Aika Ao watched, perhaps a little bit too intently. His eyes would shift between each of them, seeing their resolve. Would they eat it? Were they going to defy something else that he said? He waited, not intervening and just watching as each of them, discussed and eventually made up their mind.
Once each of them started to each, Aika stopped watching. Instead, it seemed that he was looking over to the grand stage, in anticipation. He wouldn't look back for quite a while, waiting for them to make a bit of progress- to enjoy the cakes and the teamwork they had created. A smile would fill his face, sly but not malicious, before clapping softly. "You did it. I'm proud of you all." You'd think that them eating cake and perhaps not even finishing it wouldn't warrant any type of response from Aika, but it did. "Congratulations on completing the last event- please, feel free to eat more of the cake though, you have time until the end." He would rummage through the pockets on his suit and pull out three tokens, much like the ones that he had presented them at the other two trials. "Here, for each of you." Rather than passing them over, they would float in the direction of each of them in wait for them to be grabbed up. This time, unlike the other tokens, they were all the same, showing a big cake on one side, and a smiley face on the other.
With a happy sigh, Aika would clasp his hands together, looking over the three of them. "I'm very proud of you all. You've, for the most part, completed all of the trials that I gave you. If you would, please, join me on the stage now." Aika would motion to the grand stage, something that had loomed in the middle of the festival area for the whole time. "There, I'll let you go, I'll allow you to go back to the real world, but not before I remind you of what you've learned here today." He'd smile, motioning with his hand for each of them to follow him on the short walk over.
Rules and Information: Follow Aika to the end. You're... going home?
TLDR; Aika is pleased with the performance of everyone and let's each of them know that they passed. He then asks them to join him on the grand stage to go over what they did and to go home to the real world.

For the most part, Aika Ao expected these reactions. The unsureness, the uncomfortable- all of it was standard practice of what anyone would expect with the situation they were in. Aika Ao watched as Jack's emotions came out like a wave, the once hot-headed menace turn into a puddle of tears. He wanted to pat his shoulder, but he decided not to. "I'm sorry." A genuine look of sadness was on his face, somber and quiet. "I am sure that the quirks all of you have are not fairing the best for your psyche. I appreciate you all wanting to at least try everything I've given you. I know it isn't easy." He'd put his hands together. "I promise that all will be explained when we finish this last area. I'll reveal everything to you."
With a nod, he would look at the three of them, before blinking at the request that Jack asked of him. "I'm sorry, I can't do that. The way you came here is the way you have to stay, there is nothing I can do to alter or revert it. Your animals however, I'm sure they're fine." It was a sweet and quick answer, but hopefully one that would satisfy him.
As they made it to the next area, Aika Ao would sigh in relief. "Hm, this is going to be a fun one!" Before them, there was a small stage. It was nothing like the big stage that they may have seen looming in the center of the world, but instead something akin to a rural county fair. There were seats and nametags positioned behind a long, white table. "Please take a seat where your name is." There was nothing on the tables, but sitting down did provide a nice view of a local pond. Swans and ducks seemed to bob their heads up and down into the water lazily.
"For this final challenge, you are all going to be working together. I will be basing your success off of the group effort, and not individual triumphs." A few moments passed, before a giant, layered cake would appear before them. Each layer would be a different type of cake, with the top one being a little cupcake. "Your job is to eat all of this. You can take as long as you need, and use whatever methods you want to eat it, good luck!" With that, Aika Ao would move to sit down across from them on the other side of the table. Noa, however, feels especially famished!
Rules and Information: Eat the cake, or well.... cakes!! It seems that Noa can eat a bit more? 
TLDR; Aika is sad for how everyone is feeling. He lets them know he can't revert or change anything. He then asks them to eat a series of cakes.

"Not much longer, I promise. You only have one more challenge." Aika Ao would answer Retsu's question in full honesty. "I just wanted to give you a bit of a reprieve from it all." He crossed his arms around his front, looking down at her with a smile. "It's a lot of emotions I'm sure you all have, and it isn't my intent to upset you or to scare you." Out of everything he had done, he hadn't hurt them. To show his resolve, he would grab a bit of candy from one of the stands, what looked to be some small candied cherries, and plopped them into his mouth. "I'm unsure if any of you got to try any of these foods, they're quite good. I spent a lot of time looking for some of the best treats around all of Japan to add in for this festival, yet many people go with what they know. It's a shame really, every person worked equally as hard to get their food ready, yet some goes unappreciated." He'd sigh, finishing up the last of his cherries with a swallow.
Looking over to Jack, he raised an eye. "A god complex? I'm not that stupid. As I claimed, I just wanted people to enjoy this place for what it is. When you looked at Dream World, it was cluttered with people- the actual journey is lost when you have to avoid screaming children or trash on the ground. If you were doing a presentation, then that's great! I'm sorry that I pulled you away from it, but sadly I had no knowledge of what exactly you were doing, only that you were all here." He'd shrug a bit before continuing. "If you want to break the place, you're welcome to, but I'm not sure what that would accomplish. If you have some underlying anger issues, I suggest you try to resolve them before you leave." With a wink, he'd try to position himself in the middle of all of them.
As Noa ate some hotdog, Aika would smile. "See, it's quite good right? They even have cheese ones!" He'd grab just that for himself, munching down on it beside her. "It's the little things that make this place enjoyable, like a good meal, enjoying yourself without care, and believing in yourself." With a sigh, he would finish up his hot dog. Just as he was about to address the group with the next little tidbit of information, he turned to see Jack lunging at him. Aika would put his hands up in surrender, before being surprised to see that Noa was deescalating the situation. "Ah, your animals? Where do you think they are?" It was a sly comment, but he gave Jack a few moments to think about it before giving the answer. "Not here, of course. You didn't complete the challenge, so they didn't stay. The real versions are fine, if you even believe me." Putting his hands down, he'd step a bit away from the wall of fire, looking towards all three of them.
"Well, unless someone wants to attack me, should we head to the next area? It's going to be yummy!" He'd lick his lips, rubbing his hands together before jauntily starting to walk off. As he began, he would point to a sign at the end of the food court. "You see? Eating competition!"
Rules and Information: N/A Retsu and Noa are able to take a few snacks if they like, but otherwise Aika is prompting them to the next and last event, an eating competition.
TLDR; Aika talks to each of them and answers some questions, before directing all of them to the last event.

