"Pleasure is all mine!" Calliope would laugh at that thought. Was it a pleasure to get to know a stranger? Probably, because this stranger was pretty. "Xander is a cool name, it's like Sander." Did she know a Sander? Nope, so her point was irrelevant. "I'd be happy to be your guide!" She was cute? That was a win of a comment! With a big smile at his praise, she would look away for a moment to figure out what game she wanted to play, which would break off her quirk.

"One of those bitches? Not really, but I'm in it. I'm not a wannabe, I will be one, and I won't be stuck up or full of myself like others are. That's just a fact." There was confidence in her voice, despite being a little tipsy. Wrapping her arm around his, she would move with him to some of the games that she wanted to do. The first was a water gun one, and she would happily pay for the two of them to do it together. "Okay, whoever loses this one uh... has to say something embarrassing about themselves!" Her hands were ready on the handles and she tried her best to win.

"Agreed." Calliope was surprised that she was getting along with a total stranger so well, but it didn't take her too much to be able to do that. She would look over the girl again, before deciding to sit beside her and have a more eye to eye conversation. "I think it is funny. When people try that hard, I'm not sure they deserve it. It comes off as desperate instead of earned. If you have to fight for people to like you, maybe you're just an asshole?" Calli would say plainly, not really caring what the girl thought of her opinion.

"I would say it's a bit of both. You can be a hero but not be an asshole. But... It's hard to not want to be when it's seen as some amazing thing to be a hero and to be a famous one. That type of job shouldn't be glorified, because then you care more about the fame than actually doing your job. You care about the power more than you care about saving people." It was stupid that so many people she went to school with felt like that, too. Crossing her arms, she would just sigh. "I'm not sure, what do you think?"

Oh, someone was taking a picture. That was fun, and a hobby that felt like it would be very rewarding. Still, she wouldn't pay any mind to it until she was interrupted. Looking down to the person, she'd blink at how pretty they were. "That's the point." Calliope would say coyly, sticking out her tongue. "Just kidding, I know that, but it's okay, I'm careful." She had fallen out of a few trees, but she'd be okay.

"No, you don't need a teacher. I'm fine, really." Looking down to the man's camera, she'd point to it. "You know, you'd get some gnarly pictures from up here. The perspective difference is super nice. You should really try it out, if you're that into photography. Maybe you can get some cool bird pics or something." Calliope would put away what she was doing, before grabbing ontoa tree branch and using it to swing herself down to the ground. "See, all good! Now, to teach you how to get up."

Calliope just wanted to beat into something, and right now that something was Junsuina. Most people were too scared to fight her because she was a third year. In reality, Calli's fighting abilities were nothing spectacular and were lackluster compared to what people expected her to be as a third year. That didn't matter, because she didn't care for the opinions of other people.

Cracking her knuckles, Calli was actually excited about it. Calliope had no idea what Jun's quirk was, or if she was good at fighting. Meeting at the place that she had been told about, she would be stretching and warming up her body before scanning around to try to find the red head. Waving to her as she was spotted, her grin was wide and happy. "Yoyo girlie, let's get beat up!"

Calli really wasn't sure what to expect coming to UAU. The types of events were things that she had no idea about. A death race sounded right up her alley, but she really wasn't sure what she was supposed to expect with it. Calli wasn't an expert at riding a bike, but living in Greece allowed her to have enough practice to do it well enough. She could bike for a while, and to her, something like this was more about endurance over speed. The people that went above and beyond in the opening moments would be the ones that would be at a loss at the end.

Looking around, she would adjust her sunglasses so that she didn't accidentally use her quirk on someone. As much as she could play dirty, it wasn't fair for her competition if she used her quirk without their knowledge. She wouldn't want to win unfairly unless she saw other people doing the same. Licking her lips and looking straight ahead, she was locked into the race and ready for it to start.

He was so pretty. He looked like cotton candy. Not caring for the fact that she was for sure making him dizzy, she would just stand beside him and smile. "Nope, only the pretty ones! You're of course the prettiest." Alcohol could not be smelt on her breath, but it was clear that she was a bit tipsy. "I like to speak my mind, and I think you're hot." Looking around him, she would try to see if he was with anyone. "If you're free, wanna hang out?" She'd offer her hand to him with a genuine smile. "These festivals aren't as fun if you don't have fun people to do them with! Don't you think so?" Whether or not he grabbed her hand, she would stay beside him. "Name's Calli, nice to meet you sweet heart. I hope that you have had a lot of fun because this type of stuff has a lot to do." She would move her chicken plushie more into his view. "See? Did you win anything? Want me to win anything for you?" There was a lot of talking for someone that was usually quiet, but he seemed like someone that she would want to get to know. Whether that was a good or a bad thing remained to be seen.

Aw man, it was hard being a hero student. Do this and do that, make this person happy, break your body, study, have expectations. She was tired of it all, and she wasn't even that far into it! How did people want to do this for their life? It felt like she was in the military, but she was supposed to be excited to help people and be someone that people looked up to? It was too much.

