Yvel despite her status as the daughter to an ultra rich set of parents has always been empathetic of others, particularly those with quirks that are deemed bad by society, or those who have yet to find a thing they are good at. She is also giving and generous, finding it easy to part with money if it puts a smile on someone else's face. Anyway, my name is Yvel Koyama. I'm the youngest daughter of the Koyama family. My dad cheated on his wife years ago, soon after I was born. Somehow their marriage survived and I was accepted into the family like nothing happened. I'm not sure how, or why, but I've chalked it up to my dad being a famous hero and caring about good PR or whatever. I've never met my real mom either, probably never will. In any case! My childhood was pretty ordinary, for a rich kid. My parents were both born into wealth and inherited massive fortunes early in their life, so financial insecurity has basically never existed for most of my life. That doesn't mean I don't have insecurities.
You see... This is a bit embarrassing...
My quirk totally sucks!!
I can grow propellers. Yeah. That's it. The first time it manifested I cried for hours and hours. My quirk is the outlier of the family and its shameful. I used to hide away in the family library and read books about old history, like from before all this quirk stuff started happening. I long for those times, times where dumb superpowers didn't play such a big role in society. I'm telling you, I was born in the wrong generation! Maybe one day, if I acquire the funds, I can find someone that will take my quirk away permanently.
So because my quirk is worthless, I got really into other things instead, history, singing, turns out I have a pretty great voice! I haven't actually made it viral yet, but I post online and one of these days I'm sure I'll join a great band and get mega famous! All from the comfort of my family's mansion. That was how it was before I turned 18.
Do you know what it's like to be ultra rich? No? No wonder, we live a completely different existence from the rest of you, but conversely, we don't know anything about the common person either. So, following Koyama family tradition, I was sent out into Tokyo to live in a small, shitty apartment and live off of crappy jobs and my copious amounts of savings. Point is, I'm living like this for two years now, two whole years of this!! I hate it, I have to clean my own apartment? Cook my own food? It's not fair! Their face stoic, gaze piercing, back straight. Samaria stands with the demeanor of a world leader, who's shoulders bear the weight of millions seemingly without effort. They instinctively always default to confident power poses, imposing their silent charisma down like a weight on others. There was only one word that could reliably describe Samaria's presence:

Truth be told, however, all of these mannerisms are mere second nature to them, having had a very eclectic and well-travelled childhood spent experiencing many different cultures, languages, and customs. What is "foreign and suspicious" to others is just "new and interesting" to them, having a much more globally aligned attitude rather than a nationalistic one. In spite of all that, they can still have outbursts of wild, borderline petty competitiveness and hyperfixated short-term goals that can distract them from nearly everything else happening. Still, it is immediately obvious they take pride in their values by the way they treat others around them. Other than an uncompromising intolerance for bullshit nor hesitancy to get in someone's face to tell them off, they're still very trusting and loving towards those they call friends.

Quietness, serenity, peace, all of these things shatter once Samaria kicks the door down (the only way they enter a room). They do not tower over their peers in height, but this doesn't stop them from wielding confidence and scorn like a scythe, making even the toughest feel small in comparison. Everything they do, their subtleties, their proclamations, wherever they are standing; THAT is the center of attention. Only pain awaits anyone who would dare try anything dirty against them, and the many subtle streaks of discolored scar tissue on their skin speak for all the times others have done just that.

Samaria comes from a great heritage as her great-grandfather was a well-respected politician and Chief Minister of the Indian state of West Bengal, noted for courageous leadership to keep the peace in western India during the social upheaval in the first century of the appearance of quirks. It would be this heritage that propels much of their disposition later in life, being raised on stories of great leadership and dignity. Born in Tokyo, Samaria was an energetic and rambunctious little kid, as extroverted as they were defiant and curious. It was very literally said when it was mentioned that taking care of them was a full time job.
The family didn't stay, choosing later to live in Sacramento, California, from six to nine years old. They also lived in Kolkata for one year before returning to Japan to complete their education, their mom wanting them to make sure they took in and absorbed both sides of their family's culture. The effectiveness of this attempt on the other hand would always be something up for debate.
Needless to say, in the final year of high school they became enamored with the idea of Heroics, from the respect, fame, and opportunities for direct action in making the world a better place. If they were going to do go all in on this new dream of theirs, they wanted to be among the best! And that meant there was only one choice of college: U.A. University!

