If there was imagery to describe this series of events it was as if he were a snake slowly coiling around her until she had nothing to do but accept her fate. "I think we can agree to disagree~ You're still young you have plenty of time to figure out how the world really works! Besides, we have more important things to argue about than philosophy and ethics!" he'd stifle another yawn as he'd actually been pretty busy the night before and had been initially hoping to get some extra sleep today before he got roped into this. Still, he had no regrets on his end so far, as this had been a thoroughly enlightening experience.

If you see her, tell her I said hello!" he would purposefully withhold the fact that she hated him more than anyone else could hate another individual. Like to an unhealthy degree, as he heard from his connections that she spent all of her time trying desperately to find him and arrest him. What a life to live, huh?
"Of course, Freja." she hadn't given him her name, but that was perhaps the easiest thing to find out. "An I.O.U implies a one time favor. An eye for an eye so to speak." a group of people who observed the holiday passed the duo and Ravindra would give a courteous bow of respect which they would return in kind before moving on. "Lets see...I'd be remiss in my duties to my group if I gave too much information, but I am a man of my word!" he'd gesture for her to move closer as he removed his hands from his sleeves for the first time, revealing he had a piece of paper in his hand the whole time. As if he was a mind reader, it read 'The Many is who you seek.', and he'd hand it to her, assuming she wasn't too afraid to take it from her. "Thats about as far as I can take you! Hopefully whenever you find the killer you manage to work up the resolve to kill them to complete your revenge~" he wasn't planning on sticking around any longer than he had to. After all, he didn't respect the dead and especially his own parents, so what was the point of sticking around? Slowly, he'd saunter off, heading home for a break, and unless Freja stopped him, he'd give a lazy wave as he departed. "Don't worry about getting into contact. When I need my favor I'll be coming to you whether you're in the country or otherwise. Oh, and I wouldn't tell Ms. Okita about this either; she seems like someone who has a real reputation to uphold. "How do I know you're quirkless? "Clearly if you came out here, you're comfortable enough to skirt around the rules when you need to consider so yourself owning me nothing for now!" it really was a deal with the devil "Trust me it won't be anything that'll get you kicked out of school~ I'm not that cruel!" ultimately Ravindra had all the power in this exchange and he knew he did. Desperation peppered everything Freja was saying and over the short time they had been talking her tough exterior had been broken down bit by bit.

It was always a good idea to test out how composed a person could be and clearly the idea of him being able to find out copious amounts of information on her did make her feel a bit unsettled and yet she was resolute! Even more interesting. If anything so far this had proven that it wouldn't bore him; that was for sure!

With the Deep having a high focus on religion he tried his best to emulate those values even if it was as superficially as possible. Yes, part of him did ascribe to certain aspects of religion but from his personal experience that was always a giant scam. Laila was off doing her own thing and he didn't really like to gather his living family together for events like this as his younger sister in particular was a bit more impressionable and getting into their parents was a whole big deal. Blech. Plus then there would be talks about Penny and who cared about her? She was an even bigger pain than his dead parents.
As a man who, outside of his organizational responsibilities, lived and died by his own whims it wasn't easy to get his attention. However when it came through the grapevine that he was personally requested by a UAU student he was immediately intrigued. Not only did he wonder how this person go to know who he was, but also why they would willingly seek out someone who was an open criminal. Curiouser and Curiouser. Still he agreed to this meeting out of curiosity, the concern of a trap meant nothing to him as he had never once been caught. Plus if this was some elaborate hoax by Penny she was terrible in a fight and yet that was something he was oddly looking forward to if true. It was true entertainment.
So he waited at the shrine, hands folded into the sleeves of his haori he waited until he was finally addressed by someone who clearly wasn't here to pay their respects. "Welcome welcome~!" he'd turn around with a big smile as he'd eye Freja up and down. Tall girl this time and yet still shorter than him by nearly a foot. "Here to pay your respects? Or right to business?" he'd sidestep to give her some room to approach. "Of course I know about villains, that's my line of work! The chaos, the ruthlessness on both side, the displays of power/showboating on either end were endlessly entertaining for Ravindra. If it hadn't been for the enclosed space he would have been content to take a seat and watch the entire thing unfold.
Nevertheless, a prominent Pro Hero like Carrion was too efficient in capturing criminals for him to relax fully. Chernobyl's approach of relaying interest in a plan of escape gave Ravindra an opportunity he rarely had. "Oh! That's a good question I wanted to see what this guy can really do" he'd point to Carrion and the billowing poison cloud now coming for them. "Lot of potential here~ I'll take my leave, but first" he would bring up his hand, creating another orbit, this time using it on Rui to yank her out of the poison and bring her close enough to talk "I might have a job for you~" a saccharine smile on his face he would find the largest piece of debris possible and have it orbit himself rapidly, reaching its maximum velocity before throwing it at the wall to create a hole "If you could use some money I suggest you follow~" he'd take the opportunity to step through the hole, disregarding the rest of the casualties around him. Whether the two of them left with him was up to them but either way he had gained some valuable information.

