This is a whole ass W.I.P
Dreamland Resort was nothing more than a dream of a man named Elouan Favager, a man who wanted to make it so that any and all families could enjoy a proper vacation in the lap of luxury regardless of their income. Fighting the struggles in what felt like an uphill battle, he managed to make it through connecting with various businesses and the help of his adoptive son, Beaumont Favager. Small family businesses found a way to flourish through partnerships and deals, saving quite a few from closing their doors. Elouan and Beaumont would intentionally seek out business on their last leg and offer them a light in the dark, hope in an otherwise hopeless situation.
For those they were too late to help, they'd immediately hire them and get them back on their feet as a means of keeping them off the street and in some cases, purchasing their homes placed on sale to give it right back to them in exchange of working under Dreamland Resort. Building up a good reputation over the years, Elouan was known for having a heart, even going the extra mile to deliver left over food to various kitchens open to those without a home or struggling and contributing what they could to aid in building shelters.
Although their efforts didn't make headlines, the fame isn't what mattered. When Elouan Favager was asked about the lack of media coverage on his efforts, he said "We're supporting the community because we're able to. It's the right thing to do, I don't need recognition or fame for that. In fact, no one with a good head on their shoulders requires fame in exchange for helping others." Which prompted some to question his views on whether or not the Pro-Hero system was something he agreed with, he told sources, "It's a necessity. Although some of them don't have their heart in the right place, as long as they're doing their best to protect everyone, then I suppose I can tolerate the way some of them ride their high horses. Though I wish more Pro-Heroes would care a bit more about property damage, if someone is stuck in a building they happen to crash into, or worse yet, throw a criminal into? There's no amount of insurance that can replace the loss of a life, you can put a price tag on the funeral, but the life itself is beyond monetary value. If we're going to celebrate the efforts of Pro-Heroes, it should be those who have a heart for the people they're working to protect."
When Elouan's untimely passing came due to a Pro-Hero's carelessness, Beaumont Favager continued the legacy and continued his adoptive father's practices. Although Elouan didn't get the good news about finally acquiring the property of an abandoned theme park he fought hard to get ownership of, his dream lives on and flourishes through his adoptive son, Beaumont Favager. When the young businessman was asked about his feelings on the matter, he said, "I'm going to carry on with Elouan's way of doing things, it's what he would have wanted and I feel like that's the right way to go about it...and before you ask, yes, even the Celebration of Heroes section of the park will see the light of day. Elouan believed in highlighting the Pro-Heroes who had their heart in the mantle they've taken up, the Pro-Hero who took his spark away from the world wouldn't have made it in the Celebration of Heroes anyway." A somewhat cold response, but there was a criteria to meet.

Only criteria is that they don't have a history of heavy collateral damage and when they did, made sure civilians were safe. Elouan believed in celebrating those who had their heart in it and to him, that was shown by their actions showing lives around them had value beyond the dollar signs and recognition.

What is Day Zero?
Day Zero is the soft opening of the theme park addition to Dreamland Resort's chain which started with high end hotels that felt like a slice of the theme park experience. A limited amount of tickets are offered in an array of ways: mailed to business partners, Olivia and rainbow tickets from partnered snack products such as candy bars! Treated as an exclusive group, so the theme park won't be as crowded and it'll be easier to access rides, rides, dining experiences and all that good stuff! It's also possible to get a pass directly from Beaumont or Yoshimitsu, only criteria is they have to have at least met and be on decent enough terms.
Participants have free lodging at the on property hotel, ooolala!
Who is this open to?: All factions, of course!
Mission type?: Non-Threatening! Their mission is to check out the park and give it a review UwU
Olivia Passes: They get to have the early morning window before other prize winners show up! Also invited to come back in the evening for a parade and display. Get to stay in the fancy family fairy tale suite.
Snack Passes: Come in at "normal" hours and get to see the parade + display. Stay in a standard room.
