PERSONALITY

Auden is the type of person who's personality has been shaped by trauma. Most of his mannerisms have been because of his uneasiness around people, and he usually has his guard up against people that he isn't sure about. Due to this, Auden can seem a bit cold or closed-off, but in reality he is welcome to giving everyone the benefit of the doubt on their intentions with him. He's flirty by nature, and does so without wanting it to go anywhere sometimes which can confuse those he talks to. The way he carries himself is confidence, not cocky, as he never wants to pretend that he's better than those around him. Auden will aid those in need without a single thought, and finds close friends in those that have had a imperfect life like him.

Auden's a pretty little thing, and he makes sure to show it through how much he cares about his appearance. Whether it be something designer or something he's made, Auden will always wear clothing that show off the best of him, and isn't afraid to wear things that make him happy over purely coming off as looking expensive. Any color or material is something he will try at least once. Auden otherwise is very elegant looking, almost always having flawless skin, and a slender but gently built body and shows off his preferred type of workout. His hair is soft and bouncy, and usually smells of rain due.

On Auden's back, he has two beautiful white swan wings, that expand outwards when he wants them to, or otherwise are able to compactly lay on his back without interfering much with clothing or the like. They can envelop himself or another person if needed, but they don't provide much protection and mostly act as a privacy barrier. [o]

Auden's childhood was bumpy and messy, to say the least. His parents gave little to no care for him and his sister's well-being as he grew up, and constantly used them as a way to get money, drugs, or favors. Even with this, Auden did everything to make sure that he took the majority of the trauma to protect his younger sister, Astra. For a while it worked, but one day Auden unable to aid in parents that they wanted him to do, so they took Astra instead. Though the details were hidden, the look of carefreeness that his parents gave him as they told him she was gone was enough for him to have enough. Auden immediately went to the authorities, telling them everything with evidence he had been collecting throughout the years on his polaroid camera. They believed him, and promptly tracked down and arrested his parents and everyone involved. With nowhere to go, he was shipped off to Japan to his next of kin- a brother he didn't even know he had.

From there, his struggles to learn a new culture and language were expatiated because of Felix, who took him under his wing and accepted him as his brother without protest or care for the life that he led beforehand. Aiding him learn how to properly read and write, as well as how to take care of himself, Auden blossomed. He gained confidence he never knew he had, and was able to become someone he wanted to see succeed. With the love and support of his brother, he opened up his own talent agency with a focus on modelling, dubbing it "Rising Phoenix Talent Agency" to symbolize his own rebirth into someone new. Though he already has many that work under him and he's had his trials and errors with fame and romance, there was one thing that he wanted as well; to become like his brother and aid those and needed it. With a promise to work towards joining Felix's hero agency, dubbed "Rising Phoenix Hero Agency", Auden joined U.A. in hopes of finding himself even more, and honing in the skills he had to aid those around him.

☼ Phoenix - Emitter/Mutation (A-)
Auden is able to take on characteristics of a mythological phoenix, well not really, that's just what he says. In reality, Auden has a dual-quirk from his parents; one side of it grants him large, swan wings on his back, and the other allows him to emit flames out of his hands. Though the wings are magnificent, he is unable to use them to fly, but can use them as a light protection if necessary. The flames he can emit come in two colors: blue and pink. The blue flames allow him to heal himself and others relative to his rank over the course of the thread. His pink flames allow him to do damage, conjuring up flames that have an average flame heat and intensity.

DRAWBACKS
☼ While he is slightly more resistant to his flames, he is not immune to them. Long exposure to his flames will have the same effect on him as it would anyone else.
☼ Auden's body runs naturally hotter due to this quirk, and because of this he is prone to getting sick.


☼ Hero Suit (B-)
This equipment is his hero suit. It's nothing special, but a black tight-fitting under-clothing suit that he was able to make to become flame resistant with his tailoring skill. He has a cute little mask that he wears with it, just encase he wants to hide his identity. Due to the special fabric that he uses, he is able to have protection up to his rank level. [o]


☼ Tailoring (B)
Auden has a knack for making his own clothing. Perhaps it's due to the fact that he works in the modeling agency, or maybe it was all the times he would have to repair his tattered clothing when he was younger and unable to buy new ones. Either way he has worked tirelessly to figure out the correct materials and fabrics to use to be able to make fire-resistant clothing.

This is Auden's preferred way of movement, both in fighting and otherwise. He likes to be able to use his surroundings to his advantage, and to make sure that he stays as a moving target for those that are trying to go toe to toe with him.

PERSONALITY

Auden's attitude about life is to live it to the fullest. He wants to experience what life has to offer, but also isn't naive about the way that the world works around him. He's worked hard to get where he is right now, and is grateful for the people that have helped him along the way. Auden is flirty to a core, and whether that is due to trauma or a true enjoyment Auden will never say. He does his best to make others around him feel valued and important, usually putting their feelings and wants above his own if he is close to him. He gives people chances that others would perhaps ignore, and tries to listen to people about their struggles. He seeps confidence, and tries to lift others around him because of it. If you cross him however, he won't stop until you regret ever crossing his path.

Usually he will have half of it tied up to keep it out of his face, but he will come up with good ways to make it work for him. Otherwise, his red eyes make his gaze lethal, seemingly glowing on their own.

If neither are to his liking, he can "spawn" them in in order to keep his quirked appearance less obvious. They can envelop himself or another person if needed, but they don't provide much protection and mostly act as a privacy barrier. For his hero suit, he wears a simple mask and a tight-fitting outfit.