It is by means of this quirk that Samaria is able to increase their physical abilities using stress and excitement to cause their engine to speed up their respiration and blood flow. Additionally, their body processes food and drinks into fuel for their quirk, which is able to convert and fill a full tank of fuel over the course of four hours after eating their fill, and does not deplete so long as their engine remains dormant.
Internally speaking, Samaria's heart engine is only started when their sympathetic nervous system (SNS) activates, meaning the more excited, afraid, or generally stimulated Sam becomes, the faster their heart engine will run. The reverse is also true, where the less interested, less engaged, or less stimulated they are, the more their engine idles. Should Sam get comfortable and relax (such as going to sleep), their engine may turn completely off. Samaria's "baseline state" is where their engine is simply idling at it's minimum rate, which if allowed to run undisturbed long enough, will burn through one full tank of their internal fuel over the course of 20 hours (which some have said sounds and feels as though Sam is making a weird sort of "purring" noise).
A secondary quirk factor is Samaria's Gearbox. As the motor revs up in speed Sam is able to "shift up" on their gearbox, causing their blood to pump faster and faster, reoxygenating muscles and cleansing them of waste with inhuman efficiency. This allows their quirk to substitute in rank both their Speed and Constitution abilities, increasing them up from their baseline by 3 steps per post maximum (A step here is defined as going from Rank C to C+). Every post they do not exert themselves causes their ranks to drop down by 2 steps until baseline. When their engine turns off, ALL of their physical stats cap out at rank D+.
Sam can "jumpstart" their engine with stimulants such as coffee or sugar, immediately igniting their pistons and lets them shift up into 2nd gear from baseline (or even Off) before their SNS catches up. In cases where they become excited but are not in need of their quirk's effect they can choose to remain in a "neutral gear" where their engine revs but is disengaged from their circulatory system.

[b]QUIRK DRAWBACKS:[/b] Samaria's first drawback is that this quirk is not always active. If they were to receive a surprise, debilitating blow, the quirk would not be able to mitigate the resulting wound anywhere near to the degree that it could when in full force. Wounds and damage Samaria receives during their "warm up" phase carry through the whole activation, which can ultimately hinder their ability to fight no matter how ramped up they get.
Secondly, Samaria's quirk factors turn completely off when they become un-engaged, meaning that while understimulated or bored their body will ultimately end up crashing with disproportionate exhaustion, causing them to need to seek out near-constant entertainment or excitement simply to function in a day to day capacity lest they fall asleep where they stand. Long monotonous or tedious tasks will literally put Sam to sleep no matter how much discipline they have, lending the drawback of their quirk to exhibit as some combination of ADD and narcolepsy. This also occurs after any prolonged bouts that require Sam to overextend their constitution, meaning any senescence of intensity in battle can potentially turn the tables against them.
As far as the day to day is concerned, Samaria often has trouble staying sated. Firstly, their quirk converts fuel solely out of what they eat, which diverts nutrients away from the rest of their normal bodily processes. This normally wouldn't be an issue, except for the fact that the quirk does [i]not[/i] expand their stomach; requiring them to eat food almost constantly over the course of the day rather than all in one sitting. If Samaria is not careful when extensively using their quirk, they may accidentally put themself at risk becoming malnourished. If they continue to use their quirk at its maximum capabilities after this, it can cause their body to very quickly entering a starvation state and eventual death (over the course of a week without food). On the other hand, if Sam were to ensure their quirk was not activated for long periods of time and remain in a passive, quiescent state, they would be able to last nearly twice as long as the average person before any drastic effects of starvation set in effectively doubling the time they are able to survive without food or water.

