Mira is expressive in every way, shape, and form. She loves being the center of attention, and the more people who are paying attention to her, the happier she is. If you shower her with attention, gifts, and pampering, she'll be your best friend. If you ignore her, she'll ABSOLUTELY take it personally and lash out, from throwing a tantrum to actually trying to kill you, depending on how much you offended her at any given time.
She is easily upset and can act childish when others don't cater to what she wants or try to use logic to explain why they can't. She'll frequently be seen pouting and completely ignoring them when they attempt to reconcile, even if she considers them a close friend.
Impetuous, Petty, and Immature are just a few ways to describe Mira, but if you ask her, she's a queen and royalty (citation needed), which means all the world's money belongs to her, and if she can't convince you (poorly), then she'll take it by force!

The Kyōgahakuteiken Family or more commonly called Kyō Family, has its roots dating back to feudal Japan. As a tangentially but VERY far-removed family from the Imperial family. [Author Note: They are NOT actually royalty/Nobles.] They have always been a proud people using some of their connections to stockpile generational wealth and spoil the next generation of Kyo rotten in the process.
Mira is no exception. As the 113th generation of Kyo, she was set to inherit everything and grew up as the 'Princess', making demands of everyone and anyone who came across her.
Well, until the family was dismantled and their wealth stolen by an organization that found their principles a bit too self-indulgent. With Mira as the last remaining Kyo, she turned to villainy to do what she could to regain her stolen fortune. Is it shortsighted? Sure thing but that's exactly who she is.

This works as each copied quirk counts for one of her two mechanical abilities, BUT if the quirk she's copying has multiple parts (Two Attributes, Two mechanical abilities, etc.) at the time of copying, she can only use one part of them of her choosing. If she wishes to switch that part, she would need to contact her target again [i]after[/i] dumping her old quirk.
Whenever Mira copies a quirk, she gains an intrinsic understanding of it, which for OOC purposes is the same as if she was reading the description, but this doesn't give her the nuance on [i]how[/i] the copied quirker uses their quirk or any associated skills that compliment how they use it.
The effects of the copied Quirks, save for those that physically change her body's structure, will remain active even if Mira switches out the associated Quirk. Ex. Water Generated by copying a Water-based quirk won't disappear when the quirk is swapped out/lost.

[/font]Arc is like if your gay best friend was also a crackhead that occasionally killed people for work, no biggie. He's surprisingly kind and considerate of others despite his work life, often giving 'gifts' to his friends to try and cheer them up, although some of said gifts tend to be things like pretty rocks or shiny things, much like a crow. Still, he's trying. He is very much ride-or-die and would toss his life out the window in a heartbeat to help a friend, or even a complete stranger under the right circumstances. He is especially protective of kids and women, often acting like a mother hen or brother towards them, but can be more instigative towards men. He gets a kick out of angering people he doesn't like, but is never the first to cause violence unless ordered or in defense. He hates seeing people in pain and can become distressed easily over the well-being of the people he cares about, despite the irony of how little he takes care of himself.
Beneath the surface, Arc is incredibly disturbed and despises himself. He has a major substance abuse problem as well as severe issues with disassociation. Because of this, he is often reckless and daring to-a-fault with no regard for his life. Honestly the only reason he is still alive is because Whisp won't let him choose otherwise. As a result, Arc becomes stressed quickly when he is in charge of himself and often looks to others to tell him what to do, essentially treating himself as a living weapon.
Due to his quirk and training, Arc works by the simple philosophy that he should do what makes him the most useful, regardless of personal feelings. He is a good hitman, and the way he sees it is that even if he didn't kill, someone else would. They were a target for a reason, so the least he could do is make it quick, right? However, due to his disassociation he is incredibly obedient once employed and will carry out any order he is given or die trying, even if it was to hurt someone he loved.

Arc is a handsome young man with a lean flexible body. At first glance he can appear frail due to his slim frame and grey-ish complexion, but this is a mistake to assume. In reality his muscles are toned and strong, and he works out daily to keep it so. They are simply not the weight-lifter kind of muscles for physical power, but rather the kind meant for body control that you might see on an acrobat. Assumingly due to the nature of his quirk, Arc's body is mutated slightly beyond normal. His ears are pointed and look similar to what you'd expect of an elf from fantasy, and his nails and teeth are better described as claws and fangs. Together it gives him a look that has made him rather tired of vampire jokes.
Although his clothing style is all over the place, he often looks 'punky' due to the various piercings he has on his body; Including multiple on his ears and lips, hips, and eyebrow. Besides the hip piercings which can't be removed, he tends to switch it up day to day with the other piercings, but consistently keeps at least some in his ears.

