He looked at Stellar as she pleaded with him and for a second, it seemed like it was working, but then he shouted back, angrier than before. ''NO!! That is why they all have to die! ALL OF THEM, ALL OF YOU!'' His shouting wasn't just angry and cruel, it was vulnerable. It was the sound of someone who felt cornered, someone who was surrounded on all sides and had no choice left but to commit to the most desperate path.

Hyperventilating, his eyes shifted to Naomi who had seemingly transformed back again. This caused him to ruminate on her words. ''You really... Didn't take her?'' He looked around confused, where was he? What was he doing? ''But then... No, it has to be you.'' Otherwise what was all this for? Why try to kill so many people if it wasn't to save them all from the impending doom that would descent on Japan? He watched as the stray fire from his giant eyeball rained down, only to be stopped by that gel boy again. Gritting his teeth, he charged towards Stellar and raised his one good fist. ''I won't let you do that, Stellar!'' He roared as he got ready to attack the vulnerable hero, only to find himself getting wrapped up in Naomi's tendrils. ''No!-'' He protested, batting at and clawing at her tendrils but it was no use. He had put all his power into his ultimate attack. Speaking of which...

The giant eyeball was already shrinking before it could fire off a sea of flames. ''No!!'' He yelled again, writhing helplessly before looking back down at Naomi, staring into her eyes with his angry, confused and hurt own. Naomi would be able to see shreds of humanity in them. Bits of the person that used to be Heimdall, but something wasn't right. He wasn't a person, he was a puppet being controlled by something.

Kenta was stopping his fire rain.

Stellar was halting his ultimate.

Naomi was restraining him.

These complete strangers had come together to oppose him so deftly. He wanted to stop fighting, he didn't want any of this anymore. Tears rolled down his cheeks as he tried to fight it, his body trembling as he uttered a weak, wordless. ''Help... Me...'' before the something that was controlling him took hold again. There was only one way left for him to win this fight.

''ARE YOU LOOKING?'' He raised his voice again, sounding just as fanatic and insane as before as he turned his gaze to the skies. ''WITNESS MY SACRIFICE AND LOOK FOR HER IN MY STEAD, FIND HER, SAVE TAKAKO! I OFFER YOU MY LIFE IN RETURN!'' The giant fiery eyeball began to burn brighter. Even though it wasn't nearly as big as when he had first formed it, it was still rearing to fire. ''MY LIFE BELONGS TO YOU, PSYCHONAUT!'' He was panting, looking back down at the ragtag trio. ''Let this be a lesson to you.'' The fire in the sky roared as it grew blindingly bright.

''No one can stop Ragnarök.''

Slamming down onto the ground, fire consumed and engulfed everyone that got caught in the blast radius. This was Heimdall's Final Impact. However, the fire wasn't as strong as it could have been and while it hurt, it was clearly also weak, much weaker than any individual fireball he had launched at them. Its strength came from the fact that it was all encompassing, meaning their entire bodies were getting hit by the flames rather than just one spot. However, the fire soon passed, almost so fast that if you blinked you might have missed it. Weak and out of power, Heimdall would remain in Naomi's clutches unless she let go.

''You...''

He looked up at Stellar, Naomi and Kenta.

''...Why do you fight?''

Does Heimdall get to live or die?

The Fall

TL;DR:
- Heimdall continues to protest Stellar and Naomi's attempts to reach him, but grows confused for a moment when they manage to break through whatever is controlling him
- Kenta successfully blocks the fiery rain, and thanks to both Stellar's power output and Naomi restraining Heimdall, his ultimate grows weaker before it can hit the ground, making it much more survivable
- For a moment the control over Heimdall breaks completely, he begs Naomi for help, but gets taken over again and dedicates his life and this sacrifice to someone named Psychonaut
- In the aftermath, beaten and exhausted, Heimdall asks why the three fight
- Does Heimdall get to live or die? It is up to you and your choices!

''You fool...'' He grinned as Olivia dove into the shadows and disappeared into his inner dimension. ''You left the hero here to die, alone.'' And Olivia wouldn't be much better off. A weakling who relied on gadgets wasn't going to add much to his overall strength buff, but she had a better chance of surviving if she had stayed out here in the open, rather than go inside where his automatic shadow clone would show no mercy to intruders.

Last opponent? That's rich. Vox wasn't nearly trained enough to be a match for him, especially not in his Apocalypse State. This boy was too inexperienced, too green. After 15 years of being a pro hero, maybe he would stand a chance. Done in by one attack, that was how this was going to go. Only, as he was sailing down towards Ryota at the end of his arc, something unexpected happened. Where he would have normally landed with a satisfying crash, the building didn't crumble under him at all. Rather it... Stretched.

And then it sent him flying back up again! ''RAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah-'' His anger was loud, but grew faint and distant as he was successfully sent flying into the air, flailing as he tried to regain his balance. ''You're DEAD!'' He growled, manifesting his shadow whip once more, this time wrapping it around the tree Ryota was holding onto so he could change directions and send himself flying towards the hero. ''I hope for your sake you have more tricks up your sleeve and that isn't just a normal sword!'' The vigilante grinned menacingly. Just when the hero thought he had a moment's reprieve, Hati punched the air as hard as he could, trying to surprise and hit Ryota with a shockwave generated from his monstrous strength alone. ''DIE, VOX!''

