[Ana Borovsky]

Character Name: Ana Borovsky

Skillset: Ana is a genius with S+ in her manufacturing skill which covers a broad spectrum. However, Ana also has sub-specialties such as Quirk research and medical. Given her Quirk is light based, she likes to utilize this in many of her designs. The more complicated or unique a project, the more interested she will be in doing it. However, Ana will often require people to sign NDAs for non-basic items to protect proprietary information from a narrative standpoint.

Population: Primarily people on the UA and Hero side of things. However, Ana will provide gear for Vigilantes and Villains if the gear is is non-harmful and they don't appear to be inherently bad people. Meaning don't tell her you're a Villain.

Location: Ana has a private lab in the Support Department at UA. However, she has freelancing listings online to participate in R&D studies for free tech and can meet people anywhere to discuss items and figure out testing locations from there if they aren't allowed access narratively on the UA campus.

[aneko]

Character Name: aneko

Skillset: With B Engineering, Aneko is still developing her skills through U.A.'s courses steadily. When it comes to super complex or high-tech gadgets, she's probably not the person you want to call on, but she's got the essentials down and can help towards making your character's crazy ideas into a workable prototype. She prefers working on weapons and utility as opposed to suits, but she'll take any practice she can get.

Population: Primarily other students of U.A., but she isn't opposed to working with people from outside the university. She'd be happy to work with a full-fledged pro hero (even if her skills might not quite meet their standards just yet) but she'll make gadgets for other factions, as long as they aren't weapons or the like.

Location: Aneko has a messy desk in her room in which she messes around with ideas and low-level prototypes, but most of her actual work is done in public U.A. labs. Not quite special enough to get a private one, but she likes to book out any of the smaller, personal labs when she gets the chance.

Preferred Contact: Dm me on discord preferably, as that's usually the easiest for me to focus on plot discussion. I'm not opposed to discussing it in plot_circle, though, should that be more comfortable for you.

[Emile]

Character Name: Emile

Skillset: He's trying his best. (B-)

Emile specializes in quirk research including and not limited to how quirks interact with the host, other people, other people's quirks, and the very world around them. Unless you have a personal relationship with him or have a focus on suppressing, limiting, or removing your quirk entirely, he will not take on any projects.

Population: Ideally, he's helping neutral to good people. But in the right contexts, he'll work alongside anyone if it gets him closer to removing his own quirk.

Location: He predominantly uses a quiet, private space in a research facility he interns. If need be, he'll use the UA facilities for convenience.

Preferred Contact: Plot circle for initial contact. Will prompt for DMs when I have time to pick up threads.

[Kei Hada]

Character Name: Kei Hada

Skillset: Kei rocks Engineering (S+) which lets him craft gear, specializing in portable items that are versatile and/or accommodates and enhances the user's quirk. Larger pieces such as armour don't fall out of the realm of possibility though! He also has a subspecialty in Chemistry (B+) should you need something that would more fall in that aspect of his skill.

Population: UA and those in the Hero Industry, though it's not unusual for him to accept requests from the average civilian. Also he's very easy to threaten if one's morality is less than stellar.

Location: He takes whatever room's free in the UA labs! But can work anywhere under pressure

[Hoshino Tamaki]

Character Name: Hoshino Tamaki

Skillset: With some medical training and understanding of chemical pharmaceutical properties, Tamaki produces medicinal drugs / poisons that are perhaps, stronger than or simply possess effects don't fall under what industry standards may allow. She's still somewhat shaky with her formulas (C) but improvements can only be made through trial and error.

Population: Vigilantes, sometimes villains... Heroes and civilians are up for debate, though a deal can be made given the right circumstances

Location: There's no physical shop. People who know of this trade have all come across it through the same way, through others who have made use of her services for much longer than they have. Meetups can be arranged anywhere, though the client won't quite know who or what is going to appear.

[Kushiki Kioko]

Character Name: Kushiki Kioko

Skillset: A+ Manufacturing Skill with a broad scope of ability covered by genius, expensive education, and experience as the former heiress to Sovereign Technologies. She prefers high tech projects that require a lot of intricacies. Alas, getting the parts required for the fancier and bigger projects requires some creative acquisitions.

Population: She operates via the black market. If you can find her among the underground miscreants and have the cash to afford her services, you can get your stuff from her. Unless she thinks it will negatively impact her or cause damage on a scale she can't handle being responsible for. Or if she just really, really, doesn't like you. Which she is very prone to.

Location: She's underground. Very underground. Contact is done through someone that knows a guy that knows a woman that knows someone's third cousin-twice-removed, etc. Meet up location varies but usually takes place in seedy establishments. She currently does most of her work in an apartment over a used electronics store run by a nice old man that says Kioko reminds him of his granddaughter.