Ironic that someone who called themselves The Lion was on the bottom of the food chain! He'd make a mental note to say that next time he had to play babysitter. Well, if the person had an animal-themed epithet, that was.
The real prize was going to be seeing Chornobyl in action. His eyes zeroed in on the scene, taking in every possible detail in order to build up a profile for him. Assuming he didn't fold like paper, he was sure that this would provide valuable insight as to whether he could become an ally in the future for Ravindra's takeover. His eyes would widen as he watched the dust infiltrate the man and kill him in mere seconds. Now THAT was a great quirk to have access too, especially in this line of work.
Folding his arms in his sleeves, he'd push open the door, giving a whistle while looking around as if he hadn't just watched the whole show. "Look at that; it turns out he wasn't so tough after all!" he'd crudely gesture to the crumpled body of The Lion only to look visibly shaken a moment later as the man who had clearly died rose from the grave, his injuries healed. On his forehead, there would be a 9 that would shift to an 8 and he'd sit up breathing heavily "Got him, boss!" he'd call out to Ravindra whose confusion turned to intrigue "Alright kid, lets go. You might wanna leave before cops show up not that you couldn't take them but I've done enough babysitting today." with that Ravi would make a swift exit into the night.

Most of the time the news painted Pro Heroes as paragons of virtue while hiding the rot of their society away from the spotlight. Occasionally, a presence would rise who couldn't be ignored, and this was Carrion. He had a history of being disobedient and choosing to work at night but was that really his choice? Perhaps it was society itself that dictated he stay in the dark. Rui's frantic rush alongside a bigger guy did get Ravi to move off of the wall and pay attention. Not to the two chumps, but to see how Carrion would respond. Most Pros would just try to disable would-be attackers, but...yeesh! Ravi would feign shock as the hero didn't hesitate to spit what was likely lethal poison at the big guy and cut the girl in two. Well, she died doing what she loved. At least she- what. His eyes would widen with fascination as Rui didn't die, instead starting to regenerate. "Interesting..." he'd lift a finger and create a strong enough orbital force to pick up some debris from the fighting that had gone on. Winding it up as it rotated around him, he would expand the orbit to throw the debris at Carrion and Willow. Chernobog had proven that he was competent enough that Ravi wouldn't go out of his way to let him die. As for the girl, "Hey mummy kid! He hadn't expected the chaos to kick off so quickly and when it did Ravindra would do two things. First he would make a quick phone call "Yeah, it's me; it was definitely a trap. Extraction? No no~ Too much fun to be had here~ I'll let you know if I find anyone worthy" hanging up as quickly as he made the call, he rose from the wall he was on as he watched Carrion with intent. This one was a bit out of his reach, but luckily, there was plenty of fodder for him to see the capabilities of the infamous Pro Hero firsthand. Carrion was one of the few heroes who didn't have an issue with killing, so this was bound to be a bloodbath. How exciting!
The little devil clearly had a death wish and Ravindra's attention was focused fully on her. To charge a Pro Hero took guts that was for sure! His eyes would flit over to Chernobog for a moment, interested in seeing how he would react to this whole situation. Fight or Flight? That was the key to have any worth to Ravi. In that moment he was determined to stay put, confident he could deal with anything thrown his way. If he needed to use a few meat shields in the process? Happy Accident.
