OKAY so! I know some of us got thoughts on how our characters sound, so I figured why not make a thread for those who wanna share em'?

I'll post in here with more of mine later ^v^ but yeye!


To kickstart...

King of Hearts - Yoshimitsu has a vocal range like this! I remember listening to this guy's covers before and his voice v much fits what I envisioned for Yoshimitsu!

What a gorgeous voice for Yoshimitsu!! Character voices are very exciting for me, I actually have references on all my characters' profiles of what they sound like, but I'll post it here too!

Rui Matsui - My little villain menace sounds like Rebecca from Cyberpunk Edgerunners (especially her angry voice!!), who also served as an early inspiration for her character!

Eiji Harada - For Eiji it's another character that also helped inspire his, Kamina from Gurren Lagann! He's loud and he's proud and I thought he fit the bill perfectly for my fledgling vigilante!

Kazashi McCoy - For Kazashi I went with Jolyne from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 6, when first writing her this voice just immediately entered my head.

The other three have voices matching their FC!

Freja Helt - Uses the voice of Stelle from Honkai: Star Rail

Yvel Koyama - Uses the voice of Yoimiya from Genshin Impact

Sadako Gotoh - Uses the voice of Qiao Ling from Link Click, it's a little hard to find clips of her English voice on youtube tho!!

Would love to hear what everyone else's characters sound like!!!

coincidentally enough id thought of kaida having annies voice from AOT, then the RWBY anime came out and blake had annies va lmaoo

dante is a really hard case since i dont know of many male japanese vas that had a country accent to them. kiba from naruto was the closest i could get to what i was thinking of

i wouldnt change the others voices from what they were as their face claims! but this is an interesting idea for sure, i hope more people put their characters in ♥

Iphigenia Pavlina - Sounds like Mei Mei from Jujutsu Kaisen Both for Japanese and English!

Sumi Okita - Sounds like Asta from Honkai Star Rail she's generally upbeat with a medium/high pitch voice! Higher when she gets excited!

Ravindra Oye - Sounds like Ray Chase. Specifically Rhys from Borderlands 3 but probably more accurately this hooded guy from Kingdom Hearts (I don't know the lore, so all of this is nonsense in the clip)


Then we move on to the "sounds like their FC" group!
