Retsu has a foul mouth and an explosive temper. When she's not out drinking or having fun she's usually found within her workshop tinkering with one thing or the other. In general there are only two things that get Retsu to be quiet. The first is when she's crafting explosives, the sole activity on which she can stay focused for hours at a time. The second is when she's incredibly angry. While usually boisterous and quick to fire back there's a point where when she's pushed too far her anger turns cold. When Retsu gets to the point of cold anger being in her vicinity can be incredibly dangerous. For while it is rare that she gets to this point she'll aim to remove the cause of her anger with extreme prejudice.
For the most part however Retsu does not take things seriously. She maintains a 'live and let live' philosophy for anything that doesn't concern her. When something -or someone- gets in her way she rarely considers them however, simply heading past or around the obstacle in whatever way is the quickest, whether this method is moral or not. Due to her love for explosive and 'when all you have a hammer, everything starts to look like a nail' her problem solving skills are not the most developed.
Living in a world where money is what matters and trust is in short supply Retsu maintains a wide variety of surface level relations but has never formed any form of meaningful connection with anyone. Her understanding of the importance of networking and reliability due to her profession makes her a steadfast ally so long as both sides benefit from it but a very uncaring bystander the moment those benefits run out.

Retsu has waist length dark purple hair and light purple eyes. Standing at a bit over five foot four she's roughly average sized for her age. She has a relatively lean and slightly muscular build to exercise mixed with poor dietary habits. She usually defaults to wearing a tank top or sleeveless shirt and loose fitting drab colored pants with lots of pockets. Over her left eye she wears an eye patch of her own design. Whether this is a practical choice or an aesthetical one is unknown. There is a wide variety of rumors as to why she wears it ranging from damage to her eye, the intent to 'look cool', a backup plan in case she gets caught up in one of her own flash bangs or even that she inherited it from her grandfather. No one's managed to get a straight answer out of her and given that it appears to be a sore subject to her few keep insisting of finding out.
She tends to keep a combat knife on her person, hidden when in public and displayed more openly when traversing dangerous areas.

Born quirkless to a poor family, Retsu never had a bright future laid out before her. Answering mockery with punches she couldn't stand the 'little pricks' using their quirks 'by accident' while being beaten down. It was during one such incident she took a blast of light to her left eye leaving it damaged and painful to look through. The constant pain when not using an eyepatch only caused her anger to burn further and before long she fell in with the wrong crowd. By the time she was 12 she already had a reputation as a violent lunatic with the local gangs.
The sole reason she was allowed to stick around was that she had a knack for fixing things: broken tools, electronics or situations alike. Her true love however laid in explosives. Fixing electronics through trial and error had more than once caused them to explode and Retsu delighted greatly in figuring out how to maximize the effect. Over time part of the local gangs came to rely on her supply and connections. Using this to great effect Retsu took to solidifying her position and eliminating the gangs that stood against her until by the age of 19 she’d established a vast network of customers, prospective allies and collaborators.

Shō is an individual who holds his own beliefs in high regard. He is someone who values balance in all things more than anything else, even considering both heroes and villains to be equally valuable in society. It is due to these controversial and slightly misguided views that he chooses to operate as both a villain and a vigilante. If he was able he would even work as a pro hero, but given his less-than-ethical job he likely wouldn't pass the evaluation and background checks.
This same radical mindset has made his relationship with his adopted siblings complicated as he believes heavily in the principles of karma. He is just as likely to assist his siblings or another villain on any job, but he will fully move against them if he believes their actions are unbalanced and would tip the scales of hero and villain society. For every evil act, there needs to be an equally good act and vice versa. He believes it's his personal responsibility to be an equalizer and therefore his loyalty is in flux when it comes to any act that isn't karmically neutral.
When operating outside of either persona he is actually a rather amiable and generally pleasant person to be around. Having traveled the country he has many stories to tell and advice to give when prompted. Even still he is rather deceitful in balancing his personas and does this by actively withholding his full range of skills. Overall he's very outspoken, not afraid to address any concerns or impose his own opinions on a situation or express derision when appropriate. Oh, and he also has no problem backing it up with a fight.

Shō is a young man with fair skin and a facial structure that lies more on the softer side. He has long, black hair that reaches down to his waist which is usually pulled up into a high ponytail. He has light blue eyes which are rarely seen due to his slanted eyes.
When working as a villain, Shō wears a dark-colored jacket with four buttons on the high collar. He has four blue belts around his waist and another pair of belts below with his sword hanging off the left. His dark-colored pants are tucked into light-colored boots, which have sets of four belts. Over all this, he wears a grayish hooded cloak and keeps his horns active and his eyes red. When working as a vigilante he wears a traditional uniform used in Chinese martial arts, with a black and white top sporting elbow-length sleeves, and gray pants that reach the middle of his lower leg.

