An earsplitting mix between a snarl and a yelp erupted from Vec as the psychedelics took hold, her glowing orange eyes darkening until they seemed like two black voids looking at Kiku. Although the feelers retracted from the girl's legs, the beast began to snarl and thrash wildly, it's claws and jaws snapping and lashing the air around it as it howled, lost in whatever it was seeing and now striking out savagely regardless of injuring itself.

Vec's howls weren't the only sounds raising above the music, however. With a more digital shriek, Ripp3r began to blindly lash out with it's limbs and tail as if in a panic as well. Because of Enma's onslaught, it's right front leg broke free at the joint as Ripp3r writhed, crashing to the ground beside it as Ripp3r suddenly emitted a series of beeps and grew still. To those with good enough hearing, a faint ticking could be heard, like that of a clock from deep inside the beast.

Meanwhile, as the canary jumped at him with a roar, Jacko grinned beneath the screen covering his eyes. Although he really liked the lil birdie, it wasn't going to stop him from what he planned next. As she neared him a 'pop' was heard as Jacko's legs detached at the hip and he threw his weight onto one of his hands, now suddenly free from the ice albeit without his legs. Immediately he twisted to aim his free hand to strike her chest with a pulse of electricity... but he didn't get a chance.
As he caught sight of two more of the cursed blue orbs coming his way, he was forced to make a split-second change of plan, instead swinging himself into Misaki in the hopes that her alley didn't want to hit her. Although the orbs missed, his decision had come at a cost as he felt the canary's elbow connect with his back. He slammed into the ground and immediately rolled away, but Misaki's strike had left him unable to catch his breath and he ended up on his back gasping a few meters away, a crooked smile appearing on his lips in the same moment Ripp3r grew still on the other side of the room.
"Tick.....Tock~"
-Kiku succeeded in drugging Vec with psychedelics
-Vec's eyes turn black and she begins to lash out wildly around her with fangs and claws, hysterical
-Ripp3r begins to lash out as well for a moment, in the process loosing the front leg damaged by Enma
-Ripp3r suddenly emits a series of beeps and grows still
-The ticking of a clock can faintly be heard coming from within Ripp3r
-Jacko detaches his mechanical legs as Misaki nears him, freeing himself from the ice
-He attempts to counter Misaki, but is forced to bail on the plan before striking due to Ylva's dangerous attack
-Instead he throws himself into his first attacker, Misaki, but ends up taking the brunt of her attack to his back
-Jacko is slammed into the ground and rolls a few meters away, unable to catch his breath, yet seeming... smug?

Ripp3r let out a mechanical shriek as it felt something shifting under it's armored shoulders, impeding it's attempt to escape the substance entrapping it. More-so, something was messing with it's rear legs. Ripp3r started to swing it's head towards Enma but suddenly froze as Masao taunted it.
Seemingly not reacting to the damage it was taking to the joints of it's legs at all, it's head tilted back, one glowing robotic eye focusing on the girl beneath it. Immediately both sword constructs shot off into the air, only to circle back around and pick up speed as they shot back towards Ripp3r's shoulders, and Masao.

"Then feel this, BITCH!" Jacko laughed even though he seemed a tad pissed off, however his words weren't aimed at the little canary he was playing with. No, he liked that one. Instead he half-turned and swung his head in Masao's direction, his arms guarding himself somewhat from the canary as he smirked expecting to watch the girl become a kabob. Instead he saw a pretty blue light careening toward him.
"Shi-" He jumped back but it was too late to avoid it entirely, in a flash his legs had been encased in ice past his knees and had locked him in place with a jerk. Yet without missing a beat, Jacko bent over backwards to plant his hands on the floor with the same shit-eating grin he wore before, only now he seemed almost angry. As his arms began to spark and glow blue, the intensity increasing rapidly, the music blasting in the room suddenly shifted into something more akin to death metal.
A WHOMP that was more felt than heard matched the change in tempo as his palms released a short burst of electricity that radiated outwards through the conductive metal floor under him and his two attackers.

In other news. Vec prowled toward her new Mushroom toy slowly at first as it seemed to struggle, but as she smelled the blood and saw what seemed like the girl falling down a second time, she shot forward for the kill with no further regard for her surroundings. With a hiss she skidded in the unseen slime and struggled to keep on her paws, the extra set of legs doing little besides giving the slime more to stick to as she tried to stubbornly force her way forward to reach Kiku in vindictive fury. With a distressed shriek the nightmare snapped at the air by Kiku's feet but could move no further.
The two appendages on her shoulders, however, were still unrestrained and swung out to try and hook the girl's legs, hoping to refill some of Vec's stamina by stealing the stupid toy's.
-Ripp3r fails to react to Enma's attacks, but does seem to take damage
-Taunted by Masao, Ripp3r fires it's 2 sword constructs, they gain speed as they arch back towards Ripp3r's shoulders, putting Masao in their path
*Should either cut her, Masao would feel either her anger [Alluring Blade] or fear [Malicious blade] amplify for one turn
-Jacko turns to watch Masao's fate, he sees Winter's Grasp but can not fully evade. Both his legs are trapped from the thigh down in ice
-Jacko bends himself backwards to reach the floor, and after a brief charge, sends a pulse of electricity through the floor underneath him from his palms. Only Misaki & Ylva are within range of said pulse.
-Music blasting changes to death metal, but seems slightly less deafening
-Vec falls for Kiku's trap, but gets close enough to attack with the appendages on her shoulders.
*If the suckers hook onto her legs, Kiku would feel her stamina begin to drain.

