(CW: Racism, torture)
Another night, another round of beatings to be given out.
Tonight was no different for the young vigilante; Donning his helmet, he clicked his handgun into the hidden holster in his hoodie, and grabbed his bat.
Today’s hunt was two groups; The Hunters, and a small sector of the Creature Rejection Clan. His tip had come from his friend Armon, a man with an armadillo human quirk, who understandably had personal grudge against the animal-quirk hating groups. Armon frequently lurked on the various forums of the hate groups. Thankfully The Hunters weren’t exactly careful about what they posted, and had revealed someone they planned to corner tonight; Yaguro’s goal was to find them and bust some heads.
Oh, and rescue their unfortunate victim.
Judging from posts by the Creature Rejection Clan, they’d be targeting this exact person for weeks, and a feud between the two groups seemed likely. Two birds, one stone.
Though he didn’t have an exact location of where the ‘hunt’ was taking place, it didn’t take much time of wandering around before he started to hear commotion; Arguing, and loud arguing at that.
Creeping through the alleyways, the noises grew louder and louder, and it didn’t take long for the scene to come into view.
About seven of them; Three in robed attire complete with skull masks and wielding long, spear like lit candelabras, the Creature Rejection Clan seemed to have secured the furred civilian first; A young woman resembling a light blonde dog like creature, with a long snout and fuzzed ears; Tears were welling up in her eyes and staining her fur as a boot weighed her to the ground.
The other four looked far more diverse; Mostly leather and loose jackets, one wearing a boonie cap; The Hunters. Their calling card was the various ‘trinkets’ from their victims; A necklace made of ears, a jacket fashioned from living fur, a knife made out of a claw; Unlike the Creature Rejection Clan who just wanted mutation quirk users gone, The Hunters wanted to make a game out of them.
“I hit her, so she’s MY kill!” One of the Hunters protested, getting in the masked face of his opposition.
“But we found her, and we will dispose of her. All that’s needed is cleansing.”
The atmosphere was getting tense, but more importantly both groups were preoccupied. Gripping his bat hard in both hands, Yaguro looked over each of the men, deciding which one would get a concussion first.
His sights settled on one of the Hunters, a muscular man clutching a spear.
Bolting out from the shadows of the alley, the vigilante crashed his bat into the tall man’s side, cracking the spear in half on the way.
The argument between the two groups ceased immediately as they gazed at the new threat; It was instantly apparent that Yaguro was a part of neither group.
“Alright assholes…Any volunteers to go next?” As the two forces realized their common enemy, they all started to surround Yaguro, minus the now unconscious Hunter and the Creature Rejector still pinning the young woman.
“Come on…I’m ready. You asshats ready?” The Hunters weren't exactly slouches, so this would be a challenge; But nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Prowling. Patrolling. Remaining vigilant. These were all the things Rayder did every night, including this one. His black suit blended in as he went from rooftop to rooftop, making sure no bastards were harming the innocent civilians of this place. Though to the outside world he was scanning the streets alone, the giant man was never alone… never. Blaze was always with him. "Nothing yet… what a boring damn night!" The buzzed red haired man stood next to the vigilante, but would only be seen by him. "Come on Stringbean! Give this city full of bastards a warning! Scare the crap out of them." Turning to the subconscious figure, Rayder hit a button on his helmet, showing his face. "God, you're annoying tonight! Andrew." Rayder spoke to just the man, no voice being projected to the world. "You might live in my head, rent free I might add, but you know I can piss you off, as well. Just let me work!" "Awwww, c'mon, you love me, Stringbean!" Just then, the two turned their heads as the heard a scream and arguing. "Bingo. Let's go." Blaze walked to Rayder, touching his shoulder and vanishing. Hitting the button on his helmet, Rayder silently running to the sound, perched on a rooftop above the crime and listened to the monsters below him. They had a young woman, and were talking about killing her. Those hoodlums are truly deserving of Rayder's punishment, even more when they began to refer to the planned killing as "cleansing". In his head, Rayder calculated everything; the moment of impact, getting the boot off her, and getting her out. Before he could execute it, another masked man appeared, cracking a bat across one of the men's heads. Damnit… this might complicate things. Still, with many of the villains attention on the clearly cocky vigilante, Rayder decided to take a different approach. He ran silently down the wall as if on the ground, aiming his sights on the captor. As fast and silent as possible, he sent an intense kick to the man's face, launching him away and into the wall, further more bashing his head. He then grabbed the girl, running back where he came from and placing her onto the ceiling. The fur covered woman was clearly terrified, but Rayder placed a hand over her mouth, pointing to a door on the building, wanting her to hide inside for now, before going back to the edge, now making sure his presence was seen, jumping from the roof and landing, making sure all the impact was put on his prosthetic. The ground was cracked under it as he fully stood, revealing his true towering height to instill fear, his form still blending into the darkness of the night. He looked to the other vigilante, and pointed his finger to the exit of the alleyway, telling him to go. The man did not like working with others and it certainly wouldn't change today.