Business Partners: Come in at "normal" hours, see the parade + display. Stay in a higher end room.

❝ 真白な万華鏡 じりじりと 愛しくなる気がして They say familial bonds are the strongest. Now... ...that was incredibly true in oh so many facets of this particular fellow. Save for his mother and father, they could rot and make the world a better place by becoming fertilizer. When it came to their siblings, it was a completely different tale in of itself, they were to be protected and cherished with every fiber of their being. With each stride, his hips lightly swayed to the beat of his own drum...reminding himself why he bothered with some last minute bullshit such as this.... ...Murano, Kenji was missing. With what he was learning about their families and why his fatherly uncle broke away from it all...there was a chance, an opportunity to find Murano. If someone purchased their only friend in this cesspool, there was a chance he'd show up. If he ran away, he may be desperate to garner as many tools as he could to stay away. They would never forget the numerous burn marks upon Murano's body...a story of a boy who was used like a fuckin' ashtray. Shit like that pissed off the brothers sharing an existence upon this world...that's why Yoshimitsu was taking it upon himself to solve the mystery in places Beaumont couldn't. The world wasn't ready for how much of a nosy bastard he'd become. Hell, even he was hardly ready for it! Not once did Yoshimitsu, the King of Hearts, let his guard down as he made his way over...last thing he needed was to get jumped in some sort of trap and cock up this whole...self appointed mission. Beaumont's conscience was out like a light, fully entrusting him on this journey of sorts as though it was a road trip. The drivers take turns, one takes a proper rest and the other is entrusted with getting them to their destination safe n' sound. Sure, sometimes one of them became more like a passenger who would commentate on the various things during their drive...but not this time. As the warehouse came into view, all six eyes took it in and the trio in one exchanged glances...not completely sure what to expect when they entered the threshold. So...a little insurance was in order...was it not? For now, he stood at a height of about six feet and five inches tall. A few inches taller than Beaumont...but still short enough to leave the element of surprise in the event he needed to... ahem...add on to his stature as an intimidation tactic. Even in a world where quirks were a brand of the norm to enough people out there in the world...a sudden height shift would freak some of em' out. Besides, it was a pretty useful tactic in the animal kingdom and super sentai... ...okay only when the protagonists did it, but that wasn't going to stop Yoshimitsu from saving that particular ace up his sleeve! Although he hadn't been the most seasoned in gambling himself, he knew well enough that one doesn't simply just show off their hand or give it all away. Stepping past the threshold, he took a few steps and allowed that vibrant grin of his to crack across his lips as he brought his hands up towards the feathery looking neon blue flames accenting his neck and cloak. Those bemused skulls at each side mimicking laughter as he ran his clawed fingertips through it...an arch of red glitter shaped like a heart behind him like some sort of extra ass background before raining down in a line upon the ground like a carpet. Laughter cackled out of him with the soft accent of static as he dusted off his coat, unceremoniously leaving a little trail of glitter as he made his way to join the crowd. This man walked like he was part of a whole ass fashion show, one hand upon his hip as the other swayed at his side like a metronome. "Well, well, well...what have we here~?" There was an air of bemusement over the whole thing as he looked around to take in his peers with a static ridden chuckle before stopping in place. Lightly shifting his weight as the two skulls hovering over those wide shoulders idly bobbled their heads, almost like they had a catchy tune in their heads and simply vibing. So far...no sign of Murano. Although part of him felt a sense of relief, there was a bubbling frustration that this was yet another failed attempt to find the one his brother was so fond of.... A soft pulse of red danced about his vibrant green eyes with a twist of blue, trickling through the neon cerulean upon his form as the man's grin grew with what appeared to be glee as the words of being a distraction while treating themselves. This buffet of goodies wouldn't last forever...but it was soon, for now? The appetizer was getting to mingle or ask about the main course... "Mmmmhhhmm..." Thoughtfully offering a sense of acknowledgement...he...really didn't have any questions. So for now...? He started looking like he was taking a seat as red glitter accented by bits of pearlecsent white burst from his body to make a throne for himself to sit upon. Resting an elbow upon one of the arms and idly rest his cheek upon his knuckles, the other hand resting upon the opposite arm as those clawed finger tips lightly rapped upon its surface. Crossing his legs with the top foot lightly rocking back and forth....eyeing his peers while trying to figure out what sort of hand he'd been dealt into on this fine evening... ...this throne was a bit much to just sit in and kill time upon, suuuuuure....! Those who have a drive to interact with, make connections and figure out the strengths of others will fit in nicely here. These folks are interested in making potential in others shine bright via finding additional resources. They're also the sorts who tend to have the heart for mediation, not everyone is going to get along, but they are also the negotiators willing to work with multiple parties.
