Khenbish Donova, who almost exclusively addresses herself by and responds to "Donova" alone, wishes to carve something out for herself. A space where she can walk and do as she pleases, to exist where can so choose to be whenever the world seems just too heavy to carry. And maybe, if she was to be so greedy, a place where people don't need to bring the rest of the world in; they can drop their burdens, too, and in that little space where the rest of the world doesn't exist, simply be like the sun.

But for now, she is limited to her mind. She can only be so much as she is allowed to be, and she may only occupy the space where she's been allowed to rest. Everywhere else, she must be there to work or progress. She can only bring in so much from her mind to them, and at times — maybe too often — she only wants to bring enough. Or maybe, as she thinks sometimes, she only chooses to not bring any more than she needs; she isn't sure how much of it is hers, or if more and more parts of her are things she shouldn't bring up.

But some people, she finds, understand that better than most. And sometimes, it's easier if she doesn't have to be everything she's ever been — but it would still be nice to have times to be like that. She doesn't need to say all the things up there, and she doesn't need everyone to ask for them, but she'd like it if things were easier to say, even if just by a little. It'd be so much easier if she didn't need to justify being any sort of way.

Regardless, she holds her demeanor firm. Calmer, often unshifting, and continues quietly where her mind is lost somewhere else. While she watches the world, she tries to make something of it. Meaning, understanding — anything at all. Most frustratingly, it doesn't seem to work as she imagines it should. Complex for the sake of complex, redundant for the sake of redundancy, or as shallow as can be. How much is it worth to bring out these ideas to these sorts? Would they even get it? Is that arrogant of her to think? Would they understand her better than she could understand them?

Though some of her strength and form may have been eaten away, both by the fires that scarred her body and the atrophy of the following recovery, her figure still retains the shape of the years etched into it by focused, practical training. And as part of her continued recovery, she continues to train upon that still-held foundation, treating herself much like her tools and the practice thereof; carefully, but dutifully. Intensely, but properly. No one else is going to take care of her, and no one is going to go out of their way to train her, so she must ensure it gets done on her own.

And just like her weapons, she prefers her appearance to be practical. As such, her normal lacks in eye-catching colors, and, as a whole, generally strays away from dressing in ways that may impede her movement. Nothing too tight, nothing too loose; everything that needs to be kept on will do so, and everything nonessential can easily be thrown to the side, with the latter group housing her predominant, stylistic desire:

Jackets. Jackets of red, vibrant hues of leather and patches; jackets of green and black flannel over a woolen interior; deep blue pullovers that hugged her arms just right — anything and everything she can adorn her upper half with, she will almost certainly add it to her collection. She adores the mixture of style, utility, and expression that comes with them. Even if she dresses in black, high-waisted jeans and a white undershirt, it's practically guaranteed that she has a jacket over it and open at the front.

This doesn't, however, have to do with the scars covering her arms, or even her upper body as a whole. Though she loves her collection — so much to regard it as a collection herself — she doesn't use them to hide her form away. Even amongst strangers and the general public, she has little hesitation when it comes to showing her skin or a lingering fear of hiding it away. If anything, she finds more people concerned with her scars than she does herself. It isn't as though they've stopped her from caring for herself, maintaining a standard of appearance, or affecting her style of dressing beyond the excitement of getting to try fashion on for herself.

Laws created by Sovereign, like real laws, do not necessarily prevent the affected from acting against them. However, as punishment, targets that break the rules feel a sharp pain ring through their heads — like a nail being hammered into the center of the brain — with multiple infractions, as well as continuous infractions, stacking on each other. They do not cause any physical damage, however. They instead drain targets of their stamina, acting as a non-lethal way of incapacitating them without leaving permanent damage to their brains or bodies. The memory of the pain, however, is very real. Donova can sense when punishment is dealt.

Donova can summon up to 3 courts at any given time, and she can apply up to a total of 3 laws across them. When within a space shared by multiple courts, targets are affected by every rule etched into them. Laws cannot be grafted onto a court after it has already been created and must be dismissed if it is to be altered. A court does not need to have laws to be manifested, but they will still do the same checks on targets as a court with laws would do (Donova can sense when these checks are made). For the sake of appearance, the first court summoned is always marked by a tinted color of blue (including the flash in the user’s eyes), the second is the same with the color of green, and the third one is red. To call it “seeing” is a bit inaccurate, but that is generally how the human brain processes the sensation of the laws with their limited 3 color cones.[/font]

If a law fails to follow any of these 3, even if all other laws in the same court are applicable, the whole court will be dismissed.[/font]

Mimiko is hyperactive, excitable, quirky, and outgoing, often speaking and acting in non sequiturs. She warmly welcomes new faces to whoever she meets. Representing laughter and joy herself, she loves to make people smile and laugh. She also is a pretty good singer. Being hyperactive has its draw backs though. Being slightly childish by nature makes her seem immature at times. Since talking and laughing are her two most favorite things to do she and her quirk don't get along very well. Only being able to use it if she is completly silent. Anything that can use, utilize, or otherwise create any aspect of the word fun. Parties, sweets, sugar, friends, video games, ect. Pretty much if the word fun is even hinted at you can be sure that Mimiko isn't far behind. However if there is anyone or anything she dislikes sometimes. it's herself. She knows that she will have to grow up someday if she wants to be a true hero, but she fears that if she does grow up she won't be her true self and more and that scares her more than anything else in the world.

Mimiko had a pretty normal life and childhood. Her parents always cheering her up whenever she would be down, which to be fair wasn't very often. Every year they would always take her to the circus on her birthday. Mimiko would love to see the Clowns, lions, and every other act in between. It was the highlight of the year. That all stopped on her 16th birthday. It was like any other year she had gone to the circus but this time when the ringmaster came out something felt off, Mimiko and her mom could feel it. The ringmaster was different form the previous one they knew and loved, he had a sinister air among him as he stepped out into the center stage and began speaking. "Hello and Welcome to our show! I would love to start out our entertainments tonight with the main event. THE FREAK SHOW! STARRING.....ALL OF YOU!!!" In a flash fleshy tendrils lashed out from the ring leaders body and started stabbing spectators. Those that were stabbed started changing into distorted fleshy monsters. Terrified and panicking Mimiko saw one of the tendrils coming straight for her. In the last second before impacting her both her parents jump in front of it and were stabbed instead. Saying one word at the same time. "Run."
Before she could even cry for help a colorful person scooped her up and trapped her now transforming parents in a translucent red bubble. It was one of the carnival clown coming to her rescue. Leading her to safety she looked around and all the original performers were using their quirks to stop the spread and capturing those that turned. Once she was outside safe from all that was ensuing inside the big top. She tried to make sense of everything her brain was fried trying to piece together what was happenings and what was going to happen to her parents. However the clown never left her side she finally looked up at him and recognized him as her favorite from when she was younger. "Bowie". No matter what happened he never stop smiling and making sure she was ok.
After the dust had settled everyone who was affect by the quirk was taken to a special research facility where they remain til this day. With the help of some therapy and Bowie coming in to check on her from time to time. She pretty much went back to her normal way one day hoping that her parent's will return to normal.