Ah, Jack refused? The goat would blink, looking at Jack and feeling a bit unsure. "Why do you think that being okay with preforming is bad? Do you think that making the best of any situation is... shameful?" The goat laughs, still on the stands, annoyed. "I don't think you're getting the point of all of you being here." Aika would eventually turn back into his human form, the one that they would have seen on the television or in the newspapers. He was tall, easily over 6 and a half feet, with a suit of red. He'd get closer, looking to Jack with suspicion and confusion. "I am not forcing you to do anything. I'm telling you how to win at this 'game' that you see before you. If you want to get out of here having learned something, I'd listen to me and look at what your allies are doing. If you want to stay here, stubborn, thinking that you're the best at everything, you're welcome to do so." Looking over to Noa and Retsu and smiling, he'd make sure that his appreciation was seen. "These two ladies are able to understand what this place means for them- this is your time to do anything and everything you'd want with no judgement."
As Jack refuses, he looks to the town girls and motions them forward to the next area. "Jack, you do not get a token, therefore you fail this challenge. Let's move on." As he says this, those that had prepared for Jack's performance dissipate as they were never real in the first place. He would walk with them, whether or not Jack follow or not, to the next area. On the maps of Retsu and Noa, there would be a check mark for both the first and second area. The third area would be a huge food court area. There were still vendors, offering takoyaki, ice cream, hot dogs, and other festival foods. "As your reward, please take a moment to drink and eat up. I promise, this will not harm you in the slightest, but is your thanks from me for understanding the meaning of this place." He'd say this to Retsu and Noa, bowing a bit, before looking back to Jack. "You however, do not."
Rules and Information: N/A Retsu and Noa are able to eat or drink anything that they would like to from anything that they want as a reward. Since Jack did not complete both locations, he is not able to participate. If Jack attempts to eat or drink anything, they will disappear before it can be consumed.
TLDR; Aika is disappointed in Jack. He tells him that he is missing the point, and congratulates Retsu and Noa for understanding what they need to do. As a reward, Retsu and Noa are able to get access to any food or drink they want.

The goat would smile at the reactions that were given by each of his players. So far, he had hoped that he had kept them on their toes and given them something to truly think about. It may have been too easy to simply think that things were going to go as they wanted to, or that whatever Aika came up with for his plan was going to be easy. Wiht their reactions, he assumed that none of them thought that they would be preforming to those that doubted them throughout their lives. It sounded silly, it was silly, but this wasn't reality.
After the instructions, Aika would leave them be. Casually, he would go to mingle with the fake versions of the people that the three of them held dear. They'd talk about the weather, about the new fashion trends, about what was happening with their families. If any of them listened in, they'd be able to tell that Aika's conversations were pretty much nonsense; it was a bunch of jumble about things that didn't make any sense because there was no sense to be made.
As Retsu went first, Aika and the audience watched with intent. Both parties were silent, with crossed arms and grimaces clear on the faces of many people in the audience. They were waiting to be impressed by something to show really any emotion other than disgust. Would Retsu be able to pull it off in a way that was valuable for her? With her performance finished, the audience was dead silent, but only for a moment. Like the crackle of a fire, it started to rise even more, becoming uncontrollable cheers. People whistled and roared. "That was so badass!" a man would shout out. "OMG wow, I never knew a villain could be so amazing, I'm sorry I doubted you!" a woman would scream. "Wow are you a cannon because you blew me away!" a slightly older voice would echo over. Finally, most of the faces would turn to whoever Retsu cared about most. They'd nod to her, giving their approval. Perhaps in the real world, such things would have never been said to her; here, just maybe, Retsu could realize that everyone could be on their side and a fan of who they were. "Amazing display little play and... Goose!" Aika would shout in his goat form, clapping his hooves together like hands.
After Retsu cleared the stage, it was Noa's turn. Once the crowd settled, it seemed that the faces in the crowd that were for the young lady were much more intent. Their faces were much more disapproving, perhaps showing the inner strife that Noa had with herself. With Noa deciding to do an obstacle course, Aika was surprised by her willingness to cooperate with the animal that she chose. Even if it felt like the easiest solution, not everyone would trust their lives to a beast they had known for less than a few minutes. With her performance done and underway, there was again silence. Just like the performance with Retsu, they once again would jump and scream for joy, clapping and whistling and yelling praises towards her. "You're enough!" a man would yell out. "I'm sorry I bullied you, you rock!" a younger girl would echo after. "I wish we could have been friends!" an older voice, perhaps a teacher's, would boom over. Finally, it seemed that many of the faces would change to whomever Noa cared for the approval of most. In that face, they would all smile back to Noa, gently clapping. "You did it, you believed in yourself."
"Thank you for that show, lady Noa." Aika would nod as well, his voice seemingly louder than the rest. "It seems that we only have one left to preform." His gaze would fall onto Jack, wondering what he had next. "In the meantime-" the goose and the horse that had been beside them seemed to disappear into another little token, plopping into each of their hands. "-they're yours now, speak to them whenever you want while you're here, they're a part of you."

TLDR; With Retsu and Noa getting a great reception, they await for Jack. The animals become tokens that each of them can talk to and keep.