While the group's efforts may not have been noticed by the Tide who was moving on instinct, they still had a profound effect. The pull The Tide was experiencing from Noa's efforts continued to slow it down as it tried its hardest to pull away from her. Whether it was the additional mass of the ice or perhaps her winning the tug of war, it advanced but progressively got slower and slower. The ice had been slowly creeping up and taking over the rest of it's form which continued to make it sluggish but at the same time it was getting stronger, and Noa would be able to feel that.
This was until Sasaki's quirk finished the job, freezing The Tide in place and giving Noa some much-needed relief. If that wasn't enough the combination of vehicles slamming into it shattered it, raining down on the area and spreading throughout the street. It looks like they wouldn't be needing the barricade after all!
Well, it looked like that for a few moments.
From higher up on a second-story building, three jets of water would shoot down in the direction of The Tide's 'demise' and hit the pavement beneath it and spread like a spider web formation until each of the fractured pieces of The Tide was in its grasp. The water would then shimmer, turning a deeper blue as the shattered ice crystals of The Tide responded to this. They melted as steam rose and then boiled before flowing together into a large boiling mass, slightly smaller than before. In the center a large eye formed as The Tide looked around for the first time, taking in its surroundings before its gaze shot up towards the rooftop.
"Do it." the being uttered as The Tide finally took action. It shot out a blast of boiling water, one at Sasaki and the other at King, before it began to backtrack slightly, not making a full dash for the bay but still heading in that direction. The only difference was that it was aware and wasn't just mindlessly heading there.
The woman from up top surveyed her surroundings before she aimed at two separate civilians, firing off a torrent of water at incredible speeds. Depending on how the group reacted, she would continue to fire at civilians recklessly, unconcerned about any collateral damage.
This just got a lot more complicated

Some people like walks in the park, Jaida likes tinkering with mecha models and making them functional for fun! Not to mention she loves hitting up candy stores and practically lives off of sugar and lollipops. Of course, when people question her diet, she just laughs maniacally and will explain that protein shakes suffice well enough. Of course, this won't stop her from taking up suggestions to trying new types of food, stuffing her face or trying to turn it into a date where the person hassling her has to pay for it.
All in all, she's a very upbeat, optimistic ray of sunshine and rainbows more often than not and constantly looking on the bright side of life. Her motto is it could be worse, which she firmly believes is very true since things could always be worse than they are. When it comes to her accomplishments in life, she happily blabbers on about it, unintentionally getting carried away and seeming like she's gloating in the most polite way possible. Always wondering how others are doing and seeing if there's absolutely anything she can do to improve the life of someone she cares about. If something is small and cute, or just cute to any capacity....namely mechas or fluffy things, then Jaida is all for it.
There is a deep seeded root of being there for her family, but also having her own sense of justice so it becomes a wee bit conflicting for her whenever it comes down to Riley since she wants to to help them, but sometimes they're doing things she doesn't quite agree with. Even when they steal her stuff, she tries to give Riley the benefit of a doubt SO MUCH that she's not always quick to draw the conclusion of isn't that my necklace right out the gate. BUT WILL SURE NOTICE THAT IT LOOKS VERY MUCH LIKE IT!
Sometimes, she likes to go on brainstorming tangents, especially if someone will listen to her. Though she has her own set of morality and rules, she's prone to twisting things around here and there to make it more to her liking. She's very driven and dedicated to whatever she sets her mind to, even though at times she can be distracted a bit easily if it's with something she really likes.

Although Jaida tends to lean into a feminine look, she tends to have some tomboy-ish style to her and can dress to look more masculine when need-be. Dubbing herself as [i]fun-sized[/i], they are absolutely shorter than many folks yet it doesn't bother her at all! Despite how much junk food she eats, there isn't much body fat to be found, probably because of that overly active life style she's got goin' on. When she's just living life casually, she tends to have blonde hair with pink highlights. Though she tends to have way too much fun with hair dye thanks to her natural blonde locks, but she also has a tendency to wear wigs, too, when she can't be arsed to wait for dye to set in. In a way, she's a gal of [i]many faces[/i], but she claims to just be [i]really good with make-up and stuff[/i] which is a half-truth.
When she's gonna stir up some vigilante justice, she tries to look different from the face she was born with juuuust enough to avoid being easily recognized. Though another notable thing about this strawberry lemonade swirl blonde is that she's got some unusually sharp chompers! When it comes to her hair, it's sometimes just down, but it's usually up in buns, pig tails, braids, a pony tail and even mix the styles up a bit.

