Miroru was extremely familiar with thermodynamics, with pyrotechnic equilibrium, and with the need for a fire's rate of consumption to remain below a certain level to prevent devouring its fuel faster than it did its job. They'd pushed the scenario to the point where it would conclude itself either way. Now they just had to...
Survive it.
Spotting the bull charging right back into the fray, Miroru shifted her position and took aim again- at the bull this time. Previously an asset, it was quite clearly now out of control, and dragging Amilia towards the most dangerous place possible. With the cannon already struggling, Miroru pushed it to fire at least one last time, aiming at the bull to try to disable it and give Amilia at least a CHANCE to evacuate. Then, hurling the cannon down, Miroru leapt back to the ground and circled the crowd of "Terrified" civilians, again redirecting them towards safety. "This way! Follow me!" She cried, using her voice to improve their awareness of her location and realign their programmed draw towards her position to drag them out of danger as fast as she could. The titan was an absolute catastrophe as it broke down mid-tantrum- her best bet was to help as many as she could to get out and get away. Naga seemed capable of movement still, and she'd done what she could to try to save Amilia...
Now she had to save herself and the civilians, and she put everything she had into it. Staying alert, watching for magma or flames hurled their way, rerouting around roadblocks, doing everything she could to lead as many people out as possible in her position!
tl;dr
Fires the cannon until it manages to break past the drawback so she can try to disable the bull and free Amilia
leads the civilians away, doing her best to track incoming threats and navigate around them to maximize the number of civilians saved

"I know, I know, but we need someone quick to lead the survivors without getting caught up, so it's up to you! I believe in you, okay? Leave us, I'll get them to safety as soon as humanly possible!!!" Miroru reassured Naga, keeping on the move to maintain the crowd's movement towards safety.
"I don't want to be alone. I don't want to be alone. I don't want to be alone. I don't want to be alone. I don't want to be alone. I don't want to be alone. I don't want to be alone. I don't want to be alone. I don't want to be alone."
Miroru squeezed her eyes shut briefly, biting her lower lip as she reminded herself that the voices were coming from robots, not from real people and children. For now, the others were taking the spearpoint, which rankled quietly- that was usually her position, thanks to the versatility of her own quirk, and its level of development- but she was doing vital work here, and she didn't regret that at all.
That said, it was hard not to internally scream how unfair this all was as the cataclysm turned into a titanic bonfire, something she would normally have been PERFECTLY equipped to handle.
It was impossible not to feel comparatively helpless- but all the same. She had to do what she could.
She was yanked back to the moment by Naga, and Miroru nodded, wriggling free of the sweater and passing it off, explaining its activation briefly as she took the last cannon, calling upwards. "It's Prism! You can call me Miroru after this, though!"
Miroru took a moment to lead the civilians behind the sturdiest building she could find, still using herself as bait, and scrambled onto its roof, dragging the laser cannon and taking up a position up top. Shouldering the cannon, she sighted through one of the slits on the cocoon, aiming at whatever horror was at its heart. She waited, ensuring she didn't hit Amilia or the bull en route, and then, once her firing line was clear?
She fired. And fired. And fired. And fired.
She didn't care if she got burned. That was a literal daily occurrence. Her arms scorched every time she used her power for anything meaningful. So she fired, and fired, and kept firing until the weapon refused to respond, burns be damned.
She would give this her absolute all, no matter what.
tl;dr
Miroru hands off the sweater and takes the cannon, and leads the civilian mob behind the sturdiest building she can locate, then clambers up onto the roof and fires the cannon- as many times as it'll fire, no matter how many times it burns her. Her quirk burns her arms every time it's used with any force, so this is nothing new.

