On a certain island in the waters surrounding Japan, all hell has broken loose.

A mysterious guy was getting into position on top of a building overlooking the main square of this island town. He grinned wildly as he took out a megaphone and shouted into it. ''Ladies and Gentleman and all those in-between!'' He pointed out at the crowd that was slowly forming and looking up at him, before striking a dramatic pose. ''You're all going to die here, because today you will witness the magnificent debut of Japan's next top villain! Behold, Drillbert the Cannoneer!'' Drillbert touched his palm against the top of the roof and summoned a giant artillery cannon out of the blue. ''I've been training for months for this moment! This cannon is my ultimate technique, and with it I will conquer the world!'' Panic started to spread among the crowd as some people ran away while others stood there in stunned silence.

Then the ground shook violently, but only for a couple seconds. Then again, and again.

''...What was that? You tellin' me the heroes are here already?'' Drillbert let out a nervous laugh. ''Bring it on! I'm not afraid!''

A 30 foot tall monstrosity, resembling a dinosaur more than anything burst out of the ground, letting out a deafening roar as it took to the surface and smashed the building the villain was standing on to pieces. ''SO HUNGRY!'' The dinosaur, also known as the vigilante, Fenrir, turned his attention to Drillbert immediately, causing the villain to panic. ''Who are you? Stay away from me!'' Fenrir unhinged his jaws, before clamping them down on the artillery cannon, swallowing it in mere seconds. ''My ultimate weapon!'' Cried Drillbert, before being swatted out of the way by Fenrir's tail.

''It's not enough, need more...'' Whined Fenrir, turning its gaze on the crowd of people, but specifically three of them caught it's eye. Yaoyao, Julienne and Tamaya. ''Need... Meat... Blood... Eat people, I must eat people.'' The vigilante started salivating. Those who were especially keen might be able to tell that there was something off, about him, despite his gigantic transformation. Something about the look in his eyes were distant, as if he wasn't all there. ''...And I'll start with you!!'' He roared before charging at the trio, trying to trample them all at once with his massive size and weight.

Fenrir the Voracity. Out of all the Ragnarockers, he was by far the most ruthless.

The Primordial

TL;DR:
- The villain Drillbert is looking to make his villain debut by firing on citizens using an artillery cannon created by his quirk
- Fenrir, one of the Ragnarockers and a 30 foot tall vigilante dinosaur transformation quirk user emerges from the ground and eats the cannon
- Fenrir, still hungry for more turns to the trio of Yaoyao, Julienne and Tamaya and attempts to trample them

The ferry sailing from mainland Japan to the island was normally packed this time of year, but due to the sudden chaos caused by the Ragnarockers and the still present fear of sea monsters left over from MAWS, this time barely anyone had boarded. Aboard the ferry were May, Noa and Elias, alongside a few other people, two of which were discussing their upcoming plans. ''Are you sure about this, Roy? We could've taken a less risky job...'' The first guy was apprehensive as he fiddled with his video camera. ''I'm telling you, this will be our biggest scoop yet! Secrets on the islands, vigilantes going crazy? Something messed up is going on and we're going to be the first ones to write about it!'' Roy smiled confidently while smoking his cigarette.

''But these are the Ragnarockers, a whole gang of absurdly strong vigilantes, they haven't even been apprehended yet. I-I also don't want to break my camera again, like back in Shinjuku.'' He caressed his camera softly. ''Exactly! There's gotta be a ton of heroes coming this way, right? It's never been safer to travel out here, you just gotta have the guts to do it! Besides, I was right about Shinjuku.''

Suddenly the engine of the ferry sputtered and came to a halt. Just as it powered down, a person emerged from the waters, her skeletal wings unfolding as she took to the skies and her long skeletal tail whipped the air in anticipation. ''Weaklings! You picked a horrible time to go sail boating.'' Jormungandr pointed at the ferry with her sharp, bony gauntlet, dark green particles gathering in the palm of her hand and turning into a small ball of energy. ''Killing you all swiftly would be so, so easy.'' She glanced down at the waters as she got an idea. ''Why not let nature do it for me, and bury you beneath these very waves?'' Her laugh turned into a cackle as she fired the ball of energy towards the ferry. As the energy approached, the buzzing of insects would fill the air and sure enough, dispersing from the energy were small, glowing locusts. Slamming into the side of the railing, the locusts immediately crawled along it and began devouring the metal.

''Marvelous! I simply must fly closer so I can watch you all suffer. ~'' Flapping her wings she did just that, making sure to stay outside of striking distance, unaware that there were people onboard who had quirks that could hit her at this range.

For those that know vigilante and criminal history, Jörmungandr is the name of someone who has absurdly strong emitter and transformation powers that can seemingly tear through anything. With the ferry slowly being consumed by locusts, everyone would need to act fast. ''What's that? You want to die faster?'' She asked her rhetorical question and raised her hand again, charging up another ball of locust energy to fire at the ferry.

The Stars

TL;DR:
- You are on a ferry headed to the island, there's also a couple of journalists onboard
- Suddenly the ferry engine stops and Jormungandr emerges from the water
- She can fly thanks to her skeletal wings and fires a ball of locusts created by her quirk at the ferry
- The locusts are slowly consuming the ship

On a certain island in the waters surrounding Japan, all hell has broken loose.