Being the eldest of three kids, Jaida's mom, dad and popsidoodle had puh-reeeeeeetty high expectations of her to the point where she didn't want to let them down in the slightest. They were always so happy and proud whenever she accomplished the goals they politely set before her, so she strove to be the best she could be for everyone, herself included. Even though it stressed her out a bit at first, her goal was to find something she was really good at and then use that to make her parents proud of her. In a way, she adored the praise and didn't want it to stop like an emotional high...so much that she would happily report to everyone about her advancements and stability in life.
If it made mom, dad and popsidoodle proud, then everyone else would too...right?
Well, her sibling, Riley, was constantly left in the dust...Jaida picked up on that as she tried to be more attentive of them, talking to them about their life and what they were doing while trying to cheer them up by how well her own life was going. Whether or not this was part of why Riley developed a bit of a hooligan streak, Jaida's unsure of what aside from maybe how they didn't get as much attention as herself or their youngest brother. Either way, she tried her best to be a good sister, but when she found out Riley was getting into law breaking brands trouble, she figured it might be good to become a hero of some kind to protect them from getting in a serious mess they'd regret. Everything was all too little too late and she couldn't do anything to save Riley from the grasp of the law and she felt powerless.
Despite all the praise for keeping a stable job and getting better with creating little bits of tech here and there, still...
She couldn't save them from that fate...
A failure.
It was an absolute failure and she wasn't going to give up, failures were just lessons, stepping stones to improving something you're not good at! So that's when she decided to work on practicing her quirk so she could become an actual hero, it wasn't the most obvious, in your face thing but she was a creative soul who thought out of the box and knew beyond reasonable doubt that it was possible! When the time came for the field test licensing, it was with a group and all the others had more fancy quirks and one of them could control spherical shapes such as rocks and marbles. Those were exactly the tools Jaida used and her parents were for sure rooting for her, though she hoped Riley was too since they were her inspiration. Though she put in the work by strategically utilizing her quirk, it looked like Rollio was the one who got credit for all she did...
...even though she was offering strategies, it wasn't enough since she had to pull her weight on the field.
Part of her was shattered and even though she was consoled by her parents, Jaida could tell they were disappointed...
...it wasn't fair.
Yet, she had a goal to be her own damn brand of hero and she'd make sure she'd get good enough to intervene to at least be a distraction in the event Riley stumbled again. That would be enough for Jaida to be an accomplishment all the same, so now she's doing the best she can for herself while trying to be the best big sister she can possibly be! Even though she hadn't seen Riley in years...still, that's the dream! Well, the MAIN dream aside from getting a job somewhere that would feel like a technological playground with steady income that could help her aspirations further.
Who knows what the future holds, but she's gonna stick it to THE MAAAAAAAAAAN and show the world her brand of justice!

It's like someone turned the saying "I'm rubber, you're glue, whatever you say goes straight back to you" into a more literal sense. Putting her fingers, hands, feet, toes, arms, legs together for prolonged periods of time and pulling it apart will make a thick band that works like a slingshot. Since her skin is more like rubber, it operates as a splendid counter against electricity. Not to mention her bones have a density akin to thick rubber. The user's skin can create varying sized bands, or being pulled up and attached to things such as a bow, as examples of their versatility for using sections and segments of her skin. She can also pinch and move her skin around to make herself look different due to her rubber-like body since her skin has a great deal of elasticity & her bones are akin to thick rubber. Another perk is being able to get rid of, or change her finger prints after applying heat.

Greasy foods ARE NOT her friend, so something incredibly greasy will actually hinder and hurt her stomach. Much like with regular rubber, she can insulate heat pretty darn well, but extreme temperatures will hurt a great deal and even cause her flesh + bone to melt at about 356 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius). Just because she has a rubbery body, doesn't mean she can be pulled apart and stretched out far distances, elongating her body is limited by 30 inches (2.5 feet) all around: anything beyond that will start causing dislocated bones, tendons to rip and in extreme cases, internal bleeding. Fingerprints come back after a day, so if she wants to keep those gone it needs to be maintained!

