easy to evade most damage coming his way. Narratively this occasionally allows him to view other points in time, both in this timeline and others. Additionally, he occasionally hears a voice not unlike his own that seems to be whispering to him from across time. Sometimes it's helpful. Other times, not so much.