The plea for help caught Miroru off guard, and left her flicking her attention back towards the pale girl struggling to do her best. She'd overestimated the girl's pure physical strength- or underestimated the burden those civilians would impose on her.
Taking a risk, Miroru did what she had to do to trigger the activation clause for her sweater, invoking its ability to triple her size for a brief moment and plunging her hands into the crowd to scoop up Naga from their midst, setting her down free of those grasps and gesturing down the path to get to safety.
"I can keep weaving through the civilians and keep the masses moving in the right direction without getting bogged down. What I need is intel. Stay clear of getting pinned, follow the road and make sure it leads to safety so we can either keep our efforts dedicated here, or redirect around whatever dangers might lie in that direction, okay? I've got faith in you, Naga, we can DO this! GO!"
After splitting their efforts, Miroru kept her focus on keeping everyone heading where they needed to go, using her speed and agility to leverage her position like a magnet to drag the increasing mob of people towards what she desperately hoped was safety without allowing herself to get bogged down and pinned!

It was an entirely unusual situation for Miroru. She was used to throwing herself at the scariest thing around, angling to keep their focus on her and her tricks while she abused her speed and maneuverability to keep them wasting time and energy accomplishing nothing while she put her quirk to work tearing them down.
She couldn't do any of that now.
Instead, her best chances are to try to work with the girl on the bull, using the path it cleared to usher the faux civilians away from the disaster, relocating them to safe- or at least safer- distances as best she could on foot. She was still fast- amazingly so, thanks to the work she'd put into training her body beyond its limits- but there were so many civilians and only so many she could help dire-
A flash hit Miroru as she realized she could still help direct the civilians she couldn't carry. Maybe she couldn't SEND them to safety, but they were following her. She could LEAD them there.
That became her focus, working to try to get as many a she could following her, using her speed and agility to avoid getting grabbed and slowed down, but still leading the growing mob of dummies towards safety, using any hydrants still running to douse the burning ones leaving their homes, trying to hope those with better tools than her could make a bigger difference in stopping the flaming titans.
And trying not to worry about whether this was how she left other people feeling.

Miroru grimaced as she noticed their compatriots starting to dissipate into blue light, several struggling with smoke inhalation. Miroru, for her part, was very, very familiar with the dynamics of fires and their impact on breathable air- one of the only aspects of fires she had to worry about in normal situations- and she made sure to preserve her functionality by leveraging her speed during rescues to get back to breathable air ASAP.
A voice pulled her focus off her rescue efforts, and she had to resist the urge to sigh. Of all the features for the other girl to call out, it was the dopey sweater? Nyehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
At least it was an effective term of address.
"Go for it! My kit's really not designed for this- those things are way too big for a net or an arrow to do anything to. Yell for evac if you need it- I ought to be able to get back and get you to safety if it comes down to it, okay?" Miroru yelled over at Hebi as she darted into another building, silently screaming curses at the lack of her quirk in exactly the sort of situation it excelled in!

"... oh, this sccenario assignment is just mean."
Miroru's hair flew in the heat-driven winds off the inferno raging through the neighborhood, expression flattened in irritation. And understandably, too. Miroru's quirk was fine-tuned to its limits, and putting out a wide-spread fire was about the absolute best fit for its usage under normal circumstances.
These, however, were not normal circumstances.
Looking down at herself, Miroru couldn't help but huff in irritation, struggling in the massive sweater draped over her form. Grumbling, she rolled the sleeves into themselves so she could at least keep her arms free, and expose the bodysuit underneath. It was supposed to let her move along any surface she wanted, which- with her seriously impressive speeds- was very, very welcome, but it didn't stop her feeling absolutely blind with the inability to read the energy she KNEW was coursing all around.
After a moment, though, she had a brainflash and unrolled the sweater, hurrying over to a hydrant and throwing the sweater down- and blasting it with the hose to absolutely DRENCH it in water before squirming back into the soaked fabric, trusting in the water to protect her from flames for the moment. For the moment, until an opponent presented themselves, she had every intention of focusing on clearing out the mannequins one building at a time, using the hydrants to re-soak the sweater and blast paths through the fire into each building- at least until things get interesting!

