There was no mistaking the sound of Howie's bike as he came barreling down through the streets of Tokyo. Much like himself, his friend wasn't one to make a quiet entrance. Although of the two of them, one was clearly bringing a lot more energy today. ''I'm not getting cold feet! I was waiting for you big guy, otherwise how would you know where to go?'' Hell he could take all these guys on his own if he wanted to!! He just didn't, and well it was more fun to fight alongside Howie anyway! Eiji could totally fight it alone if he wanted to though! ''Besides, it would be lame if I started the fight without you, wouldn't it?'' He put his hands on his hips, clearly just playing at being more angry than he was for the fun of it.

After a quick glance down at his phone he gave him a thumbs up. ''Yup, that's the one. Should be a few guys in there, could be more, hard to say really I haven't seen anyone enter or leave-'' He was cut off as Howie started up his bike, leaving Eiji with his jaw damn near slamming into the ground. ''Oi- wait!!'' He immediately took off and started sprinting after him. He should have seen it coming, but somehow he took him by surprise.

''That's- That's right!'' He panted, finally catching up to Howie as he signaled for him, making his way through the destroyed front entrance slightly out of breath. Once he had taken a couple of seconds to breathe he took in just the amount of damage Howie had caused. From breaking through the front door, to smashing their table, dousing them all in gasoline and basically turning the whole situation in their favor before the fight had even started. ''Hey, nice work big guy.'' He grinned, turning to Howie holding up a fist bump. Whether he reciprocated it or not Eiji turned to the thugs again. Serious mode activate!

''We already know you guys were trying to start illegal business here, selling weapons on the streets of Tokyo. We're having none of it! In the name of the Hummingbirds and for the good of this community we're tearing this shit down!'' The guys all looked hesitant, there was a real sense that among them none of them were really the leader, just goons hired to do shady work. Eventually two of them stepped forward, both brandishing knives. One charged right at Howie while the other swung for Eiji. ''You're bluffing! You're not going to burn us alive, the Hummingbirds don't kill people!'' Before the knife could reach him, Eiji parried it with his prosthetic arm and followed it up with a quick jab to send the guy stumbling backwards, losing the grip of his knife. ''Mooks like you aren't worth my flames!'' He didn't even have to look to know that Howie could handle that one guy. ''Looks like we'll have to teach them a lesson big guy!'' Although he wasn't emitting any flames, he might as well be with how his anger was building.

Trouble was brewing in Shinjuku.

Eiji and his gang were always some of the first to know, this was where their homebase was after all and the Hummingbirds were well-liked compared to other gangs in Tokyo. The more he learned about the case the more concerning it grew. Amateurs had moved in and were selling illegal weapons, drugs, all that bad stuff Eiji was against. Most damning of all however, they were also trying to market themselves on their ability to finetune bikes, cars and the like. Wouldn't that mean they could potentially steal customers from his bro Hannibal? Hell no! They were going to put an end to this operation, and because it was personal he had called up the bike bro himself, asking him if he wanted in on teaching these guys a lesson. Usual pay of course, but he figured the fact that they were trying to butt into his business would be an added incentive for the hyena.

Then the planning begun. Eiji had sent out some of his guys to scout the area and locate the warehouse they operated out of. He would have done it himself, but he knew by now that he was hella loud, sneaking around just wasn't his thing. After confirming where the enemy base was, he sent coordinates for Hannibal to meet him on the day of the job. Standing around in his usual streetwear he didn't do anything to hide his identity. Never did, wasn't his style. Besides, he hoped it would be easier for his friend to notice his red head of hair this way.

''Hanging back, you should see me as soon as you enter _____ Street. Where are you?''

He clicked send and eyed the warehouse suspiciously. No one was guarding it from the outside, maybe in an effort to try and appear less suspicious, or maybe they just thought they had no enemies to worry about?

''That would be nice.'' He closed his eyes and let out a small sigh. ''The others need me, I don't have time to be this banged up.'' He did his best to cooperate, laying still and letting the doctor work their magic on him. He was going to owe Kysaly big time, but he could worry about that once he wasn't actively bleeding out. ''I see, that's convenient, do you ever have patients freak out on you when you use your quirk?'' He didn't know if they were the chatty kind, but somehow making this small talk made it easier for him to forget he was in pain.