The Enlightened was now nothing more than a corpse. The body had no agency or will, at least not anymore. The wheels had been set in motion as the energy levels within the body increased, gradually leaking out into the surrounding area with flashes of purple and whip-like crack as they tore through the air.
The energy The Enlightened had taken in from the combined efforts of Ishtar and May was too much and had completely fried his internals, making him unstable. The decision was made for him to do that once he stole the power of his watch to amplify himself. That was NOT in the plan.
Even still, the failsafe set up in case the situation turned unsalvagable would go off. A harmless wave of purple energy surging outwards from all directions would envelop everyone, providing the same imagery.
The ragtag group would experience a vision of what was to be expected if the explosion was to go off. For each individual they would witness the moment of their demise as they were caught up in the blast, the full sensation being channeled directly into their brains to provide a haunting, surreal experience.
This bad end would not come to pass.
The efforts of this group of individuals were successful, the corpse not detonating until it was fully secured, and even then for those trying to suppress it, would experience a force of energy that would require their full strength to the upper limit. A purple glow echoed in the area as the electricity raged against its cage, sparks breaking through until...nothing. The light faded as the body had ceased to be.
Against all odds, they had won.

The Enlightened could feel it; he could feel his time running out. Soon, this body wouldn't be functional, and if he didn't finish his job, it wouldn't matter much if he was killed here or not. He was tempted to flee and finish his job elsewhere.
'No matter what, you're not to run. You WILL finish the test. Bring it all in. Especially from the girl.' The words echoed out in his brain, and a slight frown appeared almost imperceptible amongst the chaos.
Even still, he wasn't alone in feeling that time was running out as he could clearly "see" that the others were also running out of steam—mainly the elementary school student who tossed out a last-ditch effort to subdue him. Weighing his options in his head, he ultimately relented and switched the orange glow for a new one: purple. Unfortunately, he couldn't move due to the activation of his specific ability, even if he wanted to. The prospect of warping away from them was always an option, but...he didn't. He couldn't.
As a result, he offered up no resistance to the net grabbing him and being secured by Takeo. The kindergartener had set things up in a way that they could all of them could use the environment to its full advantage. The life arrow let loose by May would take some time to travel, and during that time, he was alerted to the aura of Ishtar as she set up technique. She was imposing that was for sure but there was always a bigger fish. "Oh yeah?" he grinned, placing his palms outward before making his aura flare over the battlefield, ripples of space distorting in an area around him. "BRING IT ON!" A small purple dome would encompass his body as the irradiated constructs and arrow collided with his bubble, creating a concentrated but large blast of energy that would briefly obscure their vision by kicking up a dusk cloud.
When the dust cleared, The Enlightened was still standing, albeit just barely. The resulting energy from the two attacks combined with his own had eroded and charred his skin. With a light cough, copious amounts of blood would pour from his mouth, and the eye mask would crumble and fall into pieces, revealing milky white eyes stained with a purple tint. "I guess that's it, huh? You got what you wanted. I'm going to disengage." as if talking to someone who wasn't there, he would slowly crank his head up and hold up his right hand, the purple glow manifesting as a bright light.
"Should have run when you had the chance. Now I gotta throw this all back at you." he closed his fist as the air around him began to vibrate, purple lines running through his charred body as his pupils faded. For those in tune with electrical energy, they would notice an invisible charge leaving his body, climbing high into the air, and then darting away. The Enlightened was no more than a shell now.
Sparks of purple electricity would emanate from his body, and the purple light got brighter. The extra energy he had taken in from the previous attacks had overloaded and destroyed his body's internals, but it had also managed to supercharge his energy. This would go off within 70 meters from the center compared to the initial energy explosion that kicked off the whole fight. It was imminent, with no way to stop the explosion of energy as the body was already dead. Highly unstable with a chance of any contact to speed up the explosion rate.
Talk about a grand finale