Everyone was doing whatever they could to help. Auden was hurling himself into the thick of things to try to hamper the Inferno, healing through the hell of it and finding a fresh way to harm the monstrous freak; even the villains were doing what they could, with Mummy charging into battle screaming... her name? Sure seemed like her name. And then being forced back by the swelling pool of magma, leaving the trio forced back, and Auden blasting his healing flames towards it as best he could, an obvious eye turned towards protecting those working to take out the real villain.
Rui was right, though- that core. That's where the crux of it all was. She felt her stomach twist. She wasn't gonna get out of this with something as simple as an arrest. The Inferno was turning into a true volcano quickly, and her only choice was whether she tried to eliminate him first, or let him detonate and wipe out anyone unlucky enough to be within the blast radius.
And to Miroru, that was no choice at all.
Miroru hurled herself down into the nearly blinding maelstrom of energy, the sheer latent heat tearing her out of her transformation, leaving the redheaded fox to blast herself closer all the same, her skin reddening from exposure to heat she wasn't protecting herself from. It got worse by magnitudes as she got closer, dragging a scream from the girl as she shoved a hand out, the skin of her palm blistering instantly as she forced herself closer, her weight and propulsion hurling her nearer even as every part of her shrieked for her to do something, anything, else.
She had to shut her eyes. The heat was baking them. But that was fine. She could feel the star of sheer thermal nightmares and plunged towards it all the same.
Flames burst into place on her clothing and ashed away the clothing, scorching the flesh beneath.
Her hair blackened at the ends as she fought for focus, for the presence of mind to feel the last instant, the right moment, the exact, precise-
The very tip of Miroru's middle finger brushed the core, and she let loose with the absolute entirety of her quirk, grasping every scrap of thermal energy around her, around and inside the core, and dragged every scrap she could manage into herself as her veins blackened down her arm with the exertion, scorching her to the shoulder, all of that heat crammed, forced, compressed, into a single pinprick tucked into her palm.
And as her palm slammed into the core, scorched and blistered, she converted and released it, unleashing a fiendishly condensed, split-second storm of electric hell directly into the core of its being.

In instants, the fight went from an overwhelming disadvantage... to an empty battlefield. As Farrin wrestled himself up, Miroru stayed down, eyes wide, unseeing as she scanned with her quirk, unwilling to so easily believe the fight to be so suddenly over- and trying to find things to focus on besides the furrows on and in her extremities.
"Um... I'm... they're gone. Truly. I'm... I don't know," Miroru said in a small voice. "I've never had... so many guns pointed at me I couldn't stop them all before." Her tone was breathy and quiet, but she fought to get to her feet. "You're... yeah. We should go." The girl moved towards Farrin, relatively steady, but clearly in a lot of pain she wasn't used to. "I can... hide us. So we can leave easier. I don't want- anyone to have something to hold over our heads," she muttered, gritting her teeth as she pushed her body into a jog, easing them both out of sight and filling the darkness surrounding them both with a wireframe projection of the area in all directions to make it easy for Farrin to move in the absence of light as they cleared out from the scene, leaving blood, bullet casings, and a lot more mystery for the police to ponder.

Everything got much worse, very... very fast.
Auden found a way to hurt the bastard, but seemed to be forced into a corner, made to rely on using his own flames to heal himself instead of maintaining an offensive. Rui, fiend that she was, had been broken almost to pieces, it seemed, and hurled away, leaving Yagyo to scamper worriedly after her. It was... almost touching. Well, no. It was touching, much as Miroru hated to find herself empathizing with killers. But that only left the skinny kid with the demon and Auden plus herself trying to bring this thing to heel.
And then, of all things... it erupted.
Growling furiously, Miroru skidded to a stop on a rooftop and refocused, trying to take a cue from Auden's clearly effective accidental attack, shifting her tactics.
As the magma clumps spat into the sky, Miroru dove into her quirk and viewed the world entirely through the sense it provided. The globs were massive beacons of heat, and she attacked them directly- in perhaps an unorthodox manner. By violently siphoning the heat out of all the air in contact with certain globs, prioritizing any moving towards those engaged in the battle, resulting in cooling the liquid stone dramatically. As it solidified, she shoved the siphoned heat into positions opposite Inferno before releasing the energy in the air on that side directly towards the stone.
The suddenly heated air EXPLODED directly towards the rocks, the tempertature differential preventing it from escaping as fast to the sides as towards the rocks, catapulting the boulders of cooling stone back towards Inferno's top half and generating a new assault with the very stone he was expelling!!
She's launching solidified stone back at Inferno by using the heat to create airbursts on the opposite sides of the cooling stones, prioritizing intercepting any coming towards the group opposing him!