Meanwhile, in Hati's inner dimension.

While Hati's clone was locked into combat with Tsukiko, it failed to notice the new intruder Olivia, making it all too easy for her to land a hit on the clone, which writhed in pain. To make matters worse for him, Hati had vastly underestimated Tsukiko and how far she had come in the last years since they saw each other, as she was able to keep up with the clone. Alone either of the women might have struggled because they were both getting their strength drained, but together? There chances were a lot better.

''Hiyaah!'' Megumi, the hacker that had sent out the initial signal to the three kicked the Hati clone on the back of his leg, doing virtually no damage. ''Aaaah, AAAAH SORRY I'M SO SORRY!'' She pleaded, holding up her hands with tears in her eyes. The strikes from Tsukiko connected too, leaving the clone wounded. It wouldn't take much more to defeat it. In a desperate attempt to take the invaders out before it, itself went down, the clone grew a new arm and another meat cleaver to execute a spin attack, trying to cut all three women at the same time.

Back out on the island the fog in Hati's mind was slowly starting to fade as he came to his senses. ''I'm...'' He looked at Ryota, then at his surroundings. ''Where am I? What am I doing?'' Something was trying to gain control of him again, but he stopped his advance on Ryota to try and resist it. ''WHAT ARE YOU? WHAT ARE YOU MAKING ME DO?!'' He was hyperventilating, losing his breath as he put his hands up to his head. Feeling a sharp pain tear through his body he roared up at the sky in agony. His shadow was being hurt, and it was losing. ''This isn't...'' Hati lost his footing, spitting blood onto the ground. ''Hero... Vox...'' He reached out towards Ryota, begging him. Somehow, through his strong force of will alone, Hati was beating the effect he had been put under. ''Help me...''

''I've hurt so many people I never meant to...'' He let out another scream as the pain tore through him. Suddenly, shadow tendrils shot out of his back and towards Ryota, trying to lash out at him to keep him away from Hati.

The Moon

TL;DR:
- Hati mocks Olivia's choice to go into the shadows
- Hati gets sent flying by bouncy elastic haha funny
- Hati retaliates with a shockwave punch against Ryota
- Inside of Hati, the shadow clone gets cut by Tsukiko, Olivia and takes a kick to the back from Megumi
- The shadow clone is wounded, but tries to take the three women out with a desperate final attack
- Real Hati is feeling Real Pain from the fight he's losing inside of him
- Real Hati is regaining his sense of self and realizing what he is being made to do, however he is still struggling against the thing that is controlling him
- Hati begs Ryota for help, but his quirk lashes out at him at the same time

''Noo Wendy!!'' Bugger cried as Surtr attacked her. However, just as it looked like she was about to be squished, Wendy swelled and grew dramatically, making the tree Surtr was using as a club bounce off her completely and fly back into his own face, causing him to stagger backwards with a small. ''Ow!'' Rubbing his forehead he glared down at the pink-haired menace. Here he thought she was completely defenseless. Had he underestimated these little shits? Surely not! Surtr was never wrong, he was always right about everything! Surtr number one, UAU students are all losers!! ''W-Wendy, how?'' Bugger asked in disbelief, just as shocked as the deranged vigilante they were fighting.

Oh well, at least with Khepri dead all he had to do was catch Jack. If only it was that simple. Looking over at Khepri his expression further soured when they pulled out a frying pan. ''YOUR WHAT?! WHAT ARE YOU, A CARTOON CHARACTER??'' Oh, and his tree toss missed Jack too, and now the little bastard was taunting him again. It was like the students weren't taking him seriously at all! Just running a competition to see who could piss him off the most. Kids these days! ''I'LL SHOW YOU GRAVITY, YOU RUNT! AT LEAST MY QUIRK IS A TRANSFORMATION TYPE, BET YOU LOOK LIKE THAT ALL DAY, EVERY DAY, MUTANT!'' Surtr was clearly getting flustered at the fact that crushing these newbies wasn't as easy as he had expected. For him to grow to 20 feet and still not be pulling a decisive victory... What a disgrace!

''Stop getting hit?'' He repeated Khepri's words, grinning menacingly at them. ''Oh, you don't like that do ya? Sure would be terrible if I told ya I could grow even taller!'' He balled his hands into fists and started punching himself again, this time staggering and actually taking damage from each hit. It was hard to tell due to the sheer defensive power of his quirk, but Surtr was getting more tired.

He had also, however, now grown from 20 to 40 feet tall.