Retsu: "I am all around you! There is no where for me to go. I'm the air and the sky and the very bubble that you're on!" He'd laugh, the echo being inside Retsu's head and all around her. "Perhaps if you prove yourself worthy, I will show myself properly. For now though, you have work to do!" As Retsu picks a goose, the goat version of Aika Ao looks and nods. "A formidable foe for sure. I think that you chose well."
Jack: "I see. You think that I want to be better than you, better than all of you? No, I am here for fun, and to see people go out of their comfort zone to do things they wouldn't. Do you think that people from all over Japan would have came together for anything else other than an amusement park or some tragedy? Though you may think I'm being malicious, this world that you entered is not to harm you, but to trust yourself and who you are without your stupid little quirks. You are nothing and everything without them, especially for those like you that carry their weight on their reality that they matter because of their powers." The speech was soft, mellow, but not condescending. When Jack picks two animals, Aika just shrugs and doesn't say much about it. "That's fine, at least you picked something that you are close to, good idea."
Noa: It seemed that she didn't mind too much about what he said, which was surprising. To be fair, she had been the one that he had said the nicest things to. "Your willingness to think without blowing up is something I commend you for." As Noa picks a horse, the goat nods in agreement, thinking that it was great choice as well. "Nice choice for this."
With each of them picking out their chosen animals, Aika Ao the goat would look at the three contestants and look with approval. "You have all chosen your animals, not based on what you would do with them, but for other reasons. You all had no idea of I was going to ask you to ride them, to carry them, to act like them... But you all picked what spoke to you, and I commend that greatly, more than you know. A choice made from the heart is a true one." The speech seemed perhaps out of place without knowing what was going to happen next, but Aika Ao was a weird person, or goat.
"Now, you may all be wondering what you are going to do with these animals." The goat would go around and look to each of the animals, his eyes glowing red for a moment. "You are to discuss with them and create a performance. You'll be presenting it to... Well..." The goat would look back to the rest of the animals in the area, and in a pop of smoke they would be transported onto an imaginary stand. Each of the animals would turn into those that all three of them saw as those that judged them. Their old teachers, their parents perhaps, those that stood in their way, bullied them, ignored them and more. They would scowl, arms crossed and judging.
"You have five minutes to come up with something to impress them!" The goat would point his hooves to the stand, and then back to them. "Good luck!" With a smile, the animals that they chose would look towards their companions in anticipation.
Rules and Information: Your animals and you have to make a performance to impress those that have wronged them in the past. P.S. Your animals can talk to you!
TLDR; Everyone picks an animal, Aika Ao makes it so that the animals they chose can talk to them. The other animals are teleported into a spectator area and become those that have wronged them in the past. You have 5 minutes, or most likely 1 post, to think of something!

It was very amusing to see everyone trying out a different path for themselves. Whatever way they wanted to, it seemed that they were really making the most of each of the experiences that they were going through. Though it seemed that not everyone knew what to do, Aika was surprised that they all picked different paths. "Good work everyone!" He'd boast on, making it clear that in some regard, he was proud of them. It was much too easy for greed or impatience to take over, but it seemed that they all went through it at their own pace.
Aika didn't pay much mind as to how they got to the ending area, but that they did. For each, he would give them a message:
Though Retsu was very sure that she was going to get there first, perhaps the most prideful of us were the downfall instead. Many times, it was too easy to think that things would go your way, and not give yourself room for failure. "Good try Retsu, I could see your resolve- don't think so little of those around you, they aren't so different than you." These words would be heard for Retsu only, as a message for her completion in last place.
For Noa, he would give her a much more hopeful message. "I am proud of you to take your time and figure yourself out. Most of the time, the middle position in things like this is the best; it shows that you are consistent, and are not gloating like the others you are stuck with. I envy your passion and kind heart." Much like Noa's, only she could hear this.
When it came to Jack, Aika would sigh in the young boy's head. "I feel as if you do not get the point of this challenge at all, do you? I was never looking for you to become better than the others, but to realize your own potential. If you feel that first is all that you can do, then you should try harder to be better than some weird expectation of talent." They were harsh words, but some people needed to get it. Of course, this message is also inside of Jack's head.
Along with their messages, they would all be granted something special. For Retsu, a small bird token would be given to her. For Noa, a small drill token. For Jack, a small fireball token. The bubbles would pop around them as if they were never there and they would realize that they were surrounded by.... animals? "Congrats on the three of you all making it! No one failed this mission so..." Like something out of a video game, they would see a line appear above the heads of their peers. "You all get one point! And those tokens... Well, you'll have to use them to see what they do!" Aika would giggle through- a goat? Aika was talking through a goat? The goat had the same red and black color palette as Aika in its fur, and would stare at the three of them to the best of its abilities. "For your next task, I want you all to pick an animal. Once you do, I'll let you know your instructions!" Around them were farm animals that seemed to not pay them too much mind, but were friendly enough.

"Then you lose, and like I said earlier, you'll stay here until you win!" There would be clapping in the intercom, but Aika Ao wasn't going to play around with the antics of Jack for much longer- he was either going to do it or not; frankly, Aika had all say to wait for him to make a choice. He had made it very clear what they were meant to do, so it was up to them individually to make that choice themselves.
As everyone got into their bubbles, the music from before would follow them, as if each bubble had its own stereo system. They would move at a gentle pace, probably due to the fact that this was supposed to have been a leisure ride for people to enjoy the view of the park. The coins would spin, making a slight humming sound as someone gets closer to them. They were as big as a person was, and they seemed to have Aika Ao's face plastered on either side.
Upon closer inspection, there were three paths to go:
- The highest path, which had the most coins, but would most likely take the longest to get done due to the high arch this path takes. The only obstacle here are birds, who can pop your bubble if they run into it.
- The middle path, which has a medium amount of coins and seems to have a few areas where the wind picks up and may be able to boost you. You have to worry about the birds and floating heads, that seem to shoot out fireballs.
- The low path seems to have the least amount of coins, but has many wind tunnels that can make you get there fast. You have to also deal with the birds, floating heads, and spikes that will try to pop your bubble.
As they started to move, the contestants would be able to see that there was a landing zone in the next area. Though they were far enough away from it, it seemed that they would be landing it what was the petting zoo area. Who would get their first? How would they get there? It was up to them to either work alone or work together so that everyone can go onto the next section!
Rules and Information: Whenever the participants are ready and enter the bubbles, they will be lifted into the sky and gently pushed into the direction of Games and Leisure. Just as stated in the message, there will be obstacles that could potentially pop their bubble, as well as rewards that they can gain! How do you move the bubbles? Figure it out for yourself!

- The bubble can only pop from the obstacles on the course, not by quirks.
- The speed and movement can be manipulated as you see fit by whatever means make sense, preferably via quirks.
- The size, shape and color can be impacted by quirks.