"Help me help you", that's their goal.
Legal sorts fall under this branch as well.
Diamonds
Those who have an eye for detail, or even how to get their mitts on resources. Can tell the difference between a well-made bootleg and the real deal, or even quality in general, whether it's worth investing in or not. They make sure no one gets scammed when looking for quality product.

Willing to go into the fray and get their hands dirty, primarily combatants, but also welcoming those with a knack for distractions of all kinds. Those who are resourceful with their surroundings &\or quirk will also find themselves a nice spot here.
Spades
Precise and medical types willing to lend their aid. On the field or not, they have a steady hand. Some are wise in the varying sections of the medical field. Those who have some capacity of medical skills, but not the steady hand are still welcome to this branch. Infiltration specialists of all kinds from physical to digital have a place here if they so wish.

The odds and ends who don't necessarily fit a niche, but still reliable enough to contribute with their own unique trait or talent to the table. Manufacturers tend to land in this section.

Dreamland Resort...?
What's that?!
Currently in phase one!
A high end resort with a few attractions within, shops, themed suites, different tiers of accommodations for varying budgets, a floor dedicated to themed apartments, a restaurant, cafe and club! Although it isn't a full-blown theme park, it sure has a feel of being a theme park on the inside.
Perhaps with the right connections one day, they can make it enough to acquire a location in which making a Dreamland Resort a fully fledged theme park will grow and flourish into reality, who knows!
Depending on the success of the first Dreamland Resort, more chains will open up in which they will have more specific themes tied to them to offer a different type of experience for each!

Welcome to yet another WIP plotter! The King of Hearts is a rather unique individual who has two bodies as a result of his parasitic quirk and the absorbed body's quirk awakening in full... Beaumont is the main host who has records of existing in this world, upset with a broken system that has slaps on the wrist when the lives of innocents are accidentally torn away from the world. He wishes to make them hold accountability one day...but he's just not sure how. Either way, he isn't very keen on using his quirk since that's what caused his birth parents to essentially throw him away. In a way, while he's on his stride to run Dreamland Resort and help it flourish, there's a journey in finding ways to love and appreciate who he is as a whole. Yes, just as his uncle, Elouan, who became the father he needed in life did before his sudden passing. There is more to him beneath the cold surface that only warms up to a few...but feeling as though he exists in a world that has wronged himself and others has made him very guarded. Yoshimitsu is one of the three remaining quadruplets who managed to save himself and all of his brothers. The remaining three quadruplets that didn't quite make it are himself and the other two who generally don't have much to say, yet sometimes they'll blurt out thoughts hiding within and be more reactive. Although Yoshimitsu is the one who is willing to get his hands dirty for the sake of making things right in the world, it doesn't necessarily mean he's the evil one. Not by a long shot. As the one who loves and appreciates their quirk since it saved their lives, he hopes that one day, Beaumont will embrace their quirk rather than feel like it's a necessary tool at best. Though he's certainly more willing to act on the impulses Beaumont holds back on, especially when it feels like a possible solution.