And who was this now? Someone else clearly having come to help, and doing a good job of it too…Yaguro could barely follow this stranger’s movements as he took out the cultist holding the woman hostage and escorted her to safety. The rest of the gang members were taken aback, simply stunned watching the rescue unfold at blinding speed; Something that the vigilante took full advantage of. Targeting another of the Creature Rejection Clan members, he crashed his bat into the man’s skull mask, cracking both it and a few teeth; Following up, he grabbed the guy by his hood, pulling him in and cracked him over the skull again, sending him to the ground.
Looking back, he watched as the newcomer ushered for him to leave…Or retreat? Regroup? “Use your words, moron!” He called back. During his distraction, one of the hunters grabbed his bat, and a tug of war for the weapon ensued. Yaguro thought quickly and let go, and as the man tumbled back, he punched him once in the gut, and another time in the face; One of the remaining hunters tried to counter this, stabbing Yaguro in the shoulder with a knife; If it weren’t for his thick clothing and light body armor, it would’ve went deep, but the custom hunting knife still drew blood. Grunting in pain, Yaguro kneed the man in his stomach, and backed away, pulling the knife from his body and sending a stream of blood over his outfit. Wielding the blade, he backed up from the group and towards his unlikely ally. “You wanna work together on this one?”

Dammit! This guy was really making Rayder angry, especially with the comment to use his words... still, he had to keep in mind that no one knows he literally COULDN'T use words no matter what. Either way, Rayder just pointed one again, trying what he could to tell the man to leave, but it was too late when the other man began swinging around his bat once again. Rayder tried to ignore him as he ran to one of the men, lifting his leg and sending it down into the man's back. Once he was down, Rayder stomped his foot down over and over until the bastards body was motionless. Looking up, he saw the vigilante in a battle for his bat, leading to him earning a knife would in the shoulder. Running over, he seamlessly took the knife from the wounded man's hand, ignoring his request for "teaming up" before he threw the knife above the man, using the prosthetic to jump high, almost sailing over the rest of the group and over them. In a blink of the eye, the giant man stabbed a blade into one man's shoulder, the group turning around as Rayder threw the wounded man into the wall, sprinting and attaching his feet to the wall before ground pounding in the creatures head. His strikes truly aimed at indefinite incapacitation rather than quick flinches or distractions. One clan member tried to use a moment of distraction to swing his candelabra at the vigilante, Rayder blocking it immediately with his arm, holding the man in place and stomping onto his arm, an audible snap echoing around the group, followed by the agonized screams from the break. Spotting some old fabric left in the alley, Rayder snatched it, using the slowly extinguishing candles and igniting it, shoving the flaming fabric into the wounded man's robes, watching as he ignited. The screaming creature was flailing around in agony, Rayder taking a moment to remember the other vigilante. He used the moment, grabbed him by the collar and practically tossing him out of the alley. If his message wasn't clear enough now, he didn't know what to do. In his mind, this small time guy needed to leave this to people who knew what to do in these situations.