Miroru paced along, feeling particularly proud of herself for both building up her dad's esteem a bit and for the little prank built in as a treat for herself. "See? I've never even met Ana or Yaoyao! How come I don't get to meet all your cool friends, Jun-senpai? Is it the ears?!" Of course it wasn't, and there was no indication she thought for a second that it was.
As for that worried expression, Miroru patently ignored it. Slandering her dad beyond implying he had better things to do would do her no good until she had a platform as powerful as his to buy the belief of the people. "Oh, is that so? I'd love to see them, then! I've never thought to like.. study the brushwork, but I suppose if I was a painter, the idea would have occurred to me. Does that make you an artist, Kanjo-san?" As for experimental plane parts? Miroru immediately cooed in excitement. "That sounds super interesting... I'm kind of a hobbyist inventor myself, as it happens! Maybe I'll get inspired!"

"Er. Thank you," Miroru said politely, smiling faintly- though her expression narrowed as the stare intensified. "Ah... yes. I am. I'm a little surprised anyone's heard of me though. Have we met, miss-"
Her question was cut off as smoke bubbled up and covered the woman's face, making Miroru frown and start to get up, only for the frightening smoky visage to explode towards her! Miroru's reflexes were fantastic, and rather than yield her shoulder, her hands whipped up and jammed into the smoky jaws between the dagger-like fangs, pushing hard to try to keep them back and open as she flailed her feet at the woman's chest and belly, doing her damnedest to hold her back! "No- freaking- way! Didn't- survive- this long- to be- snake food!!!"
Abruptly, Miroru shifted, whipping her hands back as she swung a foot up at the bottom jaw of the construct, bracing her hands on the edge of the bench and shoving to throw herself onto the ground, doing her best to roll away from an afterimage of herself to buy a bit of breathing room to figure out what the heck to do!!!

"Hey, remember," Miroru interjected, after nodding to the majority of Hyousuke's response. "As of right now, only the ones outside have broken any laws, and only the ones by the door directly involved in the transaction. The lookout and the ones inside technically aren't directly involved. So it's absolutely inappropriate to engage them first. Be aware of them, but if they choose to bolt, let them. We can't attack them just for being in the vicinity of what is currently a victimless crime."
Miroru spent a brief moment reassuring herself that none of the three they couldn't see were likely to move from their position as they moved in, then nodded to Hyousuke. "Go ahead and approach. I'll let you instruct them to stand down and surrender and we'll take it from there." Presuming he agreed, she moved to sprint up into the air above the building, before stepping over the alley and dropping down to land with a gust of air as if she was descending from flying down to join Hyousuke as he entered the alley. It wasn't a huge act, but it provided the impression she could fly, and narrowed the sense of likelihood of simply bolting making for a good escape, and degrading the option of going to brawl with them. A tactical decision to help improve the chances they'd opt to surrender instead!