Arc grew up in northern Canada in a city riddled with crime. His parents, Dr. Alice Blackburn and Dr. Jason Blackburn, worked in a hidden clinic operated from home that catered to villains, which gave them a fair bit of protection in the underground for them and their children. As a young boy he often was the mother hen to his younger twin siblings, Church & Faith, while their parents worked in the clinic. Although his younger siblings weren't aware of this, and Arc was told never to tell them, he was actually their half-sibling. During the early days of the clinic before Alice and her husband raised their reputation, the clinic was ransacked by a Villain while Jason was out on a call. Alice was severely injured in the assault but managed to kill her attacker before he could kill her, however, they later learned that the Villain had left his own form of legacy by the assault. Being the kind of person Alice was, she kept the baby despite Jason being strongly against it, and that was how Arc came to be.
Because of his origin, Arc had always felt an invisible wall between himself and his parents, especially Jason. Although the man had adopted him legally, Jason never treated Arc as a son besides the bare minimum to keep the peace, and keep Arc's real father a secret from their other kids. Due to this, Arc was far closer to his siblings and often simply stayed out of their parent's way, instead focusing on looking after Church and Faith.
As they grew older, Arc began to hear whispers in his head that slowly grew louder as the years went on. By the time he was twelve, the voice had influenced him into seeking escape from his parent's looks by running with a rather bad crowd. When he wasn't caring for his younger siblings, he was often out in the city getting into dangerous situations to distract himself. However, looking back now is painful for him because of what happened while he was avoiding his family, and the choices he made without realizing the consequences.
When his little sister began to practice with her quirk, a dangerous ability able to change the properties of her own blood, Arc knew about it. He had caught her in the act early on, but buckled when she bagged him to stay quiet. He had thought if Church had learned to do it, surely as his twin Faith could too, so instead of reporting her to their parents he helped her as much as he could and offered her support, but it had been the wrong call.
When Arc was seventeen, he came home to a scene that still haunts him to this day. He had been approaching the back door of their building when the screams began, and almost immediately Arc's blood ran cold as he recognized Faith's voice. But as he rushed into their home the sight that waited for him froze him in his tracks. At first Arc thought Faith was having some kind of fit, Church was sitting on the floor holding onto her in his lap as she screamed and thrashed, but as Arc quickly moved closer he noticed the morbid injuries slowly spreading over Faith and had a horrific realization of what was happening to her. [i][font color="#9f0202"]~You should have told them what she was doing.~[/font][/i] That single whisper in his mind broke a part of Arc, and for a moment all he could do was drop to his knees beside them...
At some point, Arc became aware that the screaming had changed. When he snapped out of it, he realized Faith was no longer screaming. The scream was [i]Church[/i]. Arc wasn't sure if Church's screaming was from the trauma or the pain from Faith's acid, but the moment his eyes caught the burns on Church's chest, Arc was consumed by a wave of absolute panic. No! Immediately he was moving, wrenching Church away from the remains of their sister and dragging his hysterical brother into the bathroom to drench with water in the bathtub. Arc knew little of chemicals, but due to his mother and sibling's quirks, he [i]had[/i] been told safety measures for them. The knowledge had been worthless in Faith's situation, but with Church he knew what to do and absolutely [i]refused[/i] to loose both of them. That night their parents came home to the scene and found the brothers both unconscious in the bathroom, Church severely burned across his torso but stable in the bathtub, and Arc collapsed on the floor with similar burns over his arms.
After they lost Faith, Arc pulled away from his family and tried to escape the guilt by throwing himself into his hidden night-life. He began to take drugs and drink to forget, and soon became involved with a Villain named Slater that he worked for to make money for his vices. What started as running drugs quickly escalated as Slater realized Arc's potential as a killer, and through manipulation and drugs, he soon had Arc on a leash. Over the next three years Arc was put through hell in the form of training to become the perfect pawn, both physically and mentally, and all of this he hid from his family. Between the drugs and Whisp's influence, Arc had become unpredictable at home and developed a hair-pin temper with Church. Not because he ever hated his little brother, but because every time he looked at him he was reminded of Faith, and how he had failed as an older brother. Overwhelmed, he sometimes lost control and came to blows with his brother, often leading to serious injuries on both sides. Suffice it to say, this did little to help Arc's negative view of himself, but he thought it fitting that Church had grown to hate him.
As Arc's training with Slater was coming to an end, Arc opened the back door of their home one night to find his Boss standing in the doorway. Although he wasn't aware of it at the time, and might have slammed the door shut had he known, this was the beginning of the second worst night of his life. As Arc hesitated at the door in surprise, Slater walked into the home as if it were his own, and when Arc's parents reacted in surprise to the sudden appearance of a man in their Livingroom, Slater trained a gun on the two of them and casually ordered Arc to kill his own parents in order to pass his final initiation. Arc and his parents had never been close. Frankly he had half a mind that they both hated him, but the moment Slater spoke the words, Arc visibly recoiled at the idea of killing them.
[font color="#5e006e"]"Get OUT!"[/font] Arc's answer was closely followed by the sound of two gunshots, the words hardly out of his mouth before Slater fired the gun and he watched both of his parents drop to the ground. [i][font color="#9f0202"]~HA! That was cruel of you to make their death pointless, moron! I bet Church is NEXT!~[/font][/i] As Whisp's voice echoed in his mind, Arc lost himself to his rage and leaped at Slater.
Despite the difference in age and experience, Arc's quirk held the advantage in the cramped space of the house he knew so well, and he quickly overpowered Slater. But, before he could kill his ex-boss, the man pulled a belt with curious orbs out from under his jacket and tossed them to the ground before immediately propelling himself out of the window with his quirk. Alarm bells went off in Arc's mind as he glanced at the orbs, and the moment he registered a soft ticking sound, his anger vanished and he bolted for the stairs. He had just reached the bottom of the stairs when all hell let loose around him. One moment he was looking up toward the second floor, and the next he was opening his eyes to a smoke-filled night sky. He sat up and looked at the ruins left of his home in a shocked numbness, feeling the last part of himself break. [font color="#9f0202"][i]~Naive. What did saying no get you? Eh?~[/i][/font]
After that night, Arc fled overseas to Japan to try and forget everything, vowing to never disobey an order again and make the same mistake.