AH, it seemed that some of them were a bit feisty. With Aika Ao only being in the intercoms, he didn't have much to say when it came to the public freak-outs or swear words thrown in the air. He expected a reaction like this and trying to restrain it would just lead to more upset individuals. He'd ignore them for a moment, knowing that the initial shock of it all would no doubt have them upset. Finally, once everyone entered their own bubbles, he would speak again over the intercom. "Do not worry about your friends or family, only about the games we are going to play! Thank you all for entering the bubbles..." he'd cut himself off, the bubbles slowly lifting into the air. Inside of the bubbles, it would be quiet and peaceful, the floor feeling like jelly. "... take your time adjusting to them." They'd go up on their own, rising higher than the Ferris Wheel and into the sky. As they raised up, the three of them would most likely notice that Tokyo was not visible; instead, the festival area was surrounded by an endless sea, as if the festival had been set on an island in the middle of the ocean. A beautiful sunset was slowly starting to be made in the horizon, the flocks of birds joining their adventure. As they raised to the right height, they would also notice something quite funny- there were golden rings in the sky now, and little coins to collect. Out of what seemed like the air, his voice would boom. "I'm sure you all can do it, just make it to the other side!" It was a simple task, but how hard will it be to complete?

Tokyo, The Dream World Festival, 7:00 pm.
It happened so suddenly. No one was really sure what 'it' was, but people were dropping like flies around you, the entire Dream World festival affected by this mysterious phenomenon. People were falling asleep and many found their quirks to be swapped with others in an erratic manner. The dreams people found themselves in were hellscapes, but the others didn't fare much better in the waking world.
Not that the waking world means much of anything to you anymore.
Whisked away into a dream, your real body remains in the waking world, but you have arrived somewhere entirely different. With or without your quirk, with or without loved ones, the situation is dire.
Will you ever find your way back home? Is there even such a thing as a way back, or has your life in purgatory just begun?

Dream World?, 7:00 pm
A mist seems to obscure your vision for a moment before you find yourself... Back in Dream World? You may look around frantically and wonder what happened, why you are there, and who the people around you are. To you, everything seems the same as it was before: the lights of the festival are lit, music is playing, everything seems peaceful. Perhaps, it's a bit too peaceful; you don't hear the distant sounds of laughter or amused screams as your once did. The only people you see are those to the sides of you, as if they were placed there for a purpose along with you.
Over the intercoms, you hear a familiar voice. His voice was the same that you heard during the opening ceremony, as well as the one that would announce any changes to the schedule, as well as the events that were about to take place in the Grand Stage area. Aka Ao, the founder of this event, seems to clear his throat over the speakers before saying a word. "Ah, it seems that you all got the best one, what a joy!" He speaks candidly, but it is hard to know if this is just an illusion of the place that you seem to find yourselves in. "Welcome to Dream World! The real Dream World! My idea was always to make it different, to make it unique and ever changing, but sadly the laws of reality stopped that from happening." He'd sigh out to the participants, before making a pop sound. As he does, a map seems to magically appear in each person's hand; it's the same map that they would have gotten before, but the events seem to be crossed out for each area.
"Now, I want you all to participate in the activities I wish I could have implemented! Please please, go through them with care and caution. There will be simple rules to follow, so make sure you pay attention so you don't mess up!" He'd pause to give them all a moment to look over the map. It seemed that they were to go in a counter clockwise direction, ending up at the Grand Stage for the finale. First, they would go to the Amusement Park area, to do something called Bubble Pop. "Each one of you will have to pass 3 out of the 5 events to be able to leave here. If you do not, you will be placed in an endless loop with new activities until you do! Stick together, work together, and most of all, have fun!" With an echoing of his last words, it seems that the intercom goes silent. Instead, it is replaced with new music to carry them through to the next area.
As you approach the Amusement Park area, you will be greeted by a new ride ... Bubbles? That's right, there seem to be human sized bubbles for each of you to enter! Before entering, there is a sign that reads the instructions:
"Hello my guests! Please enter the bubbles, but be cautious! There are obstacles in your way to reach the Games and Leisure area! Watch out for them. If your bubble pops, no worries! You will harmlessly glide to the next area, but you will have failed! If you're extra brave, try to collect the red sparkles that are along your path, they will give you something special! Enjoy the view and the ride!"

Kaiser's personality traits were very much influenced by his history and how he grew up. In order to survive under the conditions that he was under, Kaiser's father did a great job of ensuring that his son would stay safe even if he was not there to protect him. Although Kaiser seems nonchalant at first, he is constantly aware of his surroundings and makes sure to prioritize safety over anything else, which tends to show when undergoing conversation with him. Over time, he has gotten much better at this and is able to hold a decent conversation while still not being completely checked into it. Kaiser normally displays himself as a relatively confident individual who likes to get to know people as an acquaintance and hesitates to make them anything more than that. He cares much for the people that he's close with but much less for the common man that has already won their freedom. Kaiser is also rational in the sense that he will prioritize his comrade's safety over the mission even if it means that it results in failure.
It's not rare for Kaiser to show compassion when hearing about another person's hardships. For the most part, he understands what it's like to be down in the dumps and tends to sympathize with negative emotions. Regardless of the situation though, Kaiser tends to tell you what his brutal, honest thoughts are even if it may hurt your feelings. Not everything receives this level of care - if Kaiser deems your problem as a non-issue, then you will simply receive no sympathy from him about it. He has no problem with giving respect and credit where its due, but struggles by being pessimistic when pondering upon peoples' true motives. Due to this pessimism, it also causes Kaiser to become more reserved and gain a slight anxiety when he forms meaningful connections with others.
Growing up, he always marveled over how much his parents loved one another. With them now out of the picture and him rendering himself as un-romantic, he fills this void through the act of reading romantic novels. Due to this lifestyle, he is heavily susceptible to circumstances where other peoples' true love is a factor of the situation. One of the things that Kaiser values more than anything else is the idea of free will. He truly believes that people should be free to express themselves in any way that they see fit as long as it doesn't hurt others. When it comes to dealing with people who restrict this freedom - depending on the severity, it can almost be guaranteed that Kaiser will get involved.

