QUIRK DESCRIPTION: The most obvious aspect of Koji's quirk is that he is a giant floating eyeball, a mutation that has in many ways hindered his social life since he was a toddler.

The quirk, All Seeing Eye, however, does still come with some extraordinary benefits. First and foremost being the powerful psychic abilities that Koji has at his disposal. His psychic powers come twofold; First, he is able to psychometrically perceive his surroundings, allowing him to communicate and limitedly interact with places, objects, and other people's minds telepathically. Second, he is able to exert physical force on external physical objects, including himself, telekinetically.

In regards to the first aspect, Psychometry; it allows Koji to perceive his surroundings with an "extra sense", allowing him to read psychic impregnations left behind by events that involved strong emotional echoes by living creatures. Places of joy, worship, pain, all tell Koji stories about what transpired there. Objects can carry psychic imprints too, such as objects that are widely religiously revered, or were someone's lifelong lucky trinket. 

It is in this 'telepathic manner' that Koji interacts with the environment. He is able to utilize his attentive consciousness as an external "extrasensoric" effect, which allows him to project his speech into the minds of others, allowing him to communicate with other living minds without the use of a mouth or vocal chords. He can hear physical sounds just fine. He is even able to "join" with someone's mind and enter their thoughtspace or dreams, but only if the other participant is willing, or unconscious. Attempting to do so with an awake, and resisting person would overwhelm Koji with the monumental amount of information, both conscious and subconscious, bouncing around in active minds.

The second aspect of Koji's quirk is a form of somatic telekinesis, who's qualities are defined and described by his physical attributes and their associated ranks.

QUIRK DRAWBACKS: The most obvious drawback to Koji's quirk is that he is a giant floating eyeball. He only has slightly more physical durability of that of a normal human eyeball, owed exclusively to his size. Fine particulates and irritants can cripple Koji's ability to see and use his quirk, and he has no hands with which to rub his eyes free of dust. He relies exclusively on his tear ducts (and eyedrops) to keep his vision and clarity unobstructed.

As far as his psychic abilities are concerned, Koji's psychometry is limited in what information he can gather from places, people, or things. The psychic imprints can only be read from the perspective of the specific thing or place in question; which is to say that not all churches and not all icons would be the same. Only the idol in a church with a large congregation would hold the emanations of beliefs, while a separate, identical idol would just be blank if it were never actually displayed.

Another limitation of this psychometry occurs when it comes to metals. Metal barriers prevent any and all of Koji's psychometric communication/perception; with the metal needing only to be the thickness of aluminum foil. However, contrary to popular suspicion, one would have to cover their entire head, face included, if they want to be totally safe. This does mean that so long as he is able to make eye contact with you, you will still be able to hear his voice.

As mentioned before, Koji cannot read the minds of unwilling participants. Active opposition in a target's thoughts overwhelms Koji's ability to interpret the brain's signals. Willing participants need to cooperate by clearing and calming their mind, and therefore allowing Koji to approach their conscious and subconscious with patience and clarity. This means that someone doesn't even have to be opposing Koji himself, but simply by being in a panicked or anxious state will prevent Koji's ability from working fully. In the best of cases, Koji will only be able to get the vaguest, most prominent impressions from an active, frantic mind; such as if they're experiencing pain or are starving or frightened; stuff that one doesn't really need to be a mind reader to figure out.

Insofar as Koji's somatic telekinesis is concerned, it only becomes a strain on Koji's stamina to use if he reaches beyond what would be considered "arms length", or roughly 3 feet. Using telekinesis within his own 'personal space' only takes as much stamina to exert, as exerting a normal human physical body would. Even if it were to go beyond this range, his telekinetic strength and dexterity would remain the same.
