Still unsure as to what she could actually trust in this space, and without her usual detailed analytical ability she had to rely on just her instinct. Her instincts, now that her thoughts were clear, drove her forward. Hesitating for a moment upon freeing The Queen's captor, she ultimately decided they didn't really have a choice and landed in the cage next to the key holder "If what you're saying is true then I'll take the key to the others" she'd hold open her hand to take the key if the key holder was willing to part with it and assuming they did she would attempt to flag both Lonewolf and Kei down.

Waiting on someone else meant one thing for Iphi: running scenarios in her head. For most people, a minute or so would be enough for maybe 1-2 scenarios but in her case she had ran about 50. All of them contingent on whether Mark would be able to handle himself or even handle taking point. She knew from his profile at UAU that he was a good shot but not much else. The quirks they had weren't exactly flashy or traditionally useful, but Iphi had an idea of what to do.

"You'll have plenty of chances to give us all the information we need about suppliers." she said to the mans fearful plea. There was always a bigger fish so to speak and this man would lead them to it. "We're gonna to have to temporarily split up. I believe if this man has already been captured then he becomes a liability. There's a high chance that if they're unable to dispose of us they'll try for him." Iphi would move past the table and point in the direction of the front "Side Entrance, I'll keep them busy at the front. More will likely flank to my position, but I'll be fine." she would walk to the front and activate the inverse curtain making a barrier behind her and one in front before she'd open the front door to be greeted by a few gunmen. Taking some pot shots, she'd dive under cover, putting her brain power to work, making sure she didn't mess up the timing of her own shots. As for the easiest way to do that?

Iphi was entirely focused on the unconscious Sadako, effectively crippled by her loss of High Spec due to it being a mutation quirk that she relied on constantly. In her mind, it was just her and her best friend who were clearly hurt by the Blackwhip having gotten Sean out of the way, and for her, this meant that one of the other two could handle it. She'd shake her once again after she was nonresponsive.

She was so happy to see her open her eyes that, unlike the person she had always been, she didn't realize something was off at first, and when she did, it was too late. The hands extending from Sadako's body immediately had her in their grasp and her relief turned to shock. Her shock at the situation had completely stunned her, putting her entirely at the mercy of Fauxdako.

The shock would turn to frustration, and then anger as she came to grips with being duped so easily. Her original quirk may have been a burden, but it wouldn't have let her be caught off guard by this. Energy would shoot out of her at the highest peak possible this time instead of lashing out wildly it would shoot skywards, the cloud of energy tendrils casting a shadow over the rest of the forest. Energy would rip through the hands and Sadako as well with Iphi being doubled over. Whether it was emotionally or physical she was clearly in a lot of pain. Unable to cage her emotions as they were running wild.

Iphi's eyes would narrow as she listened to the criminal prattle on. The usual threats that every criminal would say when they were caught. She'd heard it hundreds of times before and could remember them all. She'd place her palm on the table as she stood up with a very unamused look on her face. "I think I've been doing this long enough that I can handle a few of your 'boys'." clearly, she wasn't messing around anymore. "Unfortunately, I'm always ready to call for backup; probably the only thing we have in common, except our backup has a bit more firepower."

She would wave Mark away when he offered her his gun. "Keep it. I brought my own gear." With her Pneumatic Cannon and Inverse Curtain both being hand devices, it was easy enough to conceal them when undercover or even off duty. Well, if Iphi ever believed she could be off duty that was. Still, it paid off in situations like this as she pulled out both devices from her back pocket and equipped them both, calibrating the more offensively oriented of the two in the process. "Might not look like much to you, but believe me, you don't want to be on the receiving end of this, so I suggest you stand down." She would give a very low power demonstration as a 'bullet' of wind would shoot past the man's face, just close enough that he could feel the force of it but not enough to do any actual damage. She would then readjust it so it was at a level where a shot would be the equivalent of a 'stun round' you'd find in most science fiction novels when applicable. "This is about as much excitement as I'd like on a day off." Mark wasn't so bad, but Iphi was still wary, given their last inappropriate interaction. "You take point. I can adapt to any changes in the plan." She was plenty used to working with a partner, and if Mark knew anything about her, he would recognize this.

Like all the others, Iphi's trip was instant. One moment, she was working at the Unity Festival and had, just moments prior to her transportation to the Dream World, heard the very first cases of quirks being swapped around, and then...nothing.[break][break]

From her spot in the clearing, she would open her eyes and sit up, taking in her new surroundings. It would be easy for someone with a galaxy-sized brain like hers to deal with this new reality. All she had to do was wait a minute. Why did she feel so slow? It felt like her thoughts were moving in slow motion, even when she tried to pull from her well of memories to try and find literally anything that could enlighten her. [break][break]

Then came a sharp pain in her skull that resulted in her briefly slumping over as the last vestiges of her enhanced intellect...the last remainder of her genius...the uh...the leftovers of her brain? No, no, that didn't seem right. Either way, she had changed, and without the world's weight on her shoulders, she felt free. The situation hadn't improved, but she had changed and felt lighter for the first time she could remember.

She had no more time to take all this in as she looked around and realized she wasn't alone. By chance, she ended up with a lot of familiar faces, except...why was Meika a rabbit? At the very least, she wasn't the only teacher here, and Kei wasn't exactly a new student. Together, she was certain they could figure out a plan to get back to the festival. The only thing was that they didn't need to go far, with the appearance of a freaky-looking cat who was 'kind' enough to give them some insight. Whether they could trust him or not wasn't what was on her mind; without the extra analytical part of her brain, she had one question: "Uh, who is Alice?" she'd look around and point at every one of them before she ended up back to herself "No one here is named Alice but- are you listening?" another first as her temper flared up, who the hell did this catman think he or it was?

Just as quickly as it appeared when the world needed him most, he vanished. Iphi's shoulders slumped as she sighed heavily. Things were never easy, were they? "Okay, game plan! Dunno what the heck is going on, but we can figure this out together. I definitely lost my quirk, so I'm pretty sure I can't even use my own gear." Why did she make her equipment so complicated? Big regrets at the moment. "Forest seems to be our only option even with those freaky hands. So we'll just go over the—!" As she pointed towards the forest, a neon pink tendril would extend from her finger and shoot towards one of the longer hands, which then pulled her towards it like a bungee cord. She had managed to avoid the hands coming from below, but there were much bigger problems at hand[break][break]

tl;dr Iphi has a moment when she comes to terms with her intelligence being gone, listens to but questions the cat creature, addresses the group since she's met all of them before, accidental quirk activation (Blackwhip) saves her from the hands from below but is now sending her flying towards one of the larger hands.

Putting on an act may have been part of the job, but this role wasn't particularly fun for Iphi. It didn't challenge her in the same way that going undercover usually did, probably because she was a bit player. Not that that was Mark's fault, as it was his case and his contact, but anything else would have been too suspicious. Still, when the act was coming to a close Iphi's shoulders slumped and she sighed. Her feigned soft expression would change back to her normal neutral one.

"Of course. Not a full kit, but for something small like this, what I have will do." she'd pull a small kit from her back pocket, pulling out a metal extendable wand to slide the gun closer to herself, not wanting to contaminate it with her fingerprints. From there, she'd pull out the small brush and dust the surface with a powder solution before applying adhesive tape to pull a few fingerprints. Tweezers from her keys would lift the tape and put them into secure bags that she would put away. "Anything else?"
