[attr="class","likedotitle2"]Takamagahara Staging Area - Faction Specific
[attr="class","likedoinfo"]
For those of you, old or new, who weren't aware this upcoming event will be a finale to the last years events including: [The Elementals], [MAWS], [Dream World Part 1] and [Dream World Part 2], and [Island Adventures] [IA Boss Fights, included!][break]
The Preludes that connect those events to this one can be found by clicking the links below:
[The Deconstruction of the Tower]
[The Remnants of the Ragnarockers]
[The Facility]
Rather than have individual staging posts we're doing something a little different this time around for exposition purposes.
Due to how Phase 1 works and the length of the event itself, we're providing IC narrative anchors for you to utilize as to how/why your character is in Takamagahara and how you can navigate the facility! There are also multiple levels of the main center area, so each faction's "homebase" is split up by floors, but when you move to each wing, you'll all be in the same space for any potential character interactions!
For visualization purposes, you can assume each level of the central area (where everyone starts) is stacked on each other [like this image here]
For those of you aligned with the hero faction, you are being mobilized under the direction of Starling Soul [Pro Hero NPC] and sent to the facility through the use of her powers to 'warp' you to the main staging area. She herself can't enter [read the preludes above for more information] but from a narrative point, she was the one to bring you there, and the rest of the hero association set up a rally point to get people out of the facility whether they're hostages, injured volunteers, or anyone who just loses their nerve.
OOCly, you can all treat this as a way to justify leaving a thread at any time or leaving the event as a whole in case something comes up!
As for students we have a list of PCs who have volunteered to be utilized as your 'team leader' in the case you have a student without a proper license or one who wouldn't be able to ICly operate on their own. So when it comes to posting for prompts or opens you can just list these people as the person for your justification of being there.
- Iphigenia Pavlina (Played by Matsu)
- Stellar (Played by Matsu)
- Lucille Arbogast (Played by Fanthes)
- Ryota Hada (Played by Sol)
- Shirayuki Mai (Played by Jinx)
- Lawbringer (Played by MDK)
Heroes and Students have their home base in the central area on the topmost floor of the facility.
As the villains generally are the least organized/amiable faction, the IC justification for each of you and why you're there is, of course, entirely up to you.
As for how you as a collective made it there to keep it brief there is a [warp gate] from an unknown benefactor with a grudge against The Elementalist. It can be used in the same vein as Heroes utilize the abilities of Staring Soul from the hero section above.
Villains have their home base in the central area on the bottom most floor of the facility.
Whether you're a vigilante who fights for justice or personal gain, The Elementalist is bad for business. As to how your faction has gotten down to Takamagahara, you can thank a vigilante specializing in tech support!
The man in question, known as [Pixel] has created badges for his fellow vigilantes to bring them in and out of Takamagahara with the push of a button! These buttons will bring you to and from the central area and into their respective wings whenever you need to! He has also provided extras if you need to rescue a hostage and send them back to Tokyo.
Vigilantes have their home base in the central area on the middle floor of the facility [in between the hero and villain floors].