If nothing else, this new vigilante had skill; Yaguro could hardly follow as Rayder grabbed the knife right out of his hand, leaped off the ground and plunged the knife into another of the gang members. He couldn’t help but be impressed at the way the guy dispatched the Creature Rejection Clan member; As soon as the robed racist was in flames on the ground, Yaguro’s positive impression’s flew out of the window as he was tossed to the ground.
“Hey jackass, same team!” He protested, picking himself up and dusting off. Watching as the previously enflamed gang member stopped, dropped and rolled, Yaguro waltzed over, just as the flames went out. “By the way, you missed a spot.” His voice was full of malice as he stomped down on the robed individual’s face, with the audible cracking of a nose bone. “Seriously, you fight good but you’re a real fucking jackass. You haven’t even said a word since you got here!” Yaguro rested his bat on his shoulder, frustrated. He was at ease but still ready to strike in case this masked jerk decided to try something. “And you just jumped in out of lord knows where; I actually researched this place and set up an ambush; You might’ve taken them out, but what if they had reinforcements? You’d have gotten your ass kicked; You really ought to leave this to people who know what to do in these situations.” Yaguro usually didn’t brag out loud, especially since he too went in unprepared, but he felt like sticking it to this silent punk.

This asshole… this asshole just made Rayder want to snap his puny little cocky neck. If he had the ability to scream at the guy, he would. Unknown to this bastard, he DID know what to do in these situations. Being trained by a mercenary spy grandfather, equipment unreleased to the public and created by a genius engineer father, and a mother who made it all possible, the one to save him from the streets and bring him into their life. This man probably hadn’t experienced the horrors he had to that created him, and even though he angered the giant so, he wouldn’t wish it on him… but these monsters, however, did deserve it. Everything inside made him want to let the ass know that he couldn’t speak, but he restrained himself, walking over to him and grabbed him by the back of his costume again, like an adult dragging a little child, like he was acting like. Tossing him to the side, Rayder turned to the large group and ignored the other vigilante. “You ready, Stringbean… Time to do what was done to us…” Blaze appeared behind him, this time more beaten and bloody… as if it was that very day, Rayder turning towards him, nodding. To the other man, it would either look like he was nodding to him or to nothing. Rayder reached into a pocket, removing a roll of duct tape and a beaten old switchblade, the name “Blaze” carved into the wooden hilt. Opening it, Rayder went towards each cultist, turning them all over on their backs, taping their mouths and cutting open their shirts. Many of the villains were too weak or injured to struggle with this strange process, and the ones who did received another fist to the face. Now they were all prepared… All muted, as Rayder was… all unable to fight, unable to escape. Under his mask, the tears already started forming as they always did, the memories flooding back and bringing up the pure anger inside of him. Now it was time to start. He climbed over the burnt man first and pressed his blade into the scorched skin of his chest, slowly carving into it. He carved words into his chest deeply. The words “Murderer”, “Racist”, “Kidnapper” were carved, the man barely able to move but audible moans coming from behind the tape. Once done, he moved to each one, copying over and over into each of the monster’s flesh until they were all branded, all marked, and Rayder stood over the bloody lot. His stance looked as if he was admiring his work, but under the mask and inside… he was in pain, crying as Blaze came next to him. “… It’s not you down there, Rayder… It’s not either of us being scarred, It’s people who deserve it… Thank you again for this.” “… It hurts, Andrew… It hurts remembering everytime… but I know I had to do this.” He stood, just staring until Blaze spoke again. “… That asshat is still here. God, I want to kick his ass so bad! Do it!” Turning, he looked over to the man, pointing once again for the moron to leave. What was his problem?! He was the one to get stabbed yet he insulted him?!