Kaiser is a relatively tall male that possesses eyes that display a blueish-green color. He most likely received this rare mix of blue from his mother and green from his father. Depending on how the sunlight reflects off of his eyes, they may appear to be only one color or the other at times. The young student also has brown, silky hair that gets darker as the seasons change that extends down long enough to touch the tip of his eyebrows. His eyebrows are rather bushy - something Kaiser is aware of but deems unworthy to care for. Due to his hobbies of exercise and training, he actively maintains an above average muscular build for his age with an abnormally tight collarbone. His abdomen muscles tend to protrude with little to no effort when able to be shown. He has a moderately long wingspan that makes him look amusing to look at whenever he stretches with his widened arms. Kaiser spouts a shoe size of thirteen and a half (13 | 1/2), a problem that occasionally comes into play while shoe shopping.
When it comes to fashion, Kaiser tends to prefer to keep it simple by utilizing one outfit through the act of owning many pairs of the same item. His t-shirt of choice is a tannish-gray shirt made of out of flannel, with strings caressing his neck that he could choose to tie if needed. His pants are tightened black[span style="font-size:10pt;"] khakis that roll down to his ankles, which are then tied up by a dark brown belt. Kaiser's shoes are the one thing that he values when it comes to his outfit, as he believes that having good shoes will allow him to have more endurance when it comes to performing many physical actions. His favorite pair of shoes are his all-white running shoes that automatically maintain a certain temperature, ensuring that he doesn't have to worry about them hurting while out and about for long periods of time.[/span][/div][div]

In a small community located in an unnamed city in the outskirts of the Nara territory - the youngest child of the Kings was born on December 4th, 2082. The King Family was known to be one of the poorest families in the area, serving as a laughing stock to the community due to the irony of their name. It consisted of Mother King, Father King, and of course Kaiser as the sole child. Kaiser was never told what his parents true names were, and was instructed to only refer to them as "Mother" and "Father". Due to his family's circumstances, Kaiser lived anything but a normal childhood. Everyday consisted of his father off trying to make a quick buck, with him only allowed to leave the house if it meant bringing home a profit.
Mother King provided Kaiser with an education in lieu of public school, and did a hell of a good job of it being a former teacher herself. Through his mother's love, care, and willingness to provide him with a good education - Kaiser became a well-studied student with an above average intellect. He was able to breeze through his early educational career, fully completing the equivalent of a High School Diploma at the young age of 13. Although Kaiser was banned from being let out of the house for free, his mother would often take him out on strolls to see more of the world around him. "[font color="#802d85"]One day, I want you to have everything you wish, Kaiser.[/font]", Mother King would always tell him, "[font color="#802d85"]You deserve the world.[/font]". At first, Kaiser couldn't understand why his life was like this when compared to other kids around him. He couldn't understand anything about his differing situation, or why he couldn't see everything [i]now - [/i]but one thing he never did was blame his parents for the conditions that he was under.
Living across the street from an elementary school, he would consistently watch in awe as other kids his age went inside the mysterious and prestigious looking building while laughing with smiles on their faces. Sometimes, Kaiser would express his thoughts about what he was seeing out loud. "[font color="#4c99ef"]Why them.... And not me?[/font]", he would exclaim angrily under his breath in a fit of rage. And one time, the young King received a response. "[font color="#c93232"]Because. We are not like them.[/font]", Father King would begin to say. Kaiser would turn around and look at his father in shock, edging him with his eyes in an attempt to get him to explain it more. "[font color="#c93232"]To put it simply.[/font]", Father continued, "[font color="#c93232"]They chose the right side. And we did not.[/font]". At this point in time, these words would simply confuse Kaiser - leaving a dumbfounded look on his face that left him for a loss of words. It would not be until his later years that he would begin to come to a closer understanding to his Father's teachings.

Although he manifested his quirk at the age of four (4), Kaiser's parents decided to not tell him what kind of ability he possessed in fear that he would publicly misuse it. It was already hard enough for Kaiser to go outside as it is with his family always in fear of his safety. In the small community that the King family resided in, the Quirk laws were strict - but loose depending on your social status. Only the wealthy were able to use their quirks in casual ways, while the poor were heavily scrutinized for it if you were unlicensed. The Kings believed this to be because the local government was secretly ran by a group of villains who wanted to keep the rich, rich and the poor, poor. In this community, power was king - and unfortunately that power was within the hands of a group of villains with incredible capabilities and an interesting set of social connections/ties. Kaiser recalls his father referring to the system as "corrupt", always shouting about how a few heroes could possibly be in on it as well.
When Kaiser turned the age of thirteen (13), Mother and Father King finally decided to tell their youngest what his quirk was. They brought the young King into the kitchen, with looks of disappointment on both of their faces. "[font color="#c93232"]I'm going to give it to you straight, son - You know when sunlight reflects off of you, and you form a shadow under you?[/font]", his father began, "[font color="#c93232"]Well, it can connect to other shadows.[/font]". Kaiser would look at his father in confusion yet again, giving him ample time to finish his explanation, "[font color="#4c99ef"]Is... that it?[/font]", young Kaiser would say in response. His father looked at him before taking a long sigh, "[font color="#c93232"]Basically, Kaiser...[/font]", his father was about to finish, "[font color="#c93232"]Your quirk is useless.[/font]".
After hearing about his awful quirk as he approached the beginning his teen years, Kaiser decided that he was going to join the workforce to assist his family's financial situation. He convinced his family to let him seek work for a full time job in order to help out at home. After completing his initial education, there was no point in dreaming of anything more. Kaiser consistently thought to himself that he might as well be Quirkless, so why bother to strive becoming anything great? His father reluctantly agreed to this, and the young King was luckily able to find work for a family of wealthy lawyers as a Secretary - it was closest thing that felt like liberation to him as he occasionally got to see different parts of the outside world. It was at this point that Kaiser decided to dedicate the rest of his life to pulling his family out of poverty and one day being able to explore the world in a viewpoint from the wealthy.
On December 5th, 2097, Mother King was selling fruit out of her small stall in the neighborhood. The afternoon was just now coming to an end as a group of rich, drunk businessmen were walking through the neighborhood after spending the day drinking. They began to approach the stall, eyeing the King maiden up and down before recognizing her - scoffing at the fact that her and her family were so poor. Mother King stayed silent as the men continued to berate her and she began to grow to newly heightened levels of anxiety. It wasn't before long that she followed the family's teachings of never trusting the rich, and took off running in the distance. The drunk, belligerent pack of men seemingly didn't know what to do with themselves after watching Mother King run from them, and they proceeded to do the first thing that came to mind - chase after her. It is unknown what exactly happened to the pack of men or what they did with Mother King, or if they ever even caught her at all - all Kaiser knew was that he was never going to be able to see her again.