Whatever the resistance The Inferno's fractured mind had expected, this was certainly not it. This ragtag group of kindling wasn't acting at all like he was a threat. He was a big threat! He was told so! Unfortunately for him in the process of the experiments he learned to harness his anger (and only his anger) to fuel his own quirk. He would grit his teeth at the backhanded insult from Auden his voice raising, "WHAT DO YOU KNOW, PRETTY BOY, I'LL ROAST YA!" he would reel back to conjure another fireball only to find it fizzle and him to feel slightly light-headed "Huh?!" he looked around for the culprit only to be greeted by a show of extreme firepower.
The blast hit him dead on and pushed him back several meters. The Inferno, however, would dig in his heels to stop the forward momentum and begin to absorb the blast into his body. This resulted in several cracks appearing on his form and his large grin returned "Thanks for the meal~!" he chirped, his eyes laser-focused on Miroru.
This ultimately would cause him to receive a stab wound in his leg as Rui had managed to avoid detection due to his poor awareness. "OW YOU SON OF A-" his anger would flare up again, this time producing flames from his head. The flames would condense into a large orb which then rained fire out in a small radius around him as he attempted to deal with Yagyo's monsters. "YOU DIE FIRST, KID!" he would push past Rui and head towards Miroru with a fist covered in yellow flames. Odd considering everything until now had been the standard color you'd expect for fire.

tl;dr: The Inferno gets made at Auden, gets hit by Miroru's blast and absorbs it, stabbed by Rui, sends a wave of fireballs in the area to deal with Yagyo's monsters, and lastly he charges at Miroru with a fist cloaked in a distinct yellow flame.

The Tortured was overwhelmed by the situation, unable to maintain composure as he sobbed and pleaded for mercy. His nonfunctional eye, which was glowing red, began to flash and beep. "No no no no!" he cried out as the beeping got louder. Perhaps it was a result of the onslaught on the drone network that caused the metal whips to recede from their position. The intervention from Hebi caused the last one to be delayed slightly and ultimately saved the life of the civilian who would have been killed.
Once they had reached The Tortured's position, they would wrap around his body tightly, entombing him in a mass of metal. The casing was durable enough to protect against both attacks from Kaida and Jack with minimal damage. As the beeping grew even louder, the metal encasing the tortured would wobble and shimmer before expanding to form a circular shell, which another would then cover and then another like a matryoshka doll. Once he was secured, the drones in the area would begin to beep with the same resonance as a red light emanated from The Tortured, coating the whole area, including the five who opposed him. After a few seconds, this light would fade. From there the drones would do something...drastic.
The one who was chained by Jun would have two others fire at it, destroying it before they accelerated at each other and crashed head-first into a mass of metal and debris. The same thing would happen with 3 drones at Jack's position and another 3 at Kioko's.
Jun and Kaida would witness the horrifying truth first as the metal from the machines dissolved before melding with a burst of energy. The drones now pulled themselves together and assumed the form of none other than Gen Kurokami. "Poor, Poor Jun." it spoke with an approximate voice of Gen's usual doublespeak that had a definite robotic undertone "You STILL can't protect anyone, can you? Letting your anxiety control your life. Just like a puppet." with a wave of his hand the metal on his back would shift and produce 4 cannons that he would aim at Kaida "Just like the island all over again." he would fire these cannons, two of them producing metallic cannon balls and the others shooting off more cold radiation at Kaida.
On Jack's side, the same thing would happen, except this one would form in Zenkai Hatake. "HEY!" it shouted, towering over Jack "Where's that little rat boy? I'll kill him first, so don't worry, lizard boy, you can run home now while I go kill all your friends" without any data, the drone couldn't approximate what Zenkai's quirk would be, only his physical features. The drone Zenkai (Dronekai) would ignore Jack and begin to head over in the direction of where Hebi ran to as it viewed him as a nonthreat now that Jack's quirk was analyzed.
For Kioko, it was the same deal. The only exception was that the drone parts crept into the shadows before forming her worst nightmare: Gyrfalcon. As she had never seen what he actually looked like, the drone disregarded giving him a head, instead using the excess metal to create his massive sword as he moved out of the darkness into her sight, dragging the blade along the ground. "Meliora, always getting herself into trouble. I've come to collect; you messed with the wrong people for far too long." he would brandish the blade. "You have been my lesser in every way. I wouldn't bother trying to use your mercury; you remember what happened last time, don't you?" The drone had actually prepared to shield its circuitry after Kioko had disabled the last one. "You can't and will never beat me. I'll be sure to bring your head to Sovereign. They can bury you next to your mother."
