With Mark making his exit, it was up to Ryota now to finish things up with Dynogel. The blast going straight through the student's shield was one step closer to that goal. At least he thought it was. But the shield still absorbed most of the shot, meaning Kenta recovered faster than he thought and was already bounding towards him with his response. And, well, you couldn't exactly reflect a leg strike like you could an energy attack. Ryota lifted his trashcan lid to block regardless, letting it bend out of shape as the force pushed him back several meters. Outwardly he was fine but his arms were definitely going to feel sore in the morning.

He was low on options now. His allies were either handling their own battles or had been captured, his own shield was warped and the energy shots had stopped raining down. For all intents and purposes, he was alone with no tools at his disposal. Well, he had his swords, but "Blazing Djinn" seemed to be having fun with hers so he'll let that be her specialty for this exercise. Besides, he could do something annoying.

He could run.

With that plan made up, Ryota smiled at Kenta. "Thank you for giving me a head start Dygogel! It's truly appreciated!" He balled one hand into a fist - "STRONG!" - wound his arm holding the lid back - "Allow me to return the favour!" and let the lid soar. He didn't wait to see whether he made his mark, already turning to face away. If the student didn't catch him now he'd make a break for it and help the other "villains" that remained.

OOC: Ryota's shield gets ruined and he sees that he's now low on options. Choosing to make a tactical retreat, he makes himself stronger to throw the lid at Kenta in an attempt to distract him and make his escape.

Kenta smiled a bit to himself as he managed to actually land an attack, his opponent being pushed back a bit, tho he did notice Lone Wolf living up to his name and trying to make his way away from them. He wasn’t sure what his plan was, but given his skillset he could imagine him placing something destructive around. Most likely bombs of some sort. Still he had one opponent left to deal with.

“Hey come on, your friend already turned tail and you want to leave me all alone?!” he called back to Ryota, assuming what he could mean by head start, but before he could do much he saw the trashcan lid soaring towards him at surprising speed. He crouched down, his gel following suit as the lead flew over him “Ok…guess it’s a game of tag” he muttered to himself, going into a runners start position before giving chase after Ryota.

Rather than tun, he used the gel around his body to make larger and larger bounds, before flying into the air and calling out “DynaGel Snatcher!” showing his hand forward, and letting the gel that enveloped his body fly forward, forming a large net heading towards the direction of Ryota, and seemingly wrapping around him as it got closer to try and catch him in a sticky trap.

OOC - After avoiding the Trash lid, Kenta tries to close the distance partially towards Ryota before using his gel to create a large net to catch him with.

"Exactly! Remember the aim of the assignment future hero!" Fighting the bad guy was good and all, but bad guys still needed to be brought to justice. That couldn't exactly be done if the bad guy got away. This was the lesson to be instilled in the students today.

Boy was Kenta fast though! Not only did he dodge the lid by the way the collision sounded - it was less scream of pain and more clang on pavement - but he also caught up with him in no time at all, unleashing his makeshift net on the target. Ryota didn't notice it until it was too late, and before he knew it he crashed on the ground, gel stuck all over his clothes. He got stronger with his Quirk sure but it wasn't like it'd help him get rid of the mess. Which meant he wasn't freeing himself any time soon.

Seeing his involvement finished, the pretend villain dropped his act to congratulate his captor. "Excellent execution Dynogel! You caught me!" He craned his head to the more explosive battle, manifested beam sword swinging about to take down the opposition. "Now I believe your friends need you. Go on then, give it your all! Plus Ultra!"

OOC: Ryota was successfully captured by Dynogel and he falls to the ground, stuck in the gel netting Kenta created. He encourages him to help his teammates.

Upon hearing Jun's 'nickname', Jack couldn't help but shoot her a glare in response. "Jack." he replied, his tone suddenly flat. Seriously, who just basically insults their teammate when they're basically one of the people helping bail their ass out of a failing grade? The nerve of some people, he swore.

That said, he couldn't help but whistle as Jun would then proceed to get a really good shot in on Supernova. "WHEW! Dunno about you teach, but I think Jun's got a better lightshow goin' for her right now than either of us!" he exclaimed, clapping and laughing a little bit at the display.