On the morning of December 6, 2098, Kaiser awoke to the sounds of his father yelling at someone outside. "[font color="#c93232"]It was them! I know it was them..[/font]", he said begrudgingly to what seemed like two police officers standing at their front door. "[font color="#1d9525"]Hah! You think it was [i]them[/i]? You're too poor to afford glasses, so you probably can't see right.[/font]", one of the police officers began. "[font color="#1a7e4c"]Nor can you afford to get your vision checked - so tell me, why the hell would we believe some low class trash like you?[/font]", the other officer would finish. Kaiser took notice of the insurmountable anger that portrayed across his father's face as he continued to inspect more of the scene. After further review, Kaiser locked eyes onto a group of rich men walking across the street close to their house - It happened to be the same group of men that had last seen his mother exactly one year and one day ago. "[font color="#c93232"]At least bring them over here for questioning! I mean, they're right over there! You know they don't have anything else better to do.[/font]", Father King would exclaim. Both police officers erupted in a circus of laughter before one responded, "[font color="#1a7e4c"]What? Like you're doing something more productive right now? Why are you wasting your time on your dead wife - aren't you losing time you could be spending begging on th-[/font]". The police officer was interrupted by his partner who slapped him on the stomach to speak over him, "[font color="#1d9525"]Alright, look. We'll bring em' over here real quick - but we can't force em' to answer anything as they're not suspects.[/font]".
Kaiser watched as the police officers confronted the rich men and brought them over to the house. He could tell that his father was losing his temper as he slammed the door before stepping outside and began to angrily shout. The young King listened close to the sounds of what was happening outside for about five minutes until he heard what sounded like an engulfment of flames. Rushing outside worried about his father's safety, Kaiser opened the front door with swiftness before his jaw dropped in shock. There sat Father King on his knees, his face filled with fear as the rich man in the center twirled his quirk-covered finger of fire with no worries on his face. "[font color="#95931d"]So! Your little cop buddy is dealt with - he was way too curious about that pathetic woman I killed a year ago. You know villains have ran this area for seventeen (17) years, right? $500,000 should shut you up[/font]", the villain said in an obnoxiously privileged voice. The officer that was spared hesitated at the question - looking down at the body of his deceased partner in awe. "[font color="#95931d"]C'mon... I can't just kill everyone! - I gotta have some sort of cover up story...[/font]". The officer took one, long gulp before willingly agreeing to the villains' deal. "[font color="#1d9525"]S-sure - I mean okay! But uh, what do we do about the father?[/font]", the police officer responded.
"[font color="#95931d"]What a silly question! We kill him![/font]", the villain exclaimed before erupting in an abnormally loud and demonic laughter - almost as if he didn't care who was listening. Hearing these words filled Kaiser with an excruciating level of rage that would have blown away the heavens. After already losing his mother, the young King knew that he would have to do anything in order to protect the only parent that he had left. "[font color="#4c99ef"]You people think you just own us, huh - to do as you please...[/font]", Kaiser would say in a low-toned voice. The inside of Kaiser's mind was thoughtless and filled with nothing but anger as he activated his quirk, his own shadow beneath him beginning to pulsate. In a matter of seconds, a tendril of shadow began to emit from his own - heading straight behind him and towards the shadow that was being reflected off of the King family's home. After Kaiser's shadow reached the shadow of his house, with a blank mind, the young King raised his left hand up and instantaneously crushed his house into a thousand pieces. Without wasting a single second, the young hero pointed his fingers towards both the police officer and the group of villains, commanding the debris to utterly crush and obliterate them with the full intention to kill.
The debris was sent flying towards the villains at an extremely fast pace - until a bright flash of light appeared out of thin air, causing the debris to abruptly fall to the ground and be released from Kaiser's control. Everyone in the area covered their eyes from the blinding light, before four (4) loud bangs were heard, almost as if someone had karate chopped the ground and made a dent. Kaiser's eyes widened in shock as he franticly analyzed his brightened surroundings, taking notice of the four (4) unconscious bodies of the police officer and the villains on the ground. The light began to dissipate before an unknown entity with a human form began to emerge before Kaiser and his father. "[font color="#1d958e"]You there - boy.[/font]", the entity began to speak as Kaiser began to look up at him with more widened eyes, "[font color="#1d958e"]You should know better than to just outright kill villains. We have a protocol.", [/font][font color="#000000"]he continued as he analyzed the young boy with threatening eyes,[/font][font color="#1d958e"] "Or... Are you the hero that was in charge of this district that allowed it to run rampant by villains for all this time?[/font]".
Kaiser couldn't take his eyes off of what he was seeing - it was the first time that he had ever seen a real hero with his own two eyes as they never usually came to this part of the city. The "heroes" that did come here always just went straight to the government office and left with briefcases assumed to be full of cash. The young King would take a moment to formulate a response and look back at the hero with a stern face, "[font color="#4c99ef"]I am no hero. I have no protocol. I'm nothing but a poor kid in this world made for villains. I just wanted to save m-my father and free us from this... sadness.[/font]", he would say with a muffled voice as tears began to roll down his face with his palms against the ground. The hero continued to stare at Kaiser, the expression on his face unchanged - almost as if he was deciding his final verdict on the validity to the young boy's words. The hero closed his eyes in shame, realizing that Kaiser was clueless to the situation and was just acting how he thought he should act best. He saw that Kaiser had no idea about the truth to the corruption that existed in his community, and was blown away by the amount of power he had already possessed with no hero training at all. "[font color="#1d958e"]I'm sorry I couldn't have been here sooner.[/font]", the hero would say in a tone of sadness, "[font color="#1d958e"]We had no idea about the level of corruption.[/font]".
The hero then sat down with Kaiser and began to explain the intricacies of heroes and villains, bringing light to the constant power struggle that exists in their world. When Kaiser heard about how other communities are in similar situations to his or even worse, that same rage he felt when his father's life was threatened began to re-emerge. For seventeen years he had lived under the reign of villains, his hatred misdirected. It was soon after the unnamed hero's arrival that Kaiser's community was swiftly placed back into the hands of the forces of good and the reign of the villains completely overthrown. As time went on, the young King took notice of the fact that the only people who [i]were[/i] rich in his community were villains and those who decided to work with them. At the end of the villain's reign, dozens of people who were too afraid to leave their house just like Kaiser began to emerge, with the young King coming to the realization that the only people who lived a good life were those who were related to the villains - those who took away his will to live, and those who simply stood by and watched. It was surreal for Kaiser to meet so many new people that he had never seen before that had lived side by side with him for years.
[i][font color="#4c99ef"]I wonder how many kids are feeling just like how I felt when I was younger. Feeling unneeded. Unwanted. Useless. Trapped.[/font][/i] These are the thoughts that went through Kaiser's head as he began to ponder upon his newly discovered worldview. Almost instantly did he forget about his own family's hardships as he began to consider the absolute tyranny that villains bring to all parts of our land. It was almost as if he had a new goal entirely - [i]to annihilate the existence of villains[/i]. The unnamed hero that assisted Kaiser told him about a University that he could attend in order to hone in his abilities if he was truly serious about being a hero and freeing others from the grasp of villains, a place called UA University that he could apply to when he turned the fruitful age of eighteen (18).
On the morning that Kaiser turned eighteen (18), he applied for UA University and proceeded to take their Recommendation Entrance Exam, sponsored by the unnamed hero that saved him from four (4) murder charges that day. He was able to pass the exam with flying colors, facing almost no issues when it came to evaluating his worthiness. The day that Kaiser became a student hero, was the same day that he fully committed himself to liberating the world from villains and giving the power back to people who can't defend themselves from a life of pain.