And yet this giant still didn’t bother talking to him. What was his deal? Did he just thing he was better than him? Was he a mute? Watching as Rayder kicked over the first of the gang members, he watched as he pulled out a knife, and started carving into them. It was too dark to see what the other vigilante was actually doing, and Yaguro just assumed he was finishing the job; Not like the Hunters and Creature Rejection Clan didn’t deserve it, but he was really ineffectual. “Hey, big guy.” Yaguro gave a quick pat on Rayder’s back to get his attention. “You do realize they’ll be able to get up after that, right? Let me help you out.”
Reaching into his hoodie, Yaguro pulled out his handgun, and pointed it at the downed Hunter’s face. “If you want to kill them, you can’t just carve haphazardly into their chest, you have to…” Just as he got ready to pull the trigger, he noticed what was written on the man’s chest;
All his sins, now proudly on display on his chest in blood and scars. “Ahh, I get it.” Yaguro shelved his weapon, and flicked the safety back on. “Not enough for you to just kick their asses, huh? Gotta do this whole carving thing? Just lettin you know, that’s stylish but it wastes a lot of time, and links crimes back to you.” Leaning against the wall, Yaguro pulled out a cigarette and lighter, and lifted his helmet up a bit. “You might be an ass, but I kinda like the flair you put into your work anyway. What do you say we do this again some time?” Lighting his cigarette and chomping down on it, he offered one to Rayder.

Internal panic filled Rayder as the guy pulled a gun on one of the monsters, him walking over quickly until the other vigilante realized his true intentions. Rolling his eyes, he crossed his arms, staring down at the shorter man. Rayder had thought of this before. He knew it wasn’t the best leaving these scars on the villains, but it was what they deserved. Not to mention he always carved the words in Japanese, and he rarely wrote in the language. He always wrote in English, which would make it almost impossible to link his writing to his carvings. The scent of smoke surrounded them as the other guy lit a cigarette up. Looking down as he offered one to him, the giant hesitated for a moment, but decided to screw it. Hitting a button on the side of his helmet, it began to open up a window to his mouth. “What the hell are you doing, Rayder?! Not only are you showing a part of yourself off to this asshole, but if David smells you’ve been smoking again, you are screwed!” “… Andrew, after the night I had with this idiot, I’ll take my husband’s scolding. I’m too annoyed to care.” Grabbing the cigarette, he put it in his mouth and lit it. Looking down at the other man, he knew it was too dangerous to stay here. Smirking, he grabbed the moron, lifting him off the ground and running to the building’s wall fast. Just before impact, he jumped, placing his foot on the wall and began running up fast. “…Drop the bastard.” Blaze said, smirking. “No, you jerk! I’m not going to!” “You’re no fun!” Once Rayder made it to the roof, he dropped the guy on it, taking the cigarette out of his mouth and pushing the button to close his helmet again before walking to the door up there. He opened it, showing the still terrified woman hiding, her letting out a small scream as he entered. She calmed down as the man offered his hand, her slowly taking it and getting up, the two leaving and standing on the roof. Rayder led her to the fire escape, gesturing for her to go down. “…Thank you… thank you, THANK YOU!” She said in tears as she went down, leaving the two men on the roof. With that taken care of, he revealed his mouth again, taking a deep inhale of his cigarette, looking back to the vigilante… He pissed him off, but he deserved some clarification of his silence. Walking to him, he pointed to his ears, giving a thumbs up before pointing to his throat and mouth, giving a thumbs down. “You’re telling him you can’t talk?! DUDE, YOU’RE GOING TO SCREW YOURSELF! What next, you'll show him your goddamn leg?!" Rayder chose to ignore Blaze, giving the man one last example as proof, him inhaling a deep breath and attempting to scream, nothing but the air he was exhaling coming out. After this, he decided to try and see who the ass he sadly fought beside looked like. He gestured with his hands, making motions of removing a mask, hoping the guy would understand any of it.