On the surface, Beaumont will come off as a bit cold and with an air of seeming better than thou at first with a sense of manners. He's certainly civil and doesn't mean to come off as rude, in fact, he's just chosen to shut himself off from getting too close to many people. It's less that he doesn't trust people, but more he fears getting himself stressed out over their safety and well-being. In a way, one can say that he finds himself caring too much at times and when he gets wound up, Beaumont becomes a tad bit on the reckless side. When he genuinely cares deeply about someone, he will go the distance to protect them and risk his own well-being for their own. In a way, he doesn't exactly vocalize it much at all, but he truly feels as though he's on borrowed time thanks to his previous heart condition, especially when it flares up. So to him, when someone has a special place in his heart, they're worth putting his second chance of a life on the line to save them. This especially rings true with the young man who found a way to wrap his heart strings around his fingers. Though he'll do his best to be honest and a bit more straight forward than some of his peers may like, he doesn't believe in sugar coating everything that sprawls out of his mouth. There are somethings that need a more careful approach, so he truly tries to be tactful about it, yet there are other topics that he strongly feels shouldn't be coated in too much sugar. When he does find himself getting close to others, he definitely has a warmer air about him and he'll be like their very own personal cheerleader who will either give them his supportive vote of confidence. When someone doesn't seem like they may succeed and they reach out to him, even if they aren't incredibly close, he'll do what he can within reason to help them out. Seeing others who are deemed innocent in his eyes struggle or suffer, especially animals and children, he will do his best for them. Beaumont doesn't always show it, but he has a tender heart and tends to feel sorry for others. Yet, when someone crosses lines that go against his moral ground, the kind boy will gradually become cold, rigid and bitter. Those who do considerably evil and horrible things usually tug out that vengeful side of him, even more so if someone important to him is hurt. Since he grew up with a somewhat sheltered life, he's a tad bit naive and there are most certainly moments it'll show. As for Yoshimitsu, he's a lot more warm on the surface in comparison to his brother & host, Beaumont. Welcoming and far more friendly despite his sinister looks...at least out the gate. Though that's not entirely untrue of him as a whole, he's also a rather sinister soul at heart who doesn't mind sullying his hands for Beaumont's sake...or to keep the business afloat. His conscience is a little different, as is his moral compass. One prefers letting people live to hopefully be better and learn, the other side of this coin named Yoshimitsu firmly believes that ripping life from those who have proven they don't deserve it isn't so bad. His influence on Beaumont can sometimes cause him to be manipulative since...well...sometimes you gotta twist things a little to get the job done. Although he's the sort who has no qualms about torturing someone for answers and using others when the situation deems fit, he's not a complete piece of shit. Oddly enough, he'll put himself on the line for those who matter to himself and Beaumont in the long run. Although they're two different people essentially sharing a body, fragments of the two are naturally linked. When Beaumont has taken a shining to someone that Yoshimitsu, himself, hasn't...he begrudgingly will help them out. Now, as long as someone isn't viewed as disposable, they'll be met with a sense of loyalty when earned. All are at varying levels and he's been known to be good towards those who have dealt with him on a business level...whether they know it was him or not since he shares a headspace with Beaumont. Known to make sure everyone under the employment of himself and Beaumont in varying ways will get taken care of accordingly in his own way. Although Beaumont has a good head on his shoulders, Yoshimitsu seemed a bit more receptive to the business side of things and tends to offer aid and direction on that front. When someone harasses one of the employees of Dreamland Resort, he's the one that goes after them, especially when they don't feel safe. Getting his hands dirty to protect those they care about isn't an issue, it's all about the angle and doing it with some degree of tact. He can be smiling, laughing and just having a ball one moment and snap into a more violent sort, a lot faster than Beaumont. So one could say he's a little unpredictable and depending on who you ask, that may not be a good thing. However, he's got a better poker face than his brother and incredibly patient. So in a way, one could easily call him a wildcard in the deck of colorful emotions this man can display. After all, he can