The hardships he would face in his early life began before he was even born, Shō was the product of a forced marriage with a wealthy businessman Yasui Matsui who had an unhealthy fixation on those born with a physical mutation involving horns. He hoped to sire a child who had the same mutation for an inexplicable reason. When Shō was born without any sign of horns he was basically disregarded, able to still live in their home but was mostly locked away in a small room and his mother was...removed from the household.
It was during this time that his quirk manifested and he was no longer alone. Whenever he activated it a small shadow creature would also appear that he was able to converse with. He named the creature Toki and it became his only sense of comfort. Over time he discovered the true nature of his quirk and due to his own father's negligence and self-indulgence, he was able to slip out and explore the city when he was young, primarily moving at night and training himself in the process. When he was 10 he decided to leave for good wanting to explore the country and find out what happened to his mother.
He picked up several skills as he traveled across the country taking work as an assassin for pay, becoming the drummer for a band for a while, and even training in swordsmanship at a dojo. When he returned to finally confront his father he found nothing but his new "siblings" who had ended up killing his father. Even if they were reprehensible in their practice, having stolen the money his father had they had still gotten rid of a man rotten to his core. Ultimately he decided to join their little cabal, but due to his views, he would at times clash with them and decided it would be better if he stayed on the move while the other 3 settled down. Picking up an alias for his vigilante work as well as one for his villain work, he continues to operate as both to this day making sure to keep the worlds separate.

[b]QUIRK DESCRIPTION:[/b] Ethereal Ruin allows the user to transform themselves into shadows to phase through solid objects, allowing for an easier and more unconventional way to get around, as well as avoiding attacks from non-organic weapons and projectiles. The user can also share their intangibility with whatever they touch as long as it's inorganic in nature and it will also be able to phase through inorganic material. He can also use these shadows to obscure his own features but this doesn't provide any tangible benefit as it functions as a disguise.
Additionally, he is able to materialize the shadows into extendable arms that originate from his body. These arms can be used to grab other objects, push and pull things, and assist in combat. The arms are used in order to move him through solid surfaces such as the ground as they can latch onto it and pull him back up if he sinks into it. They follow the same rules as his transformation and are able to also phase through inorganic material, but are unable to do the same with organics.
His quirk also comes coupled with a familiar, Toki, who is able to fully speak and think on its own but is unable to interact with the physical world in any capacity.
[b]QUIRK DRAWBACKS:[/b] The main weakness of this quirk is that the user cannot phase through living tissue. This would mean that if say someone was wearing a boxing glove and punched the user they could phase through the actual glove but not the fist behind it.
If the arms that Shō manifests are removed or destroyed it requires a substantial amount of stamina to replace them and if the stamina limit is exceeded he will be unable to make more.
If all of his arms are destroyed and he attempts to phase he will not be able to pull himself out of whatever object/surface he's phased into until his stamina is replenished.

A rather contemplative story regarding on how the current society is leading towards into. Where a miracle happened and gives a normal human a superhuman capabilities to pave through new era yet one single things remain the same. A pragmatic and indifference towards the betterment of the earth. The show of strength and prestige become the main spotlight of the society with a fancy label known as heroes and those who misuse that strength and prestige goes by the name of villain. Yet, none of sliver of spotlight is spare to the mother nature itself. Mikoto anguish upon hearing the sadness of the earth and more so as how nature shapes her as how she is today.
Mikoto born onto this world and raised by a caring single mother. A mother who has the heart of an ocean and shows her affections upon the nature that surrounds their birth home near the forest. Despite her disfigure body because of her mutation that hardly make it hard for other to say that she is a human, her mother never fails to smile. Mikoto lives a content life with only two of them until one day with an appearance of a man with suit their life is turning upside down.
A motive driven by greed, a wish to drive the only living person left as the village near her home has been emptied out, away from this place. Yet, her mother learns about the contract that is given and the context; in the sheer of anger - she slammed the door effectively rejecting the offer. The project of flattening the ground around this place would only mean the destruction of the beautiful fauna that surrounds them right now. Her mother heart bleeds upon learning that and swore to take the mantle to protect the place. With hardship she tries to find many like-minded people to protests and gain the fund to do something to protecting the forest. With that noble cause, one would thought that she succeed. But, the reward that she got was a prison sentence on the basis of public disruption.
Mikoto, who was already twenty-five years old at that time, feels furious and cheated. If the society want to play that way, she will play that game. Equipped with her business knowledge and power; she build a legal charity organization that focused upon the forest preservation called Anti-Deforestation Advocate Group or ADA Group for short. While the organization runs on the lawful side but Mikoto do an offense maneuver behind the scene to weakened up the greedy corporation who want to destroy the nature.
As time goes, the ADA group start to rake some of fame and trust from the public. But for Mikoto that is not enough.