Yaguro smirked; Watching through his now smoke hindered visor, Rayder took a cigarette and lit it. The vigilante liked to think of sharing in the admittedly unhealthy activity as a form of bonding, like a congratulatory handshake, but more flavorful. “There ya go. Helps take the edge off, don’t it?” Though, before he could even get another puff in, Rayder grabbed him, and started to sprint at the wall.
Great, was this maniac going to kill him now? “Hey, hey, slow the hell down!” Instinctively, Yaguro started to fumble around for his handgun, dropping his bat in the process. Thankfully, the duo reached their destination before the vigilante could reach his weapon. Watching as his impromptu partner helped the young woman up and got a tearful thankful, Yaguro couldn’t help but yell out a “You’re welcome!” as she ran down the fire escape. Turning his attention back to Rayder, he watched as the giant made a bunch of hand symbols; Being as bright as he was, Yaguro took a minute to figure out what he was trying to say, reviewing each gesture and trying his best to recreate them. Luckily Rayder made another motion, trying to yell but with nothing but dry air leaving his lips. “Ohhhh, you are a mute. Yeah I sorta figured that.” The entire time the vigilante had figured the guy was just being stealthy, but he didn’t have to know that. When Rayder motioned for Yaguro to remove his helmet, he hesitated. Reveal himself to someone he’d just met?
Well..As much as he hated to admit it, this big guy was a bit of a pro. Better to have him as an ally than an enemy. “Alright, fine…” Yaguro started, moving to remove his helmet. “But you better not tell anyone…No pun intended.” Removing his helmet, the young man brushed some of his nearly overgrown hair out of his face, and put his headgear at his hip. “I used to go by Searchlight…But I don’t really have a handle for myself anymore. What do they call you?” As soon as he asked the question, he realized he’d likely not get a response. “Um…I mean, like write it down or something I guess.”

Good, at least this guy understood that much. At this point, if felt impossible what the man was going to be able to understand or get through his thick skull. Still, it relieved the tension of his silence. For the time being, it seemed he would be stuck with this other vigilante and his less coordinated style of protection. Either way, Rayder wasn’t really thrilled with it. Once the other man’s mask was removed, the giant took a good minute to look at each feature. He seemed almost scruffy in his look, and seemed younger than him. The man pretty much looked like an unremarkable part of society, one that would blend into the crowds. After his personal observation of the other man, Rayder knew he would need to do the same and show his own face. “Rayder, I swear to God, you moron! You don't need to show yourself off! You probably got more to lose than this asshat!” “Andrew, I made him do it, so it would be wrong for me not to. Besides, at this point, we’re already deep into this with him.” Making sure there was no sign of anyone around, the man hit another button on the helmet, it began to fold up, as if folding onto itself and into the rest of the man’s jet black costume until his face was revealed. He didn’t have any Japanese in him, so the man clearly looked like an outsider of this country even without considering his height. His long hair fell down, Rayder pulling a band out and tying it up into more of a ponytail to keep it out of the way. The two vigilantes were revealed to each other in full now, except for names. This was partially taken care of when the other man shared a former name. It seemed he was rebuilding himself from something with the comments he made about not having a handle… he’d have to look more into this. Feeling in his pocket, Rayder pulled out a notepad and pen. These were necessities when you can’t say a word to anyone. He wrote out his name, “The Silent Cartographer” and turned the pad to show him. It was still fairly new, but he had taken to it quickly and it just felt right to the mute man. Flipping it back to himself, he began to write more. “It seems you are eager for a partnership with your earlier comments. If this is going down, there will be ground rules, you understand?” He turned the notepad back to the other man, giving him a stern look and waiting for his response to this semi conversation between the two.