want to rip someone's throat out while communicating as though he's totally fine with them. An interesting not is that they can actually influence one another or trade control over their bodies, such as Beaumont can be in control of Yoshimitsu's body and vice versa: Yoshimitsu can take control over Beaumont. With his blond locks complimenting his pale skin and sky blue eyes, he almost looks like a prince from the painted pages of a prince if he were working to become a knight. The way he holds himself almost seems as though he's got his nose in the air and harboring an air of confidence. Some may even say that he almost looks a little intimidating and the rosy tint near his eyes tend to accent as though to give a little more emphasis. Aside from the uniforms he's been provided in his life, he tends to lean more toward clothing that fit his form and compliment it a bit, other times he almost looks like a fashion disaster that some how made it on the catwalk. Normally, he'll opt for comfortable shoes with neutral color tones so that they can mix and match with just about anything. Other times, he won't bother to worry about his shoes clashing with the rest of his outfit, it all depends on his mood. A more consistent trait is that when he has to go swimming, he'll normally wear some sort of shirt or rash guard. All of his outfits take care to conceal the scar upon his chest, after all, chatting about the origins are a tale he'd prefer to avoid. Sometimes his hair is well kept, but it tends to get longer when transforming into Yoshimitsu's body and back. At least he can afford a hair stylist who just thinks it's a side effect of his quirk...? As for Yoshimitsu, he just straight up looks like some sort of well-dressed...specter peacock influenced by a rooster. His body starts off at Beaumont's initial height and capable of becoming a full twelve feet tall in stature like a sliding scale. Rather than a fleshy body, it's feathery, fur consistency electricity pulling together the strange glitter which can become more solid or loose. Although one can argue that he almost looks like a Halloween mascot of some kind. Although he opts for a striped suit, sometimes he just goes for whatever feels comfortable...including random fuzzy house slippers. Yoshimitsu is also built like a goddamn Dorito chip, muscular upper body narrowing down into a set of hips and legs just thick enough to hold him up proper, though they get thicker at the calves and feet. At least his tiny booty is accented by a few large tail feathers along with some neon blue ones, right? Yes. They always said something about the Favagers were cursed when they had twins, triplets or quadruplets. Many members of the Favager family saw quirks as a terrible thing, awful, disgusting...even. "How can you benefit from something like that? It's disgusting and unnatural..." Before Olivia was born, there was Beaumont who didn't help his mother and father's disdain for quirkers...this is his story. There were supposed to be three other babies born one after the other...but the other three didn't seem to make it at the time. Just a singular baby boy. Doctors were perplexed and unsure, all of it was an unusual phenomenon...almost like this child merged with them in the womb. Outside of that, he seemed okay...despite his heart. For some reason, the baby boy's heart was weak as could be and they monitored him for a good while before sending him home. There were nurses tending to the child late at night claiming they could hear more than just his cries. They chocked it up to being fatigued, tired and over worked...which was a fair thought. When he finally got sent home with his family after stabilizing, though he'd still been in and out of the hospital quite a bit. Unable to live a normal life, hardly socializing with other children, although he never truly felt alone, it's when his health declined once more and he was rushed off to the hospital and surgery was an absolute necessity. Though something very strange happened during his time at the facility...namely when the equipment seemed to be struggling to work and keep the boy alive. Divine timing or the affirmation of a superstitious curse, his body began to change and a strange, metallic glitter scattered in the air in a puft of smoke with an electrical crackle dancing within the air. Electronics around him seemed to react to the different colors and...somehow things started to work as they needed to keep him alive. With the doctors insisting they needed to look into this strange quirk, his mother and father paid them hush money to quietly look into this. God forbid they have a quirked child that looked as bizarre as him...or them...since he had three heads and seemed a little different than before. In fact, they just wanted to outright get rid of the boy, so they contacted his father's brother about it and they worked out a deal since Beaumont's mother was confirmed to be pregnant. This "heir" wasn't needed anymore. Working with private doctors for years...it