''Yeah? My parents supposedly chose it for me.'' He opened his eyes to look up at Kysaly. ''It's a good name, but not as unique as Kysaly.'' He looked down at their hands as they worked. ''People like me, huh? Idiots who get themselves into fights they can't win?'' He grinned, hoping his self-deprecating joke would lighten the mood a bit. ''I guess I hadn't thought about that. No one wants to attack the doctors because if there are no doctors left when they're in trouble that's pretty much the end for them.'' Kysaly's work was highly essential, not just to the people of Tokyo, but more specifically vigilantes like him who couldn't just walk into big public hospitals and ask for help after he had willingly fought a villain. ''Still, that's brave of you, to set up shop out here despite the risks.'' Helping those in need, it was something Eiji liked to do himself and which he admired in others like Kysaly, even if they did it in ways Eiji never could. ''Eh- really?'' He smiled apologetically. ''Actually, I was just walking, I didn't really know where I was going, don't know any doctors like you out in this part of the city.'' It made him sound all the more like the idiot he was, but now that he had cooled down he had realized his mistake and could face how reckless he had been. ''Internal?'' He looked down at himself perplexed. Nothing a little rest couldn't fix, right? Looking back up at Kysaly he blinked his eyes. There was something enchanting about Kysaly up close, something Eiji couldn't quite place. they weren't just beautiful... There was a kindness to them Eiji didn't see in the eyes of others often. It made him hesitate for a moment, but he tried not to appear flustered. ''I'd appreciate that. Me and my gang will owe you one.''

All he could see was red, how dare this guy come in here and disrupt an honest business that was just trying to bring improvement to their community. The worst part was he didn't recognize Mel at all, that made it harder to know who his allies were. One thing was for sure, he was most likely a villain and those weren't welcome around here.

''Cut the crap, I'm not here to steal!'' He clenched the fist of his prosthetic arm. He didn't look the slightest bit intimidated, would he have to escalate things to a fight? Eiji hardly had time to think about that as what Mel said next caught him completely by surprise. ''A-A twink? Date?!'' Was his face red from anger, or because he was embarrassed? Well... Mel wasn't exactly bad-looking, in fact... No!! He was still a bad guy! ''Don't be stupid I came to fight you s-so square up!!'' His voice was shaky, but he did his best to hide behind his anger as he grabbed a nearby chair with one hand and tossed it at Mel.

''You're facing Guts, the Heart of the Hummingbirds! I'll kick your ass and hand you over to the police!'' Charging forward, Eiji took a swing at Mel to try and land a jab on him, activating his quirk to channel fire through his prosthetic arm. Whether it hit Mel or not, this fire would most likely ignite something around them, making it clear that Eiji wasn't really thinking about his surroundings the way Mel was. ''State your name, coward!''

Dante's music was transcendent. The type of rebellious vibe it hit was exactly what resonated with the vigilante group who fought for their own way of life and stood up against corporations no matter how small they felt in this increasingly quirk-centric world. The crowd, hyped for another number pretty much immediately lit up as he began playing, enjoying his sound to the fullest. Eiji, although he was having fun getting lost in the music still kept an eye out, but he mostly had his attention directed towards Dante.

As his music filled the air, his presence only grew more mysterious. Where did he come from? Why did he stop here? He said he was a wanderer, was that all the story there was to it? Usually people didn't wander without a reason, or at least so Eiji thought, given he had never been one. He was a Shinjuku street rat, born and raised. Even if he wanted to set out on a journey like Dante, he couldn't bring himself to. Not with the amount of found family he had here in Shinjuku who needed him.

To say the crowd was pleased would be putting it mildly. Several were pumping their fists in the air alongside Dante and even the shy kids in the back were slowly warming up to this mysterious stranger bringing tunes of rebellion. Once the song concluded, Eiji would approach him again. ''That was amazing! We've never had a performance like yours here at the park. It wouldn't be wrong to say you've lit a spark.'' He looked over his shoulder to see the crowd abuzz with energy and discussion amongst each other.

''You said you're a wanderer, right? What's your destination?''
