[attr="class","ZenkaiExposition"]Kei was a true friend, even though he didn't want to participate in the shenanigans that Zen was about to get himself into he still volunteered to help build the ring where it would happen. It had been a while since Zenkai had watched any sort of wrestling what-so-ever, about four years if he were to guess but it was still pretty easy to recreate the wrestling ring. The moves that he used to admire on the other hand, that would take a little more work. Did he plan on using said moves in any real life situation? Maybe, but he'd always wanted to learn how to do them and now was as good a time as ever.

Zenkai stretched out in the middle of the ring, while the golden boi wasn't exactly the kind of person to put much effort into... well...anything really but he was willing to put forth at least a little bit of effort into figuring this shit out. Of course there was one problem with it all. There was absolutely no one around to spar with. Most of the students that he had wandered into on his way over had down right refused to play around with him, mostly because of his size but also because if it wasn't serious training then it wasn't worth there time. This left Zen with a nice big ring and no one to use it with.

It didn't take long for Zen to get bored waiting for some poor stranger to walk into Ground Beta so he could abduct them. To pass the time Zenkai decided to bounce between the ropes of the rings. They were pretty sturdy and honestly bouncier than he thought Metal cables could be. So, Zen just kept going back and forth and back and forth and back and forth waiting for his unsuspecting opponent to appear.

[Muruyama Kenta]

At first, he though it was just people having a laugh. He wasn’t all that shy about his own fandom of wrestling, sometimes walking around school in some branded merch…trying not to be too gaudy with it but it was a bit of a coinflip with wrestling. Still at first, he started hearing some rumors about it, then some of the guys in class even asked him directly if he was the one that put up Zen to the whole thing.
A few people have claimed that there was a wrestling ring at one of the training grounds, with a student named Zenaki being the one to spend the most time in it. No one else seemed to be very interested. But for him, once he realized it may not have been a joke, his eyes lit up a bit.

With attending UAU he needed to cut back stuff back at the wrestling school he was in. While his teacher assured him he probably was better than some of the stars on tv right now (though not before attempting to chip the air out of his chest), he didn’t want to grow complacent. And well, having a ring to train in was a start.

Took him a while to find the spot at ground beta, but eventually, he got closer and started hearing a familiar sound. Feet hitting the mat, someone bouncing off the rope. Kenta made his way towards the sound, wearing a white sweatshirt with the words NWO sprayed on top of it (Not actually, but it was a neat design) as he saw the other guy bouncing on the ropes. Well…the others were right, Zenaki was massive. And apparently in good shape too, running the ropes “Warming up for somebody, or are you making sure the ropes are nice and tight?” he called out casually, dropping the bag to the side, not stepping into the ring just yet, more looking at the ring a bit. He had to say, whoever built this knew what he was doing.

[attr="class","ZenkaiExposition"]It was kind of boring to just go back and forth on the ropes but Zen didn't really have any other ideas for the time being. Luckily his boredom was ended by the sound of approaching footsteps followed by a voice inquiring as to what he was doing. It was made better by the fact that the other student seemed to know what he was talking about, a fellow wrestling fan was certainly a welcomed site even though he had no idea who the kid actually was. He was a short kid with snow white hair and eyes that mimicked the glaciers, definitely more remarkable than most people he'd seen. Besides the throngs of furries of course.

"Just bored" The titan replied in an equally dull tone. "You here to wrestle?" It was more of a rhetorical question than anything else, it was clear from his cohorts shirt that he was certainly there to have some fun in the ring. The kid didn't seem like the ideal wrestling partner but then again Zenkai didn't have any right to complain, he was the first person to show up in a while and the only one who seemed to actually want to wrestle. "what's your name?"

Before the other student had time to respond, Zenkai picked up the pace of his running, bouncing back and forth before jumping and leaping over the top rope and soaring through the air towards Kenta "Catch me if you can!"

[Muruyama Kenta]

Ye, the ring was solidly built. Anything to shoddy would probably be a lot more wobbly with the mountain of a dude running the ropes inside of it. As he replied to his question Kenta started stretching a bit first his arms, then stretching his legs from one side to another as he said “Well, doing reps on your own is bound to get boring, with the two of us at least we can do something more spicy!” he called back, not answering the question directly, but it being pretty clear he wasn’t here to spectate.

“Name’s Muryam… hey watch out watchoutWATCHOUT!” he called out to the large peer as he ran to the opposite side of the ring and then towards him… the intentions were clear in Kenta’s mind even before Zen called out to him. He knew the guy had a ring but this was much more of a don’t try this at home moment.

Kenta was at least partially prepared for this, bracing himself as he extended his hands, and letting his quirk flow through them. So Zen instead of crashing right into the much smaller Kenta, would find his fall cushioned by what appeared to be a big blob of gel, which would feel slightly moist and soft, a bit like diving into a sturdy water bed. Kenta was more on the cautious side letting a lot of the gel flow creating a barrier as long as the ring to try and make sure he caught the large man jumping at him.