turns out his quirk was relatively unusual, to put it lightly. So were his brothers quirks. Parasitic in nature, they merged into one with Beaumont as the primary host and only now did the other dormant three were no longer...well...dormant. One of them had a transformation based quirk that had emitter traits, they were completely different people on a genetic level, it was something unusual in their field of study and they kept digging on this phenomenon. Test after test allowed them to figure things out and give them more understanding...yet they were paid off to provide misinformation on the quirk itself. As far as the government knew, it was an emitter quirk with some sort of glitter. His new father was a kind man compared to his real father, so much so that when Beaumont said he and his brothers should use their second chance at life to protect those around them. Even if it meant sacrificing themselves. That was too much for Elouan and he told him that he should cherish his own life so much more than some disposable thing to save others. Although such a sentiment hurt, he reluctantly listened to his new father, but his drive to help and protect others never wavered in the slightest. In fact, his three brothers agreed in their own right, though only one of them had much of a voice...though he was still trying to sort out a name for himself. It was always strange being in their transformative state, Beaumont didn't always feel like himself and there was only one person he met through...family meetings, the underbelly Elouan tried to shield Beaumont from as much as he could. His name was Murano, Kenji. One of the best things that happened during their numerous trips to Japan, someone who he could confide in and talk to about things. Yes, including his really weird quirk that was actually his brother's, they even brainstormed a name together. Yoshimitsu was now the proper name of his transformed state in which he used his brother's body who was born through him. Kenji claimed it simply meant good luck and it was fitting since he felt a lot luckier than usual... ...they kept in contact until they didn't. Kenji disappeared. Losing a friend took a toll on their mind... Trying to distract himself with working on an ambitious project with his father, Elouan, it was called Dreamland Resort. Of the Favager resorts, this one broke the mold in such a creative way that they knew it would be a hit. Maybe it would even draw Kenji's attention like a beacon. Seeing something that he and Yoshimitsu would talk about with him, surely he'd put two and two together like a moth to the flame. However, it was starting to feel like misfortune didn't end with Kenji's disappearance that so few seemed to care about... A horrible villain attack took place and worse of all, the Pro-Heroes involved didn't care how they got the job done. With such big corporations backing them, they had enough money for all the lawyers they'd need to handle this along with insurances catered to this kind of catastrophe. All of it caused the mild mannered boy's blood to boil and Yoshimitsu picked up on all that anger...agreeing to help with the sake of revenge. As an anomaly, he was the best one to take the mantle when having to get their hands dirty... Inheriting Elouan's branch of the Favager resorts, he would protect as many people he could no matter the cost...maybe one day open the world's eyes to the falsehood of Pro-Heroes.... ...patience is key. At least for now, he could focus on making Dreamland Resort flourish. The only Favager branch that has chosen to make a fun vacation accessible to those who don't dance with the upper class. From luxurious rooms to simple and comfortable enough on a budget, they are still welcome within the resort and have access to the wondrous things within. It stabilizes it enough to be less painful and that's it. He doesn't always have this, though. [attr="class","body"] [attr="class","header2"]QUIRK QUIRK NAME: Brilliant Glitter QUIRK RANK: C- QUIRK TYPE: Emitter + Transformation QUIRK DESCRIPTION: There are quite literally two states of this quirk: Human and Transformed. The properties of the glitter emitted from the user change against their body and trigger a transformation when coating a good amount of their skin. For the glitter starts out standard looking like glimmering metal, changing colors based on the user's intent and emotion. If it is powered by electricity or a battery, then this quirk has a high chance of overtaking it in varying ways. A good summary of this quirk would be the following... This quirk starts as seemingly normal glitter, but makes the user transform and changes the property of the glitter to control/override, communicate/navigate and pull/network when it comes electronics (appliances and devices as well). The brightness of the glitter can intensify in both states to operate like a flash bomb that temporarily knock out + scramble electronics & obscures vision if directly looked at with the glitter itself having varying consistencies.
