CHARACTERS INVOLVED: Bakiri Retsu
PLOT DESCRIPTION: In the wake of Operation Babel the villain Bakuretsu's identity was discovered and her hideout located. A cordon has been set around the area and police have called for her surrender. Additionally several Pro Heroes have been called in to assist. Bakiri Retsu has triggered the ENKI emergency alarm in reply, calling in reinforcements from any villains nearby.
AVAILABLE TO: Anyone of any faction. Whether you wish to side with or against Retsu is entirely up to you.
LOCATION: Downtown Shinjuku, 'Wired' repair shop.
DURATION: Thread (or threads depending on the number of signup) will last for four to six rounds, each round lasting a week during which participants are to each make their post.