Arc's body can continue to function without blood for up to an hour, which allows all of his blood to move temporarily outside of his body to aid him. Although it must remain rooted/connected to Arc, this extends his reach in combat drastically. Referred to by Arc as 'whisper' or 'whisp', his blood often takes the form of two bat-like wings sprouting from Arc's lower back. These 'wings' are unable to give him flight, but often act like an extra pair of arms that can stretch and change shape to aid him, allowing him a startling amount of maneuverability.
[b]QUIRK DRAWBACKS:[/b]
Although he can go awhile with the majority of his blood outside of his body, doing do repeatedly drains him quickly and negatively effects his health, which is the reason he rarely uses his quirk to it's full potential and instead has Whisp act as support. Whisp is capable of hardening itself to create blades, however any blood that has hardened can not return to Arc's body afterward, causing a risk of anemia if it is used too much in succession.
Although Arc and Whisp have formed a kind of partnership, it is nearly one-sided and Arc is often harassed or manipulated by Whisp, although not as bad as in the past. When Arc's eyes glow red, Whisp is at his highest influence.

When Kozue puts his mind toward something, he fully commits. Whether it's completing a personal project or stepping in to help someone, Kozue isn't the person to give up, often to the point where it becomes detrimental. He'll forgo food, sleep and his physical health at times in pursuit of whatever goal he's pursuing. He'll often find himself engrossed in his work and projects, with being lost in thought to the point where he is unaware of his surrounding, mumbling to himself under his breath. He's the type of person to keep to himself, which combined with his other tendencies often lead to him being perceived as anti-social. Despite this, he's friendly and kind toward folks when his attention is in their direction, cracking jokes and generally doing his best to treat people with kindness.
The main exception to his general rule of kindness is directed towards assholes who take advantage and hurt others. If he perceives someone as being mistreated and blatantly slighted, he's quick to shove his nose in, often willing to throw hands when needed. Part of him sees this, as him trying to do good for others, which isn't untrue. But what he struggles to admit to himself, is that he has a lot of anger, and when faced with people like that, he sees it as a good excuse to let it out. He wants to protect others and keep them safe, but at the same time, he can't let jerks just be jerks. He's stubborn to a fault, seeing the world very flatly from his perspective, with a real trouble in looking from another perspective. He's very much someone who struggles to focus on the big picture, preferring to direct his attention toward what is right in front of him. Overall, he feels like he has a lot to prove, which continues to drive him.
Growing up, Kozue had relied on looking on the bright side of thing. He grew up learning to love the little things in life, and the small moments. He's experienced in making the most out of anything, with culminated in his forte in engineering. Starting off by learning to fix small things around the house, it grew into a passion the more he tinkered. A sense of control he otherwise lacked in his day to day. He could engross himself in his little world, experimenting until he had created something entirely new. He began to learn at his own pace, which proved to be problematic at times as he let his other studies in school slip, which only added to the friction that was already building.
Kozue desires more than anything to become a good man. A very simple title, that holds a lot of weight for him. He'd tied this with his dreams of become a professional hero. If he can do so, then he can live a happy life protecting people and providing for his mother. For him that's the only career path he wants, ignoring any alternatives. And while he puts a lot of passion into his gadgets, he doesn't see if potential aside from benefiting his heroics. Aside from the gear he can manufacture to help himself, it's just a hobby. Once again, another result of his stubborn narrow mindset.