Jacko watched from atop Vec as the tools hopped to action in the face of his pet's fierce charge. The first seemed to be playing with.. mushrooms?
"That is fucking disgusting- I LOVE IT!" His mad cackle joined the music as Ripp3r let out a mechanic snarl and took a mighty swing at Misaki and the coward as they rolled out of it's way, a miss. Undeterred, it switched gears and focused on the two darting toward it head-on.
With a sudden kick of it's hind-legs Ripp3r jumped over Enma as he reached it, barely clearing the man and leaving it's belly exposed for a moment before it slammed it's head down into the ground between Enma and Masao, immediately curving it's spine to roll forward onto it's back as if in an underhanded attempt to use it's weight to crush Masao rather than take her head-on as she intended.
However it had not forgotten Enma. As it rolled, Ripp3r's crystal tail lashed in the air toward Enma trying to injure him before the beast crashed into the mushrooms with a boom, crushing the red mushroom beneath it. For a moment it shifted as if trying to right itself, but the fungal mold had suctioned the smooth armor of it's back to the ground quite effectively and it held strong.
Once more seeming to switch gears as if smarter than it should be, it drew it's legs close to it's compromised underside as it rocked side to side to try and free itself from the gunk. Both Ripp3r's scorpion-like tail and it's sword constructs positioned themselves as it struggled, trying to cover it's rear and front should it be attacked while vulnerable.
Meanwhile,
Vec screeched as ice climbed the wall toward her, but her burning eyes were already locked on a target coming through the air in her direction. As she dug in her claws and began to slide, the feline Nomu made a hasty decision seconds before Misaki struck the wall. She slammed her feelers and tail into the wall and launched herself away into the air, straight towards Kiku. With a high-pitched scream Vec lashed out at her with her claws and whip-like tail as she sailed by before landing hard back on the stage and doubling back, intent on her new prey and completely forgetting about her master.
Jacko, however, was so NOT prepared for Vec to bail. He toppled off of her and hit the ground on his back with a thump, arms and legs up in the air like a possum playing dead for a moment before he suddenly jerked into motion and rolled to his feet with a laugh.
"WHOOPS wrong screen~" Without missing a beat he swung his head in Misaki's direction and shot towards her with a psychotic scream, aiming a punch at her collarbone with a metal fist buzzing with electricity.
"Hey PRETTY LADY!!" He would continue to swing at her, his movements unpredictable and jittery as if he were on drugs, however he seemed to have forgotten Ylva.
-Ripp3r takes a swing at Misaki as she saves the Pro Hero, but misses his target.
-Kiku finds no speakers, the music seems to be traveling/echoing around the room.
-Ripp3r dives over Enma, giving him an opportunity to attack it's belly.
-Ripp3r rolls onto it's back in an attempt to crush Masao, breaking the red mushroom in the progress.
-Ripp3r becomes stuck on his back, he pulls his legs close to his underside to protect it and rocks back and forth to try and free himself. His sword constructs guard his front, his tail guards his rear.
-Vec flees ice and leaps off wall at Kiku, slashing with her claws & whip-like tail before landing on the stage and turning to continue to pursue Kiku.
- Jacko falls off Vec as she jumps, landing on his back with his limbs in the air for a moment, before recovering and attacking Misaki with electrified punches.