Spitting out a bit of blood Surtr raised his arms above his head and cackled so loudly that the trees of the forest shook. ''SO THAT'S IT! WENDY AND JACK ORION, HUH? I'LL REMEMBER YOUR NAMES!'' He turned his gaze towards Khepri. ''MAYBE YOU'LL SAY THE NAME OF THE CAT HERE IF I KILL THEM FIRST!'' He raised his foot and tried to stomp on Khepri then and there. Rather than check whether he even got the little catbug he immediately turned his attention to Wendy and... Where did the lizard go? ''TAKE THIS, YOU FREAK!'' He roared at Wendy as he threw a fist her way, attempting to overpower her clay quirk.

''YOU'RE MAKING THIS A REAL PAIN ON ME, BUT YOU GAVE ME AN IDEA!'' He squatted down, bending his knees as he barred his fangs in a smile. ''I'LL KILL YOU ALL WITH ONE ATTACK, MY ULTIMATE MOVE!'' The ground trembled and shook violently as Surtr jumped high up into the sky, almost as if he was as light as a feather and that was despite the fact that he clearly weighed a lot in his growing form. ''YOU'VE PUSHED MY BUTTONS, SO NOW I'LL TEAR THIS ISLAND ASUNDER!'' Diving head first he lead his all-or-nothing dive with his fist.

''RAGING ABYSS: EXTERMINATE!!''

With little time to react, what would the students do? Take cover while sticking to their plan, try to mitigate the damage of his attack at their own expense, or be too slow to react and get caught in the ensuing blast?

The Void

TL;DR:
- Surtr is getting increasingly exasperated with everyone managing to survive his attacks
- Jack gets on his nerves so badly that he calls him a mutant (derogatory)
- Surtr grows from 20 to 40 feet tall
- Surtr revels in knowing Wendy and Jack Orion's names, tries to stomp on Khepri to kill them and get the others to scream their name too
- Surtr tries to punch Wendy and calls her a freak
- Surtr didn't see where in the shrine Jack went due to his size increase
- Surtr decides to go all-or-nothing on his next attack, unleashing his ultimate move, Raging Abyss: Exterminate, by jumping up into the air and using his massive size to slam down on the island, threatening to destroy everything and everyone
- Will the students take cover, stay in the impact zone, or try to mitigate the damage? The fight is nearing its conclusion and if they can weather their storm their plan just might work out...

Only teamwork of the highest caliber could hope to stand a chance against Sköll and his Puppet Army. That meant his victory was all but assured. After all, these three seemed to be strangers, and even in life or death situations he had never seen strangers come together to save each other. All people cared about was saving their own skin.

Even now, while Kirara sought to help Rem, the two of them could do nothing to stop him. Farrin was clearly doing his own thing, which meant it would be all too easy to cut them all down.

Only... That's not what was happening at all.

Although Sköll was incapable of showing emotions, he was projecting the closest thing he could to an angry glare as Farrin decided to engage him again. ''I'll kill you.'' Sköll said coldly as Farrin called him out to his allies. Wait, called him out? Sköll flinched as Farrin's jab connected, only just yanking his blade arm out of Farrin as he attempted to dodge the incendiary round. He was fast, but not fast enough to escape unscathed as half of him was engulfed in the ensuing flames. Not that he was going to let that stop him. He was about to take a fatal swing at the time turner when he froze up again.

That damned eye quirk guy... He was starting to see the whole picture now. Farrin was fighting him up close, Rem was holding him in place and Kirara was protecting him from his clones. Speaking of, her metal ball blast sent several of them clattering to the ground in bits and pieces, but more took their place. Sköll could feel himself growing weaker and weaker. This fight had become a race against time. ''Kill them! Kill them all!'' He called out, unable to move, but he could try to have as many clones rush his opponents as possible. Five clones would descend on Farrin and try to stab him from behind, while another 30 zoned in on Rem and Kirara, specifically trying to interrupt Rem's stunning eyes.

With the battle reaching its climax, the trio would be left with a choice.

In the aftermath of the fight all the puppets would fall apart on their own, as if they were disconnected from some kind of main network. Just as things were starting to settle down, a voice broke through the silence. ''Fear not, it is I, Don Candle, I have arrived on the scene!'' Surfing in on a small tidal wave of liquid candle, professional hero Don Candle posed dramatically as he rode into battle alongside the soldiers that had been on the helicopter with him. ''Don Candle, sir. It looks like someone beat us to it.'' Whispered one of the soldiers. ''What?! Impossible! Who could possess such talent, such power? I simply must meet them!'' Hopping off the tidal wave he went to greet the group, assuming no one had tried to slip away unnoticed. Whether he was there to collect a dead body or capture Sköll in the name of the Heroes Association, Don Candle would sincerely thank the trio for having put up such a valiant fight against one of the Ragnarockers.

The Sun

TL;DR:
- Sköll does not expect the trio to come together and work as a team.
- He is hit by Farrin and only partially avoids the incendiary round, but gets stunned by Rem before he can try to kill Farrin.
- Kirara manages to keep Rem save for now, but more clones are closing in on them, hellbent on stopping Rem's quirk.
- More clones to try sneak up on Farrin to stab him in the back.
- You must make a choice. Does Sköll live or does he die?
- Don Candle shows up! Him and the soldiers survived the helicopter crash!