Kozue is a fit young man with a lean build. He's surprisingly muscular, gained through years of various brawls. His light brown shaggy hair comes down over his face that shows more Western Features than Korean, thanks to his father. His hair is a mess, with an upward tuft near the back along with long bangs that wrap around the side of his face. He can pull it up into a ponytail, but doesn't do so very often. His eyes are hazel, along with a slightly round jawline.
His style is loosely defined, with jackets become an almost constant part of his wardrobe. He much prefers comfort over style, wearing slightly looser clothes. Jeans, t-shirt, and a jacket are his go to most of the time. Given the nature of his quirk, he prefers to have the option to reveal his bare arms. Overall, Kozue keeps his outfits simple, relying mostly on casual wear to get him through the day. That being said, at night when working as a vigilante, he'll don a red sleeveless hoodie and dark jeans. He'll also have a grey homemade utility belt strapped to his waist. Along with the black tinted mask he wears to hide his identity, it's a relatively simple vigilante suit.

Kozue never knew his real father. He often tells himself that he doesn't really care, but that's untrue. His father cheated on his wife, with a woman he had met in Korea. That woman was Kozue's mother, Hana. Kozue's father was gone before the boy was even born. Kozue was born, looking just like his father, much to the chagrin of his grandparents. Hana loved her son, but as a single mother things were hard. During Kozue's early years, her parents would help with the child rearing, doing what they could to help their daughter raise her bastard son. And things went mostly well. During these early years, Kozue was encouraged by his grandparents to become a good man, to help support his mother and them by getting a good job. These expectations weren't held by his mother, but she didn't say much regarding dismissing it.
One fall afternoon, tragedy struck. A villain who was making their escape after robbing a bank, ended up causing a large car pile up along the highway. Two of these victims were Kozue's grandparents who unfortunately passed due to the injures from the accident. Hana began to work more, with it being her way of mourning the loss of her parents. She had no safety net. She had to provide for her only remaining family. Her darling son.
Kozue now entering middle school, began to mourn in his own way. Wanting to help in any way he could, he spent his time after school doing repairs around the house. What started off as minor repairs on appliances and and doorways, slowly built into a love of tinkering. Hana would often come home from work, to see her son sitting in the dining room, a random appliance in piece before him, as he had taken it apart to study how it worked. He was mostly self-taught, using the internet or the library whenever he got stuck. He felt happy in a way he hadn't before. Something he truly loved.
While in his home life, he was seemingly in a groove, his school life was a stark contrast. Being a foreigner, at least in appearance did a lot to give the other kids reason to pick on him. He did his best to fight back, but he often wasn't believed and was often outnumbered and overpowered. Kozue found himself frustrated constantly, feeling like he was walking on eggshells whenever he was at school. Whether it be online, in class or after school, Kozue was being bullied was a constant. Not wanting to worry his mother, he lied and said school was going great. No point in letting her down.
Eventually, as he entered high school, he reached a breaking point. One day while he was acting as an errand boy for one group of his bullies, he ran into one particular nasty jerk. The singular bully tripped Kozue, who hit the ground hard, spilling the drinks. As the bully laughed, Kozue snapped and began to wail on him. Not only was this bully in particular all talk, but this was a one on one. And the raging Kozue kicked the bully's ass, leaving him with a nasty burn. This lead to Kozue getting into trouble as there was clear evidence of what Kozue had done. The burn mark on the bully's chest. He was suspended for a week, before returning and finding himself isolated by his peers. Rumors swirled around, with most of which calling him a psycho. Others tried to pick of Kozue, but he swung back much harder now, leading to further isolation, as the rumors were seemingly proved true.
As they neared graduation, talk of entering the world of heroics became the most common conversations he'd hear. Kozue himself, thought the idea was glamourous, and upon graduation, and with his mother's blessing, he left Korea to head to Japan. There the goal felt obvious, to enter UAU and study to become a hero. In this day and age, that was the best job, right? You could protect people and be a celebrity. As a professional hero, he could support his mother fully, allowing her to retire early. But life wasn't that kind.
He failed the entrance exam three times. Despite now living in Japan and working part time, he always seemed to fail the entrance. While he might have had better luck if he applied for the Support Course, he insisted on the Hero track, leading to repeated rejection. It wasn't that he wasn't good, but he was average. Nothing special. Not really someone who deserved to go to the top hero school. He was just normal.
Frustrated, one night Kozue witnessed a robbery. Feeling pissed off a recent rejection, he stepped into it, acting as a hero the best he could. This event ended up shaping his trajectory. If he couldn't get into UAU, he'd become a hero on his own. And sure, that meant he would be an enemy of both villains and the government, he didn't really care. He would become a hero. He would protect people. He just didn't care about anything else.