Taking in the man’s decently handsome rugged face, Yaguro noticed that this guy wasn’t Japanese, even partially, which begged the question of why he was here. He seemed pretty experienced, so maybe he was cleaning up on someone else’s payroll? His name, The Silent Cartographer, fit him and his calling card well. The more he thought about it, the less sense it would make for him to be hired by someone else, with the way he carved up the victim’s chest. Seemed like a personal mission, making his presence in Japan all the more mysterious; Maybe he was hunting someone in particular, who knew.
“I guess it fits you.” Yaguro stated, tossing the first paper away and getting his helmet back on. “Though if you keep putting those markings on people, they’re bound to come after you for revenge at some point, and it’ll be easy for them to tell who also has a vendetta against you.” He advised, clicking his headgear back into place. Taking the next paper, it seemed like the Cartographer was interested in a partnership, but wanted to set up rules, like some kind of overbearing parent. If he had to guess, one of them would be no killing, since the giant probably wanted his victims to live with their shame.
“Alright, tell me your rules; But I’m not gonna mark people like you do, and to be honest I’d prefer if you didn’t do it with me around, I don’t want the target on your back making its way to mine.”

All Rayder could do was roll his eyes at the man's backhanded remarks about his goals. He wouldn't understand any of it, of course... he wouldn't understand the reasons behind it, and he wouldn't know why it had to be done. It brought him more anger as he crossed his arms and glared down at the man as he spoke more of it. It made him even more enraged when the papers were just thrown on the ground like nothing. His paternal instincts were kicking in as he bent down and grabbed the pages, walking to the other vigilante and pulling his collar, shoving the pages down his shirt before taking the notepad out again. "First of all, you slob, do NOT just throw my notes on the ground. Not only will it be a link to me having it scattered, but it is an extremely rude thing to do! Have some manners." He handed that and glared before beginning to the actual rules. "The marking will not be stopped. I don't expect or want you to include yourself in it. However it is a mandatory action I must do. It must be done. If you don't accept it, this won't work." "There, leave it at that, Stringbean! Let him kiss your ass!" Blaze said in Rayder's ear, the man rolling his eyes at his eternal companion. He couldn't show signs of Blaze's presence, so he kept focusing on the other man. "If you can actually look past my tradition, then here are my rules. Do not kill if it can be helped. If it is risking our lives or other lives to keep them alive, then death is the final option. If you see me in public with no one around us, we may try to discuss different targets or anything else. However, do NOT try to speak to me if I'm with my family. I do have a life out of here, I have a partner and child, and they know nothing of this. Try to destroy that, and this little team will be quickly snuffed out." The last two words were written with much pressure and almost anger behind it, showing his seriousness. "However, if we are seen together in public and it gets to my husband, we are nothing more than acquaintances to quell the man's curiosity. Our identities must be kept secret. Now, it seems you have either a good sense of where criminal activity is taking place or you have an inside ear to where it is, am I correct? In this partnership, you can sniff out that activity, and in return I'll bring my professional skills and I may even be able to get new tech from my... supplier. How does that sound?" He looked down, seeing if the offer was good enough for the other man to take.

Watching with a blank expression as Rayder picked up the paper and handed him another note, Yaguro read it, and let out a sigh of annoyance. “Alright, relax ‘mom’.” Instinctively he crumpled up the paper that instructed him to not throw the papers, and proceeded to throw it too. “Ah, sorry, force of habit. I’ll get it later.” Taking the next note, Yaguro started to read it over too; Seemed like his whole marking deal was personal.
“Alright, fine, I won’t fuss when you do it.” Crumpling the next paper into a ball, he almost made the same mistake and threw it as well, before remembering he’d probably be forced to pick it up, and stuffed it into his pocket instead. The next paper was a much longer set of rules. Reading it over, it seemed fairly standard. No killing unless they had to, which is about how he operated anyway, so no problem there. The Cartographer apparently had a family, one that was understandably off limits. The vigilante was thankful he had a note to remember all this information, and figured that it could be worth it later to investigate into the giant’s life. Since he had a husband and child, an unusual combination for a man to have in Japan, spotting them amongst a crowd probably wouldn’t prove too difficult, especially considering his new partner’s stature. Folding the remaining papers and neatly sticking them in his pocket, Yaguro took his turn to talk.
“Yeah, I do a lot of leg work to find the scum I need to hunt down. Got a few underworld contacts here, some spying there, and I got a guy back at home base that knows how to look into things. But I’ve been hunting gangs for a while; At this point its all a matter of knowing the moment to pounce. With you around…I think those moments will come a lot more frequently. So…We got a partnership then?” The punk extended a welcoming hand, eager to have this huge asset along for the ride.