Breaking down what it can do in more detail when the user is in their transformed state... Control/Override: Signified by the color red, which also is commonly known for being tied to anger. This allows the user to control electronics. On, off, hot, overheat, cool down, activating various functions a device is capable of out of the box, volume adjustments, vibration, brightening, dimming, came with the device app access, color control, things of that nature. Communicate/Navigate: This fragment is signified by blue, this is more of a technical attribute in terms of its usage. This allows the user to communicate with the devices in a peculiar way, from simply utilizing it for communications to scrambling communications on both a visual and auditory nature. Learning what it does in a way that sometimes provides the device with a bit of character in his mind. This allows easier navigation when seeking particular things out. With this piece, it is capable of displaying as a visual form of the communication branch. Pull/Network: Now the piece which is represented by green is a forceful pull of physical devices, pulling data: visual and auditory, as well as generating a network of affected devices. This allows the user to pull devices physically like a puppet that can reach up to half his own height. NOTE!: PLAYER CONSENT will be required for any delicate information access, whether or not their personal electronics are controlled. YES, even IF someone's character or equipment should, in theory, be capable of being influenced by this quirk, their CONSENT comes first and foremost. We RESPECT consent in this house!
Although the transformed state is a different body entirely built of glitter and an encoded electricity that looks like flames, the glitter infused makes it a bit more solid in places. This quirk doesn't make complicated constructs on its own outside of the body and clothing worn. It can be loose or similar - basic shapes as well as compacted. Thus, his body can break down and seep into cracks, break down in water and electrify it. Cosmetically, he can fashion clothing for himself, glow and alter the colors like ooo pretty sparkle sparkle! QUIRK DRAWBACKS: First of all, it's not always the most reliable and doesn't always work properly or even at all as it should (consent when someone isn't comfortable with his quirk working as intended on their characters or equip, like I take consent seriously a.f). Regardless of rank when it comes to his quirk, it is ALWAYS one at a time, it's a step by step process and he can't just make rainbow glitter to do all of them at once or layer it to quickly go to the next step pre-emptively. Someone who knows how to hack having access to the device means they can fend or fight him off from actually controlling the device itself. Glitter is flammable with fire, it goes boom, even though he can use that to his advantage...it can also be used against him. Water can be used to his advantage to get away or electrocute someone who steps in it, true, but he's incapable of actually using his quirk proper and can ONLY move around...so it nullifies the technical effects for a bit. He will be separated and need to pull himself together...like literally, having liquid splashed on him unplanned is kind of a pain in the ass. Sometimes the two skulls of the other two quadruplets will emote and blurt things out like obnoxious little shits if whoever is in control is running too high on certain emotions. Without a smartphone, computer or something of that sort? It's a lot more challenging for him and he needs to FOCUS on that to navigate how he perceives the digital world when establishing connections. A device as listed will help with controlling things rather than moving his body to any capacity as well. Quirk overuse will result in his condition flaring up, it'll cause paralysis and if he's transformed? Gradually boot him out of the transformation and that just wouldn't be good at all. Despite being made of glitter and encoded electricity in his transformed state as Yoshimitsu, he can still feel bits of pain and discomfort. Sure, Yoshimitsu's body will be fine if someone slices him in half, but these injuries have a way of transferring to the host body of Beaumont to some capacity. For activation of the 3 colors attributes, he has to signify it with a sound: snap of his fingers, clap, stating what it is (I.E: saying Control or Override out loud when the glitter is red, otherwise it's just red glitter). Another would be flute toots, so there's always a way to have some sort of visual and auditory cue. And once again, it's one at a time, layering won't work for one after the other. There will be a cooldown of one post each to offer a window of reaction time for anyone who has to deal with it, even if it's environmental stuff. Constructs are simple, they aren't complex and the most complex thing his extra ass can make is a throne to sit down on. Pull\Network is limited to ONE cluster of devices to operate as a puppet with any oomf behind it. More than ONE will be easy to fall or pull apart and weak as can be, more like a distraction if anything else.