The birds were a red flag.
The new heat signatures were an air raid siren.
She did her best to give Farrin warning, and it seemed to help, but the truth was, there were just so MANY. Scattered, making it significantly harder to focus on the areas she needed to purge in time. She caught the field he was placing overhead, though, and she dove to the side as her group opened fire, their bullets tearing into the wooden post of the power pole she'd been standing near. Before they could adjust to rake her with fire, she stole their thunder in a very literal sense, coopting the very infrared release of their firing caps before the gunpowder could ignite, jamming all three automatic weapons in a heartbeat as she leapt into close quarters and-
-crashed to the ground as the intense gravity slammed her, the scales, and the damaged power pole to the ground with a horrendous, creaking slam, the damaged wood failing to keep the power pole intact. Unlike Farrin, she wasn't quite strong enough to shove herself back up through the gravity.
But she didn't need to be.
The downed power lines jerked and pulled towards her at terrible speeds as she twisted the power they were releasing into a magnetic pull, gritting her teeth as she grabbed the bare ends. As expected, scorch marks ripped up her arm, blackening the skin halfway to her elbow in an instant- but no further. In that instant, clarity struck- that wasn't the electricity burning her. The electricty wasn't touching her at all. That was her quirk, cooking her arms from the inside, as she wrestled the tremendous flow of electricity into herself-
-and unleashed it.
Light poured off the girl in streaking, chaotic bolts, flying erratically as her pain-clouded mind chose targets over flight paths and sent twisting, jagged streams of pure photons slamming into all that reinforced armor, hammering into the scales one after another, each instant seeing another blasted off their feet to collapse under the flow of gravity. Firing guns smashed out of hands, feet ripped off the ground, soldiers left groaning in smoldering, ruined body armor, and with every second she persisted, those scorching cracks crawled up her arms, eating the distance between her wrists and elbows centimeter by centimeter.
Those targets she hit later rather than sooner had time to sight her, but not center their aim. Shots skimmed her, tore open her shoulder, arm, thigh, calf. The gunfire marked priority targets, and none stayed standing long enough to do more damage to her than she did to herself.
As if to put lie to that statement, behind her, the specter of her father fought to his feet, looming behind her like the shadow over her life he still cast. Bloodied, battered, furious, he raised a hand that rapidly coalesced into incadescent fury-
-only to get hammered from all directions with a howl and sent catapulting on a rising spear of light straight towards Alastor- a missile comprised of his own creation!

"I KNEW IT! You- AUGH! NO TIME!" Miroru screeched as Rui exposed herself as the murderer, Mummy! With the Inferno in the streets, she was- almost hilariously- a small fry. There were bigger, burnier problems afoot compared to her and Yagyo, as much as they both needed to get handled.
"Deal. I'll flash an exclamation point in front of you if I need help. Things won't be what they seem." Miroru spoke to Auden as he came to support her, and she welcomed his presence. "Things" already seemed to be changing- even as she spoke to him, he could see her in place beside him- but her voice was moving away behind him. "Let him come at me if I don't ask for help. I'm gonna tire him out." Then the faintest sound of footsteps, just two- and then nothing but the roar of the flames.
Everyone was doing their best. Auden was draining off all the power he could, Rui was climbing up the thing despite its flames, the boy from the alley had chains flung from his shadow and was hauling on them to restrain the monster, and Yagyo was empowering everyone and everything she could. And the beast was swinging at ghosts of the fox, smashing into the concrete without effect, and-
Oh. Oh, no.
Inferno rose upwards, towering overhead and sending terrifyingly strong waves of heat outwards, sure to scorch and char the others. Abandoning her cloak atop the balcony, Miroru sprinted out into open air, darting at absolutely amazing speeds as she circled the towering titan of thermal terror, hurling a hand out towards him and siphoning away the heat he was putting off, dragging it to herself, to a single point centered in the clutch of her fingers. It'd keep the worst of that heat from damaging the others, giving them more leeway to get close if they needed to- and reducing the general collateral in the process!
Skidding down to a stop with the others, she called out, "He's not stable! Look at the cracks! The more he outputs, the less he can control it- and himself!" Eyes scanning over the creature, she held a hand out to Yagyo. "Do it! Show me what you got, Yagyo!"
It turned out... Yagyo had some impressive tricks, indeed.
Miroru howled and raced back into the sky, beelining towards Inferno's face and ricocheting off in a heartbeat, trailing an intense heat shimmer behind her as the energy she was stealing built up in a radiant mirror behind her back, collecting rapidly as she darted around and smashed into the Inferno from different angles moment after moment, trying to hold his attention while she leeched his power and gave the others time to find ways to tip the scales in their favor!
Yells at the murderer, decides there's no time, starts blocking the radiant heat by absorbing it into a single spot, has Yagyo turn her into SUN WOLF and starts harassing Inferno with her speed and reflexes, bashing into it from different angles while skywalking to keep it occupied, steal more power, and buy the others time to tip the scales!
