The Rising Sun Hero Agency and Idol Project looks impressive from the outside. It fits into the affluent neighborhood quite well; it looks the part, it doesn't stand out in design or aesthetic, and even the large agency logo over the door doesn't really detract from the curbside appeal. It looks like everything is in order, and it appears to be a very high quality establishment.

The inside doesn't quite live up to the exterior. It is exceedingly empty. There's nothing there. No furniture, no decorations - barely anything at all. The only thing inside is a young, blonde-haired woman in a tank-top, shorts, and covered in paint standing atop a step-ladder and doing a rather remarkable job of painting an immense Rising Sun logo on the wall over the reception desk.

Despite wearing a painting apron, it is suspiciously clean, while the rest of her is not, and though that should be surprising, most of the woman's surprise was that someone had actually entered the building.

She paused and stared at the other woman and then scrambled down the ladder "Hello! Welcome! Uhm, give me just. One. Moment."

In her haste to get to the floor, Aerian almost lost her footing and stumbled across the ground before she finally caught her balance. "Whew... anyway, what can I do for you?"

A normal person couldn't block Gran Mal without taking damage, so it was a testament to Junko's strength that she managed to intercept the 'blade' and kept it from crushing her into the concrete. Deidran was impressed, and realized that it wasn't just some run-of-the-mill villain, but an actual, potential threat that she was up against.

But nothing she wasn't confident about!

Deidran considered how to handle the threat when Junko took the initiative and raised a foot to kick at her. It was telegraphed enough that by the time it connected, Deidran was prepared to take the blow, and absorbed most of the damage, but not the force. It lifted her from the ground and fired her backwards into the selected target.

She vanished into a cloud of dust and debris as Deidran crashed bodily into the control room, doing thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of damage as she slammed through sensitive machinery and electronics.

Super impressive? Super. Impressive!? 
[break][break]
A powerful gust of wind picked up and swirled through the vicinity of the control shack, blasting the dust away to reveal Deidran standing, undaunted, in the midst. This wasn't the same woman that had been kicked before, at least, not in a way. She radiated something, a sheer power of presence that no living being should have, as if she was larger than life.

She let out a long breath and the golden lightning crackled, far more fiercely than before. It struck out at everything around her like she was some sort of tesla coil, but it was harmless. It did, however, signify that Deidran was rapidly approaching maximum power.

"You want to know?" Deidran asked as she stepped forward, twirling Gran Mal like two-pound baton, and then slammed it into the ground hard enough the blunted tip pierced the concrete and stood on its own. "Then you'll just have to take the blame for all of this."

Deidran slid one foot forward and lowered her stance. Her left hand raised towards Junko as if she was using it to draw her aim to the other woman. The lightning raged and then immediately ceased entirely.

"Here we go... super-awesome-megaaaaaa..." Deidran sucked air in through the corners of her mouth like a loud hiss. "_{Clench your teeth.} PUNCH!"
[break][break]
The back end of the facility exploded outwards as Deidran unleashed the power of Ego in a flash of blinding light centered directly on Junko.

Deidran let the other woman speak her part. That was, after all, the cool thing to do. However, it may have been better if she didn't. Deidran understood where she was coming from, places and companies like this one were a plague on society, but destroying their property like this was also a problem of its own.

Deidran let out a sigh. "I am Deidran, a professional hero."
[break][break]
She pulled the massive weapon up and over her head and let the head of the blade clang onto the floor. "Though I understand you are extremely upset, and that is totally cool, because the reason for it is absolutely righteous, but this is not the way to do things."

Deidran released the hold on her quirk and golden lightning snapped and crackled as it surged around her. She had plenty of charge built up for now, but she didn't feel good about the whole situation, and it was definitely having an impact on how much her quirk was putting out.
[break][break]"So, be cool and come down here and we can have an awesome time together, yeah?"

Deidran hoped she'd come down, because she wasn't sure she'd be able to get the villain down otherwise...

Deidran let Skald's words roll over her brain for a moment. "You're not offended, are you? Because that'd be radically awful, and that's totally not my style."

Despite leaving her worries hanging in the air, Deidran turned towards her agency's building, particularly the large logo on the front she had paid way too much for. "Well, The Rising Sun is a super magnificent agency specifically designed to create the most radically epic new heroes to lead this society into an equally epic future!"

She whirled back around and raised her arms up over her head in a sort of grand, all-encompassing gesture. "Super ultra-cool heroes aren't just the mega crime fighters, but need to broaden our horizons to the awesome prospect of being more than just muscle, but heart!" She thumped her chest with a fist at the mention of heart and winced.

Deidran half turned as she massaged her self-inflicted injury and looked grinned at Skald. "So, I shall teach everyone, perhaps even the mega-cool you, that heroes are more than just saviors, we are inspirations to others! Kids look up to us, and they see these super awe-inspiring individuals and believe that they can be just as amazing as us, and that they can make this already stellar world even better if they just apply themselves!"

After her little speech, Deidran struck a bit of a pose, then blanched at Skald's last question. "Uhm... well, you see, I just opened the agency, so there's really nothing inside. The building is almost entirely empty. Not much to show..."

Curiously, as soon as things got awkward, Deidran was a lot less boisterous in her mannerisms, and significantly reduced her use of adjectives...

Deidran lounged around as patiently as she could, but that all changed when a rather large and imposing figure approach. As the shadow fell over her, Deidran looked up and even tipped the brim of her hat back so that she could see better.

She did a quick double-take when she spotted the flyer and bolted to her feet.

"Oh, yes! I am Deidran. It is an absolutely amazing pleasure to meet you!" The much shorter blonde woman certainly livened up real quick. "What brings you here today?"

It may have seemed obvious. Skald was undoubtedly there about the flyer. But was a it a good thing? Deidran didn't know, and didn't want to assume. The other looked rather familiar, a lot like someone Deidran had seen recently on the news, and was likely a pro hero herself, so maybe she was upset Deidran was encroaching on her turf. It could be a whole host of things!

"Uhm, I'd offer you a totally thirst-quenching, hydration-replenishing, energy-providing beverage, but this unfortunately my last one," Deidran wagged the battle back and forth, sloshing what remained about. "I ask that you do the epic thing and forgive me for the breach of stellar etiquette."

The Rising Sun, Tokyo's newest hero agency, or at least one of them, is desperately in need of - everything - but definitely members. To that end, Deidran, the most electrifying hero in all of showbiz, handed out fliers, posted ads, and even rented a billboard to advertise the new agency and the vacancies in its roster.

It wasn't that Deidran was necessarily desperate or anything, but she had sacrificed her monthly snack budget to get the billboard, so it was at least getting serious.

After several hours of handing out fliers, Deidran had completed her task and slumped down in a rickety lawn chair outside of the front doors of her office, a nice building, very welcoming on the outside, but extremely empty on the inside.

With a sigh, she popped open a bottle of lukewarm soda and sipped at it. She had done her best for the day, so now it was a matter of seeing if anyone bothered to show up. Unfortunately, Deidran didn't have much of a name for herself at this point, so... she wasn't going to draw people in purely on reputation. However, she might get lucky.