Kaiser's quirk forces him to see every shadow the same way. Unless modified, all shadows start as simple 1 meter perfect circles that form around the silhouette when applicable. This includes inanimate objects for simplicity, regardless of size.
If desired, you are free to outline the shape of your own shadow at the beginning of the thread. You can make it any size - length or width, as long as Kaiser can still have a shot at connecting to it, anything is fair game.
Kaiser cannot claim for environmental effects to change the size or shape of your shadow in any way.
When Kaiser is manipulating his shadow, the pathing of the shadow starts from his own and moves at his Speed stat.
Once your shadow has been connected to Kaiser's, he is able to move freely.
[b]QUIRK DRAWBACKS: [/b]There are a few standout drawbacks that can be used as a gameplay advantage in combat.
[u]General/Realism:[/u] Kaiser requires an extreme amount of concentration in order to utilize his quirk in full. Anytime that Kaiser is manipulating his shadow at all, he must be fully stationary.
[u]General/Realism:[/u] Since he simply manipulates his own shadow instead of creating one out of nothing, Kaiser is unable to use his quirk at night or in any environment that would render his shadow nonexistent.
[u]General/Realism:[/u] If your shadow overlaps the shadow of a taller/larger object - your shadow is safe from the quirk as long as you stay within range of whichever shadow you're in. This does not apply if you are already under the effects of this quirk.
[u]Inanimate:[/u] When Kaiser manipulates inanimate objects, it requires much more stamina out of him. He will begin to wear down quickly if he relies on this aspect of his quirk for too long.
[u]Miscellaneous:[/u] Kaiser's Shadow Manipulation quirk offers a few different ways to break away from the debuff.[div][span style="font-size:13.3333px;"]

Meika is literally never up to any good. All of her secondary school teachers spoke about her in the same way—Meika is incredibly smart, but she chooses to act in a way that would give the impression that she has never had a thought in her life. While she spends a lot of her free time teaching herself how to program and no-lifing video games, she spends next to no time doing any homework or going to her classes. Though she seems dedicated to being a hero, her work ethic is bottom-of-the-barrel and her laziness combats her at every turn. Some would say that this might be some result of gifted kid burnout syndrome, but the people who know Meika know that she often fails to care about the things that most other people would care about. If Meika were to make any excuses for it, though, she would claim that she's living up to her punk destiny by going about life with a healthy helping of apathy that would make anybody wary of the future of this generation.
When it comes to the stuff that Meika is actually interested in, though, she pursues it with a confidence that nobody else can rival. Meika trusts her own abilities to a fault, and refuses to let people get her down, especially when they're people that she simply doesn't value the opinion of. Though she'd never admit it, Meika has an innate love for being around people and shooting the shit, which is a possible motivation for deciding to join UAU despite her staunch denial of anything mainstream. In reality, though, Meika's only in UAU to make use of their quirk training classes, and fully intends to drop out and become a vigilante as soon as she's ready to test her mettle on the streets. After all, in her mind, heroes are only glorified cops with too much power to justify being society's protectors, but she's not above making use of their resources to meet her own needs. Truthfully, a lot of the naivety that surrounds UAU makes Meika sick.
Oh well. Meika's mom seems plenty mad that Meika is at UAU in the first place, and that's enough for her.

The majority of Meika's appearance boils down to a series of choices made in spite of her mom's controlling nature. Meika subverts her poor eyesight and naturally dull, brown eyes with colored contacts in direct opposition of her mother's opinion, one that says that Meika looks far more subdued and professional when she has her glasses on. Mom's love for Meika's long, sleek black hair is ruined by Meika bluntly cutting her own hair and bangs with dull scissors and throwing streaks of red into the mix. Meika knows that her mom finds piercings ugly and unfitting of a polite young lady, so Meika's earned a wide variety of unconventional piercings over the years, from septum piercings to angel bites. Meika especially loves to spite her mom with her choice of clothing, which frequently shows off far too much skin for her mother to comprehend, and almost always includes vulgar phrases or impolite images. When Meika's mother wanted to shave down Meika's snaggletooth, Meika dodged any further attempts for years, insisting that it made her look more "badass".
If only Meika's height could reflect that, given that she stands far below the heads of the average populace. Oh well, a girl can't have it all!

