Luckily for Megumi she wasn't just blessed with one useful quirk, but two! When offered a towel by the staff she refused instead opting to reverse the adhesive properties on herself, which caused all the water on her body to just slide off, leaving her completely dry and ready to go.
"We can totally get whatever! Chuckie told me that the trip included food so I'll ask about where we go for that!" Megumi hadn't taken many trips so while Kazashi was getting changed she made her way down to the front desk to ask about the other accommodations. A few minutes later she'd return "So, I guess if we go downstairs they have a place for us to eat as much as we'd like! Looks like Chuckie paid for a full package." whenever Kazashi was ready, they'd head down and Megumi would order dumplings and grilled fish over rice.

Anyone else asking her this question about her quirk usage would have lied as she didn't have a license or work license. Kazashi was different seeing as she was married to and aware of Chuck's villain activities. Plus it definitely helped that her family history involved a criminal father! "To anyone else but you, I don't use my quirk at all because its illegal buuuuuut~" she would float back towards the center and then use her quirk to shrink down even further to her minimum of 3'0 which made her the size of three year old. "I can get about this small!" she'd push herself the other way and grow rapidly until she towered over Kazashi at 6'2 "and this is how tall I can get!" after this display she'd go back to her size before she started to show off and continued to float around, the heat of a warm bath was so nice!
The next question wasn't really unexpected. Megumi had learned about Kazashi's history through Chuck when she asked why a registered pro hero would willingly marry a criminal. The Kaneko Family was fairly well known to be made of delinquents which Kazashi had managed to escape from. "I dooon't~" Megumi said succinctly "Aside from Chuckie, I don't even know where most of them are, but I've been here for like 10 yearsish" her stomach would growl loudly "We can go get some dinner soon! I wanna relax a bit more but you tell me when you're ready~"

"H-Huh??" she was a bit startled initially, not remembering that they had already gotten on the train but as things became more clear she figured that they must have arrived. "Oh thank ya~!" she'd wipe the drool from her quick nap on her sleeve "Any sleep for you while I was out? Or are the babies too active?" at this point in her pregnancy it was highly likely that she had many sleepless nights thanks to those two. It's ironic because she'd probably get even less once they were actually born.
Once they pulled into the station Megumi would give a big stretch and shake out the numbness in her hands "I got your bags. I'm so ready for the hotspring!" as they would both walk out they'd be greeted by another car with a "MCCOY" sign on it. The actual drive was only a few minutes and when they arrived they were greeted by the attendants who directed them to their room and gave them a map of the place.
After a few more minutes they'd arrive at the room to change, pretty empty all things considered but this is exactly why this week was perfect. Most people were visiting graves and loved ones during the golden week not going on a mini vacation. Megumi would strip down and then fold her clothes carefully as they were special to her, a connection between her and Kazashi that they'd always have even outside of being family. "I'm gonna use my quirk a little, if anyone asks its not something I can control, kay?" she'd wink and then shrink herself to a much smaller height around 4'0 before entering the water. "At this height, I can floooooaaat~" was hard to believe that she was the older of the two given her penchant for immaturity. At least this way no one would question why she was paddling around the spring like she was a little kid.

"No no, you look fine, they're mostly for the babies, after all" she'd wave her hand dismissively at the notion. Kazashi had a natural complexion that was darker than her own, if only slightly. It didn't take long for the train to depart and Megumi, who had stayed up the night before reading, wasn't up for long. In fact in the few minutes since they had boarded she had passed out entirely, lightly snoring in her seat. Poor Kazashi's question would go unanswered for the time being.

Most of the stuff she had learned from it proved that it was more contextual when it came to communicating in Honkenese.
"Oh yeah for sure! Bernie is suuuper nice and gives out free food sometimes! Can't beat that, I think his regulars are why he stays in business even on the budget. He's been like that for years honestly!" she'd finish the last major scar and use her fingers to frame her face and she examined him like she was a camera "I think that should cover it! Unless you have anything else you need looked at?" She wasn't going to kick Ghoul out if he wanted to hang out a bit longer, she loved the company and it was nice to speak a different language every once in a while! Especially Spanish which was her first language.

Just not by much all things considered. "Its okay! We'll be fine I know Chuckie is busy but when I told him about this he said he'd send a car to take us to the station since he didn't want you walking around too much" she'd touch her belly "and I'd agree! Those two are really active these days, huh? You don't need to bring anything this is one of those all-inclusive situations!" She figured that Zaza would be eager to go so she wasted no time, taking her by the hand and guiding her outside
"Have you been taking all your vitamins?" Megumi would ask as they waited for the car to show up. She knew, based on the last treatment, that Kazashi's levels were a little lower than she wanted which was likely because she was dealing with two babies instead of one. "Oh oh~! We're all set!" the car pulled up, and Megumi assisted Kazashi in getting in before she'd get in herself.
It wasn't long until they reached the station and boarded their train, the estimated travel time was about 45 minutes. Thank goodness for bullet trains! In the meantime, Megumi was looking out the window as they left the city and headed into the countryside. It was rare for her to leave Tokyo since she was frequently looking after clients but she knew Goose could hold the place down and let people know she would be back in a few days.