It all started with the creeping shadows. Like a slow moving tidal wave they washed into the small town by the seaside. Thicker than blood, the shadows had no scent, yet if you leaned in closely you could hear them whisper. All the denizens of the town looked on in confusion. Only one girl, a traveler from the mainland was trying to outrun the shadows covering every surface of the town, consuming every detail and hue in its wake. ''I messed up! I can't do this! I'm sorry I messed up! Hati has lost his mind, he's lost his damn mind!'' Megumi cried, the young hacker finding herself surrounded by the shadows before she could leave the town, covered in blackness ankle deep. ''Please, please... Come on...'' She took out her phone with shaky hands. She had to resort to her plan B after all. Sending an emergency signal out to the phones of three nearby individuals, Olivia, Tsukiko and Ryota, the message with coordinates attached simply read.

''WE'RE GONE. PLEASE SAVE US.''

Moments later the sky was covered in dark shadows, blanketing half the island and blocking all sunlight. Megumi and everyone who had ever lived in the town by the seaside, every living creature within the town's borders was swallowed whole by the shadows and sucked into the ground.

By the time the three unfortunate individuals arrived to the town where Megumi had sent her signal, what they would find was... Surprisingly ordinary. Just a regular town. No visible damage, no wear and tear on the buildings. In fact, everything was in pristine condition, this town was lived in. Except there was no one around. A bicycle had fallen over in the road, a doghouse with a leash, but no dog, an outdoor picnic table set for a lunch, but no people to enjoy it. In the blink of an eye it was as if the entire population had vanished.

Heavy footsteps approached the three individuals in the middle of their investigation, a 9 foot tall, horned monkey mutant covered in animated and thick shadows that licked at his body turned the corner to face them. ''You... State your business.'' He demanded. Anyone who was vaguely familiar with the criminal history of Japan in the last 15 years would have at least heard of Hati, the mutated man who was said to swallow villains whole, spitting them up at police stations before escaping into the night. He was also particularly prideful, taking his honor very seriously. ''You should have gone with the rest of them.'' No, judging from their clothes they weren't from here. ''Outsiders?'' His eyes were distant, as if something or someone was controlling him. ''You'll only get in the way of our plan!'' Shadows burst out of his body, covering his large arm as he turned it into a whip and swung it at the three of them, trying to take them all down with one fast attack.

The Moon

TL;DR:
- Hacker Megumi is trying to escape from Hati, but fails
- Sends a distress signal and message to Ryota, Tsukiko and Olivia
- Upon arriving at the seaside town every resident of the town is gone, including Megumi
- Hati appears and uses his shadow powers to shape one of his arms into a whip, swinging it at the trio to try and take them all out fast

On a certain island in the waters surrounding Japan, all hell has broken loose.

Deep within the forest at an abandoned shrine the ferocious, 5'0 vigilante Surtr was busy harassing a smaller bugman by carrying him by his backpack. ''You useless bug, which way to the harbor?!'' Surtr growled, shaking him violently. ''Please stop!! I'm lost too, why do you think I'd know the way?'' The sidekick Bugger pleaded. ''Please stop shaking me!'' The vigilante set him down on a rock and pointed at him. ''You're a bug, that means you know your way around the forest!'' Surtr shouted, deciding that without asking for Bugger's opinion. While Bugger weighed his options he activated a device hidden under his backpack and sent out a distress signal. ''Actually- okay that's a bit presumptuous, just because I'm a bug mutation doesn't mean- WOAH, WOAH, WOAH!'' Bugger backed up as he held his arms over his head to brace himself when Surtr threatened to punch him again. ''Show me the way!''

''Okay, okay... Um, I know a shortcut back to the harbor we just-''

''What did you just say?''

''I... Know a shortcut... Back to the harbor?''

Surtr immediately stomped up and grabbed Bugger by the throat, lifting him off the ground. ''SHORT?! ARE YOU SAYING I'M SHORT? ARE YOU LOOKING DOWN ON ME BECAUSE OF MY HEIGHT? I'M FIVE FEET OF FURY, DON'T MESS WITH ME!!!'' Spit was flying from Surtr's mouth as he yelled, squeezing Bugger until his face changed color before letting go. Amongst the vigilante group the Ragnarockers, Surtr is one of the known powerhouses who gets by on his physique alone. In close quarters combat he is almost unmatched because of his quirk.

Three hero students who just so happen to be nearest Bugger when he sent out the distress signal would receive it on their phones. The sidekick had hoped that his signal would reach a pro hero, but due to the efforts of the other members of the Ragnarockers hardly any had managed to reach the island yet.

Once the students arrived at the shrine they would be greeted with the scene of the dejected sidekick sitting on a rock with Surtr angrily stomping around him. ''Who're you?!'' The vigilante noticed them instantly. ''None of my people that's for damn sure! That means you gotta die!'' He lifted Bugger up by his backpack. ''Wait. hey wait don't-'' Winding up his throw, Surtr grinned like a mad man. There was something about his glowing eyes that seemed distant somehow, as if he wasn't fully in control of his own actions. ''I'll keep one of you alive, whoever lives the longest you show me the way to the harbor!'' He finally tossed Bugger directly at the group of students. ''Iyaaaaaa!! Catch me! Somebody catch me!'' The sidekick pleaded as he sailed through the air.

''Bulldozer attack, go!!'' Surtr cackled like a madman as he charged forward, attempting to tackle his way through all three students like a bowling ball aiming for a strike.

The Void

TL;DR:
- Surtr is lost in the woods and trying to get to the nearest harbor
- Captured a sidekick named Bugger and is trying to get him to show him the way
- Bugger sends out a sneaky distress signal to Jack, Khepri and Wendy who happen to be nearby
- Upon entering the shrine grounds, Surtr throws Bugger at the group and charges at them, attempting to knock them all down.
