"No unnecessary chatter. We're here to get a job done, not tell life stories." She had hoped there would be at least one like-minded person here, but so far, it seemed like she was wrong. Still, it didn't stop her from moving forward. She would freeze the space around her forming a dome to keep herself from being impaled by the sharp appendages, freezing any that lingered too long. From her safe zone, after observing the actions of everyone else there, she focused on blocking the escape. Concentrating for a moment, she would begin to build an ice wall about a dozen feet behind Scylla and then attempt to reinforce it once it was fully built. There was a chance that Scylla would try to smash through this, and if she did, Ylva was prepared to fully immobilize her, leaving her neck exposed, of course, as she didn't want to get in trouble.[break][break]

tl;dr Ylva creates a dome around herself to stop the tentacles from striking her. She then makes an ice wall about a dozen feet behind Scylla to block any escape route and continues reinforcing it if she or the machines try to smash through.

[attr="class","nikki109"]Ylva being the type to only participate in group activities out of necessity could actually get onboard with this one. To capture a criminal before they could escape was a perfect match for her quirk and her preferred method of combat. This guy she was with though? Another weirdo, why was it that there were so many ridiculously out there people on this campus? It was nothing like that at Shiketsu, she missed that place. [break][break]

Silently following she was already hard at work trying to map out her surroundings with her quirk. Team F, as Yuki Onna called it, was going to consist of 4 people. The other two were going to converge on their location sooner and than later and Ylva was ready. She wouldn't respond to anything Michael, Jouma, or Elijah would say but she did make an internal note that Elijah made the most sense out of all of them. What kind of dumbass would try to give her mercy in this situation? The Gorgon was playing a part and so would she.[break][break]

"No talking." she'd say aloud, eyes focused on Scylla's assault. She would extend her quirk to the area in front of her freezing the tendrils as they came at her and using them as a medium she would continue to freeze them gradually on their way back to Scylla. If that wasn't enough she'd utter a loud "Move." to Michael as she used her other hand in an attempt to freeze Scylla's head. Not even the functionally immortal, like the Mummy, could survive being cut off from oxygen. If this fishbowl was successful she could end the exercise in one go.[break][break]

tldr; Ylva doesn't say much about the plan, moves with the group and uses her quirk to freeze the tendrils aimed at her, continuing to do so as the ice creeps up towards Hebiru. She uses her free hand to try and encase Hebiru's head in ice, similar to a fishbowl, to deprive her of oxygen.

She wasn't exactly the type to find something like this interesting at least not normally, but perhaps it was her experience with a new quirk or that this creature looked similar to her lost friend.[break][break]

The eel would wait patiently until the food fell within its range so it could dart out and grab a few bites. It was fast, so fast that Ylva watched unblinking, afraid that she would miss it. She did hear everything that Elias had to say, she just didn't have anything important to add. In her eyes, none of this was of consequence to her, and the chances she'd run into this stranger were slim. "It's fine." she would pull her bandaged hand away from the glass and seeing that the feeding was over she decided she would make her leave "Bye." she hadn't asked for his name or even looked at him during this whole time. Whoever he was he asked more questions than Ylva usually liked, more than zero.[break][break]

If it really was waiting for a meal it was probably going to wait for a while, the staff seemed a bit shaken up over the events of the last few days, and who knows if any of them were just too injured to work. Even the school nurse barely gave her a pass on resting and taking care of her injuries, and this was only because Ylva resisted so much.[break][break]

"He'll be waiting for a while then. He's moving around a lot down there." She could honestly appreciate someone who knew how to be straightforward and to the point. Hell, if she had to deal with something this was much better than the alternative. Someone like Khepri or Andy? Yuck. "Ironic if true, he doesn't like people and yet forced to interact with everyone against his will." Was she talking about herself? Or the eel? Who could say at this point. [break][break]