As much as Rayder hated working with others on the streets and as annoying this guy was, it was good that he had a system and a way to track the crime. With a full time job and a family taking up most of his time during the day and the evenings, the giant never had time to fully track criminal activity. This guy would at least be a helpful tool to take down the crime. Not to mention that there were even more potential contacts that he could utilize, as well. Still, his attitude when being simply requested not to throw paper, especially paper with very important information that could be traced back to him, made the man question more about the other vigilante. He seemed more like a man child than a mature adult, probably void of most responsibilities and probably with a poor familial connection. At least he had enough brains to allow Rayder to continue his ritual. He stared down to the other man's hand, thinking what this would mean. It would be a helpful addition... but it posed much more of a potential danger for everything the giant held dear. Having another person involved could either lead to success... or downfall. "Rayder, c'mon! You CAN'T! Think of David, of Dory Ruth! Involving such a reckless bastard into this is dangerous! You do this for them, for us... for my memory!" He stood, Blaze's words causing even more hesitation. He probably looked like a mad man just staring at "Searchlight's" hand. Finally, he spoke to Blaze through his thoughts. "Andrew... Blaze... Think of the potential this has! I know this is for all of us, and you know my life has been busier and busier with everything... I think it's time to chance it. I'll offer all my apologies if I'm wrong." "If you're wrong, it could kill us! I'm not willing to die a second time because some scruffy jerk who looks like he never leaves his house offers a pathetic partnership... Rayder... Please... We can do this by ourselves!" He stood, closing his eyes and letting out a worried breath. "Andrew... I'm sorry, but I made up my mind." Finally, he took the man's hand, shaking it. He felt that internal sense of dread filling his deepest soul, knowing it was from the intense anger Blaze was feeling. He felt his body heat up from it, the rare sensation bringing nothing but discomfort to the giant. "... If this backfires, I will feel nothing but goddamn hatred for you, Bishop. Deal with it." With that, Blaze let him be, though Rayder's body was still filled with the feeling as he grabbed his notepad and wrote. "There. Now, we need to set up everything; meeting spot, form of contact, ect."

It seemed like an eternity waiting for Rayder to accept his hand. Just staring it at, Yaguro wondered what was going through the giant's mind; Why would he have second thoughts now? He had agreed to all of his terms after all. Just as the vigilante was ready to pull his hand back and make sure the Silent Cartographer hadn’t gone brain dead, their hands met, and the deal was struck. This was perfect; While Yaguro was already a capable fighter, having this gargantuan beast at his side would make him unstoppable. While he would still need to investigate him further to verify that this partnership would be wholly beneficial, having someone like this on your side of the ring was good.
Taking Rayder’s next paper, Yaguro read it over, and motioned to get the pencil from him. “I’ll give you my phone number; My friend modded it so it doesn’t have any tracking crap on it, whether its from corporations trying to sell me ads or something more serious. If you have a phone too I’d look into doing the same. From there I can message you with a few good meet up spots, I don’t exactly have a secret lair.” Assuming his fellow vigilante would give him his writing utensil, Yaguro would jot down his phone number and hand it back to him. “I don’t go out as often as you may think, mostly every third night or so, or whenever theres activity that needs attention, but if you need anything until then just message me.”
