The Captain couldn't help but smile, feeling a little more reassured knowing Noa was a hero student. ''To tell you the truth, Miss Noa, I am no hero, and I don't have a quirk license, but during moments of crisis I am allowed to use my quirk to save lives.'' It was almost like The Stars aligned in this very moment, a hero student who had experience using her quirk, a quirk that just so involved water, and the Captain possessing a quirk that could help save the people onboard from being dragged into the deep. ''In short, this is my plan...'' While she explained what she wanted to do once they reached the deck, Roy was busy taking notes in the background, this was going to make for one hell of a news story if they all made it out alive!

Assuming that May was all but gone from the fight, Jörmungandr had turned all her attention to Elias and bringing him, and everyone on the boat down together. She was so close to sinking them and yet, this ant continued to get in her way. Not to mention, what was going on below deck? She had already sent several attacks down there, and her locust puppet should have been able to tear the lower half of the ship apart several minutes ago by now. Did she miss something? This was a normal civilian ferry, was there more than two powerful people onboard? She sneered when Elias talked back to her, hellbent on crushing him before he could let out anymore sass.

As Elias's Death Parade hit, blood rained onto the deck of the ferry as it cut through her body, but the vigilante laughed through all of it, cackling like she had gone mad, like the pain didn't even affect her although she was clearly moving slower than before. ''You left yourself wide open, you fool! Was it worth it? Was it worth it to throw your puny attack?!'' She opened her maw once again, readying another blast of destructive locusts that would for sure hit Elias now that he was in midair. ''You will suffer a death far worse than mine!!'' Her attack might have hit too, if it wasn't for May's sudden arrow that had gone unseen in her blind spot. Slamming into her right after Elias's devastating attack, the two moves back to back was enough to send her reeling, screaming out in agony as her blast fired up into the sky, completely missing the mark by a wide margin.

''Now!!'' The Captain burst forth, hopefully with Noa in tow. ''Great job everybody! The boat is sinking so we are going to have to abandon ship, I ask that you all stay calm and cooperate to the best of your ability! Authorities have already been notified.'' Turning towards the sea, the Captain looked over her shoulder at Noa. ''Miss Noa, the time is now.'' Stretching her arms out, she activated her emitter quirk, manifesting little round balloons that would inflate themselves until they turned into orange, rubber lifeboats. Unfortunately she couldn't conjure up oars to go with them, but hopefully with the help of someone who could control water, Noa could help them sail the last stretch of the way towards the island. ''Form a line everyone! We'll lower you in one at a time.''

It was about time to evacuate, and as everyone was getting into the boats, Jörmungandr fell onto the ship from above, having turned back into her human form she was unconscious and laying in a pool of her own blood.

The Stars

TL;DR:
- The Captain is reassured by Noa's status as a hero student and fills her in on her plan
- Through their combined efforts, Elias and May manage to take out Jörmungandr
- The Captain and Noa make it up to the deck, where the Captain summons small rubber lifeboats with her quirk and orders that everyone evacuate and abandon ship immediately
- Jörmungandr, defeated and turned back into her human form lays on the ship unconscious. Does she get to live or die? You decide!

It took him a bit to recover from the top tier stomp Julienne and Tamaya delivered by dropping Tamaya in from above and having Julienne ram him. However, it would take more to keep the pickle-shaped dinosaur down. ''Let go! My back hurts!'' He growled, her blows didn't hurt a lot individually, but he couldn't keep fighting with a rat like her on his back. Looking at a nearby building, he got an idea. ''Dragon of the East? More like DRAGON OF THE DECEASED!!'' Fenrir laughed as he slammed back first into the building trying to squish Tamaya in the process. Sure, she was wearing armor. Sure, it hurt his back even worse than he already had, but it was also hilarious and had a chance of knocking her off of him.

Firing out more scrap, he aimed at Yaoyao and Julienne.

''POP, POP, POP, POP! BIG DAMAGE, BIG DAMAGE I WIN, BIG DAMAGE!!'' Fenrir yelled gleefully as he sprayed projectiles at his enemies without even confirming whether any of them had hit the mark or not. ''EVERYONE KNOWS YOUR ATTACK IS STRONGER IF YOU ADD SOUND EFFECTS AND SAY IT'S STRONG!'' He exclaimed confidently, giving these three amateurs a lecture before he killed them. Who knows, maybe they could shout some cool attack names back at him? Nothing as cool as Murderizer Cannon of course, but maybe halfway as cool! Not lame like Dragon of the East!

Seeing as Julienne was no longer dominating the skies, nor laughing at him, Fenrir laughed. ''HAHAHA! You're dead, you're the joke now I'm laughing!! BIG DAMAGE!!!'' Ever the optimist, he totally assumed he had killed her and she was out of the fight for good, leaving him to only deal with this armored dumbass and the rude, line-stealing shadow girl. Speaking of which...

''You?! Why are you not dead?'' What he thought was just a giant shadow quirk turned out to be more, and so much worse than that. For once, he was at the wrong side of a big maw, and as she chomped down on his face he let out muffled protests and writhed in pain. ''Mnnf!'' With the small arms he was stuck with it was impossible for him to try and hit her away, so instead he began pushing against her attack, charging forward in an attempt to shake her off his face and trample her in the process. ''That's it! NOW I'M GONNA KILL ALL OF YOU!!''

Taking cover next to Julienne was Drillbert, the young man who had tried to make his villain debut today. ''Run away with me.'' He offered her a nervous hand.

The Primordial

- Fenrir is getting absolutely clowned on
- Fenrir tries to shake off Tamaya by slamming back-first into a building
- Fenrir thinks he killed Julienne with his big damage because she's no longer flying around
- Fenrir is surprised by the way Yaoyao uses her quirk and gets bitten, but he quickly tries to fight his way out of it
- Drillbert the villain asks Julienne to run away with him