As the smoke cleared, he would simply smirk as Supernova would glare them down, cracking his neck around a bit and pacing as he heard Farrin out on the side. "See, at least Farrin can 'member a damn name," he said, again shooting another glare at Jun. Even after their teacher's booming voice cut through them, Jack couldn't help but smirk confidently in the face of an overwhelming opponent.

As the teacher would then launch a massive attack at the current team, Jack would quickly jump well out of the way! Hearing Jun's request out, the dragon would nod, launching a couple of energy spheres at Supernova. Not exactly aiming to do any real damage, but do enough to keep the attention off of Jun for a moment. He began to run around the area, launching attack after attack to keep the heat up.

After a certain point, seeing Jun's massive final attack and Farrin also on his last leg, Jack knew that now was more than likely the time to wrap things up. Getting to a good enough of a distance away, he took a big, deep breath, exhaling a galactic steam from his mouth, smirking confidently. "Alright...let's try this one out." He would cup his hands together, bringing them to his side as he focused all of his energy into them.

A swirling ball of golden and purple light would begin to form in his hands, the sheer pressure of it shaking the immediate area around him! "Have a taste of some pure CHAOS!!!!""



With that exclamation, Jack would fire off a powerful beam of Chaos Energy! Should it collide, it would likely cause a massive shockwave all around, and would hopefully be enough to bring Supernova down. Luckily, unlike the other students at that moment, he still had a good amount of energy still in the tank. Breathing heavily, he would make sure that the attack would do the job, lest he need to put in more effort on whatever came next.

lurred shapes bounced the grey, dusty ruins and a muffled clattering probed Farrin’s ears. The world was beyond his reach, his fingers only brushing against the veil of confusion. Supernova hit like a tank, and Farrin knew his bell had been rung something hard, but he wanted to get up. He needed to help—to act.

A few shimmering lights broke through the daze, but just as swiftly as they arrived, they were gone, obscured by the black of shutting eyes. His lungs filled, and his head leaned against a loose brick or some other stone. He took a second and felt an hour. Not really, but it helped, accelerating both mind and body, sifting through the mess between his ears.

When he opened his eyes, things grew clear. Freja swung her bat with masterful precision. She pushed the attack, taking advantage of her smaller size to maneuver around SuperNova, and batted at his weapon and armor. He lifted his hand repeatedly, aiming for Jun or Jack, but every attempt to disengage was met with another home run swing. He brought his axe up to defend, then swung for her.

His weapon burned a luminous red, and Farrin knew what would come next. Every nerve and neuron shouted rest, submission, defeat. It was all loud in his ears and burned into his body and brain, but he forced his body into motion. He managed an arm. It lifted, and he aimed—then fired.

The barrel burst and seared his hand. The cannons had taken damage earlier, but that didn’t matter now. All that mattered was that the stun round smacked into the man’s back and forced him to stumble a step.

Freja’s final swing connected, using that forward momentum from the stumble to add to the impact. SuperNova was knocked back while Freja got clear. Light and fire burned brilliantly in the pro-hero professor’s palm as he disposed of all other variables and focused on the most prominent threats—namely the glowing powers ready to bombard him—but it was too late.

The plan worked.

Jun’s artillery landed like thunder, and a violet blaze boomed as it made it made contact with his armor. The field shuddered, and the man was entirely obscured by smoke and chaotic light. Large chunks of debris were reduced to smaller bits of rubble, and that rubble further burned down to ash and dust.

It felt as though the world had been rocked. And when the dust settled… well, SuperNova stood. He leaned atop his axe, his upper armor nearly entirely shattered. Silence gripped the moment as all eyes were fixed on the man. Could he keep going? Just about everyone was tapped out. If that didn’t do it, what would?

But the anxiety broke with the giant's collapse. The ground rumbled one last time as his massive back smacked against the ruins. None would have seen it, but the big fella was smiling. “Not bad, not bad at all,” he coughed lowly after a moment. Sure, there were many improvements to be made, but the students had a lot going against them in the scenario, yet they had won!