Meika's father was a hero and abandoned the family shortly after Meika was born, leading to Meika's mother's lifelong hatred of heroes of all kinds. In this way, Meika was considered unwanted and a burden from a young age, a reflection of the man that saddled Meika's mother with 18 years of hard, unpaid labor. Though Meika's mother did not express these feelings to Meika in the course of raising her, Meika was always intimately aware that she was not treasured like most other children.
Mom's standards were always high. Though Meika grew up into an incredibly intelligent girl, her mother's constant needling infused into Meika the impression that putting any effort into most things, especially school or her appearance, was useless, given that her mother would never be satisfied with her. While most parents know that childhood rebellion is a phase for most children, Meika never grew out of it, and for good reason. Her mother's demands always pushed Meika to be something she simply wasn't, and a lifelong sentiment of resentment soon transformed into purposefully going against every expectation her mother set out for her. Though Meika's teachers always recognized that she was smart enough to succeed in her classes, Meika almost seemed to purposefully fail her exams, acting out against the strict guidelines set out for her. Meika's mother seemed to think that if she could meld her daughter into something worthwhile, she could make up for being saddled with a child she didn't plan for, but Meika was combative every step of the way.
The last straw was Meika signing up for UAU as soon as she graduated from high school. Mom was livid, of course. The daughter she never wanted signing up to be the exact same thing her good-for-nothing, deadbeat dad was? Mom couldn't take it anymore. Meika was kicked out of the house as soon as Mom heard the news, and with that, Meika went into the university, planning to make as much use of the training classes she could before dropping out to become a vigilante. This is, of course, just one step of many in Meika's plan to make a name for herself, to finally be something worthwhile.

[b]QUIRK DESCRIPTION:[/b] Upon making physical contact with a piece of technology or a living organism, Meika can infect that being with [i]malware.[/i] When malware affects technology, that technology becomes unpredictable and uncontrollable for a small amount of time. To all devices that piece of technology makes contact with, be it through public WIFI or subnets, the malware is spread.
With living organisms, however, the malware behaves differently, and can instead be considered a virus inside an individuals head. If the infected individual has access to a quirk, that quirk becomes incredibly difficult to use as effectively as the victim might be used to, and can produce unpredictable and undesirable effects—if this affects a player character, the player has full control over how their quirk operates under these parameters. Additionally, the victim suffers from a derank to their vitality as the malware affects their brain, and this debuff follows debuff rules. Whenever the victim makes physical contact with another person, the malware then spreads to the other individual, and they can spread it to others, and so-on and so-on. However, malware can only affect two people simultaneously. For example, if infected person A touches person B, person B becomes infected. If infected person B touches person C, person C becomes infected and the infection on person A fades away.
[b]QUIRK DRAWBACKS:[/b] Unfortunately, this quirk requires direct, skin-to-skin contact. If Meika cannot make contact with a victim, the quirk is virtually useless. Additionally, the malware can actually be spread to Meika herself, so if a victim touches her after being infected, Meika will also experience the detrimental effects of the malware. Furthermore, the malware is ridiculously virulent and will spread without care for who is an ally and who is an enemy, potentially affecting groups of people that Meika would prefer to remain uninfected entirely. Finally, individuals with high vitality scores can easily shake off the negative effects of malware.

Tokyo, 8:00am Monday.
A flamboyant man approaches the stage from behind it. Decked out in a blue and red mix-match palette with includes his hair, clothing and even his eyes, a bright smile is plastered to welcome in those that are observing him. Cameras are around to broadcast the speech on local news channels, as well as a decently sized crowd below him. He stands on the grand stage of his own creation: Dream World. A place for imagination, for possibility, but most of all for fun! He bows and promptly straightens his clothing out once more. A few steps are made to approach the red beguiled microphone. A well-maintained hand grips it gently, each finger placing themselves in the perfect location.
Finally, a breath before the speech escapes him. "Welcome one, welcome all! My name is Aka Ao, and I am the owner and founder of what you see all around me- Dream World! I wanted to create a place for people to intermingle, no matter of their path in life, in a safe environment. This world is far too divided I believe, and I want nothing more than to have people from totally different walks of life to be able to call a stranger their friend! I'm sure many of you are going to come here with your co-workers, your friends, your family, or your lovers. I urge you to enjoy yourself with those people, but if you have the time, try saying hi to a stranger, to go on a ride with them, to allow them in line before you. A small act of kindness goes a long way, and it makes it a lot less awkward if you get stuck with them!" He'd laugh at his line, before realizing that he had gone a bit off topic. Eyes would shift left to right before he'd settle back to the discussion at hand.
"Everyone is just a friend you haven't made yet, or a person that you aren't able to understand. Please, enjoy Dream World with all your hearts, and keep it close to your fondest memories. If you wish to learn more information about me, or about the park, I'll be around, in the crowds, enjoying my creation just as much as you all are!" He'd pause, trying to gauge the live audience as well as make sure that his gaze was clear for the cameras. "That being said, anyone from any walk of life is welcome here. It does not matter if you are a hero fighting for the people, or a villain trying to make it right in your own way- we are all here to enjoy the festivities. This is the reason that I have dubbed this day, our opening day, to be a Unity Festival! Make this opening day something to remember." He hoped that his humbleness would come off properly. "You're all my honored guests, so please, bring someone you love, or maybe someone you do not, and make their day just a bit better with a special moment between the two of you!" He'd bow, the live crowd clapping idly at his odd but sincere speech.

You will have a total of four areas to choose from that have varying activities to partake in which can be seen in detail in the EVENT LOCATIONS section. Please label your threads using the abbreviation [DW1] for Part 1 and set them in the Tokyo board as much as possible! You have until June 1st to complete and submit these threads!