Generally Kozue likes to be somewhat prepared, often carrying a shoulder bag with him containing odds and ends that may prove useful in his day to day. General use tools, gum, tape, notebook, pens, a deck of cards, deodorant, a charger, and a few hair ties all line his bag. He generally likes to be prepared if he can help it. Aside from his phone, keys and wallet, he also carries a pair of wired earbuds in his pockets to allow him access to his music.
When doing his vigilante work, he often carries an aluminum bat, which allows for easy heat transference and a bit more range than his fists would give him. More often than not, he has to get a new bat every few patrols, due to them ended up either melted, bent, or a combination of the two leaving it unusable.

He can also transfer said heat onto other objects, but that requires direct skin contact. Due to this natural heat, he resists ice and cold focused attacks.
[b]QUIRK DRAWBACKS:[/b] As his body is already a high temperature, he's at a higher risk of overheating, which can result in heat exhaustion if the effects are upkept for too long. For the same reasons, he susceptible to heat and fire attacks, which help pish him into overheating. To transfer heat, he needs direct skin contact, and the thinner he spreads his heat, the less hot it becomes.

Unfortunately, that wasn't the reality of the situation at all.

''Y-YOU SHOULD CHECK ON YOUR ARMORED FRIEND!'' Fenrir coughed, anything to get Yaoyao off of him. ''I TURNED HER INTO AN ARMORED PANCAKE! SHE'S DYING DEAD BIG TIME YOU KNOW!''
Wait... What was that sound? The sound of jet engines and someone yelling the word meteor. Wait, meteor?! That was like, the natural counter to dinosaurs!! He hardly had any time to protest or brace himself, he couldn't even see where Julienne was coming from thanks to Yaoyao and took the Meteor Dive at full power, his head slammed into the ground with ease and his legs buckling under the pressure as the ground cracked from the impact, kicking up a massive dust cloud in the aftermath. Once the dust settled, an ordinary bald man would be lying in the space where the fierce and fearsome Fenrir had once been. If you didn't know any better he looked like any regular civilian when he wasn't transformed.
Now, the trio was faced with a choice.

''Dadadadaaaaa!'' Drillbert called out as the slam from his artillery cannon shook the ground and took aim at Yaoyao, Julienne and Fenrir. ''I love a good happy ending, for me that is! Thank you for beating each other up you made my job much easier!'' Drillbert cackled at the top of his lungs. ''Have a taste of my ultimate weapon!!'' What a shame that Tamaya had already been killed, but oh well, Drillbert could always take credit for that later too!

Remember you have to post at least ONCE per round, but you can skip one round if you have to. A second skip will result in no rewards being given. There are going to be 4 - 5 rounds total. Make sure to communicate OOC with the people in your threads (as well as me) if you want to plan out any cool moments!

Additionally, if you want to plan a cool character moment ahead of time, like making a heroic sacrifice or setting up a team attack, but want to keep it a surprise to the other people in the thread until it happens, feel free to sneak into my DMs so we can plan out the details! This is not mandatory, but I want to make sure every character shines and looks their best during this thread!