 For those who have the pleasure of making it this far...
A vast, dimly-lit auditorium awaits, more reminiscent of a scene from a sci-fi alien movie than the reality you know. Sheer metallic walls rise on all sides, converging high above to form a domed crystalline ceiling that casts an eerie indigo glow over the room below. Thin, glowing tubes traced the wall and floor panels, a fluorescent blue substance pulsing through them to provide a faint light against the darkness that encroached at the edges of the room and hid in the shadows of the various odd, angular structures lining the lit center walkway.
"DROP IT girl, be patient~"
On a raised semi-circular stage that rose up above the floor, a slender young man captured attention with his vibrant bubble-gum pink hair and glowing LED adornments, creating a striking contrast against the backdrop of the dark room. He wore a rabbit-style headset sporting two ear-like antennas and a screen that hid most of his face, leaving only a shit-eating grin visible as he observed the newcomers. Even from afar it was evident that although he was missing his right arm, his left was mechanical. To those with better perception, the parts of his legs visible under the frayed jeans he wore suggested they were similarly artificial.
Beside the man stood a large Nomu, so motionless that most might not have noticed it at first, despite its size rivaling that of a small car. It bore a striking resemblance to what you might imagine a panther from the netherworld might look like. It’s dark purple skin blended seamlessly into the dim light as it loomed behind the man. A black robotic arm reminiscent of a human's dangled lifelessly from its jaws, showcasing its long hooked canines. While its head and overall form mirrored that of a feline, it possessed an additional pair of forelegs and a long, whip-like tail that coiled around it like a snake. From its shoulders protrude two tentacle-like appendages more akin to those of a squid, each tipped with two flat hook-spiked feelers. It was a nightmare on legs, and its glowing orange eyes were now trained intently on the visitors.
"Time to earn our pay—DROP IT!" Jacko hoisted the mechanical stump that served as his right shoulder, a buzz crackling in the air between them. Moments later, the arm hanging in Vec's jaws sprang to life before slapping the Nomu across the face. Vec hissed and let go, allowing the arm to drop briefly before Jacko caught it and unceremoniously jammed it back into his shoulder socket. Much better.
"Alright Fuck-Os, welcome to my abode!~" The Villain bowed to the raid members flamboyantly, flinging his arms wide as he welcomed them in a sing-song tone. "The Elementalist you're looking for ya'da ya'da—let's just get to the killing already!~" Jacko erupted into wild laughter, slamming his foot down on a button at his feet. The room came alive with the buzz and hum of machinery, followed by a hyperpop beat blasting through the air from unseen speakers. But this was no ordinary song; besides the deranged lyrics involving a meatgrinder, the rhythm itself seemed twisted and infused with a disconcerting chaos that matched Jacko's frenzied state of mind as he swung up onto Vec's back.
As if the situation wasn't bad enough, the blaring music was soon accompanied by the sound of clanking steel and a gradually intensifying whirring sound. To the right, previously dark and silent, a massive beast emerged resembling another feline-esque Nomu, except this one was of a truck's size and clad in sharp crimson armor. Its tail, sharp and scorpion-like with a silver hue that seemed more crystalline than metallic, loomed menacingly in the air behind it. Adding to the new threat; two curved sword-like constructs hovered ominously just above its shoulders; the one on the right radiating an enticing red aura, while its counterpart on the left exuded a more sinister black aura.
"May the odds be... EVER in your favor! SICK BALLS, RIPP3R!" As Jacko's hysterical voice rang out, now from the left where he clung atop Vec who crouched mid-way up the wall like a lizard, Ripp3r let out a shriek that sounded like an amalgamation of beast and machine before beginning to slowly move towards the visitors from the right.
As Ripp3r approached it unleashed the sword-like constructs on its shoulders, launching them as if they were harpoons towards the two nearest visitors. The Malicious blade cut through the air with a swift motion, narrowly missing its intended target and merely slicing his arm. It then swung back towards the large armored Nomu, followed closely by the alluring blade, which also only managed to graze its intended target. Just when it seemed like the attack had been unsuccessful, a man's scream cut through the music that filled the room as the young Hero cut by the Malicious blade sank to his knees, his hands clawing at his head as he trembled and seemed lost to a wave of agonizing fear.
Another scream joined his as the woman that had been cut by the Alluring blade suddenly rushed straight at Ripp3r as if lost to rage, only for her scream to be cut short as the Nomu slammed it's heavy clawed-hand down on top of her, crushing her as it moved unfazed towards the five that remained before it suddenly launched itself forward at them.
"Step it up LOSERS! HA!"
-You enter a dimly-lit auditorium. Jacko stands on the stage opposite you in the room, lurking behind him is Vec.
-As the raid party arrives, Jacko stomps on a button by his feet before hopping onto Vec’s back, the room is now blasting with a morbid hyperpop song that is making verbal communication difficult. It seems to reflect Jacko’s state of mind.
-As the music comes to life, so does Ripp3r off to your right.
-Meanwhile Jacko & Vec climb half-way up the wall to the left where they are watching, Jacko orders Ripp3r to attack.
-Ripper launches his two sword-constructs like harpoons, they each graze a young Hero before returning to Ripp3r.
-The Hero grazed by the Malicious sword breaks down and cowers in fear, while the Hero grazed by the Alluring sword becomes enraged and rushes at Ripp3r, resulting in her death.
-Ripp3r charges the five raiders left, using his bulk to try and trample the interlopers and slash at them with his claws.
-Jacko & Vec are watching from the wall.

For those who have never played, "Would You Rather" is a fun ice-breaker game that you can play with anyone, anywhere.
I find it's great for not only helping flesh-out new characters, but also help other members get to know your characters. <3
The first player, who will choose a question that begins with “Would you rather…?”, provides two scenarios for another player to choose from and answer before following with their own ultimatum for the next player, keeping the chain going.
The “Would you rather” question can pair any two funny, serious, wacky, or thought-provoking scenarios together, such as “Would you rather have hands for feet or feet for hands?”
I will start it off with a choice, and respond with one of my characters to give an example of how it works~