After her classes for the day, she decided to just walk. She had no plan of where she was walking to or why, but she just wanted to clear her head. With her hands in her pockets, she would avoid eye contact as usual, and wander the streets of Tokyo. People were busy getting off of their jobs, getting ready for outings, or shopping. There wasn't too much that was interesting enough to get her to stop, except for one thing. Stopping for a second, she heard some pretty loud sounds coming from an apartment to her left. Usually she was pretty nosy, so today wasn't going to have her deviate from her regular habits. She was a hero in training after all, so if someone needed help, why couldn't she be the one to do it?

"Not a criminal huh?" She'd raise an eyebrow at that thought, as it wouldn't be her first choice. "I have been with some, but it was all petty stuff. Bad boys are hot." It was mostly a joke, and it was mostly when she was younger, but she knew that Iphi probably didn't care for things like that. "I'll be careful. It's why I'm trained to beat people up if needed. I won't hinder you or me in that way." As much as she was pissed about her situation, putting more strain on their relationship wouldn't solve anything. "It'll probably just be friends from school if anyone." She wouldn't trust anyone else in their house.

As they got into the place, it was so clean and organized. "Just like how your room was. So nice." Calli's was never clean like this. Festivals were not something that Calliope was enthusiastic about. They were loud, busy, and usually involved a lot more than she was privy to having around her. Most of the time, Calli chose to stay away from crowds and instead watch from a vantage point on her own; this type of view allowed her to not be disturbed by the things that would usually get to her.

Perhaps it was because she had drank a little bit before, but she decided to break her rule. Tonight, she decided to have some fun. dressed up in a more revealing dress than she would usually wear, she screamed in victory as she won the water gun carnival game. "Suck that!" She said to no one in particular, and happily took her prize. It was a huge chick plushie. Grabbing it with both of her arms, she would hold it by her stomach as she walked around contently. Thankfully, most of the people here still avoided her eye contact; they were either little kids with their families, or couples. She had neither.

That was fine, it wasn't like she wanted to go to a stupid festival with anyone anyways. It wasn't important, she didn't... The frustration of the situation made her hungry. Looking around, the closest stall was cotton candy. She'd get a mixture of blue and pink, saying a polite thank you despite her tipsy state and moving away from the stall. As she started to munch down on her cotton candy, she had to do a double take. In front of her, there was someone with the same hair color as her cotton candy. Reaching out, her hand would caress the back of his neck, before she would move to his side. "Wow, I almost ate your hair! Better be careful!" Looking at him in the eyes with no care, she would blush and be taken aback. "Oh shit, and you're hot! Win win!"

"It's fine, it gets brought up almost every day." She'd just shrug. She was used to getting compared to her sister more than she liked to, so she was used to just going with the flow as much as she could. Sometimes, it was easier to give a simple answer and move on than to avoid the topic. It made her seem a lot more resentful when she didn't just confirm it, and that wasn't the type of reputation she wanted.

With a smile at the idea of her art, Calli would just smile over in her direction. "Sure thing. I'll make sure to have some stuff ready for you." She wasn't sure what she would really show her, but she'd have something ready. With another glance in her direction, she'd give a thumbs up back. "Sounds good to me, it'll be fun to be able to have many more days ahead with you!" It was nice to make friends, and Jun seemed like a good enough one.

Calli would looknat her deadpan. "What do you think? All the expectations that they have of me is because of my sister. On top of that, once she left for UAU she hardly ever came back. I used to think of her as the person I cared about most, but I have no idea who my sister is anymore. She's a workaholic and not someone I want to be like." The topic pissed her off, but she wouldn't get mad at Jun for bringing it up.

"Well, you're good either way." She would clarify, pushing her hair away from her face a bit. "You have a talent so it's good that you can use it, ya know?" It wasn't everyday that people were good at something. "Thanks for showing me what you're passionate about though. It's cool." Calliope knew that she would never be able to do something similar, so she had to make sure to compliment her with the chances she had.

Looking ahead, she could slowly see the school approaching. "Ah, the time flew by fast didn't it? I guess we only got a bit more to go. Thanks for walking back with me." She'd continue to look at Jun, but not into her eyes. "It's good to make my first real friend here!"

"It was like UAU, but it just wasn't as prestige based. Parents wanted me to go where my sister went and follow in her fame. So I came here. I'm just glad to be away from them really." It was suffocating having to be compared to Iphi every three seconds.

Looking at her models on her phone, she'd be amazed at the amount of detail that ent into them. "Wow, you're good at this. How much do they pay you for this stuff? "Yeah, from Greece." She would clarify. "I already did most of my general education stuff so now it was just the process of getting into the hero school my parents wanted for me." "Sounds like a plan then. I don't really have any friends either. Moving here in my 3rd year of school will do that for you." She hated that it was a lot harder to make friends than she thought it would be.