[Zahra Poetri]

Character Name: Zahra Poetri

Skillset: Robotic suits and/or robot

Population: She personally don't mind making robot for anyone. But for villain, she needs an extra convincing.

Location: Any meeting points would be anywhere anime related but the development will be done on UA Labs.

Character Name: Fosh

Skillset: Pretty much anything related to engineering Fosh can make out of trash and scrap. Weapons, gear, suits, machines, contraptions and so on. It won't look pretty, but it will look badass, at least from his perspective. 

Population: Fosh is an idiot and has no problem making stuff for strangers, so even villains can get it if they don't out themselves.

Location: Labs or his dorm room at UA mostly. Unlike other manufacturers though, he only needs trash to build stuff, so meeting and making gear pretty much anywhere is totally possible too.

[CHUCK MCCOY]

Character Name: CHUCK MCCOY

Skillset:

An extremely unlikely candidate for A+ Blacksmithing as a high school dropout with only life lessons under his belt, Chuck is surprisingly good at creating! He makes weapons, armors, accessories and more, particularly of heavy metal and precious stones. He has a very basic proficiency for electrical and elemental wiring, thanks entirely in part to not dying as he's electrocuted himself multiple times. Outside of this he's also a generative woodworker, having picked up the hobby to craft cute things for his wife. He can make custom furniture, treehouses, pergolas, etc. Functional, durable, four thumbs up guarantee!!

Population:

Chuck's driven to arm the defenseless. He's aligned with anyone whose gained his loyalty or who he sees as being worthy. He will not work with known terrorists although he's shockingly easy to deceive.

Location:

Zombae operates out of a variety of clandestine locations, such as abandoned warehouses or hideouts in the middle of the woods. In his Civilian identity, Chuck can be found teaching woodworking at the local community centers in Tokyo.

[Iphigenia Pavlina]

Character Name: Iphigenia Pavlina

Skillset: Iphi uses her quirk to aid in her crafting. She was a Hero Course student during her time at UAU so her C- Rank crafting skill could use some work, but she does have a unique skill in her eidetic memory and 'infinite' vault of knowledge. Her focus may be engineering, but with a blueprint and enough time to study, she could effectively craft anything requested.

Population: Heroes. She will refuse to offer her services to anyone who isn't aligned with the side of good.

Location: She is primarily based out of Ouros but is willing to travel if requested. She also has full access to the support labs at UAU as well due to her status as a substitute teacher.

[Jackie Maradona]

Character Name: Jackie Maradona

Skillset: Through years of diligence and sleepless nights, Jackie has become adept at mechanical and software engineering (A+), utilizing her skills to keep up with the ever-advancing nature of technology. As a result, Jackie's most notable areas of expertise are the designs of AI software and nanomachines, areas of knowledge the vigilante continuously utilizes and improves upon for both her and others' equipment. If you want easily transportable tech designed for ease of use, Jackie is surely the right pick.

Population: Jackie makes it her mission to provide mainly for the vigilante population. She's willing to work with certain villains, heroes, and even students if she judges them to be worth the trouble, but she will always default to her main demographic of vigilantes. And, even if one from outside Jackie's faction convinces her to assist them, she will almost certainly be looking for more in return.

Location: Jackie has yet to choose a concrete location she intends to make her permanent lab. For the time being, she typically rents storage units with the space necessary for her operations. Though she despises this, especially with regard to the clutter that results, she finds it to be enough of a solution until a proper location is established.

[Bakiri Retsu]

Character Name: Bakiri Retsu

Skillset: With a C+ in Engineering Bakiri Retsu can create a wide variety of weaponry or utility items. Her true skill lays in Explosive Manufacturing however which she currently has at B. For anything explosive related she's your gal! In combination with her engineering skill she can even make anything explosive related such as rocket or grenade launchers, combustion gas guns and more!

Population: Mainly villains albeit she does not discriminate. Anyone that either has the money or a project interesting enough to catch her attention can get access to her services.

Location: Retsu operates out of several locations including temporarily hired warehouses, her small repair shop Wired or even on location. She can be contacted through one of her burner phones (several numbers are spread through word of mouth should anyone seek to contact her), on site in her repair shop or any other way that suits the plot!

Preferred Contact: Either DM or an @ in plot circle, villain's lair or manufacturer's workshop.

Character Name: CHIRP ♪♪

Skillset: Practical Effects! If you can imagine it being a practical effect in a movie, then he can make it work. He's so good in fact, he can make real versions of stuff... like a prop robot arm? More like proper prosthetic.

Population: Heroes, Civis, Well-intentioned vigilantes. No villains (but if he doesn't know you can trick him...)

Location: Ouros! But also can work anywhere, really. It's part of the skillset. You don't film in a lab!
