Instead, he puts on an extremely excitable and compassionate persona. This is mostly seen by those that he works with, and those he teaches. Out of everyone he knows, Auden is the only one that has seen the true him, as he too has experienced the pain that their upbringing caused. Nonetheless, Felix tries to be as optimistic as possible and to brighten the mood of any situation he finds himself in. If you get on his bad side however, he can be be one of the scariest people you'll ever meet.

Felix is a very well built man, as he's spent extra care to form his body into something that he wants. He is fashioned with many tattoos as well, and has a story for each of them that he will only tell those he truly trusts. Otherwise, his features are rather soft for a man, but sometimes get him mistaken for a more feminine person when they are unable to see the rest of his body. [spoiler]Felix grew up under the thumb of his father figure, and for many years he struggled to feel like his own person. Due to his quirk, Felix spent most of his days aiding his father and his men to do horrible things to people, as well as to easily escape law enforcement or others that wanted to harm him. The well-being of his son did not matter to him however, and Felix was scarred from a young age in ways that disallowed him to trust adults or anyone that was in a position of power over him. After many years, his father found a new love in a woman from the United States, he made sure to blame all the acts he had committed on his son and wife. With Felix only being a youth, his sentence was not as harsh as they tried to understand that he was not responsible for these things, but his mother did not take it as well.
When he finally got out with no family to go back on, he was put up for adoption. Years would go by, but he would take what time he was given to take care of himself. Knowing that he wanted to have a different life than what he had as a child, he worked hard to be accepted into a hero school, as he wanted nothing more than to prove to those that he was different. Though many places didn't want to accept him because of his background, after applying to other countries he was able to get into one in the United States. Like fate, he was able to hear rumors of his father and his half-siblings that he had with another woman. Through a lot of searching, Felix was able to track Auden down, but it seemed that he had been too late. With their sister having passed, and Felix having to hear and see what had been done to Auden, they both fled for a better life in Japan with his mother's side of the family, in hopes that he could give Auden a better life that no one had given him. Finishing up his studies in Japan, his expertise in the crime field as well as knowledge of weapons and overall safety came in handy when he applied to become a hero at UAU.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]Much like his brother, Felix's quirk is based around the idea of fire. Rather than being able to produce his own flames, Felix able to see the heat signature of objects, animals, and humans. He is able to see this through walls and obstructions. He can use this for the building that he is currently in, or buildings that he touches; when he is outside, he is able to see everyone else outside for 2 blocks (when he goes inside a building, he is only able to see inside the building he is currently in). With this, he gets a boost to his awareness as he is very much aware of who or what is around him at all times. This means that he sees in colors of yellow, orange, red and purple for heated objects, whereas everything else is a shade of blue. If he wishes to suppress his quirk, he can wear specialized sunglasses. Putting on his sunglasses will also limit his vision to what a regular person could see, allowing him to only see in the room or are he is in. His awareness also gets halved when his glasses are on.

Each year hundreds upon thousands of hopeful individuals domestically and nationally apply to become one of the select few with the privilege of being allowed to attend U.A. This year was no different. Those of the Department of Support hoping to make it into U.A. were slated to participate in a practical exam to test their skills. U.A. University was looking for those who would be capable of supporting the finest in the field of heroics through the creation of equipment—or as it is widely referred to as Support Gear. It wasn't enough to simply be capable of coming up with a good idea. Anyone could come up with a good idea. More than that, you needed to have the technical know-how to actually actualize your inventions. Of course, there were other skills that were important to becoming a proper Support Gear Manufacturer, but those were things that would be learned at U.A. The exams were slated to take place at U.A. itself. Normally, non-students wouldn't even be permitted to step foot on the campus, but the Entrance Exams were one of those special exceptions. The fifteen students were escorted to the Support Labs for their exam where they would have all of the necessary equipment to take their exam. Once they were through the door, they were shuffled to their assigned stations, and their attendant left to leave them to familiarize themselves with their surroundings. "Welcome and congratulations on earning the privilege to take U.A.'s Entrance Exams. Right now, you are standing within U.A.'s Support Labs. You have each been assigned a station, and I hope you are taking the time to familiarize yourself with the lab. This is where you'll spend countless days and nights honing your skills should you prove yourself worthy of a spot. Of course, do not let yourself be bound to your assigned station. Everything in this room is yours to use so long as it is not on someone else's station. Please, feel free to navigate the labs to find precisely what you need to do your work.