Megumi is a free spirit through and through. Characterized by her exuberance and goofy demeanor, she is very, very rarely seen without a smile on her face. There is virtually nothing that can hinder her spirits. She is the type who could find happiness in a hurricane! She's bubbly and caring, never missing an opportunity to express herself. She does her best to make everyone happy, especially those closest to her.
Her values, however, are a different story. She could best be described as morally neutral; whether it’s because of her unfortunate experiences or perhaps a lack of guidance from a young age is unknown even to her. She doesn’t hold heroes to a high standard or think villains are the scum of the earth; she will help anyone who asks. When her allegiance is called into question, her idealism kicks in, and she’s not afraid to admit that she’s provided medical care and support to anyone who has paid her “fee” which never ends up being money and can vary wildly.
From her own experiences during her developmental years, she has an aversion to fighting, opting to support or flee if given the chance. As much as this might seem like cowardice in reality, she knows firsthand how much the consequences of a fight can ripple out and flip the lives of others entirely upside down, and she thinks having an ego or pride is pretty stupid.
Even with this aversion to combat, she is more than comfortable healing or treating people on a battlefield or during a disaster. She's remarkably unshakeable in the face of danger. Whether it's a gun in her face or someone dying on her operating table it is virtually impossible to rattle her.

Megumi Okumura, formerly known as Marianna Gutierrez, was born in Waco, Texas, as the only child to her mother and father. Her family ran a medical clinic that was located in a low-income area of their city. Her parents were always putting people above profits and spent most of their time treating those without insurance or the means to help themselves. From a very young age, they taught her that money didn't really matter and that happiness and helping others was the most important thing in the world. A lesson that young 'Megumi' would take to heart and hold in high regard for the rest of her life. Watching her parents work was fascinating and sparked her interest in medicine. Even at the young age of 4, right around when her quirk first manifested, she found a knack for repairing minor wounds by using her quirk. Highly illegal, but she would use this in secret, knowing that while her parents were supportive, they still stayed within the boundaries of the law.
Life continued without issue for a few years, with their large family getting together occasionally until she was about twelve years old. Around that time, her family started to be visited by some strange men. They came repeatedly for a few months until her world would be flipped upside down. Years later, she would only find out that those were hired men from a crime organization that didn't appreciate their lack of money for protection. This was the last time she would see her parents as she ran just like they always instructed her to.
It took her about two years before she could find a way out of the country for her protection, and during this time, she managed to barter and trade her way up to getting a plane ticket, using her knowledge of medicine and quirk to get by just barely. She couldn't reach out to other family members for their own protection, so she decided wherever she ended up, she would change her name and make a life for herself.
Thus, Marianna Gutierrez became Megumi Okumura, an underworld doctor/surgeon extraordinaire.

Luckily for her, after getting permission to perform some tests on Zaza's blood, she developed a set of clothing with some properties of her quirk. [b]QUIRK DESCRIPTION:[/b] Megumi’s first quirk allows her to create adhesive and anti-adhesive forces by converting the space between objects into a physical, white adhesive. The adhesion isn't generated physically from Megumi as the adhesive doesn’t exist until the quirk is applied and it becomes tangible. Since the adhesive can be used in the spaces between things, Megumi has learned to apply her abilities to heal using her quirk to adhere tissues and mend fractured bones to heal physical injuries. Even still, she’s not able to nullify the pain of injuries.
Using her ability, which can be used in a small range from herself, she can induce adhesive properties to objects/materials, making things stick to them when they come in contact. Additionally, she can alter the strength of this adhesive on a scale from being slightly tacky to requiring top-notch machinery to pull it apart. [[b]Narrative Use Only:[/b] She can reattach things using limited telekinesis, but only if they were initially whole.]
This also can be used in reverse on herself by applying anti-adhesive forces that result in having solids (sand, dirt, etc.), liquids (paints, water, tar, etc.), and gases adhering to them. Anything attempted to be applied in this manner will slide/fall off.
Her second quirk, Shrinky Dink, allows her to alter her size slightly from a minimum of 3’0 to a maximum of 6’2. Anything that she has in contact with her skin also changes to be the relative size of whatever height she is at a given time (No Mechanical Benefits)
[b]QUIRK DRAWBACKS:[/b]
It is not impossible to remove the adhesive as it only sticks to whatever the original surface connected to it would be. For example if one were to get their shirt stuck to something, they could remove the shirt, or if the object/material isn't too tough they could remove part of it.
As stated earlier the healing portion of Adhesion only fixes physical wounds, it does not reduce the pain or potential side effects of injuries.
Lastly, the adhesive is strictly chemically neutral. It doesn't interact or have any weaknesses with any specific materials or substances; however, this also means that the adhesive is harmless. There is no way that contact with it can cause any damage to an object/material.
